Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, so today we are doing a caramel or chocolate inspired side, part hairstyle and this hairstyle gave so much scalp y'all. This is probably one of my best installs and i was so in love with this whole. Look in total. So i can't wait for y'all to see how it turned out. So first things. First, i am going to cut the first combs off, because y'all know i just hate keeping them cones. It makes everything so much more lumpy and just give you had a weird shape. So you want to go ahead and cut those two cones off and you're going to leave the combs in the back. That won't come in the back right. There you're going to leave that alone, because you need something to grip, those braids. You need some type of security in the back, so now i'm going to basically be taking some water. You can take spritz whatever i just prefer to use water, it's very easy to use and i'm just going to brush those flyaways back. So when it's time to bleach we're not bleaching the hair, we just want to bleach the knots, not the hair, and this is also prepping us for the way i'm going to bleach it and how i've been trying this new method to bleach my knots faster and Just speed up the process y'all know customizing, a wig could take a while so anything to make it faster and it's still safe and get you the same results i'm all here for it. So let y'all just watch this real, quick and i'm about to show you what i'm about to do in a second. So now, basically, what you're seeing me do is i put my wig in the microwave now before y'all even say anything. Yes, i put something down in the microwave to like so to separate the hair from the microwave, so it's not too unsanitary. But yes, i put my wig in a microwave with the bleach on it for 10 seconds, and this is what it looks like so far. I let the steam cool off and everything like that, i'll just check it make sure everything is okay and then i went in for another 10 seconds and after this you're gon na see it smoking and you're gon na. Don'T panic! It'S okay, like it's not gon, na, be burnt on anything. As long as you have good lights, it'll be fine, but this is just something that happens when you're doing this process. So now, you're gon na see i'm gon na. Take it out. It'S smoking a little bit, but this is how i wound up looking after the last 10 seconds. So from what i observed from doing this method, you see how it worked and it did dot and knots, but the knots are a bit lighter. When i move my hand, they are much lighter than the actual hair. So what i realized is the way i put it in the microwave like face up only gave it room to see through the um knots going outwards. If that makes sense like the bleach was going more in the hair than going down more so in the lace. So next time i do this, i'm gon na do it face down. Therefore, once it starts to bubble and spread it'll just be more saturated on the actual knots than bleeding in towards the hair, which i know we're going to fix it. But i just want to let y'all know this before y'all go ahead and try it especially working with hair, that's already pre-colored, so yeah all right y'all. So i just wanted to show y'all how the knot and the lace is looking. It does look a bit lighter. I don't know if you can tell when i put my hand under it, doesn't look like much of a difference, but the bleaching and toning which help the hair blend a little bit more than look so brassy. The process worked, and i use shimmer lights to more. So tone it so it doesn't look so brassy, so we got ta, save the shimmer lights, see that all right cool! I don't want to press the hair too much because i want to be able to shape it easily. So i'm just going to take my sebastian spray and i'm just gon na make it neat at least, and then i do have to go in and pluck it a little bit so i do want it to be easier to pluck. So let me just show y'all real quick. I want this video to be too long. I'M just pushing it back a little bit, so i can do some plugging and then i'm going to straighten it just to straighten it and i'll do the parting on my actual head. So i can get it exactly where i want it. I know y'all's, probably looking like a girl. We can't see. I know what it looks like if i need to move all right, so i'm gon na go in i'm gon na pluck it i'm not gon na spend too much time recording the plucking, i'm probably actually not gon na record it at all, because i have too Many of those videos but yeah, so let me get the plug in it a little bit and then um we're gon na get this wiggle because we got the gold times too hey. So after i finished plucking it. I did take it off the dome head and carved out exactly where i wanted the part to be so. I put the wig on my head and i'm like. Okay, i don't know if i want my baby hairs to start here. I don't know if i wanted to be more closer to my face. Do i want it to be wider? How many baby hairs do i want it's like? I did all of that in the mirror. Just so when i put it back on the mannequin head, everything should fall right into place because you do know that mannequin heads are not your exact head size. So sometimes when you think things are accurate on the mannequin head and then you put it on your head you're like. Ah, this is too big. It'S too lumpy. It'S not laying a certain way and that's the exact reason. So the more you're doing your head, the better, but it is great to actually see what you're doing and get the little details most of it more specifically using the dome head. So it's kind of like a lot of pros and cons, but for the most part it does its job um. You um, hmm, hmm! You um! You me now
