I do vlogs story times all of that anything juicy anything anything giving is on this channel. All the bad beaties all of y'all are here. So if you a batch, you already know what to do basically y'all this story time i don't know, i was pretty hesitant to do it because, like this really pissed me off, like it really pissed me off, but y'all everything happens for a reason, literally, i'm so Happy that this happened like not only because i'ma make bread off of this head that could have got right off of me. Yeah. I'M also happy because y'all are gon na y'all are gon na know why y'all y'all gon na know. Why so well, y'all, probably already know why based off of the title well, not necessarily so we're gon na get into it. She was my hair stylist um y'all know that i i predominantly wear out my natural hair um. I had a natural hair journey. You guys a whole curl journey. My curls were not always this, you know healthy, looking or whatever they might not look as healthy or like they might not. Look super healthy to you know some of the girls. This girl was my hairstylist. Like i said i am. I wouldn't call myself a natural girl because for me that cringes me out and it gives pikmi vibes like i have makeup on my face right now. I wear lashes. I wear nails, i'm not a natural girl, but i don't know how to install wig. I don't know how to do braids. I know i don't know how to do no ponytail styles. I don't know how to basically do anything other than take care of just my natural hair. I don't even know how to straighten my hair, so unless i want to spend a bag like all the time getting my hair done, i'm going to wear my natural hair out. So when i wear my natural hair out, obviously it's it's just common sense that you want to go to somebody that's going to really take care of your hair when it comes to a silk press when it comes to color. All of that i don't like to just go to any rinky dink shop in the area. So you know i'm not going to lie. I will pay some bread like. I will pay a good amount of bread for something that's quality like if i got it and i want it, i'ma get it. You get what i'm saying like. If i got the money and it's something that i want, i'm gon na, like i'm gon na, go for it so 2021. So it's been almost a year ago that i got my hair dyed um. It was really when ginger was just eaten down like like the [ __ ] was eating down with the ginger, like especially the girls of color, my black girlies, and you know what i'm saying my brown girlies like it was just giving ginger was giving the whole Copper vibe, it was just cute and it was around like you know, spooky season. Ish like it was a little after spooky season, but, like you know, in the colder time, ginger just bites down, and so does black. But like i hadn't had my hair dyed in a minute y'all. When i tell you the last time that i got color in my hair was when i was in 11th grade. I got those like highlights that i had when y'all first met me um. It probably wasn't even that noticeable, because it was just poorly done and it just wasn't giving. I had like these chunky blonde highlights in my head or like brownish, honey, brown or whatever, and before that any color i ever had done was done by my auntie. She owns a hair salon in texas if she allows me to put her um salon up on the screen, which i'm sure she wouldn't mind, but just i'm gon na make sure and if she does go, get your hair done over there y'all she it's just it's. It'S giving like if she was in atlanta that would be who does my hair touches my hair? Nobody else will touch my hair. I was looking up as we do. Atl hairstylist, atl, stylist, atl stylist and i come across this girl. We'Re gon na call her we're gon na call her keychain we're gon na call her keychain. So keychain's video comes up on my thing. She got a lot of followers. She was posting about her certification, she's certified by some good school. I guess hair school or something i don't know, but her [ __ ] looked official. I'M not gon na lie to you. This girl knows how to bless a head like. She know how to do some hair. The silk presses with silk pressing. The color was beautiful and the thing that caught me like that got me was it wasn't so much of her doing these styles on wigs and stuff, which that wouldn't have been bad. But like i try when i go, for you know natural styles, i try to find people that are doing natural hair, so i just can make sure that these people are getting color done on their natural hair and they're. You know liking it. I go on a page. I look at updates. You know what i'm saying i do all of that, because my fear, my worst fear y'all, but not my worst fear, because that's so shallow that my worst fear is my hair falling out. It'S not my worst fear. I promise, but i don't want my hair falling out. Look like my head is too big to be a bald girly like a lot of y'all can pull that off. But i am not one of them like no, it said in her bio, like november, is booked or whatever something like that. So i sent her a video of like what she did and or whatever, and i said i would love to do this color, i'm ready to book. I just don't know what to book under. I have highlights in my hair, but i want to go from this to full ginger um like this video. You did sorry. How are you i'm just very excited. I'Ve been looking for your page for a while. I thought i lost it, so this was like i seen her page and then i lost it a little bit and then, when i was like yeah, i want to get my hair done for sure. I went and found it again. That'S where that came from, but um yeah, i didn't start off like hey. How are you - and i realized that and that's rude as hell, so you know i corrected myself before anything. I sent her a picture of what my hair looked like in videos. I said: can you tell me what my total would be to get that to that gender plus a press and a trim? I said also i do youtube and tik tok. Would you mind if i blocked my appointment i'll put a picture of your page on the video, of course, because one thing about me baby, even if it's not like a promo service like if you are doing my service, even if i'm not blogging it nine times Out of ten, i'm gon na promote you just obviously not as heavily as if we had like a promo deal going on. If we had a problem deal going on, i would have a certain amount of pictures, a certain amount of videos um that i post and tag you in. You know what i'm saying it's more, it's more like that, but like i am not a gatekeeper when i get my services done and i enjoy my services, i let y'all know who did it if y'all ask me i'll, let y'all know who did it and whenever It'S freshly done and i'm posting myself. I always tag my stylist one time i wanted to um i wanted to film. I think it was a lash appointment or something it was something, and the person told me that they were uncomfortable with that, because they didn't want people to see their process or whatever. So i think it was a nail tech. Actually they didn't want them to see. The their process of how they do their work because they could copy them or something like that which to me is kind of strange because essentially y'all do the same thing like not to say like y'all are not talented or whatever everybody has their talents. Everybody got little special things that they do but girl i wouldn't be recording the exact process like a like a arrogant, tay class that you purchase videos like none of that like no. I was just going to record myself asked her. She said yes, of course, that's. Okay, also, the total would be 325 that includes color, styling and trim. I said okay perfect once as soon as we can do this also, do you wash, i see, you're in a salon, but lately stylists have been telling me to come washed and dried, so i sent her more pictures. I said here's another picture of what i'm wanting. She said yeah shampoo is included. Also, i have to check my schedule at the moment i'm fully booked until august, so i'm like august baby. Now i want my hair done now, so i said if i can pay an extra hundred dollars, can you squeeze me in i'm trying to do it for my appointments vlog and i already have those appointments booked, i'm willing to pay an extra 150.. She said yeah that works. I'M gon na check my calendar tomorrow and i'll get back to you as soon as possible. I said thank you, oh okay, so she did my hair y'all. I'M sorry for picking up the timeline. She originally did my hair. For the first time july 5th i'm gon na post the on the screen, my hair ate down it. She did amazing, i loved my hair. I ended up paying 500 something dollars to her business, which i mean her prices are expensive. I knew that so i can't really complain about how it ended up being so much money, but i paid the extra money to get squeezed in. She had a policy of no squeezings, but she squeezed me in for that extra for that extra money. Keep that in mind it was like a month later and it was starting to look. You know a little dingy, so i was like i said, hey love. I have a question. I know you have a booking website, but i had a few questions before booking so that i know i'm booking correctly, because i wanted to book a touch-up and i didn't know how to book, because her her freaking website was confusing y'all. She said hi love. I'Ve been on vacation this month, i'm pretty booked. I can contact you tomorrow. I probably won't have any availability until november and before y'all say you should have read her booking website. I did front to back first page to the last page, a through z. Her was confusing and, like the terminology on there was not for clientele to understand it was for the freaking hairstylist to understand. I did not understand nothing that she was talking about like it was a double process book for a double process. It wouldn't explain what a double process is. I don't know what this is: [, __ ]. I don't do hair. She said your hair will be lifted again. Yes, but only at the roots. It will be 275 because duh. I knew that to do the root touch up. She'D have to put bleach there, but i was wondering if she had to like to get the dingy color to match the top part that she was gon na have to bleach. Would you have to bleach the rest too? I didn't know that she just would have to touch up. The color would just die. I didn't know none of that. Okay, i don't know how to do hair. So this is where i got to take a little bit of accountability, so i booked my color touch up you guys and two times i had to reschedule. Somebody in my family had something going on and they needed me to come and it was more important than me getting my hair done. Of course, that would waste her time and you know that would throw off her books or whatever. So i understood any frustration that came from that um. That was an emergency. I had to pay a rescheduling fee because i wanted to reschedule that appointment because i really did want my hair done. She allowed me to reschedule my appointment um and then i missed it again, not gon na lie. I missed it again, um. I don't have the receipts for the first time that i missed it, but the second time that i missed it. I was in traffic and atlanta traffic is horrid and um. I left early and everything, but there was still a wreck on the road and i wouldn't have made it so i wanted to let her know beforehand. I asked her um if it was too late. If she said, if i can get there by 1 45 um, it won't be too late. I said it says 147.. She said this is an ongoing thing. It'S been an inconvenience to my books, i will have a cancellation fee and you can reschedule online at your own leisure. So this time it wasn't like she was just gon na read like re, give give me like a little fee and then let me have pick another date in the messages and like uh set it up this time. She wanted me to pay a cancellation fee and rebook on the site which i had no problem with, because i had rescheduled a prior appointment before this. So to reschedule this appointment, i had to go on her booking site. I booked for a color touch-up a root. Touch-Up, press and trim: that is what i that's the only thing that i needed other than the first appointment. I ever got getting my whole head done now. I just need a touch-up baby. I don't. I need a root touch up root, touch-up, okay, keep in mind! I booked it. I paid the fee, i paid the booking fee, i paid the cancellation fee, i paid for all of that [ __ ] and i rescheduled the appointment. I come into the appointment you guys after i'm already there mind you 45 to 50 minutes away from my crib i get to the appointment, and this girl sits me in the chair puts the the little thing around my neck ties it around my neck and she's She'S not being rude to me or anything when i get there, it's not awkward or nothing like that, because she said that if i book on the website, you know i could come back and get my hair done, which is what i did. I also was planning on giving her a hefty ass tip that day, because i was really excited to get my hair done, and i know that she, you know, allowed me to come back even though she could have been lame or not lame, but she could have Been like more strict, like these other atlanta hairstylists are and she could have booked me from or banned me from booking altogether. So i get sat in the chair, she's getting out products she's, getting the hair thing out, i'm you know getting comfortable in my seat and stuff and then she ends up telling me. Oh, my son has to get picked up from school or whatever and um. I'M not gon na have time to do your whole service. I'M only going to be able to do just touching up the color. If you want me to just touch up the color that you have everywhere else um, i can go ahead and do that, but i won't be able to do the roots which y'all the roots was the problem. At this point, [ __ ], i have ombre. I don't want ombre. I wanted a full head of ginger and like y'all from like here down literally i'll, try to find a picture. It didn't look bad when she ended up finishing the service, of course, because her hair eats down like she does good hair. It'S not that it looked bad. It was that that's not what i wanted nor what i booked. You know what i'm saying: that's not what i booked on the website. She didn't text me before my appointment and let me know that none of that, because if she would have told me that all i could get done is just touching up the rest without doing my roots, i would have just canceled for the day and i would Have waited until she could do the whole service that i wanted, and i would have you know, redid the whole process, because this is this is how i look at it. If i go ahead and let you do um or like if she let me know that and then i came in still and i allowed her to touch up the rest and then you know, do my stick press and do my trim or whatever i would have Still ended up wanting to get my roots done soon after that, so i would have to rebook a whole another appointment with her and get my roots touched up, which would have been even more money and i would have had to pay for another silk press, because I wouldn't just want to get my roots touched up and just leave like that. I would have wanted my hair styled, so that would have been putting heli heat on my hair and that would have been unnecessary money. So i was kind of annoyed that she waited until i was in her face all the way at the salon to say that and like since i was already there, i already drove there already. You know what i'm saying was anticipating getting my hair done, like i literally pushed back um the filming i had to do that day and stuff, because i wanted to wait till i was done up and cute and stuff. So i was like i looked at her for a second i was like. I was like yeah, that's fine. I ended up paying y'all. I ended up paying over two hundred dollars for her to touch up the rest of my color 200, something dollars. I paid her for not the service that i wanted. I didn't get the service that i wanted and i get it [ __ ] happens like your son. Um needs to get picked up. I wish you would have told me like off rip but like considering that she gave me grace and let me rebook on her site, even though i'm pretty sure, like her policy, says that that's what you got to do to rebook. This is not the service that i booked or the service that i want, but i might as well just get my hair done because it's better than nothing so i got my hair done. My mama told me she was like that's a style. Some people don't do their roots. Some people leave their roots like that. You don't look bad, so i was like whatever so i pay her 200. Some dollars didn't get the service that i wanted, because she waited until i freaking got in the chair to tell me that she had to pick up her son girl. That'S not my problem, that's not what i booked! That'S not what i want so fast forward to may, like a couple months ago may um i booked on her site, for i don't remember what it was or i might have texted her to book. I don't really remember, but i booked for a full color service and basically to redo the entire thing that i got done. The very first time, because at this point my hair was faded. Again, my roots were even more grown out and i was ready to just have my full full ginger done again. So i book um, i pay the the deposit or whatever, which um the way that she does her deposit is like. You pay like a hefty percentage of the um the whole entire thing like i, i think the deposit is like like a hundred dollars or something like that. I don't really know that. Doesn'T matter, don't quote me, i come in my mind. She changed locations or whatever she has her like own little studio, now, she's, not really in a salon um, but it's still just as far from my house, so i drive all the way there i get there. Um, the vibes are good or like the vibes are cool or whatever um. I was hoping. Wasn'T no [, __ ] gon na happen, because i was so excited to get my hair done, and i know that the last time she waited till. I got there to tell me some [ __ ], so i get there i get in the chair or whatever and she's ready to do my hair. She gets on the phone, y'all and she's talking to somebody about how i'm her only client for the day. She said, i don't think i think it was a friend of hers, trying to make plans or it might have been a [ __ ]. I don't really know, but it was somebody that must have been trying to make plans with her, because she was like yeah i'll be done here around what was it she was like um. This was like early in the day say that my appointment was 12. She was like i'm gon na get done here like no later than like, four or five, because my hair takes a long time and she was like this is my only client for the day, so yeah blah blah blah and then she gets off the phone. She starts doing my hair, so when she starts putting the bleach on my hair, my hair or my um, my head starts burning um. This happens to me every time i get my hair done. A lot of hairstylists have told me that it's normal, some hairstylist told me that i might have an allergy um. I don't know, but i've gotten my hair done plenty of times. She did my hair the first time, and this is what pissed me off so the first time she ever did my hair. It was burning like that, especially once the color got put on onto the bleach or whatever um, and she was basically telling me like um. My head might be sensitive or something like that. She asked me if i was allergic. I told her no, that i had my hair bleached before um and she told me like, and i told her that the last hairstylist that bleached my hair told me that i might just have like a higher body temperature that would make it um make it the Bleach, like turn faster or whatever turn my hair faster. It could just be really hot and it's like burning me. I don't know how true that is, i'm not a freaking scientist, nor am i a hairstylist or none of that like i don't know. None of that. I just know that it's uncomfortable, but it's not unbearable, and i know that i've gotten bleach on my hair before and my hair didn't fall out. Nothing like that. It just stung a little bit and i told her that and the first time she let it. She told me that it was fine, mind you the first time i was paying extra 100 something dollars for squeezing. So i know she wanted that money. The same thing starts happening again and i'm telling her. Oh, it's burning a little bit and she's like um. It'S burning and i was like yeah. It'S burning like how it was the first time and she was like. Oh like that's so weird. She started getting into how she's never met nobody whose hair burned with bleach or with color, or nothing like that other than me and um [ __ ] like that. So i was like yeah. I don't. I don't know why it does that, but it's not unbearable. She was like okay, just let me know if it gets to a point. This is remind remember this. She said, let me know if it gets to a point where you can't take it. I said, of course i said: okay, that's fine, so she keeps going and like y'all every little like couple patches she's like. Is it still burning and i'm like yeah a little bit because i'm not gon na lie to you. [ __ ]. It'S burning a little bit. It'S gon na burn the whole time until this is wrist out of my head. It'S gon na burn and it did the first time i said all of the same [ __ ] to her the first time. So if it was about her, you know caring about my head genuinely and, like you know, liability and all of this stuff, the first time she would have told me to get out of her chair right right. Oh okay, she's doing it and she's like does it hurt words and i'm like? No, it hurts the same. The last time you did it. It didn't stop burning for real until you rinsed it out like it's fine, it's not unbearable. It'S like it's. I'M really used to it now so she's like okay and then she five minutes later she asked like. Is it still burning and i was like yeah a little bit and she was like okay um. I don't really think that we should continue, but it's up to you and mind y'all. I have anxiety, i have anxiety. So what like you're scaring me now to continue continuously. Ask me if, if my hair is okay and [ __ ] and she and then she started saying she's like oh like are you sure you want to keep going? I don't want you to get lesions on your scalp and [ __ ] and i'm just like girl. She was like. Do you want to just rinse it out like she's, giving me the option to say no, but like she i said no multiple times and she continuously says stuff like she doesn't want me to have burns on my scalp. She doesn't want me to have lesions um that this is it shouldn't, be burning me still all of this stuff mind you. It was still burning me the first time and she she didn't say [ __ ]. She was just like okay. Let me know if you want me to stop and she didn't ask me not no, no more times the first time she touched, my head, so um she's like are you sure, are you sure she keeps pressing me so i was like you can just rinse it Out, if you want, you can just rinse it off if you want, she was like okay come on, so i come to the chair. She rinses out my hair and i asked her i was like can do you think that you can just do me? Um a touch up or a silk press with me, knowing that she had no more clients other than me and knowing that she, when her son had to get picked up from school or whatever she wanted me to. She gave me the option to downgrade my service to just touching up the rest of my hair and getting a silk press like i told you and not getting the roots, which is what i booked. So i asked her if we could go ahead and downgrade this service to just touching up my hair again and doing a silk press. She ends up telling me no don't piss me she's like um, i'm sorry, but that's not the service that you booked or whatever. So that would be just messing up my day, um if i'm not doing what you booked or whatever whatever she said she said like. If we're not doing the service that you booked, you know we're gon na have to do this. Another time or whatever, and i looked at her like she was stupid. I was like huh. She was like yeah like um, it's gon na mess up my books or whatever, and i wanted to spit on her and y'all might be like that's od, but this is really going to act like i didn't sit up on the phone and hear her grimy ass, Say to her whatever that i was her only client for today. Oh, i didn't even tell you how to the main thing that that makes this a problem. She made me pay her 175 dollars for a cancellation fee when she was the one who was suggesting. I get out of the chair because she was worried about how my hair was burning. I was not concerned baby. I was not concerned in the slightest. My hair was burning like this. When i got my highlight done back in 2017. My hair was burning like this. When you touched my head the first time back when you was at the other salon - and i paid you an extra 150 to get my hair done squeezed in that day, i didn't like baby. I was not concerned. I was just expressing to you that my scalp was burning again on some casual [ __ ]. I made sure she knew it wasn't unbearable. I made sure she knew it's the same thing that happened last time and this is, i made sure she knew. I would let her know if it was something that i couldn't take. No more she kept asking me she kept saying she doesn't want me to have burns on my scalp. She kept suggesting i get out the chair and rinse it out so you're going to charge me 175 now mind you. She didn't say anything about charging me a cancellation fee if she rinsed it out before i said: okay come on like like [ __ ], you can, if you want to type [, __ ] she waited till after she risked it out of my hair already to Tell me that i have to do a cup it's going to be a cancellation fee and that she won't do a silk press for me, or nothing like that. So i asked her i was like. Can you just? Can you just do a silk press like if you don't want to do the color touch-up without the roots um like if you if she doesn't want to deal with putting color on my hair or something because she's genuinely worried i was like? Can you just do a silk press mind you a sill press? Wouldn'T it would have been like um. It would have been like around the same price as the cancellation fee, so she still would have got money in her pocket and she would have had me leaving at least feeling pretty without my hair being thrown in a wet ass bun, especially considering that this isn't Just a no call, no show or a random cancellation, or you know me just sitting in the chair and saying you know what never mind i don't want my hair done. This is because you suggested that i should rinse it out of my hair, like i feel like these atlanta stylists, like hairstylist nail techs, all of them. They don't have no type of compassion like not all of them, of course, but a lot of y'all don't have no freaking compassion like if it was me honestly. If i was worried about my client's scalp - and i knew my my client really wanted her hair done, especially knowing low-key in the back of my head, that this happened to her the first time i did her hair, her hair turned out just fine. I would have been like you know what girl, let's rinse this out, i'm genuinely worried about your scalp. I want you to go, get an allergy test done, make sure you're not allergic to this um. I don't know this this time. It'S just it's just you know. It'S just worrying me: don't worry about it, don't worry about the cancellation fee. Do you want me to do a silk press or something do you want me to do a different style on you just you know, and we can see about rescheduling this for another day. That'S what i would have done because i'm a decent person, then she told me you should go to a dermatologist and get an allergy test done on your scalp or whatever and see what's going on with that, because that's really weird or whatever she was like, or It could be your anxiety, i don't know. I know you told me you had anxiety before and she was just saying this and she was saying it quick y'all like like she, the the vibe, her demeanor y'all. Not only am i an empath, and i just know when this energy is weird it was, she wasn't even trying to hide it. She was like yeah, you should go, get like. She was seeming frustrated. She was on her phone when she was talking. She was like you should go, get an allergy test done because i don't know like that's really weird. I don't know but like yeah, we can just reschedule another day or something i literally had to call my mother after i walked out of that, and i was pissed off because one thing about me is if you piss me off like that or you do something Like that to me, i'm either gon na not say anything to you or i'm just gon na like keep it short and kill with you or i'm gon na hit. You there's no in between, like, i might you know, say, say a couple lines like i i'm not gon na lie like i've never gone back and forth before you know you know getting buck or whatever, because i'm a tourist - and i got a lot to say, But in this situation with people that are like service providers stuff, like that, i will just never come to you again type like i'm, not gon na do the most with you drag. You like, i really wanted to grab her and drag her up and down her studio, but i was like you know what i'm just gon na say: okay to her and i'm not gon na come back, because this is unprofessional and i called my auntie, like i Told her when she said this [ __ ] about the allergy or whatever um i was like okay, i'm gon na. Do that like yeah, i might do that. You have to show, and then i left so i called my aunt after i called my mom. Like you know, ranting and my mom's like nah - that's that's under that's unprofessional if she was the one that was worried about your scalp and you were saying it's fine and to continue to service. If she was really worried about liability, she could have had to sign something, but considering she didn't do none of that. The first time she did your hair. She just seemed like she just wanted you out of there for whatever reason - and she wasn't willing to you know, give you something to make sure you were still satisfied as a customer mind you, i paid her 500. The first time i went to her 200. Another time um the deposit that i paid to her, that i didn't get back plus the 175 for the cancellation. At this point, i have paid this girl almost a thousand dollars already as her client i've been to her i've been, i was promoting her work. Like you would think that she would want me to be satisfied at least a little bit, so i call my auntie who owns a hair salon and is also a hairstylist in texas. Like i said, and i asked her i was like i was like marmar. I told her the whole situation. I told her. I asked her how she would handle it and she told me it was unprofessional as hell and not to go back to her, not to waste my time. So i get a text from keychain and it says hi boo did you go, i text her back and i said, if i'm being honest, i decided not to get the ginger considering the fact that my last touch-up appointment, i was informed after i already traveled to The salon that you didn't have time to do my roots due to you having to pick up your son and we had to downgrade the appointment to just you, toning, the rest of my color in my hair and styling, my hair, which i don't i didn't trip On that, because you still made me feel pretty, but i did not get the service i booked, which inconvenienced me the other day i came to you and after finally getting an appointment and not even 10 minutes into the appointment. My skin was having some kind of reaction to the bleach, which i told you you could keep going, but you kept asking me if i was still hurting, which was leading me to think we should stop. In the beginning of my appointment, you were on the phone telling somebody that you had an early into your day and that you were going to be leaving after my appointment when we decided not to proceed with my appointment. Due to my scalp burning, i asked if you could tone the rest of my color and style me like. We did the last time i booked booked, you for a route touched up and you couldn't do it and you told me that, well, my eyes are burning. Y'All cause of my my freaking um makeup, and you told me that i didn't book that service, so that wasn't a service you were gon na do and that you had other clients. But if you would have done that, that would have taken less time and still would have been money in your pocket. Instead, you charge me 175 for a cancellation and leave me with dripping wet hair. That is not styled at all. I felt the need to apologize to you for some reason: oh yeah, i forgot to tell you, i told her sorry like when she was washing my hair. I was like, oh so i'm sorry like i'm just a nice person unless you piss me off. So i was like um apologize to you um for some reason, but when i talked to my aunt, who was a salon owner in texas, she told me that was very unprofessional and due to the fact that you didn't do the service i booked my last appointment. That was not at all my fault, and this was a situation where my skin was having a reaction that you, i meant to say that you were worried about. You should have at least well. You should have done so. You should have had some compassion for me and still done a service, especially considering it would have taken less time than the original service so yeah, even if she had other clients and it would have picked her up. No, you would have did my service and you would have had free time in between baby if you had other clients, because just doing that would have taken way less hours than the whole process or double process or whatever would have taken. The original service was a longer process, so how would it have messed up your day in any way? You would have had a longer break in between me and the next client, but you don't even have no clients, because i heard you say it on the phone that you forgot about that right. You forgot about that and told me that you had other clients lying ass. I said i paid you 500. The first time i came to you for a double process. Color, because i wanted you to squeeze me in. I paid another 200 for something i didn't want due to you having to pick up your son. I'Ve spent a lot of money on your services. I am a returning client and i'm just unhappy with my experience. Now i wouldn't say this is the nicest message in the world, but it's to the point i didn't say nothing out of the way what i really wanted to say - and this was her response hi. I think you forgot your original root. Touch-Up was canceled when i was already on the way to the salon to serve you, because you forgot, you had to drop off your niece or nephew to daycare. That was that time that i told you i had to reschedule. I guess that was the reason or whatever. Maybe it was an emergency, but it was something that i had to do for my family and y'all. It doesn't matter it doesn't matter if that was an appointment that i cancelled and i rescheduled for i i cancelled it. I paid your cancellation fee or whatever you wanted me to do. You allowed me to reschedule that appointment and we rescheduled it for the root, touch-up and silk press. So you telling me that i missed my first original appointment, that's cool it doesn't matter. I missed it and i rescheduled it the way that you wanted me to reschedule it. I did your policy and we rescheduled it for the same service that i wanted. What are you talking about right now, huh? She was like. I was nice enough to try and reschedule you when i rescheduled. It was really me stretching my books um to try and refit you, but, unfortunately, being that i had to pick up my son from school, i was unable to the only reason this was an ongoing situation is because you cancelled your original appointment. The day of the service and we've been trying to get you back ever since i was informed the original root touch-up appointment that we had that he was unable to come to your appointment and i was already headed to the salon. So that was a very wait. What i was informed, the original root touch-up appointment, that he was unable to come to your appointment, and i was already what i don't know what she's talking about here. So i say yeah i rescheduled, but when i rescheduled we were scheduled for a root touch-up. That was still the service i rescheduled for and booked. You were not able to do that service, regardless of the time. The time i rescheduled, i still spent almost a thousand dollars on your services and have not gone to anyone else. To do my color, i feel like the situation. The other day should have been handled differently, the day that i rescheduled it took forever for me to get another slot with you, and when i did, you were not able to do the service. I wanted, and i had to wait another few months after after that, to get it to get to you again. She said you cancelled your last appointment after that. Do you not remember, i said: are you saying that the appointment where you told me that at the salon that you had no time to do my service, because you had to pick up your son didn't happen, or are you talking about different appointments that i canceled Cause i already told y'all there were a couple appointments that i had. I had rescheduled for my own. You know reasons which i took accountability for, but she gave me ways that i can reschedule, which i did and now you told me i couldn't get the service that i rescheduled and booked for and you're saying that that's justified because of those appointments that i rescheduled Huh, what are you talking about? I paid a fee and all of that to reschedule it. She sent me the screenshots of how i had to reschedule it or like how i missed my appointment, which i already showed y'all. I said i don't think you're getting my point, i'm not saying that you never tried to get me in on an appointment or that i've never canceled an appointment. What i'm speaking about is the fact that there have. There has been a time where you could not do the service i booked due to your own personal issues and you downgraded my appointment and i still did that service the other day. I came to get my roots done and we agreed. I should stop until i find out why i react to the bleach that way and you very much could have downgraded that service as well, and it would not have messed up your timing or anything, because the appointment would have taken less time, and i still would Have left feeling pretty not leaving my hair wet, threw up in a bun. I had something to do later that day, which is why i wanted my hair done. You were still getting your money regardless, but if you would have downgraded the appointment i would have paid and still got my hair done rather than paying 175 dollars as if it was a no call, no show or a cancellation. For another reason, my scout was in pain and you made it seem like. I should stop and wouldn't i have paid more than 175 dollars. If you would have downgraded the appointment, i don't understand why you would have rather me pay almost 200 to leave with wet hair. Tell me if i'm wrong y'all, but everybody that i've told this story to has told me. I'M not and then her sending me a screenshot of the cancellation fee or whatever i said this proves exactly why i was what i was trying to say: yeah. You were nice enough to reschedule my last cancelled appointment, but what we rescheduled for was a service. You ended up not having time to do mind y'all i paid the deposit and the fees and all that. So if we were scheduling for something i'm gon na expect to get that [ __ ] done regardless of what i canceled in the past baby, you either ban me from booking or you allow me to book again and i get the service i booked for what Did you talk about so i said, but we were scheduled for a service that you still ended up not having time to do. I still ended up paying 200 for something that i did not book. You were willing to downgrade the service, but in the in the case where my scalp was burning and you were not willing to down, you were not willing to grab, you were not. Will you were not willing to downgrade the service even when i it would not have affected your schedule, which was the reason you told me. We can't do that. I said. While i appreciate you for rescheduling my cancelled appointment, i did in fact pay the cancellation fee and got that appointment rescheduled that rescheduled appointment was not what i booked for. That is my point. Nonetheless, we can agree to disagree. This really try to break up with me, as if i didn't just break up with her. She says this is not a working relationship. I do not wish to continue the relationship or be or the back and forth. I wish you the best in your hair journey. Have a great day, i said that was the point of my messages. When you asked me if i went to the dermatologist, i said i decided not to get the ginger, i told you that i decided not to get my hair done by you. What are you talking about now you're trying to tell me that not to come back? I told you i'm not coming back before you told me, don't do that. I decided to call up my auntie and she had some professional hair color sent to the hair hair supply store, like not the beauty supply store, but wherever hairstylists go to go, buy their stuff um. She had sent me some color to go ahead and do and i dyed my hair myself and i'm loving the black it's eating the [ __ ] down. I feel like it's cuter than the ginger. The ginger definitely ate, but it ate for it's it's season. I don't really think i like color too much on my hair, and this is the healthiest option for my hair anyways. If i want to do ginger again i'll do a wig. So tell me if you guys think this was her or not. This could be a reach because i do have a platform where there's a lot of weirdos. That say a lot of weird, but the day that i posted that i did a thing or whatever, with my new black hair um the day, i posted that i got a dm, a weird ass dm that was like the ginger, definitely looked better um and it Sounded kind of professional like kind of how she talks it wasn't like it didn't sound like somebody else said it, i don't know, but it was like the ginger looks so much better. You should have kept the ginger or whatever i just felt like. That was her and the icing on the cake that makes me feel like it was her was because she followed me. We followed each other also on her main page. She followed me and she was like one of the top viewers right before i got that message off that burner page. She was like one of the top viewers um of my story from her main page and then that same exact day that i got the message from the burner page, both her on her professional page and on her personal page. She gon na follow me and i unfollowed her back and i didn't say because you're, if that was you you're weird like now, i'm gon na make a story time about you, weirdo like what i feel like i kept it cute and professional. I let her know about herself and now she's missing out on money, because i'm the type of like anybody that does services for me can say that i'm the type of that. If i really want a service done, i will pay you 300, like. If i got it, i would pay you 300 extra dollars to get in there like if she would have said no to that 150. That, first time i would have just kept raising the price baby unless you say like no, i don't do squeezings but like. If i want something done, and i got it baby, i'm going to bless you, so you could bless me and then i'd be tipping. Well, like no, she lost out on a good client and she could have got way more clientele other than me, because i'd be promoting her stuff, but, like that relationship is dead like no and i'm not getting my color done anymore. I found a new person to do my silk presses and all of that, so everything is fine um. I hope you guys like this story. Let me know if you guys feel like i went about it wrong. I did because i got so many different opinions about this situation and all of them agreed that i shouldn't have, you know, rescheduled those two appointments or whatever, but like everybody we got going on in our life, which is why i didn't judge her when she had To go pick up her son and i didn't you know, have a cow about that. I just let her do it, but at the end of the day i feel like she was unprofessional and that's just that she had me and she's glad she better be glad.
