Alipearl Wig Update | Mermaid Curls Tutorial

Okay, today, i'm doing an updated ali pearl, wig video, because obviously the last video that i did for this alipo hair. I was really proud of that video and i think it helped a lot of people and a lot of people asking me if i can do like an updated hair routine to see how i'm getting with the hair, how i'm maintaining the hair and how it's, how It looks till this day and honey. Let me tell you something now. I am not disappointed. My money did not go to waste and i'm ready to tell you everything, beginning of the video i'm going to show you guys how i maintain my hair, how i wash it, how i take the glue off how i take the wig off in general. This is literally hair fresh from being washed. I haven't done anything to it, yet all i have done is obviously hot combs middle part and just put some ceramic, because obviously we all need serum just to make the hair nice and soft to keep it. Nice and lush, and for when i'm putting heat on it it what it needs to do? Now enjoy the video, so i just put some water in a revolution bottle, and i just started spraying the lace so that i can just easily slide the wig off without damaging my edges or anything else. So after spraying the hair - i just let it soak for about two minutes before i started sliding off and as you can see, it was super super easy. So before i wash the hair, i just have to brush it all out just take out any tangles, because if it gets tangled in the water, that's when it starts shedding, and we don't want that - we want our hair to last as long as possible. So i just soak it in lukewarm water, with some shampoo that i got from aldi or little, i'm not sure, but i will of course, try and link it down below for you guys, so you literally just wash the hair and shampoo in the water. It just makes things easier than letting the water run for so long, and it just allows the hair to soak, which is always needed after i've washed the hair and let it soak. I now go with a toothbrush making sure that all the strands of hair are pushed back, because we don't want to pull out any little strands because it ruins the whole plucking and natural hairline effect. So it looks like i'm going in quite harsh, but i was really really light with it and the toothbrush itself was quite soft. So that's important because obviously a hard toothbrush would just pull out the hair and we don't want there because then we'll just start making the natural hairline look raggedy and we don't want there. So when we're happy that all the glue is gone, we just go with some cold water and rinse it all out. Then we're going with the lukewarm water again and some conditioner just to obviously make the hair softer and i'm just soaking it in the water. And i'm just making sure it's getting all up in there and doing what it needs to do. I usually let the hair soak in the water for about two hours. If i want to wear it the same day or usually overnight, if i don't really care about when i wear it next, if it's a regular thing, i would just say two hours, but if the hair just needs some good old tlc, i would just recommend overnight It will just you'll get better results, that's how i'll say it so i'll, just wash it out again with some cold water, and i usually just let it air dry outside or on the radiators. So first things. First rest in peace uncle fill for real. You were the only father that i ever knew. I get my i'mma be a better you hi, my hands are looking a little ashy and i was like - let's not, let's not do that. Let'S not be ghetto, let's cream our hands before we start showing them on camera or whatever. The good thing about this hair is that it doesn't really get frizzy as long as you put serum in, if i can just show you guys what serum that i use. John furrier, that's the best, it's extra strength, serum and it says it's for thick, coarse hair, but it does wonders for my wig, so we're gon na keep using it for our wigs and it's just still nice and lush still moving stiff wear. I'M gon na go with my fabulous curlers and they're literally just tongs like that. Um honestly, i've been looking for a minute about where they do these and i haven't found anywhere because i got this about i'm 22. So that's when i was 16. So that's a long time ago so, but i'm pretty sure you can find literally the same thing from a different company, so maybe i'll find like similar products below to help you guys, but other than that there we go so my plan is to do three curls For the bottom half because i've applied my hair, we need volume, you know we need like not a volume. We just need a good curl pattern coming through, so i've parted my hair into little pieces as well as the top half, and my plan is just to do three cards, this side, three cards this side and then do the top half so, let's get into it. So i've clipped my end and i'm gon na start twisting the curler, because when you don't twist, you get different curl patterns that we don't want push it down and keep twisting keep twisting and then bring it as close to your bring as close to your scalp As possible obviously do not burn yourself and i usually like you can actually see my lace there, but it is what it is, and i usually like to keep this on here for about. I would say 20 seconds um, not that long, because this one is quite hot. It definitely depends on how hot your color is as well. So if it's really really hot, then obviously you don't have to keep it that long, nice and bouncy, nice and bouncy. We do the second curl, this one's gon na be a little bigger, so we're gon na just keep it on for a bit longer. You know how it is. I must say this is the best wig i've ever gotten from aliexpress. I think it can't even lie to you guys it just fits so perfectly. It has adjustable straps, the thickness of it all is amazing. I'Ve had minimal shedding literally as in minimal. I just can't even explain it, as you guys saw in my little voice over i brush my hair before i wash it, because normally, if you don't do that, then it just all gets tangled in the water you're just brushing out more hair than you have to That'S why i just make sure to do that because you just want to keep it last for as long as possible. My goal is to keep this hair for about nine months to a year i'll, keep you guys updated, but that's my goal, and i just i have faith in it because this is doing like she's, not really failing me at this moment. So, let's have faith right way to the end, because we want curls going all the way and we just twist twist twist - that's just literally. They should just look like that. Like a little bundle of joy, hair was about 240 pounds like in my last video, which i will link. Obviously, i honestly think that's such a good price compared to other, like vendors, i've used with the same ready-made, wigs and stuff like the lace itself, what top quality as in it's just, not making sense to me. I don't know how i found it like. We really got lucky with this one and i'm just here to share, because if i want to win because if i won - and i got my bargain and everyone should win, you know like what. Why keep the secrets? This hair is an independent woman who don't need no hairspray to hold its own curls up. What you think this is this is a game. You think we need hasbro to hold us up. Oh here i am dancing to my kunda stallion right and i'm doing all these tick, tock dances and i'm just thinking to myself. I didn't even think to do the tick tock dances like it literally just it was just like oh yeah. This is how it goes right. Yeah, okay, you know, and i just there i just thought. Imagine if we like go back to the clubs and stuff like when corona is done, done done ever again to see me and the clubs are like actually safe, not just government food. Like am i really just gon na get a little bit too weighed and you start doing tick-tock dances like? Can you imagine the embarrassment, the embarrassment? I wouldn't know what to do. I wonder if anyone else is going to be doing it because you know like in the clubs you're just thinking. Oh yeah, like just vibes, just do what you want just feel free. So what if you just feel free just to do tick-tock dances in the club? I don't know if that's right is that right is that gon na be like the new generational thing like forget, looking normal right, just do tick-tock dances or if you can't think of a way to vibe to the song. I'Ve let down the second part of the hair now and i just split each and i'm just going to word diarrhea and i'm just going to split um the part i have left into two bits just so that i can get like a good curl pattern because It usually tends to fall if it's not defined, if that's the worst, so i'm going to do two parts, i'm going to do two curls on each spotting in glue. What english is not my first language, that's what i meant. Oh, i think it's because i haven't eaten at this point. So i'm gon na do top half and then be back in the jiffy. Okay, i'm back i've basically curled the whole head. Now, as you can see, no hairspray was used in the making of this video. So all i've just done is just brush out the curls that just become uniform just like so, and you see i'll just bounce back. They don't fall out. That'S quality, hair serum because i consider like little bits of flyaways at the top that i need to just get a handle on, so i'm gon na just straighten just this bit because i just want it to be straight. Just the parting just looks more defined like so to plump up my little edges. Ah trusty giant literally like the tiniest amount. You literally don't need a lot and just smooth it out and put it into the hair. So it's nice and soft and there we have it, i'm going to put this band this hair band. On that i just literally got today. It'S so cute. I literally feel like a princess. Oh my god, that's so cute! I got y'all what'd. I say i said i got y'all. I said i got y'all.
