Hi everyone - this is Diane and today, I'm coming to us with the tutorial on how to get rid of those dry, frizzy nappy ads on your synthetic wigs in your synthetic hair and also going to give you guys a review on this week that I'm wearing. But I'm going to start with the review first and then a little bit later on in the video we're going to get into the tutorial so starting off with a review. This is the motown tress XP lie in wig. This is the little paper that came with the wig, and this is the box that it came in. I bought this wig from here stop and shop calm for 3595. I also bought another wig with it in a way cap, so my total was 60 70 and you get free shipping when your total is over sixty dollars. So i got free shipping the lid ships priority. So i got my wig really quick. I actually ordered this wig in September of 2015 and I've been wearing the wig, so it's January, so I've been wearing this wig like every single day for the past two months and it's held up pretty well so some things that are advertised on here, the 5 Inch extra deep part and the part is really good. I actually tweezed it. So that's how I got to look like this. I didn't come. Looking like this is a J curve. Part is curling irons, safe up to 400 degrees. When i first got this wig I'm sitting on, I thought that it was really pretty it's really thick and made me think of like Princess Jasmine. Here it was really nice. It kind of looked like a woman of color blew out her hair, so it did have a more natural look to it and I didn't like it was just way too thick and long for me though, and it just looks really fake. The part was really thin. So I just have to do a lot of tweezing on the part, so the first thing I did is, I straighten my wig and I also thinned it out with a razor comb. This is a razor comb and I pinker like under ten dollars at the v supply store, so this, and that is um. The teeth are closer together. This is a thinning side and then this is the cutting side. So this is the side that I used to thin out the way, and I would just um take a piece of hair and I was striking. It do a few passes and straighten it and then after I straightened it, I would run the comb through just like once or twice and it would take some hair out, and so that's how i thinned out my wig when I was done with that um the Wig was very very long. It went all the way down to my waist and there weren't any layers in the hair, so it was all one layer and I just didn't like how the wig looks like that either. So I went and I got my wig cut. I got a few inches taken off and then i also got it layered at the walmart salon and then cost me fifteen dollars for the haircut and then i tipped the girl in extra five dollars. So it cost me twenty dollars for that. I also get my hair cornrowed whenever I wear a straight wig, so that my hair is very very flat underneath um, because I have thick hair there's no other way for me to get to lay flat other than cornrowing it or flats was to give. So since I can't flat twist that quick and I can't cornrow at all - I got my hair cornrowed at a hair salon and that costs about twenty-five dollars to get my hair cornrowed and the actual part of my corn rows is the same place where this is So that the big will lay flat, so the part of my corn rows is here and then I have cornrows going down the sides, and I have cornrows in the back and they're all connected how much how you would get your hair cornrowed if you were getting, Was sewn in so after all that was done. My wig ended up looking like this, and I really do like. I think it looks really nice, but if you calculate all of that to actually by the way to get my hair cornrowed and to get the big cut and later actually cost me about eighty. Ninety five for this wig, the wig, has two clips in the front and it has one clip in the back and adjustable strap. One of the clips in the front actually got loose, ended up kind of just cutting it out because I don't use the clips in wigs at all, because I find that they pull my hair out. They pull my edges out and that's time for that. So I don't use the lid clips instead, I just use bobby pins and I just pin it down, as you can see like this, hairline does not look natural at all and when the wind blows, it doesn't pick up the hair over here anyway. So I really don't Carolyn if you want to you, can put your edges out and make it look real natural and all that stuff, but I just don't have the time or the patience, so my hair is always like covering the hairline anyway. So to me it doesn't really matter the wig sheds and tangles. So bad. Actually, I feel, like bisa tangles a little bit worse than this, because both times when I got visa, it shedded and tangled really bad. But I got visa and like a burgundy color and a blond color. So I don't really know if the tumbling was worse because they'll wig just singles worse or if the tangling was worse because of the color job that they hear had. But this one tangles and sheds really bad, but not as bad as visa. If I could write this wig, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars, because I do think that is really really pretty. The tingling is pretty bad. The shedding is pretty bad and I wouldn't buy this way again, but I don't regret buying it. I wouldn't buy it again because that means i would have to straighten it again. I have to thin it out again. I have to cut it layer it again and i feel like this is actually closer to how bisa look straight out of the pack how this hair looks right now. So if I wanted to look like this, I was just kidding I'll just find ISA. But I don't regret behind here because, like i said, i've been wearing this synthetic wig for two months straight every single day and it's held up pretty well so now that we're done with the review we're going to get right into the tutorial, how to get rid Of dry frizzy ends on your synthetic, wigs and hair. So this is what we're starting off with. I sprayed my wig with some detangling spray and brushed it out and, as you can see, the ends are looking kind of raggedy right now. So the first thing we're going to do is we're going to wash the hair i'm using this added strain shampoo and i'm going to write still wig with some cold water and then i'm going to add the shampoo to the water in the sink and fill up. The sink and it my wig inside I sister wig around a few times gently, and then I leave it sitting for about five minutes. I want to know this is the correct way to wash away well. This is how I like to wash my legs. I ranks the wig off and, I repeat the same thing with the conditioner i'm using the Cinderella's hair conditioner. I got both the shampoo and the conditioner from Sally's Beauty Supply Store and I really like the Cinderella's hair conditioner and makes my wigs really soft. I like to wash my lids at the beginning of this process, because it removes all that leaked a Tinkler spray and dirt and oil and whatever else got in your wig, so that when we finish that hair will be really light and airy and flow. So after conditioning the hair with a towel dry, it gently just squeezing the excess water out and then we're going to turn the wig upside down and in the shout where we're going to give it a few strong shakes. Then I'm going to hang my wig upside down, I'm going to gently finger comb, all those tingles out, so that the hair lies straight and I'm going to hang up my wig in a place that gets a lot of air and let it dry for at least Four hours when the hair is dry, the soil looks like the ends. Look pretty rough, but the rest of the hair looks really nice and soft. So this is where the magic happens, i'm using a rebel on flat iron instead 380 degrees. He is what fights these dry frizzy ends and they make things really easy now, because my synthetic hair is curly, re and safe up to 400 degrees. So I know you guys probably want to see this actually happening. So here's a strand of hair that hasn't been flowering yet and watch what happens so after flat ironing it you're gon na get those long straggly ends. And if you want your hair to look good, it's probably best to cut those off you and that's how. It looks when I'm all done as you can see, it is a big difference from before, not perfect, but definitely a lot better. So this is what my hair looks like when I'm completely finished, but this is how i get rid of my dry frizzy ends on my synthetic wigs. It'S a very simple and easy, ok guys, so that was my tutorial on how to get rid of those dry. Frizzy ends on you, synthetic hair. I hope that you enjoyed it and if you have any questions, just make sure that you leave them in the comments section below and I'll try. My best thing. I saw them for you. Queen Hurricane: I just say a personal "Amen" every time I see a tutorial like this.... that is so very informative. I loved watching this video. And yes, it was relaxing...Lol! My go to wigs are always curly because I have a very full face that I am trying to style around. So if you have any tips on reviving curly wigs, PLEASE post another video! I just watched one where someone soaked their wig in fabric softener after washing it in laundry detergent.....????

NuLaifMusic: Use a HANDHELD STEAMER (Makes it so simple to detangle and not damage the wig more) & HAIR STRAIGHTENER to get better results. If you want curly or use the one to make curls.

Tiny Khami: Oh my gosh, thank you so much. one of my favorite wigs has been slowly dying for months so I've been wearing it less each time but I'm going to try this, thank you!!

Anne Stoné: you just saved me sooooo much frustration!! I recently bought 30 inch synthetic hair and I was worried about what's going to happen when the ends get frizzy! I really really didn't want to cut the hair and now i don't have too because you're a life saver!

Erin Toler: Thank you sooooo much. I just got a synthetic wig off of the wish app and it looks great but smells like dead fish (thought I was gonna throw up). Your tutorial was EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you so much!

JenTančica: Veryry helpful video honey. I usually throw my synthetic wigs away after they look frizzy and tangled. you just opened up my eyes. tnx xo

Pink Kawaii Kitty: Thank you so much!!! I have tried everything to save my wig and was going to get a new one but your tutorial saved me!! I can't thank you enough!! :)

Eva Kaganda: I would like to say; Thank you, thank you and thank you! This worked for me. As of yesterday you saved me alot of money because I was throwing most of my wigs away. This worked for me, my wig looks brand NEW!

L.I. Law: THis was a great tutorial. Thanks for all the info! I recently started wearing wigs and I was wondering where I could go to get my wigs trimmed.

Holly Wood: I'm going to subscribe. I absolutely love how detailed you are

Shauna Rose 🌹: I wash my synthetics like that but I use detergent and fabric softener instead. Since they are fibers it works great!

Sabrina M: May I ask if the tangling was any better or no different when you added a moisturiser or serum to the unit? May I also ask if you have used the Comb method when straitening? So you basically use a fine tooth comb and as you comb the section you chase behind it with the straight irons and this also helps to minimise the what i call " trashy" ends and nape tangles...

Gypsysilver: thank you so much for this! I graduated but I'm still living the college student budget life lol

The Tall Auntie: I noticed the first time I got a sew in (I used synthetic hair because I just needed my hair to lay flat long enough for my graduation cap to fit lol) I got 2 colors, 1B and this really pretty burgundy color. I noticed after like 2 weeks the 1B was fine but the burgundy was frizzing and tangling like crazy and I really do think it was just the color job.

CIGNATR: This helped my friends out a lot.You helped everyone!Love you

Debra White: yesssssss, thanks for the tips your hair looks great.

Marie Smith: You can use Motion conditioner on the wig after you wash it, gives the wig a bouncy and silky look to Beauty In Blazer

Lakin Pershing: Thank you!!!!!!!! so much help!

Yvette Rodriguez: i love your vids can you make more

SHARON'S SPIRITUAL SPACE: Looks beautiful.... I thought it was your real hair! You look gorgeous

Merline Bayoulath: thanks girl. I got the same wig as you

RawR Leahhh: Did anyone else find the tutorial relaxing ?

Lauren buzzingnoise: I thought this would make it erode but I'm going to try it tonight!

catmo59: Does this help with the ffibers "sticking" you when the wig gets older? Hope that make sense. When it is new it feels soft but over time the hair starts sticking my shoulders and back

Lippie 143: You look fab :) Thankx for sharing will try it on my wigs.

chocolate chunks: This is great, I'm gonna try this ;)
