I review MAGIC BOND LACE GLUE with poor results and EBIN lace glue with GREAT results. Check out my whole review! DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT A HAIR CARE PROFESSIONAL, I AM AN AMATEUR TRYING OUT PRODUCTS FOR THE EVERY DAY CONSUMER!

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel today. I want to talk about a couple different lace front clues that I've tried in the past couple weeks, so I found one good one and I found one bad one, so I want to go ahead and talk about those. So, let's start with the first one that I tried, and this was actually for her. She she went to the beauty supply because I was putting her was on for her and she actually went in there. I believe to purchase um some gum farm, but she asked them. Where was the lace to it and they point her to from this ajik con ultra hold extreme cream premium, lace, wig bonds and she paid $ 9.99 for it. It was out it wasn't behind the counter or anything, so it was less expensive than like your ghost bone, which would be like maybe 1699 for, like I think, the classic is 1699 and then from there. I believe gold star goes up to 20 $ 6.99 because they have like one I haven't tried yet and it's $ 26.99, so yeah ghost bond is in that range and it's always behind the counter at the booty supplies out here by me. So anyways she went ahead and keep her to this magic barn glue. So I'm gon na answer some clips of the blue, how it looked when you apply it and how it drives and everything. So let me just get into it that blue was terrible. I actually when she purchased it, I didn't know she bought it. She just showed up, and she had that. So I was like okay well I'll, try it. So what I did was, I initially went on YouTube to kind of get an idea or a feel for how you should use the glue, and there was only like, maybe three reviews and I think the couple that I saw were actually sponsored. So I didn't watch the reviews and I said, okay well, let me watch these reviews because it's gon na being sponsored, I would assume that they probably gave them directions exactly how to like. I don't remember any directions being on the body, but for what I saw in the videos which I watched, the girl did one layer she'll out to dry until it was clearance and then she did a second layer and she allowed to dry it until it was Clear she put her wig on. She didn't really show, but I always say about the video is that she showed, I think, the first layer. But then, after that she didn't really show the second layer, and then she just put the wig on and it looked good. So I said: okay, let me go ahead and I'll follow that method. So first layer went on it dried clear. So I said: okay, let's do the second layer because her she likes to wear her wigs longer. So the second layer goes on. I mean it was a mess. So when I swing around her head, the glue is very runny. The consistency. It'S not like water. It'S not that bad. It'S like a school blue like the Elmer's school glue, literally, that's when you compared it to it was so runny. It was like and put you know, and I didn't use a lot of it because I wasn't really familiar with it. I used a fair amount, but I didn't use a lot like. I would like a ghost farm, because I know how close bond works. So I know how much to put so with that excellent, a little bit less than I usually would, because it was running so much so I just put like thin layers of it in spring. I spread it out once the first layer dried and it was clear then we decided to go ahead and proceed with the second layer. So again it's raining, so you have to do a lot of cleanup with it. We'Re doing that at five, so we stopped there. After the second layer for about 45 minutes and we're waiting for it to go clear and it was still white like glue so then I'm like okay, the girl in China on the video. So maybe maybe we got a bad back to something or why is it not her, so we sit there little bit longer. The goo is still white. So at that point I said: okay, let me see how I feel and it was a little tacky, but the glue never really got tacky. So I was getting late at this point, so I said: okay, let's see what happens when we actually try to put the wig off, will it stick or not? Well, indeed, not sick at all. If the wig literally got on there and it just slipped, my it just slid right off and we were pissed like we were me and her. She were pissed. We talked about how we were going to drag that company because it was like it was horrible. She paid $ 9.99 for it granted. So, of course, to me in certain instances, it's like you get what you pay for, but there's other companies I got to be glue or the one I'm gon na show you next that I love where that type of thing does not happen, and I'm gon na Insert clip of because I actually did a test section because after I haven't hurry, I was like okay. Maybe it was something on her she's saying, maybe maybe I didn't clean her forehead good enough or maybe the second layer of glue threw it off. I don't know so what I did was. I did another test area on my own. I like a piece of paper and I'm gon na insert that clip, so you can see because it did not dry on the paper either and it sat on the pit selection power. I get like a big section and then I get like one layer, so I did like two different words. I did like one with two layers and then I did one thin section and none of them dry clear. So with that being said, I'm not sure if we got a bad batch or if maybe the rule, just isn't it's just not the best whoo or maybe weren't. We weren't using it properly, I'm not sure. But if you've used the flu and you had a good outcome with it, let me know in the comments tell me what you did. You try using the blow dryer because once he puts that weight on her head and it's lit hot, we were, we were done by. We were completely don't really know. If it's canceled hey, we cancelled that with real life, take the win off, just wipe it off. We can't be bothered is, and literally I didn't have any ghost fun cuz. I had went to the store, so I was like, let's just put some got to the wheels on there called it, and you know what the worst part about it was, even though it did not let that wig Victor hit the glue would not come off like It was a sticky mess and it was rolling up like help them where food does. So that's why we caught it like. We were like it's like Elmer's glue. Basically, it was rolling all up, like kind of like bunching up in a little ball. It was everywhere it would not come out easy. It was all over our hands. We we had it everywhere. So honestly, it was a horrible experience for me. I told her do not ever bring that over again. Please do not and take that back and get your money back, get your $ 10 back because girl they ripped you off. I don't know if she's that throwing this store actually told her. It was like yeah girl. I wear Rosalyn, I'm like what what their hair look like her, she and she time out. They had on a hat. Well, so yeah we were, we were angry and you know I had just been a bad week in general honestly. So the fact that magic bond had the nerve to do something like this after the week we had it was just like ridiculous. We had had a really rough week and honestly that ruined the rest of my week, because I spent a lot of time selling. I wig and we had to take extra time to wipe that nasty goo off and get rid of it. So yeah. Here'S that sample section that I did on the right side. I did a thin one layer section and I spread it out thin and on the left side I did two layers and I did a little thicker and you will see here that this is. I think it was two or three hours later before I actually threw it in the garbage. It'S still white, it never dried clear and you see the glue is still coming off of the paper and onto my finger and that's actually on the thin side, with only one layer. Okay. So now I want to talk about a glue that I had a good experience with so today I picked this up at my local beautifly. It is the ebon New York forever ultimate glue lace holding glue, and this is the extra mega lasts up to three weeks and it has hold, and then it has four plus lines underneath it. So I want you to notice the plus signs I'm here, because I think they have like three or four versions of this because they had another one that was like for two weeks and then I saw they have another one for like four weeks. But I went ahead and draw out this one, so I have good things to say about this. For one thing I paid 259, for it I mean granite. This is like a small sample size, but really you don't need a lot of this to apply your wig. I mean if you do two layers. I think I need it like dabs, for I need it for total, so I'll show you how much I would use like. I would put like show you outfit like this much and now, let's spread it out across my forehead, and that was it. Let me go into the pros of this, so the pros of the product is that it dries really quickly. I would say within my five minutes: the glue got tacky, so that was great. It dries clear. There was no flaking and I want to insert some photos, but I will get up close here with the camera, so you can. It dries completely clear. I also used a litter box, something I like to do I like to do you know what you're doing your baby hair? Sometimes you don't want to use mousse because you might not want them to be like crunchy. So for me I would use like water, sometimes to mold my baby hairs and I did and the wig did not come up. It works well with water and it's moldable. It kind of reminds me of the black kospi glued, except it's a little thicker, and I think it dries quicker. Am i taking with this what I loved about it too, was that I didn't have to tie my hair down for it to hold. I could literally put it on there and it would just it just stuck: it actually has directions on there. It recommends that you use two layers, so they tell you to use one layer which is tacky use the second layer. That'S all they recommend um. So, as far as the negatives go, I didn't really find any negatives with glue at all because for what you pay, you're, paying two dollars and 59 cents. Although I do not think how long does it say it says three weeks. I don't think this glue will last for weeks that I don't think I don't think it's that strong. I think that this is the type of glue, though, that you could probably put layers on top of it without it flaking or messing up the look of your lace, and let me explain it so like let's say here if I start to have some lifting, like. Maybe here I think this is the type of glue you could take and put right on top of there and probably a toothbrush with a little bit of water excludes it back down, whereas with maybe like a bold hole or a ghost garden, you can just take That and put it right on top of it, you don't want to put that on top of your hair. This is gon na get all tangled into the hair. This particular rule is not. It doesn't get all tangled into the hair now, while it does have a good hold. I mean I'm tugging on it. You know not too roughly because I'm not trying to rip like my edges or anything, but it has a decent hole to it. It doesn't. I sweat it a little bit today, I'm at the gym and it did not come up. I still tied it down. I didn't just go to the gym and just leave it out loose. I was tying my weight down. I think that for what you pay for this 2:59, I would honestly be happy if it lasted three days, because it's, I would think I haven't done a removal yet with this. But I would imagine this is very easy to remove and let me see does it say anything on here about the removal, so it doesn't say anything about removal. My guess would probably be. I think water would work. I don't think you need anything. Even a strong alcohol, but honestly I love this school. I think this would be the perfect glue for a beginner wave, really if you're new to lace frontals, I feel like this is something that you really can't mess up. When I use this, I didn't use a brush, I didn't actually just use my fingers and I just gently pressed it into my forehead. I would love to do an install video showing you guys how this works if you would like, but actually, if you're new to wigs. This is perfect because you're not spending a whole lot of money on it and it's super easy to use. I think that that's great because a lot of times people when their new wigs you've already paid the money for the wig, sometimes that's like $ 200, sometimes depending on what people will get. Some people are spending $ 200 on wigs and then they have to turn around and spend $ 20 on some lace. And since you don't know what you're doing you end up wasting quite a bit of it, this is definitely beginner friendly, because if you use like this entire bottle, that's cool. Well then another one is $ 3.00. It'S perfect for that, so I would definitely recommend this one, I'm very happy with it. I'M glad I tried it. This is definitely a win. So here are the photos of the install with the glue, and I want you guys to see how transparent the glue is and how it's not flaking up. I actually did the removal of this book about four days later and it came up with only water. So no alcohol needed - and I also installed a wig on my friend, and it also did not flake on her. But I will say, though, is that it's not quite as strong as like a bold hold or like a ghost bod. So if your wig is too small, which her wig was too small, this glue is not strong enough to make that wig stretch out. So that is the only negative thing that I noticed. I want to thank you guys so much for watching my video today. Don'T forget to Like comment and subscribe, and let me know if you maybe like a demo video for the one I did like and then, if you have an expense, if that magic blue, tell me what you did differently, because whatever I did, it did not work And I mean I'm not a professional I'd only do hair, I didn't go to school for it, but a child with masks. So thank you guys again for watching, don't forget to Like comment and subscribe. Bye.
