Fall Ready Burgundy Hair! Bomb 99J Deep Wave Headband Wig | Easiest Glueless Install | Asteria Hair

What'S up guys and welcome back to my channel if you're tuning in for the first time, i'm ashley and i have a special guest here, this is my baby girl. She just got back from a trip with daddy, so i really wanted to give you a quick intro and she wants to make a cameo. So today, working with esteria hair i've worked with this company a few times and i absolutely love their wigs. We'Re going glueless. No glue easy, install, no lace, we're going with a headband wig and i added a little nice black headband of my own, but they did give me about five or six different options and i'll share those with you later in the video for the style. I opted for a half a pack down, but i'm going to show you how to do a high bun, a high ponytail as well as wearing it down in the video and how i make the wig or my braids, underneath look flat. So without further ado, let's jump right into the video say: bye, bye, bye, bye, what's up guys welcome back to the channel okay, so we've got a fresh braid up. I went ahead and did a dedicated video on how i braid my hair up underneath my wigs and get it so flat. This is the end result of that video, but i'll have it linked in the description box. It probably will come out after today's video but i'll be sure to come back and link it for you guys, so that you guys can see how i do so. Today'S video is going to be a headband wig one of our easier wigs. This is our grab and go wig. This is the airport wig. This is a gym wig. This is a rainy day. Don'T want to get the good wig wig wig ready. This is your bedtime wig. This is your just throw on and go wig. This is your. I went to amusement park. My wig might fly off the ride. Let me tuck something in the bag. Just in case i got to replace it. This is that all-in-one wig. That is good for all the times when you don't have the time to do a long-winded, install with lace and all that no lace, no issues very beginner friendly. She does come courtesy of asteria, asteria hair, and i have worked with this company before they've included, lots and lots of goodies, but i'll share those with you once we have the wig installed. So, as i mentioned, this is a headband wig, as you guys can see. We'Re going for a beautiful like red wine, burgundy, almost color, not too bright, perfect for the fall we are entering. I believe week, two of fall. She has a nice texture to her. So again, if you got to tuck this one in here in your carry-on or your handbag and like your nice little dust bag and you have to style her, you can literally, you know just throw a little water on her and she will be styled and good To go, this is a quick look at the inside construction of the cap. Again, no lace no case. So this is the headband and it kind of sits where typically, the lace would nice and sleek and then in the inside you do have the wig combs. These are different things like the hair combs that you usually will see they actually snap on and off to be able to secure your wig for you, there are three at the top that should sit like right here and then there are also two in the back. I think i'm only going to use the two in the back. This is a simple install, so there's no cutting the clip, let's just jump right into it. Oh and also the cap is kind of netted. I don't know if you guys can see that, but it's very breathable, so you don't have to worry about your wig or your hair and your braids sweating. So the first thing i noticed is that the wig actually does fit my head. I find that with some quick and easy wigs like so they are very um. How do i say it like one size fit all type of wigs, so typically a one size fit always would be too big. For me, this one actually fits my head super nice and snug, and i don't know if you guys can tell, but you know it's really my size. So the first thing i do is i take where the lace sits. You have this black um. I want us to call it like an elastic band, wig band that is attached to the wig and on each end there is the connecting pieces to make it like a velcro situation. So i'm going to take the velcro and i'm just going to take it to the back behind my ear on each side and i'm going to connect it so connecting it literally is trying to make it as tight as i can now. You can make this as tight as you want, and this still won't be as tight as sometimes you make your wig. It just fits super snug and you know secure, so i don't want the band to just be back here exposed. So the next step for me would be to take the actual base or back of the wig and mine is tucked in go figure, pull it out if there's any hair in it or if you got it, stuck technical difficulties. Okay, i got it out, so this is the actual back of the wig, which is completely different than the wig band, and hopefully you can see that i'm gon na take the wig the actual back of the wig. You can pull it back because it's not meant to sit at the front of your eyebrows and i'm just going to take the back of that, and i told you guys there are combs here, i'm going to open up the combs and you can slide them right In and snap it same thing on this side slide it right in snap. It now be careful with these combs. They are very strong. My wig is in installed, so hopefully let me see if you guys can see the wig is perfectly installed and i actually love this one. I might keep this one and not sell it. If i push it back, we have my real hair. So, let's just push my actual cap back now. One thing you guys know if you've watched my headband wig tutorials is, i got a big forehead so, instead of leaving the band stretched like this, what some people can do? I have to push the wig all the way back, but because my head is like flat in the back and it goes up and there's like a little comb, i have like a cone egg shaped head the further. I push this back. It just goes on top of that cone and then there's no dip back like i don't have a lot of like if i had line starts right here. I don't have like all that space, like most people, do, because a lot of people can push it back. Like this, and they have like this amount of hairline still left, so they can do all kind of stuff. I don't have that which you know in the past. It would make me a little bit self-conscious, but at this point in my life you know it just is what it is. So you guys know me. Typically, i don't like to do baby hair with mine, because my forehead is too big. It just doesn't look right, but i will do sideburns, so i'm going to take a little bit of edge control and this one is from eben it's this one here and i get it from amazon and i like to do a big, dramatic, baby hair, because this Is literally my only moment, my only opportunity to show off my real hair if that makes any sense, and yes, the wig is like a burgundy color, a wine burgundy color in my hairline, my real hair is black. So if that offends you or if that bothers, you don't do this at home unless your hair is the same color. But for me again, this is my only opportunity to make the wig look realistic. I feel like hairline baby hair um leave out always makes a wig just feel a little bit more. I won't say realistic because you know it's a wig, but it just makes a little bit more inviting and not so like wig straight out of the pack ish. Now for the ends of the hair, i see no reason to really put product in it. This is meant to be an easy wig, so i'm going to use my fingers to just kind of comb it out a lot of the times. The first time you get a wig straight out of the package you're going to get some falling and shedding just because the wig was just made and assembled and literally put in a bag or packaging for you. So probably there's a chance that you know once you make the wig, you got to pull out all that hair that just didn't attach the way it was supposed to. You guys know what the heaven wings my flip, the flip over like this kind of, is my favorite, because it kind of helps me to camouflage and finesse the big forehead, but they did include tons of goodies in my package. So, let's kind of go through them because they did give options for like headband and things to um style, your wig and i'm dropping it, i'm always dropping stuff. So, first and foremost, they did give a set of lashes. I like these are nice and full. I, like full dramatic lashes, these days, um a pack of wig caps. As i mentioned a lot of the times, the wig cap that you have when it's time to do your braid up underneath is not going to match your complexion. This is not going to look realistic on me, so i'm going to use them, i'm not going to waste them because they don't match i'm just going to buff my foundation into them so that they do they do give a dust bag. So, as i said, this is a wig that you want to be able to have on hand. I recommend everybody to have at least one of these no lace style wigs. I mean it's so easy to find yourself in a situation where you'll need it. If i have a lace, wig and i'll start going to the gym, i really don't want to wear my lace wigs. I don't want to split out the lace with the blue. I want to be able to put this wig on in the morning to go to the gym, because it's easy with the band to, like just add a headband on top or um, even easy to like add a hat on top of it and, more importantly, even More easy to wash imagine all the viral videos where you see somebody's wig fly up on a roller coaster and it falls somewhere where they can never get to it. I'M not walking out of my wig capping my meek, mill, braids or my pop smoke. Braids rest in peace. This is another free item. They give you. It is like a headband, so you can use this around your hairline to tie the wig down at night or in the shower. You can lay it flat like this and use it like as a cute little stylish scarf, and it also works to like melt your lace when you are wearing lace and they did give me a couple of options for headbands. So this is the first one. This one looks like something i would definitely wear to like work. It has the tan, the white, the black stripes in different sizes, and it comes around and connects like this super cute. This is also a nice little headband that one is red with the tan. I believe this one is black, with the tan, a nice little print, my favorite, which you guys know. I love me a good leopard print and then, lastly, but last but not least, a large scarf. So all of these will work as great options, but because i have on this beautiful robe and i feel like it complements the wig a little bit. I think i'm gon na wear a band. I already have, let's see if i can get away with it, so to put your band on just taking like, pin the hair out of the way this is going to just make it easier to not make a mess, and then this is actually a nike bin. I got at the nike store when i was in missouri uh. What'S that center called park, something not overland park um, i thought it was gon na be clean, but i used it to melt down and look it's dirty. So let me try to fold it. In half and finesse that and i'm so used to leaving my ears tucked i'm planning on getting a full ear, i want to start it soon. I don't know if that's something i should do, because i, like my ears, tucked like in my scarves, and i recognize that if i do it, i'm not going to be able to tuck my scarves anymore. There'S a mini earring there. But this is the look as you guys can see. It'S super simple: if you have a hairline that is cute, you can go ahead and have your baby hair like i don't. Maybe because i have longer hair, i can like literally pull up long piece of hair and finesse it back there. Maybe i'll try that next time. What do you guys think i feel kind of jessica rabbit vibes with this one thread now before i go, i feel like that was such a super, easy video. Let'S just do something else, just take a scrunchie and i like to pull my bones all the way. I'M slapping my heart pull it through one time all the way and one time half the way you have like a quick and easy messy bun with this you'll be able to see the back of the wig. So i just like to take a finger either. These two or these two or something like that and i just take and kind of like pull hair around not too much. But i just kind of want to take pieces one by one little by little to kind of cover up the wig so that you know it kind of hangs in a way that, like it'll cover. So you don't see cap and that's super cute. I'M about to cook some gumbo for my husband. I think this looks really good. Like you know, when you run the house in the hair out the way. Oh, hey, neighbor, checking out the mail, that's super cute as well, and again, i'm not adding product to mine. Just out of preference, i like the way it looks in its natural state, but you can send it straight back sideways. I wouldn't really recommend splitting it in half because again, there's no lace. This is parting, so you don't want to see the cap, but you can also like pin it up so like a half up half down, and that is really cute super cute. Let me get some pictures. I'D, like my arms are too short, sometimes to take selfies and, of course, whenever you do have a pap down, especially with the color wig, with that black um elastic band, i always recommend you take a piece of the actual hair, take a nice size piece and Then take a holding hair spray gun. You know how we bond the wigs down, i'm going to use my even because this one has a crazy hole to it, and you just want to go around in circles if you're professional and you fancy comb the piece out before you start wrapping it. So it lays smooth, but the ideal is just to cover up that um elastic that you used and the spray will help it to pretty much stick. You can also use bobby pins, but you guys know bobby pins hurt sometimes and they're, not my favorite, especially when you're sticking it in and then, when you get to this part - and it's done - you guys see how nice that makes it look. You can blow dry it. I'M not gon na. Do it today, because again it does stick. It'S just. You know, it'll stick longer if you blow dry it, and that is a good, beautiful ponytail. So i think i'm going to stick with this again. If this was a black wig, i take long pieces of my hair and try to like do just a little light baby hair just to make it reminiscent of my real hair. I hope you guys enjoyed these three or four hairstyles that i went ahead and shared with you guys with this wig. I think it looks super cute. My favorite was the little area area. I call it an ariana grande ponytail, but she's, not the first one. To do a half up, half down really nice half up half down and i went ahead and concealed the band super cute. Now i'm going to go ahead and go to the store and make some gumbo for the family, so that should be a fun interesting saturday.
