Hey guys welcome back to my channel this video is kind of like a rant and a warning to all the shoppers out there. I'M just gon na go ahead and jump right into the video. So you know when you go on Facebook and you see advertisements and if you you know how Facebook can track like the type of things that you look at on an Internet and they'll try to advertise to you in that field. So, of course, like my mom was like looking up a lot of stuff about hair. So what popped up on facebook was like an advertisement to this website that sells wigs, which was stuff that she was looking at, and so I'm just gon na pull up the website, and I'm just gon na show to you. You know the type of wigs that day advertise on this site, but if you like a look on the website, these look like some really like nice, little lace, some type wigs. You know, I'm just gon na go ahead and pull up the website. I'M gon na link the website in the description box below the web address of the site that I'm on right now is my martyr's calm. That'S my ma, RT ores, calm! So I'm on the website right now and it's just scrolling through the side. This is like some really like nice lace, front, wigs, beautiful, beautiful hair. A lot of us know like a lot of the advertisements and Facebook's are likely like scams or poor quality, but I mean it's my mom like she didn't know, so she just saw this website. Like an innocent shopper, looked at the hair and like I mean to her, the hair looks great. It looks amazing and I'm gon na go to the one that she picked out, which is this one right here and it says: glueless 360 glamorous women long straight wig right. They change this because on the website it said full lace, they think they're slick. They think that they're slick on the screen right now, I'm out to put the actual description that she purchased. It said full lace, they think they're slick by changing the names. I got ta change it that fast but honey. We have the receipts that says it's a full lace. I'M gon na show you this week and you, let me know if you think this is a full lace wig. So, first of all, the wig came in this playing little box like this, and it was packaged in this little plastic bag. Who cares? Let me go, let me show you this week. I was so mad when I saw this. This is the wig. First of all, does this look like a full lace wig to you just take a look at it. This looks like this looks like a full wig like not lace, wig, but a full costume, regular, wig, okay and they don't start to look at the hair. I'M like this is a human hair. This is synthetic hair. Look at the ends of this like do you see like it, shit's like crazy, like I'm just doing like this, and the wig is shedding so bad. I don't like how Dan they advertise a full lace. Wig on their website and send you this garbage sound like I slept this on my head, I'm like, oh, so this what I'm supposed to look like, so I walk around looking like Donald Trump like. Are you serious? What is this? What this is not a full-length one, no lace, I hear it where's the lace, and I was so angry. I mean me as a consumer syllable buys hair, but if I go to the website, I know that it is probably too good to be true. I mean they had the nerve to mark the wig down from originally a hundred and forty seven dollars to nineteen. This wig was originally 147 get out of here get out. This was not 147 dollars. Y'All. Just just beware and buy a hair on Facebook, which I mean again, some of us know, and literally some of us just still don't know. I didn't think about her. My mom would do that, but I mean hey having anybody and like even look at the back here like what is this. This is terrible, and if you look at the like the tracks, it's so poorly constructed did like the tracks. In-Between are like been like. What kind of track is that? Do you see how thin these are like this? Isn'T this isn't bundles? I don't know this is synthetic hair that they slapped on a wig cap. Look at all this shedding like again this little ponytail holder right here, and you slide this guy off. So much hair comes off with this. It'S disgusting, it's so disgusting! How they're doing people like you are advertising other people's own pictures on your website and selling something completely different? That'S called fraud that is false advertisement. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Why are so many of these companies getting away we're doing stuff like this, like? I don't get it like. Why are you telling me that my hair gon na look like this? Does it look like? I can get a scalp like this from this? What house way? Half like I just I don't I don't get it. I meant this is a synthetic hot mess anyways. I just want to put this out there. I'M not gon na make this video long and ranty just be careful as a precaution. Any website where you see pictures of Instagram models like if they're, not a huge popular website that legitimately got the Instagram models to work for them. If it's like some unknown hair company using pictures of Instagram models, saying that's the type of hair that they have clearly, it is a scam, don't trust it don't spend your money there like so right now what we're doing is. Luckily she got it through PayPal, so she can always get her money back through PayPal. We did hit up the company um, I emailed the company. Let them know that the hair is nothing like what was pictured they're like okay. Can you send us pictures? I, like you, know cuz on your website. You said I can get a refund within 14 days. It'S been within 14 days. I shouldn't have to send you a picture, I'm not happy with the hair and we want to send it back period like forget a picture. So I mean you took the pictures and we send it to them, but obviously we're still just gon na go through PayPal, get our money back and just move on. I mean I feel bad because, like it's, my mom like I've been there. I want to tell her clearly this is a scale, but I mean it's other people out here. Like her, you know this could be your mom could be somebody else's mom and instantly on Facebook. Thinking that they're getting this product and you're not anyways, scam alert Thanks. Any other stuff in the box of the wig, but who cares it's a whole bag of trash? I don't care about your comb. I don't care about your hair ties. Are you little coupons like I don't it's trash? I don't want to send me. The big give me the crotch week that was pictured, but um anyways, I'm gon na go y'all because I need it. I think I was so bad right now any of y'all have experienced um any other like false. You know. Hair companies like this that are just straight-out, lying and sending out trash to people. Please put it in the comment section below because as consumers we got to look out for one another like this is ridiculous, so nobody buy from this hair company, don't trust them period. Alright guys um thanks for watching this video adios till next time.

Megan Partridge: Every time I look at these wigs on fb, there’s always a different store name but same models/pictures....

Chamisa Redmond: You saved me from getting duped. I was about to order from one of those sites, then the Holy Spirit said, “ Check out a review first.” Thank you.

Having Tea With the Devil: The wig aside, I’m just impressed it actually arrived lol.

D. Edwards: Friendly tip. If you go to the "about section" on any of these websites and they don't have an American toll free number that allows you to contact a real person, it's a scam. Doubly so if the items are being shipped from China.

Karen Montgomery: Yeah, I got scammed. I had to laugh when I opened the package. The piece was like a wig you'd wear for Halloween. After I went to PayPal to request a refund, other comments out there for the same issue said PayPal had not helped get their money back. Also learned that the company wanted you to return the piece at your own expense to a Chinese address! Even though it was shipped from a California address. The most important thing I learned through the PayPal reviews was that this is the same company working under several different company names. Bottom line, if it sounds to good to be true, skip it.

Mrs. S: I’m so glad you posted this video, women in the U.S. need to know this. I can’t believe Facebook and instagram are letting companies post these type of ads!

Salvy: i saw a 2 wigs for $40 and i was like... girl come on there is no way you can get two full lace 28 inch brazilian wigs for $40

Serenitie3: THANK YOU! I can't stand when women review bad hair and then don't expose the company. That's morally wrong in my opinion. They're purposefully allowing other women to waste money.

Ny'Ana Hart: Girl I feel ya, I've been there. I bought three from these Facebook wig sites and was mad. I also discovered that a lot of these companies are overseas which is why they get away with it ripping us off. Ladies do your reviews first and if can't find any reviews on these companies, then don't buy and for you first time wig wearers there is no such thing as a cheap $$$ full lace wig.

Jamie Pete: So Proud of you for EXPOSING this site.

D.Y. Phillips: I’ve been burned 3 times by these so-called low price wig companies that are usually over seas. Took my money and sent me junk that I can’t wear. If the price is too good to be true, it’s probably a scam.

Adreannat T: I’m allergic to synthetic hair literally as soon as she held the hair up I started sneezing

terrenna scott: I purchased three, thinking I’m was about to kill the game. Baby everything you said was correct. Beware!!!! They wouldn’t even give my money back talking about send it back and they’ll give me 10% back

Liza Bauder: I wish I saw this video back in May when I first ordered. When I watched it I actually recognized a few pictures. As soon as I told my daughter I ordered she immediately knew it was a scam. They were too good to be true.

Ni La: The website is shown as unsafe on my phone. My phone doesn’t even trust them.

1T-In-Scot: Whenever I need a good laugh I come back to this video. You’re reactions to this wig are the BEST!

Piggie Bonita: Thank you so much for this video. I know we always don’t like to make negative videos. But this is helpful. I was just about to order a few wigs off this site. I would be pissed. No matter the price. Waste of time and money. Smh. They should be shut down

MsBrandiSue: I had the same thing happen a few years ago. I emailed them and they said send picture, so I did. Their response was , you could be sending us a pic of any wig. Lesson learned, no refund. Thankfully it was only a $40.00 wig.

MYJUMANJI: I am so sorry to hear that you got scammed. Always try to look up some reviews or real footage, most stores use content and photos from other companies. It's a shame!

Rosie Bell Peacock: I've been caught out a few times with scam wigs. Luckily I got my money refunded each time thru PayPal. I will not ever buy a wig advertised on Facebook again. As far as I'm concerned these websites need to be investigated and the companies named and shamed!

Vee Latay: Glad I decided to look for reviews on YT before clicking the purchase button, had 3 in the cart. Thank you!

ItsTwin: I’m glad I came to check out reviews because I had $97 in my cart, I became skeptical because I didn’t see any reviews just viewer numbers. Wow I just remembered that one time I bought a wig from Wish. It’s sad, then again if it sounds too good to be true then it is!

J Harris: Thanks for letting us know about FB, however Instagram is just as bad. I, like your mom brought a beautifully pictured wig and received a Halloween looking wig buyer beware!

Yolanda Salone: Don't ever buy a wig from wish.com they do the same damn mess

Chandrea Withers: Thank you for making this video. I purchased some wigs from Natasha‘s hair and I got scam from them.. and it hurts me because I’m a single mom and I don’t have time to do my hair. I’m so sad this happened to me.

BJ Henderson: Omg...I’m so glad you are telling this. I’ve had the same experience...omg. I was so pissed. The video on Facebook looked soooo good; they use black girls as models. The same identical thing happen to me. Whenever I can I go on the page and leave the worst review. There are a lot more website like this one. I won’t buy any wig or hair from any advertisement from Facebook. I’m so pissed Facebook would allow these frauds. It took so long to get the wig, I didn’t return.

T T: It’s embarrassing to admit, I was scammed by CiCi’s. I'm so pissed, I threw them both in the trash!! Plastic mess!!

Bennett's: Thank you so much for doing this review! I just saw their ad on FB and the wigs seemed too good to be true

Kyla Jcx: Ain't no way I'd order a wig off of fb. All of it seems like a scam

Janie Jones: First I would like to say, I applaud  you and I thank you for your expertise and efforts in displaying your work for these companies as you so diligently submit demontrations, classes and tutorials of their products to help the consumer   in making their choices in purchasing from these companies. We as consumers trust in the Youtube platform and products that are advertised through your channel from these companies who reach out for your help in selling their products to the public. However,  the hair that the company send to you to review, will not come to the consumer the same way, nor will it come as adverised when they pay their hard earned money to buy it. For months I searched and observed wig companies hoping to find good quality hair for my clients and came across Afsisterwigs. The reviews for this company  were astronomical until I considered the facts. i didnt look into buying from them right away because i wanted to see other reviews from others and their outcome who actually bought  and installed the wig.  The demonstrations i saw on some of the top channels on YouTube influenced me greatly. I wont give out their names beause my message is not a positive one and I highly respect them, their work skill and quality expertise. I am not a celebrity, nor do i have a Youtube channel. I am a regular working lady looking to make a living from my trade as a certified licensed hair stylist. Although I pay the same money for the wig i ordered from Afsisterwigs as a celebrity or someone with their own  Youtube channel would, I end up not getting the same quality hair. Now why do you think that is?  The Afsisterwig that I purchased was the yaki full lace skin melt, small size 12in 150 density $219. The picture advertised on their website with the same stats is longer and beautiful, however I knew i would get a shorter version for the price that i paid. When I received my order I tore into that package like a cat on a hot tin roof scratching a hole to escape the heat. That's just how eager i was to get that wig out of the package to get it customized and ready for my customer. When I took it out of the plastic, my bottom lip dropped to my knees in horror. I took a deep breath, sat down to collect myself and wrote to the company the very same day I received the wig asking, " Is this a joke? Am I being punked?? I explained to the company what the wig looked like and sent them  pictures. The hair was lifeless. it was layered throughout the hair with no gloss or shine. About 4 inches of the hair on the wig was pin needle straight. When I ask if I could return it for another with the same value, they told me that it would be too cost affected. Now mind you, the lace was still in tact, no plucking or bleaching, nor were there any products used on it.  It was ready to be sent straight back to the company. The wig was so awful l asked for a refund since they didn't want to replace it. When I sent the pictures showing the jacked up peice of wig they sent to me, all that I got from Afsisterwigs at that time was an apology. They apologized that I wasn't happy with my purchase and offered me 15% of the $219 I spent on the wig. I was so angry my eye balls smoked from the boiling steam in my eye sockets. I reached out to the company on multiple ocassions to request help with an exchange or my refund. Why they couldnt see the proof in the pictures was beyond me. My goodness even Mr. Magoo could see that the wig they sent  was a jacked up peice of junk! Later they offered me $45 and a15% discount on my next purchase. I was not satisfied but agreed to getting something back from my hard earned money Afsisterwigs is not the only company taking advantage of consumers. if you are not a celebrity or have your own channel  on Youtube, then look to get the the peice of junk meant for their gabage dump. Contrary to their effort to settle I feel that I got screwed. The Afsisterwig company offered me and advertised in their ad bouncy hair, yaki straight, skin melt full lace, 150 density, soft hair that they also advertise in all of their marketing material.  I on the other hand did not received the hair quality hair they advertised. In my opinion, Afsisterwigs falsely advertised the presentation and quality of their product that I paid ($219) for.  I would rather have had a refund or to receive a wig  that would be comparable to what they advertised. But to no avail. Afsisterwigs falsly adertised and misrepresented the product that they supply. They provide hair to celebrities  and the people they work with who own their channels  on YouTube and it appears that they are sending these individuals a superior quality of wigs  than they send to, me, we, you, the consumers. I still have the pictures of the wig the same day I took it out the box.

MzErica Thompson: Thank you for this video..so many people don’t know to run from these companies!

Diane Chapman: Thank you soooo much from preventing me from being scammed!

Chasity Jennings Nunez: Thank you! I am completely like your mom and was all excited about this FB ad. I’m glad I googled them first and found your video and all the warnings

renaeè: We need to make a list of all these scammers so we don’t accidentally give them our hard earned money! Side note: there is no such thing as a wig that’s full lace for under 100... you’re looking upwards of 250

Jessica Dalton: I’m so glad someone is out here calling these shit heads out! I recently had a similar experience with a company called Lily hair but the website was called Feray. I had to dispute everything TWICE to PayPal just so I could get a refund. The company never even existed (at least not legitimately) i just came across another site doing the same bs. The site is cerming.com but the site is called graycoffe. Be aware!

CARTERMADE 86: These scammers are making it hard for honest people who work from home

Nikki V: Thank you. Was just about to hit "shop" and then thought I'd do a "google" for reviews. I'm probably the same age as your Mom so old enough to know "if it looks too good to be true then it probably is" but sometimes common sense flies out of the window. You've just helped me see sense - I'm so glad you posted this. Have a really lovely day (and I hope your Mom has a great day too) Nx

Audrey: Thanks, you just saved me from these scammers.

JUICY’S PLANET: A scam is a scam .. doesn’t matter if it “2 good to be true” expose em all

Jean Beckham-Jadeja: It's happening on Instagram as well, because they scammed me too! Do your homework on the BBB website, and you'll find other consumer complaints of other fraudulent companies...especially, when you're ordering overseas, because some buyers never receive the merchandise at all! So, if it seems to good to be true...be smart and do your research on that company first!

Amanda Patterson: I’m a first time buyer and I wish I would’ve seen this before I ordered THREE of them! I got GOT! And even tho they said “returns and refunds within 14 days no questions” - ain’t nobody getting back to me!

MARIE PEARL: OMG I was looking at the same wig site and saw this beautiful wig. Thank you for posting your video cause I see there are SCAMMERS !!!

Janira Cedeno: Thank you for shearing ❤️ You can claim your money back and report them to the BBB

mamagal863: Thank you for letting people know about these frauds. Everyone isn't familiar with wigs and just don't know. Sorry this happened to your mom.

c.c. Collins: I got scammed too. I was soo disappointed. Went through PayPal.. And the company only offered a percentage back. And it would have costed more to send it bck over seas.. Never again

Barbara Sews: You go girl! You are so right. You must look for authentic company's that have proved themselves. I've been looking for a wig in recent days and actually saw a wig you showed from the site I actually considered. I knew it was too good to be true. Thanks for that heads up

Helene Gladney: Glad u did this!!! They are getting away with a lot. They dont want to give money back and beware when someone says send me a picture. It's best to go by hair reviews done in real time on ypu tube.

Angel Gary: Facebook has did this to me as well! I had to stop all that foolery! U know that the price tells it all!!!!

Miss CC Miller: I knew the minute I saw the price it was a scam, no one would sell those wigs for those prices. Anything too good to be true Is. They are targeting unintelligent people.

Charlo Jarmons: Sooo happy you posted this video!! As black women we have to protect our dollar just as much as we do our lives! Thanks so muchhh! Let me empty this wig cart chile!!

Leia's Claws: Grrrrrl!!! Thank you for sharing !! That mess happened to me too!!! Omg I feel the anger!!

Pamela Garley: Thank you so much because I damn sure was gonna order some wigs. OMG, I would have been so mad!!!

Bri Taylor: I'm so happy I found your video, because this DID happen to my mom and she doesn't always listen to me so maybe she will listen to you. It was a good confirmation for her about the company but also shows it can happen to others like her.

Tokewa Sproulls: I know I've got scammed. I bought a wig off of FB to make a long story short it came from China and it was nothing like the advertisement. I wish I could send you a picture of this crap so you guys could see it!

Tenel Britten: Yes, sis. This is a "Big issue" moms got caught up the same. Lowellhair Don't touch these dirty rotten liars with a ten foot pole. Same deal featured IG models with real wigs and mailed "GARBAGE" to my mom!

Patrick & Francine Lucas: At least you got a wig. I ordered a wig off Facebook website ad and got nothing. They even faked a delivery confirmation.

Thomas Anderson: If the prices are too good to be true, check the reviews first. Also, if you see their ratings and they looked doctored... Back away from the site immediately. One thing about sites like those, they know we love a sale and a great price... Yet the quality has got to be superb not sublime.

lana bicar: The price alone is a giveaway lol .

Shaine Castillo: OUTIVY store is a scam… I saw some fire wigs that they had on display, and they were trash when I received them. I really didn’t know better because I’m not a wig person but the wigs looked so good. I really wanted to try them plus they had 90% off because it’s graduation season so I was like why not. Straight up grandma synthetic wigs they sent me.

Sugar LivingMyBestLife: Thank you for letting us know about this company great review

Sam K: I almost fell for it...ugh! Thank you

Cindy Draper-h: Thanks because I was just about to order that same wig but decided to do some research on the company first. Glad I did!

LaTashia Tarver: Please don't order from cici wigs they did the same to me. I'm glad I paid with PayPal because they really tried me.

Alauna White: I got scammed by using a hair site like the one in this video. I ordered this long 24inch wig that was on sale for the low low. Me and my mom fell for it and literally received 3 grandma wigs in the mail. So upset

Lynette Patrice: I definitely have to watch out for my mom, so I get it!

Ascending Music: LOL Honestly, I can not believe people buy wigs on FB! I mean, for real? I have three people on YT I trust 100%- if they throw out a name, I buy from that name. Thank you for this, girl! Git’em!

Browner Gwendolyn: I'm 21/2 in but I have to stop and say thank you. I've been wanting to make some wig purchase form those web sites, I go to them and something just doesn't feel right. Thank you, thank you.

Dara McNeil: Luna Wigs is a scam too. I ordered a “lace front” wig and they sent me a party city costume wig!! And then there’s no way to contact them.

Fall Spring: If there's ever a class action lawsuit, let me know.

Betty Johnson: This happened to me all my hair fell out from meds I must take and I need to wear wigs now. I ordered from Facebook ad needless to say the three wigs wasn't close to what I ordered and they were so thin, no lace and synthetic not 100% human hair as promised. So glad I paid through PayPal.

Myeshia Cleveland: Fell for it too. Guess there's nothing you can do can you?

Artist Lisa Powers: SAME! I've waited over a month to get my order only to discover it to look soooo fake! I thought I'd purchased a human hair, lace front wig. The wig I got is shiny synthetic hair with a thick black cap. I paid through PP so will be demanding a refund. So sad, cause the images on the website looked so promising. I new it was too good to be true. There's a ton of sites out there with the same images, so the site you got yours from is not the site I got mine from, but same images, so probably same company. Also, mine said it was from the states but it came from China.

Mem Kamara: I literally got scammed this week from a similar website three wigs full lace and came to exactly like that .

Altagracia Encarnacion: I’m so glad you made this video! I just happened 3 different wigs from. “ Selena hair”. It was bye 2 and get one free. They sent me 3 of the same one, of course the cheapest that was suppose to be free!! They have no phone, don’t answer e.mails, They are Scammers !!

Mary's Place: Thank you for doing this I almost fell for it but I always always look for reviews.

TheEsdrasTube: Thanks for making this video! I was almost about to buy one!

Chez Nashi: One thing I always told my mother when shopping in general is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

April Roundtree: I also got SCAMMED by this company. Wish I would have seen this first. I ordered a lace front and what I received looked nothing like the picture and it took almost a month Please beware of this company

Angel McLendon: sissss! I GOT THE SAME WIG!!! I did it a year ago and chose the one in highlights and did the mistake of reviewing the website after I purchased it and was like damn, I guess I'm getting a party wig lol

Phyllis Williams: OMG thank you thank you thank you ❤️, I was just about to buy 3. And my daughter told me to look up the reviews and this is what I found. You just save me some money

Mary Garlick: Thanks you for exposing them scammers

Maria Ddub: This is a shame! I can’t stand when a lot of these companies will advertise wigs using photos of women who are clearly wearing their own natural hair. That is the epitome of false advertising

Melinda Powe: I am a Licensed Cosmologist. I would say never buy a wig off of FB! 9 of 10 times you will get scammed! The whole site is a bait and switch....

random things 4eva: I just received my order from them they are definitely scam artists none of my wigs look like what I ordered.

msthunter72: That's EXACTLY what I got for the 3 I offered! The same 3 wigs!

Tammie Gibson: Thanks for this! I got scammed also. My daughter was pissed

D W: Thank you so much for sharing! I was gonna buy it! I’m glad I found your video! By the way they change the name now to “wig life” and came on IG adds

kassyluxlover: I just got scammed by a similar wig company via Facebook.. Spent £60 on smelly vinyl wig.. No lace front.. I literally laughed so much... Ive never seen anything like this before.. Only blessing is I used PayPal so I will be claiming my money back ASAP. Damn

Bridgette Douglass: Thank you for exposing this site! I understand your frustration! I got jipped at a store here in Los Angeles, called First Class Hair Company on 3333 Manchester Blvd, Inglewood CA 90305. I paid $320 for this hair y’all! They had nice hair hanging up, then when I asked to purchase what I saw, the lady pulled it from behind the counter in bundles. I examined it, and told her it did not look the same as what was hanging. She then told me that it would once washed. Turned out once my hairdresser installed it, she told me it appeared mixed with synthetic hair (human hair doesn’t melt when you flat iron it) and this has been happening a lot lately. I had that mess in my head for about 5 weeks (I usually keep my sew ins for at least 8 weeks). It tangled and shed soooooo badly, that I couldn’t stand it anymore! I had to throw it away (my bundles always last at least a year when I buy good hair from an honest source!)!!!!

ArizonaGold 1: Thank GOD for reviews . !!! It says one day only for an anniversary 90 percent off . And I was already feeling funny !

Jasmin Williams: That kept popping up on my phone but as a different name. I thought about purchasing but I had to do more research. Your video is the first thing that popped up. THANK YOU!!!I don't know about wigs and you saved me from getting scammed. I can't say it enough thank you

kenya hastings: I'm glad I saw this. I usually look for reviews before I purchase. I'm waiting on wigs I've ordered from a place called wig shop, they're showing some of the same pictures as you but different websites. That's how I got confused. My first time wig shopping and buying online. Oh Lord now I wonder what these wigs are going to look like I'm waiting for

Pynk Kandee: Good for you. When I saw that ad 3 human hair wigs for $45 I knew, no way SCAM!!

JeepGirl 51: I just watched your video! It was great! You will go places in life girl, beautiful, smart and honest. Thank you for the truth.

Rogell: I always look for reviews for companies that sell wigs. When all the reviewers have bad grammar, I know somethings wrong. And $25 is way too cheap for the beautiful wigs they show. Thank you for exposing these crooks.

Tonya Wildchild Jones: RULE OF THUMB LADIES: If they don't allow you to comment a photo, THEY ARE A SCAM!!! That was something I noticed. I try my best to make this known on all that I come across.

only1msleidi: I had the same thing happen to me, except they shipped a child sized wig that was all kinds of plastic. What's CRAZY is not I am fighting with Genius wigs with their wet and wavy wig. I ordered a 16 inch wig that was only 16 inches around the perimeter and 13 - 15 inches everywhere else and they want to charge me to send it back.

Moonie L: I am shocked that Paypal helped in this situation. I ordered a wig and it was not exactly how specified and wanted to return. Paypal told me I would have to go through the company. Needless to say, I was livid. At least it was human hair and had some lace smh... The company did respond but I will be more vigilant in the future

Suga Shae: They got me too, it was the first wig I've ever bought im so upset, so pissed .... idk who to trust now who to believe ... im losing my hair embarrassed to go out and this really was upsettingand they haven't responded to any of my refumd requests.

Camille T: I just got scammed by a company called Zally Wigs. They sent me the same kind of Wigs. My federal bank is already investigating this company.
