What'S up today, I am really excited because I feel, like I've reached a certain level on my channel, where companies that I have looked up to always I like starting to see me type stuff. Does that make sense like they're, starting there they're getting the vibe? Now like? Oh, that girl, we like her what I'm getting from this vibe. Let me show you why well, as you can see from the title, this is a wig review from a way this is gon na, be a regrouping from away from my first weeks. I am just so happy right now, because, even before I you know worked with them, I've been, I bought. I'Ve actually bought away from them before it was a while ago. That just goes to show you that, like this, I stand behind this company, because even before I you know was working with them like I still was rocking with day products just because, because quality, okay quality hands are getting a little bit, ashy we're not gon na Talk about it because, what's new, the first thing that I do see in the Box: well, not in the boxes, wasn't in the box. Well, this was in the package that they sent me was a wig stand. You could never go wrong with one of these, especially when you're a person like me and you have like 3,000 weeks. I need places to store my wigs, especially my ones that I really like, and I wear it on a daily basis. Cuz, you know sometimes you'll get a unit or you'll get something just is saying with the same thing, with clothes, you'll get something you'll forget that you had it just because I mean it's not in your direct line of sight. Is that what you try to say? But you'll just forget your hat you'll. Have it that's why I like to display my favorite weeks on display hope that made sense hawks we've got that's off the chain. This is like, I want to say, like a luggage, you know how like, when you get um, but when you're traveling and you you got like clothes they. This is like a thing for clothes, but it's for your wig this. What company you know doing that? I don't know any so the old banana I want to show you what else is in the box says that was an egg. We got some weight cats, we got a little edge, tamer kind of thing, a little a little we've got some conditioner. This look like something soon yeah. This looks like a really good brand. I'Ve never had, but the packaging looks great and then we got wait. That was shampoo. Wait, no yeah, so we got two conditioner. Then we also got a batch, but it's tough image. We'Ve got some bobby pins, we got lasted, we got some clips, we got some, we got a pamphlet and we got a comb. A nice comment that I can't wait to use it yeah. So this is the us. Oh, it's it's instructions and it tells you what comes in here. So it says one: we carry a bag where a rat tail comb photo a wig stand. Polyester. We kept wig cap to wig clips and bobby pins, that's crazy and the fact that they stand by this beam. I guess your first wig, so they want to give you everything. That'S essentially needed for you to you know, do a successful, wig and stop I'm gon na give you the specs on this real, quick cuz. I know I get. Sometimes I get a little excited. I'M sorry! I keep digging my nose. No it's just it's really bad. Sometimes I got a little excited, you know and I like forget to tell you about like the actual specs, so she is a silky texture, she's 12 inches a natural color she's a capsize too, and it gives you like the details on what exactly's and then we've Got a six inch deep part line, Lula's lace, cap and the lace. Color is a medium brown. We gon na say anything I'm gon na. Let the wig speak for itself. Let'S, let's do that really quick, but can we please just a mild it admire this part, o Q? Is me you please just admire that part. Six inches yeah mm-hmm six foolish is that's what we're talkin up for doing. I'M gon na do a cute like straight moment just to accentuate the part. Can we do that? Let me go get the flat iron cuz we're doing dad quick, Latia, a quick Latia. I just literally teed up on this week in two seconds baby, who the Bob the Bob but yeah after all, that I really genuinely just want to say, I definitely love what this company stands for. I love the thought that they put into everything that they did like the little scent that you get. You don't even just get gesture. We you get all of that in one and I feel like it's really they're, really a good company for that cuz. Honestly, I don't know any other companies, that's doing it like that. It'S definitely worth the money. It'S definitely an investment. Not only is their packaging great, they say you're great stuff, but the wig, the quality of the wig is even amaze. It'S even better. You do want to pick up this week and everything else that it comes with. Of course everything is gon na be down below. I look like Hardy. No, I don't. I look like Nikki with a wig on but yeah. It is some and he's you know just to glue it down just a little bit, but that's if you're gon na do that cuz. Adella Soul: The hair from this company seems good quality. But the customer service is very poor. If you need to contact them about anything or have a problem with the unit, they are pretty much non responsive so one needs to be 100% sure they order a unit that has been reviewed multiple times just to be sure. The company is more concerned with making money than it is with “genuine” customer satisfaction. That’s just my observation after purchasing from them and experiencing their customer service.

Spent over 50 pounds in return fees only to find out they don't do refunds on shipping cost. Absolut robbery of a website and I'm not the only one. You guys are better of with AliExpress
