All You Need To Know: Lay Your Lace Wig Flat & Make It Grow From Scalp | Hairvivi

Hey guys, the week that I'm using today is from hair V V, which I already know it's going to be a bomb as wig, because they supply nothing but bomb as weeks like I'm sure it's a nice waiting here so anyways. This is what the packaging looks. Like comes with their hair, VV wrap and, of course it comes with the wig. Now this box doesn't come with anything special like pins or combs, or anything like most companies have inside of their box. So it's just their wig, which I can appreciate so this week is gon na, be hella long and just by me, looking at the packaging, I can tell it's gon na be pretty long, so I'm going to take it out the package and put it on to The mannequin head, so of course, if you watch week videos here on YouTube, then you should be fully aware of the transition that a lot of these wig companies is making when it comes to this whole fake, scalp movement. Now this new thing, this fakes cap thing, will replace having to use a ball stocking cap, which we all know can be a process and for some people it can be a real struggle like myself, so the inside of this week pretty much comes standard. It comes with two combs on the left and right one in the back and one in the middle. Then of course it comes with the hair, Vivi hair strap, which is adjustable, and this strap is sold on to the actual lace. So if you want to remove this, you'll definitely have to cut the thread off of the band to remove it from the lace. Now I always do this, because companies put it in the wrong space all the time, so I always remove mine, and I highly suggest that you do so too and put your own on there and put it in the right place because it just doesn't feel secure To me the way that they apply their band and where they put it, so this is the actual fake scalp fabric that they are using. So it's more like a thin, very transparent, looking fabric that has been sold onto the wig. Now, if you do not want this fabric on your wig and you want to go the traditional route with just bleaching the hairline, you can do that by just cutting the lace or getting the thread out of the lace. But you need to be very careful when doing that, because they made this seamless, where you don't even see where the thread starts or where it is so, when you're cutting that off, be very careful not to actually put a hole in your lace. Now I have not plucked bleached or did anything to this wig with hair Vivi. They pretty much usually create wigs for beginners, especially for those who are on the go and don't have the time to go through all the steps to get a perfectly laid wig now just a couple of specs about this week. This is a five by five lace: frontal wig. It also comes, of course, with the elastic ball, with the elastic adjustable and removable band. It is a 100 % virgin human hair. This particular wig is 20 inches, even though I'm saying it's really 24 because this week is really long. I guess the density on this wig is normal, but they're normal for hair wavy is thick as hell, so I definitely am here for the thickness of this straight week. So, as you can see here, I'm just parting out the wig and it's giving nothing but naturalness without having to bleach or pull up the hairline. Now a lot of companies have failed when it comes to this whole fake, scalp method, but hair Vivi has nailed it. So one thing I definitely want to point out with this whole fake scat method is hair. Vivi actually used a piece of fabric behind the hairline instead of directly on the hairline, which is a lot more visible when it comes to the parting space. So that's why you're not able to see the fabric that they sewed onto the lace? Another thing that I noticed with this particular wig technique that other companies have failed miserably doing. Is they used a light weight fabric instead of something heavy and thick, which is going to give you a unnatural look, 100 %, so hair Vivi definitely listened to several youtubers, including myself, just giving our pointers our views on this whole fake scalp technique in how to Achieve a more natural look when using this technique - and I try to get as close as possible on the actual hairline for this week, so you guys can see that it's no need to do any type of bleaching or plucking on this wig. Just because that piece of fabric that they have sewn onto the lace, pretty much takes care of. All of that - and I also like that, even though the fabric is behind the hairline, they went on ahead and bleached the front of the hairline, which also gives a very natural look. So this is what the wig looks like and, as you guys can see, this is not 20 inches. This is definitely like 24 inches, because this hair is SuperDuper long and, like I said, their density on their wigs is always 8:1 and also their density is a hundred and sixty percent on this week now this wig looks like it comes with some layers, so I Don'T really know about that, but we shall see so I'm gon na go ahead, put the wig on and actually see how the hairline looks on me and it looks pretty good. I'M not gon na. Do any plucking number one, because I don't feel like it and number two, because I just really don't have to like this - is really one of those put on and go wigs, which I can appreciate because it's very time consuming doing all that other stuff. So make your wig look a 1, so I am going to go ahead and cut the lace off of the ears. If you guys want me to do like a separate video showing how I clip the lace off around my ears. Let me know because it is a very important step that you need to do when it comes to installing your wigs to get a very natural look all ready. So now that I have the extra lace cut out from around my ears, I'm gon na go back in with that hot comb and just really press the hell out of this hairline and my roots just to make sure everything is straight, and I'm also trying to Find a reason to plug this front so honestly, but I really don't have one so I'm not gon na do it. So this is my second time using like hair spray to secure my unit. The first time I used it. It came out really really good and I've been trying to get it that way ever since, and I'm not able to do it so to dry the hairline a lot more quicker and secure the hairline better, I'm using a blow dryer just to dry up that hairspray. Now in this particular video, I use a little bit way too much hairspray and it actually made the hairline a little hard and stiff. So I'm gon na go in later in the video with a hot comb to try to loosen up the stiffness and the hardness. If that's even a word in my hairline so because I am going to style my hair, I always prefer to use a headband to secure the front so down and also make sure you know, there's no interruption with the flatness of the frontal. So this week is straight: I'm not even gon na try to put any curls or any type of other style in this hair, because it's straight and I always believe straight hair - never hurt. Never her look never holds any type of styling such as curling. So I'm just going through with my flat iron and just pressing through the hair. I really don't have to be too precise, because this hair already comes straight and so like. I said this is a 20 inch and it definitely falls like a 24 on me and I love love love how full hair baby hair is always like. They never ever fail me when it comes to fullness and thickness of their hair. Air is super beautiful. So, oh yes, give into it. Look at it. Yes, so I'm going in with the care slick stick which I absolutely hate, and I discovered that I hate this product in this video. I'M gon na stick with what I know, which is my Luster's wax stick. So I'm just pressing out the roots even more, because I just want this week so, but you really really play and like look at the hairline guys like yo this wig. This hairline is a 1 like. If you are looking for a ready to go do-nothing wig. You need to get you, you need to get with hair vvu for real, so I'm just cutting off the extra lace and, like I said, because I used too much hairspray really around my hairline to kind of try to secure the hairline. You can definitely see where I put way too much, so I'm gon na go in with some powder and kind of trying to tint that thing down a little bit, make it a little bit darker but girl it ain't working. So I'm needing to cut off a little bit more lace and apply a little bit more holding spray and see if that will blend the lace into my skin. Now this week does have some flyaways, ok, hair. Maybe I'm not here with it. I would appreciate, if you can fix that, because you should not be having any flyaways so to fix that I'm going in with some hair oils by Guarnere few T's, which I love, and I'm also going to follow up with some hair mousse, which you guys know. I put on every single thing and I'm going to just make sure the flyaways don't fly so I'm just going ahead and pressing through my hair, making sure the hair line looks exactly the way I want it to look and right. Look at that. Y'All know plucking! No foundation on the part whatsoever like this hair line literally looks like it is coming out. My scalp like this is the type of week that you want in your life. If you don't have this type of wig in your life, you're doing something wrong completely and so yeah this is it honey. This is all I needed to do to this week to slay it and kill it. This is a very nice as looking wig like you need to get this like, don't even play with yourself on this one.
