What'S a good beauty gang hacker computing here today, I'm going to be showing you guys my wig application process as majority you guys know. I am a track and field student-athlete at my university and I've been wearing wigs for the last couple of months now, and these are the same exact steps. I'Ve used from day one and I'm happy to admit that I've never had a wig fly off during competition. So let's go ahead and hop right into this. I'M showing you guys that I am somebody who has low edges. Okay, as you can see, if I put the wig on top of my hair lines and still kind of see my edges out, so I'm going to go ahead and pull out those edges to kind of make it a part of the look rather than trying to Push the edges back or have the front away too far forward, so I'm going to go in with some eco styler gel in my edgy brush, which I want to touch on really quick with you guys. This edgy brush is not your typical toothbrush that we slant am our edges with. It actually has charcoal bristles, which hides product residue and reduces bacterial growth, along with a sleek compact design for precision styling. So if you're interested in purchasing your very own edgy brush, go ahead and click on the links in the description box and also use my coupon code ICI 2017 to get $ 1 off your purchase now back to our regularly scheduled program here, I'm just tying up. My edges and letting them sit for just 5 to 10 minutes, so they will sit and then, when I remove them, you'll see that they are laid okay and now I'm going to go ahead and work on pulling that stocking. Wig cap that you see underneath my actual wig as far forward to my edges as I possibly can, because the goal is to have as little amount as visible hair as possible. So now I'm going to pull the wig cap forward and pull it down the sides of the wig while clipping it ways the rest of the hair, because I don't want to get that all mixed up in the application process. Then one more time I'm going to pull down that stocking cap as close to my edge as possible. That is very key. You guys and I'm going to just pull the wig forward to see exactly how I want the wig to sit on my head when it's time to apply the gel, so yeah making sure one more time everything is in place. Then I'm going to fold back that frontal flap and use the gutter bgroove gel and apply it with a q-tip right along my edges, as you can see here, one thing I do want to mention is that I'm avoiding putting the jail on that area where I Pull it out the sides - and I will show you guys later why that is just - do not put the jail where those left sides that you pulled out are now. This next step is optional. Some people use blow dryers. I just use a fan method. I don't want the jail to be completely tacky just yet, because if it's too tacky there's little to no room for you to adjust the wig, if you didn't place it on exactly right, you know you feel me so here I am placing the wig on and I'M doing it very gently and it's important for you to have a rat tail to comb or even a pic and as you see I'm going in with it and I'm just kind of laying down the lace without pushing the hair into the jail. Because then, it will look like really crusty and stuff and, as you can see this flat, that I'm kind of pushing down my finger isn't really holding, which is okay. That can be solved by using your fine-tooth comb and combing it firmly in the direction that you want the hair to go now. Another problem, you guys, might run into there's not a big deal if the lace is not all the way down. You see how it kind of lifts up just go ahead and put some got to be glue gel on the tail end of the fine-tooth comb, reapply it in that area and just push down now as we're incorporating sleek edges and baby hairs into this look. I probably suggest waiting until the drill that you applied dries completely before trying to do the edges in baby adjust, so it doesn't move the wig. Although I didn't have much problem, that's just what I suggest for beginners, but now that it's time to tie down the wig, I'm go ahead and apply the got to be glue just on those side, parts that I told you guys to hold off on and then Comb them down and make sure they stay in place, and then I'm going to go ahead and let the gel set the lace and the edges by tying it down with a scarf now in terms of taming, this beauty forever Malaysian curly hair. I just go in with some spritz water and my tangle teezer brush comb down the hairs minute apart, so that it looks natural and flat when I take off this scarf and I'm going to just let the whole style set for six thirty to forty minutes now, If you don't have that type of timing you're in a rush, you can always use a blow dryer and just hold it against your edges and the lace and all that good stuff, and it will help drive the gel a lot faster. But I like to do it this way, so, after a good 30 40 minutes, the hair is set, my edges are late, so I can take off both and you guys be prepared for greatness. Okay, look at that! Look how plain it is, but we're not done just yet any crust that the jail might have left or anything you can get rid of that fast by just using a hot face, cloth and dabbing it in those areas. Now we're almost done, but we got to make sure this front to look as natural as possible. So I'm going to go in with my foundation, apply it to a q-tip and rub it in the part and then I'm going to use a Beauty, Blender and DAP. It in and if any foundation got on the hair that I didn't want, I'm going to go ahead and use some black mascara to cover it up now, once you've done all this, if you followed my steps correctly, then your frontal should be laid and Slade honey. Okay, so yeah, I really hope you guys found this video helpful. Please don't forget to Like comment, share subscribe and until next time guys bye. You

Yasmin Gomez: For any beginners watching: don't put foundation on your lace, use a black tea rinse or fabric dye to tint the lace

Laurel: And yes, I found this video very, very helpful. You nailed it. Finally, a wig video that makes sense.

Z Creative Studio: Ok the frontal was a mess but I’m glad to see black women out here supporting each other regardless. To be fair all the steps were right- it just didn’t come out ‘natural’.

Kay Milano: It came out great ! Just one tip I got for you is next time tint it with a brown hair rinse or fabric dye to match your skin to do that it looks like it's coming from your scalp

KAY DIARIES: i think the foundation was a good step and you also can use concealer im learning how to do wigs and im using your vids as a guide so thanks for the upload gorgeous ❤️

Denise Hampton: Yesssssss thank you for this video I'm a beginner and this way is perfect for me to do, I will try it out

Keisha Wright: Did you have any issues with the got2be gel pulling out your edges when removing the wig? I've just ordered my first lace wig and I'm a bit concerned after searching YouTube and realizing that "glueless" just means use a glue-like gel instead of glue ...

LifeWith_Key: Yes ma'am!!!! It looks so natural & real!

Tiraney Petty: So beautiful and you inspire me every time I watch your videos.❤️✨

Laura Sydney: I had a question about the got to glue gel. Does it have any effect on your actual hair?

Mackenzie Thompson: Wowww it looks so good and natural good job❤

General Happiness: Whenever you add the glue there does it pull your edges whenever you try to remove it, or does it easily come off with no problems?

Kenzey Cooper: Okaaaay, way to come through and slay the wig.. I love it!

TN Zem: how many days do you get to keep that on for? Or is it a daily routine and have to gell down the wig every single day?

Nya Long: This hair is beautiful on you! Could we get an update on this hair??

Lily of the Valley: Ok, so your steps are accurate but, the finished look was far from finished, the baby hairs not layed down, the parting area not cohesive, and foundation??? NOOOOO...if you MUST, do that LIGHTLY on the inside of the part, the wig is gorgeous however and you seem to know how to care for your investment, but keep up the good work, keep at it, and you will improve!

Raelashae: “To get a dollar off your purchase.” what that’s gonna do.

Kamaria Denny: Im no pro or anythiny but it just looks a little unfinished. Great video and dont worry about the comments you'll get better in time.

Phoebe Grant: omg girl you saved me!!! I do track as well and I throw the shot put and discus and I was scared it was gonna fly off with the shot

Angelina Curl: Why have I never seen a mini eco styler !!! WHERE CAN I GET ONE

Glen Butler: Very well done.. Nice and thorough and beautiful...

Appetiteraw: this looks nice! love it

Pure light TV💗: I am also a track & field athlete And I Have a hard time keeping my frontal from Sliding up from sweat. How Do you keep yours on during sweaty competition and practice?

Jaina Warren: How long would you recommend to leave these wigs on???

Peace Morris: Great job ! Where did you get the nude wig cap from?

Lilianna: Done ✅ getting this for my birthday

Kaci Jordan: This video help me so much thank you!

Cyn: 2 questions Where did you buy your scarf that you used in the video ?And When you used the gel on your edges (not the eco styler one) did it pull your edges out because I heard that it did?

Ana Da Silva: OMG i still can't beleive how pretty you are, i hope you have a succesful track future along with Joshua as well, you've got a keeper.

Laurel: Is that glue that you get in the styling section of the cvs? If it is, it will save time trying to find something called spirit gum....

Ricki Denise: so so beautiful !!

K & Shay Vlogs: I tried following your link but it wasn't for a wig but bundles and a closure. Also, I'm not sure of length. By the way, I'm new to buying online and would appreciate any help on buying this wig.

Tae Mitchell: Hey I'm in love with this hair, can I have the direct link for this hair? Under this video you have the link to the closure but it's not what's on the video which is a frontal!!
