What'S up it's kayla nashiam and welcome back to my channel if you're new here welcome and in today's video i'm going to be doing a hair review on iud hair company and also today's video is sponsored by this company as well. Let'S just go ahead and jump straight into today's review alrighty. So when you first get your package is going to come in this garment bag. This is iu, z, hair on it also the website name in their email as well. It'S this really cute garment bag with a hanger, that's also included, which is nice. If you have a wig closet in your house, but also you do get a total of two wig caps, one is a lighter skin tone and also the other is a darker skin tone. So the name of this wig is called rayleigh. Is the pre-parting super wave tea part bob wig? It is a middle part. If you're wondering it is a 13x6 lace unit, it is a naturalist if you're wondering like i said it is a middle part as well. It is a total of 14 inches. They do have a 12 inch on their website as well. This is a medium cap, if you're wondering so, the size of this cap is a medium, so you can do a small, medium or large, depending on your head size. It is a natural black color. The texture of his hair is super wave. It is a hundred percent virgin hair. It is a hundred and eighty percent density as well, and the hairline is pre-plugged and also this wig does come with pre-bleached knots as well. So you don't necessarily have to bleach the knots on this wig if you don't want to. It already comes like that, which i was super excited about when i received this wig, because i didn't have to do any bleaching to the knots to this wig at all. So the construction of this wig is that there's two combs on the side, one on the left, one also one on the right. There is also a comb in the crown of your head, which is technically the middle part of your head, and then also there is a comb at the bottom as well. It does come with a glueless strap as well. If you don't want to glue this look down, which is very nice, that they include that inside of this wig and then also this wig comes with two adjustable straps as well before we jump straight into the questions pertaining to this company. Okay, so the first question is: does this wig shed? No, this wig does not shed at all. I had no issues with shedding with this wig at all. This wig was super easy to install as well. While i was installing this wig - and i did pluck this wig - and i did manipulate it just a little bit - i didn't really do that much to this wig, but other than that. This hair did not shed whatsoever, and i do love the fact that this wig does not shed so to answer that question now. I could actually show you by raking my hands to it. I could do it a few times nope. I don't have any shedding on my hands so that pretty much answered the question this wig does not shed at all. So the next question is: is this hair, affordable or expensive? This hair is more so on the affordable side, it's around 160 dollars. It was originally around 300 something dollars for this week to be actually inexpensive. It'S actually nice high quality hair. In my opinion - and that's just me being honest - i'm not just saying that, because i am sponsored by this company, but no like this here is actually amazing. It'S super soft and it is a reasonable price for a really nice high quality wig. So if you're interested, i will be leaving links down below as well, but yes to answer the question, this hairs on the affordable spectrum. So the next question is: how is he laced on this wig? The lace on this wig was super easy to blend, and i love the fact that this laces hd lace, so once you put it on your skin, at least for me, it was super easy for me to install. I didn't really have to do anything to it. The lace already came pre-bleached, so i didn't have any problems with that whatsoever, so it actually helped me out with my process of installing it. I didn't really have much to do so. I love the lace in this wig. It'S super soft. It'S not really rough, like certain lace that you can get from different vendors once you finish, continue watching this video. You actually see that throughout the video. But yes, this lace is actually amazing on this wig and it's hd lace by the way, so yeah we're gon na go ahead and move on to the last and final question for today's video. So the last question is: can this hair be bleached or dyed? Yes, this hair can be bleached, like i said in many of my other videos. This is a hundred percent virgin hair. So you know that with it being 100 virgin hair, you do need to take it to a stylist, i'm gon na say it again. Take it to a stylist and let them bleach it themselves or if you don't have the money to. I highly recommend you watch a ton of youtube videos of people, bleaching virgin hair. That way, you can have an idea of how to lift hair because it does take a while for you to lift certain hair. But yes, this hair can be bleached. This hair can be dyed alrighty. So that's all the questions that i have for today's video. I just went ahead and did the ball cap method on my head and then i went straight into applying this wig on my head by using lace glue and with the lace glue. I did work in sections by cutting the lace with a few flaps. That way can make it easier for me to lay down my wig another tip. That might be very helpful. Is you should start by putting the lace glue on your forehead versus doing the sides first, mainly because it keeps your lace from moving up or making little ruches in them? That way, it doesn't look as if your lace is lifting. So it's easier for you to start from the top versus you, starting from the sides. Now i'm going in with the eyebrow razor just to go ahead and cut off this lace, which will make it super easier and also make your lace blend very seamlessly. And if you do find yourself having a little bit of lace left over, it is already just to go ahead and cut that off with scissors too. Now i'm going in with the wax stick and also a hot comb, just to lay down my hair and then i'll show you the final product at the end and here's the final product. The only thing that i can say about this here that i wish i could have done was actually do the knots again on this wig, even though they were already pre-bleached. I just feel as if the knots were just a tad bit too dark for me.
