Diy Fake Scalp! Hide The Knots On Lace Wig Without Bleaching|| Lace Tape

So today, i'm gon na be using the butter lace um unit, i'm using butter lace. You need five, and this is a curly way with a l part. So i'm just gon na go in and show you guys what it looks like. This is what the stock card looks like. So it is a curly wig. It is super curly. Okay, and i like that. So that's what the part is looking like, it's 13 inches at the front and that l part it does come pre-plucked, as you guys can see, and i'm just going to put her on. So you guys can see what she looks like um. The knots and this wig is not very big honestly well, can be very big close up, so you know, but yeah, i'm just gon na show you guys what it looks like. So the focus of this video is actually the tape that i'm going to be using. So, let's get into that right now: okay, so this tip that i'm going to be using is the lace grid, so you're supposed it's the lace, wig grids and knots eraser. So this tip will help you to erase the knots on your wig okay. It is skin like it's ultra thin, it's non-slip, it is sweat resistant. It is durable, breathable, it's reusable, so you can take it off, wash it and put it back on and you have no need for a wig capsis no need at all. So that's what the packaging looks like and it is currently 9.99 on sam's beauty, so sam's beauty was kind enough to send this over the wig and the tape for me to use for you guys. So this is what it looks like straight out of package. It is on a roll, as i said, it is a silicone tape, so yeah i'm just going to be showing you guys how to use that. So let me take off my wig and let's get into it all right, so i did add my foundation to the part and that's what it looks like. I wish my camera did this just this, but it didn't that's. Okay. My camera decided to flop me today, but that's fine, so we're gon na go in and measure how much tape i want for my part. So that's what you want to do. Okay, you want to measure how much tape you want for your part and i'll leave like the perimeter of my edges out just so. It looks a little natural i'm going to get my scissors and i'm going to cut the piece that i measured off, because that's all i'm going to be using for my part and that's what it is. So i'm gon na be peeling off the protective layer. This at this point, i wasn't sure which part was a protective layer, so i had to check so that is the tape, and the part that i put on is a protective layer. So you want to turn your part or your wig inside out at least that's what i did and you're going to be putting on the tape onto your part and pressing down so that it stays. You know you want it to stick all that good stuff. So that's what i'm doing and listen guys after i did this. I was like hmm, what's gon na be different, i had to check it y'all i had to check it just to make sure so and then i put it back on again. You do not need a wig cap, but i was so used to in my way cap that i put it on so used to don't worry, you guys are going to see a close-up of what the wig looks like with the tape. So you guys can see how it hit the knots and stuff like that, so we're gon na get into that. Okay, so yeah, i'm just trying to get the wig situated on my head and this video is more about the tape than it is the wig. But we got ta, give the wig some love: okay, she's cute. She is super cute. I always wanted to try her and what better way to try her than with this okay guys so again, i'm losing using the lace, wig grids and knots eraser, and this is a silicone melting tape. So this is customizable, meaning you can customize it. However, you want do what you want. You know put it wherever you want stuff like that, so yeah guys you see up close, you can't see my knots, don't that look like scalp, pure scalp, goodness, okay, this thing is not moving either. Okay, it ain't moving at all. Okay, so that's her look at it up close pure scalp! Goodness you can't see any knots. You can't see the grits it's just gone. It looks like a part - and this is a life saver, because i am completely obsessed with this tip and i'll be using it to add the grids and not on my list from now on.
