So i was originally introduced to this company from a lot of youtubers here, a lot of them work with this company and they all have great things to say and i'm kind of new into the wig wearing world. I don't know a lot, not a beautician, i'm not a hair stylist, i'm just an average girl that moved from a big city to a city where it's hard to find good hairstylist and someone that you trust to do your hair. So you're kind of stuck to doing your own hair plus i mean i don't mind doing my own hair, i'm more of a do-it-yourself type of girl. I love to learn new things and do new things on my own. I feel like if somebody else could do it, then i could do it. I seen a few of my favorite youtubers using this brand. I was like. Okay, i've been wearing a lot of synthetic wigs and i felt like okay well now's the time for me to try to up my hair game, get something that was a little bit more better quality. So i came across you nice. You, nice, unique their prices. I feel like it's very affordable for the quality of the hair that i've seen. I was like okay, i'm gon na try this i purchased this wig from them honestly at first was regretting it because girl they put me through a wind world of this company. I just girl, like okay, so i'm gon na look through my phone. I'M gon na insert the receipts here as well, so you can see - and i'm gon na, insert my experience when receiving the package as well. So you can see how it came when i bought it and all that good stuff. Let'S see here originally, i ordered this hair april 1st. I received a message on april 3rd, saying and full title hi. We are sorry you're you, nice, hair, still in processing and in the body it says: hi keisha, thanks for buying from you nice hair, for your order number it belongs to top selling products. We have just been informed by factory that your order processing may delay three more days because of order overwhelmed what bro? What are you talking about man? You know a couple of days for me to get it okay, so mind you. This was on the third of april. I sent another message on what's up two days later on the field and i was like hi i'm about to cancel my order with y'all, because it's taking you too long and then they say, hey dear, what's the number please and i gave them the number and They'Re talking about they're checking the order number sorry for the inconvenience your order body wave is still some time to prepare it would you mind changing it to a straight with the same one, same density, there's no price difference! If you agree with rent shipment to you today - and i said no - i won't body wave, no, they respond hi dear. We can ship the hair around the tenth of this month. So sorry for the inconvenience it still needs time to make. Okay on the 13th, i responded back to them onwards app, and i said okay, it's past the 10th. Yet the app says my order is still processing and now on the 14th i responded. Hi. Can someone answer chad? Do you know they didn't respond to me until the 15th? How can i make this up? I cannot make this up. Then they responded finally say hi. We may send it out in 48 hours and send you the tracking number. I said on the 15th. I don't want this order. They said i dare re-restock your order. The body wave wig is sent out now. Oh it's done now. Oh, so it took me days weeks to talk to somebody and i'm going back and forth with them and i'm telling them that i don't want the wig and immediately as soon as when i tell them. I don't want the wig anymore. That'S when y'all want to send me my wig, but at first y'all, kept on prolonging and pushing it and pushing it and pushing, but his little wigs would come like it's not that serious shorty just give my money back. Okay, yeah! I was so irritated. I wanted to cancel everything they had shipped it out right before i could even cancel. It continuously told them to cancel it, which i'm gon na insert screenshots. So y'all can see that i'm not lying. Okay, i'm just like confused as to what child and then, after that i finally got my package hi. Did you hit the subscribe button? It'S right there! Hey y'all just wanted to show y'all how my packaging came from you, nice, hair company, whoever the shipper was, could have very well done this with their mishandling, but this is like no inside the box came. It looks like a bonnet or scarf here, and they sent me these ugly lashes that i would never wear or give to anyone, because no, they also sent me this wig cap and then inside is the hair so pulling it out the bag. It definitely looks like real hair because of the colors. That'S in it. It looks like real hair, it's just a part of lace, it has cap, it feels soft, but i don't know what is going on here. Oh when i actually, i can tell that the knots in this wig it doesn't look like it's been bleached to me, because they're very prominent, they're, very thick and black see this is about as much lace as you get on the perimeter. It looks like this human hair based off of this, but i don't know, i'm not an expert y'all tell me in the comments. If, if that, what that means that real hair, like it has these strands, i don't know somebody tell me it came in a box like this, and it was all ripped and tore up and ghetto. You know i'm not going to say it was their fault, because the box looked like this, because ups debbie be manhandling stuff inside this box was this. It was a wig cap in here, but i'm using it right now it came with these lashes girl ain't. Nobody going woody's like i'm, not gon na wear these. It came with these lashes. It came with this girl. I thought this was the bunny which i'm just now figuring this out, but it came with this little head scarf thing thing: magic, i'm never going to use that. I also plugged some of it because the middle part was really tight and i don't want it to look wiggy, so i definitely plucked it. I'Ve been wearing this hair. Now i want to say five or six days it's getting close to a week and all i really do is put on my little scarf and i put on my bonnet to help um keep it from potentially getting knotted up, or whatever i mean. I don't always take care of my hair, like my hair, so i put on my bonnet and my scarf, and this is two days worth of curls how i feel about this brand. I would never purchase from them and i wouldn't recommend any of y'all to purchase from on the solely fact of how i was playing with toy brown with like i was a little ragdoll and i don't appreciate that don't play with me y'all lucky. I want no story, i want. I couldn't just pop up on you because i don't know if you want l.a or for you in china, but either way it goes like y'all gon na stop playing with people, and they money like that, because we still in the pandemic. The hair is very soft. It was very nice when i got it, i'm not even gon na stunt. You know the hair is, i feel like it's pretty good quality, i'm able to run my fingers through it, i'm able to curl it. It definitely keeps the curl and i'm not again, i'm not good with hair, so like my curls and stuff is not the best but yeah the wig comes like the length comes here. I forgot what inches is, but i'm gon na insert like all the details and stuff like that of this wig inside the box, but yeah. It stops like right here, which i think is perfect length for me. I'M not really big on like long hair, but you know i like to do a little something longer than my natural hair. It sheds a little bit, but it's not a terrible, shedding or anything like that. It'S definitely body wave because it's it's it gives body. I like the wig, and if my experience wasn't the way it was with them, i more than likely would have continuously purchased from them, but because of my situation, the way they conducted themselves throughout this transaction with between me and them. I don't want to do nothing with them. I don't want to buy no, no one personally, and i say you keep your coin: don't buy none! Neither i'm going to continue to go through this journey of learning, about hair, wigs and applying them.
