Kendras Boutique 40 Inch Wig 5 Month Review

Hi you guys it's been about five months since i purchased my kendra's boutique wig, 40 inches brazilian straight. This is a straight wig. Okay, i think it's brazilian on the website. It just says straight: wig um from kendricksboutiq.com i made a video unboxing, the wig i was so excited to get it, and i just want to give you guys an update on how i feel now about the wig now that i've worn it for about six months. Almost okay, so this is the hair and what i did with the wig for today in order to make it like super big and thick and like very shiny, as you can see, um what i did, i used um a crimper um. I have a hot tools crimper. Actually let me grab that. Okay, sorry about that, you guys. So what i did is i used this crimper. I got this from sally's on their website. Um, it's a golden hot professional, uh ceramic triple barrel: waiver iron. This is the box um. I believe this was like 40 dollars um, and this is the crimper that i used all i did was literally just crimp the hair all the way down it's 40 inches. So i went all the way down to the bottom um and then i sprayed it with got to be um the hairspray just so that i just sprayed it a little bit though, like after i do a crimp, i spray it a little bit. Then i do another crimp, then i spray it a little bit. I do that just so that they'll last, because this this hair um, what it does is, i feel like the curls don't last or when i style it. It doesn't last that long, maybe it'll. Last a day it doesn't last like multiple days that may be because it's so long like the hair's heavy. So maybe it just falls, i'm not sure um, but my this. I just did this today, like a few hours ago and um. It'S soft to the touch you can still like kind of squish it around. It'S very shiny um. I didn't alter this wig in any way. I didn't pluck anything um the wig cap that i have underneath it's just a like nude, color, wig cap, and then i also have on one of those slip grips from amazon so that i don't have to glue down my wig, because i don't glue down my Wigs um, so just so you can see the lace, you can see the lace, obviously um and then my hair, and then i wanted to show you the slip grip thing, but it must be back a little bit um but anyways. Okay. So some things about this hair, that kind of annoy me - and this has nothing to do with kendra's boutique quality, because her quality is a1. Excuse me i'll have to edit that um her um her quality is a1. You guys look at my puppy, she's, so crazy. After this video, i'm gon na do a meet my puppy video, so you guys can see here see she's already trying to fight me. This is my baby girl, her name's ozzy, she's, australian, shepherd and great pyrenees mix um. So i'll do a video about her. After this video, if you're interested okay but anyway um, she was over here messing with my toes because she wants my attention: she's a sweetie, i think she's, like six weeks, they told me she was 10 weeks, but i think she's, six weeks, because she's very tiny, Um, okay, so anyway, let me go ahead and finish my video sweetie if you'll relax, um okay, so basically what i did to get this wig very shiny. Like this, i used my love of my life argan oil, uh of morocco, and i love look. How she's look how she's doing me? I love this oil um. I use this oil, maybe every three or four days i put a little bit in the wig just to give it that shine, because i love shiny hair and it also helps with tangles. So if you see stop stop you go here play with the hanger okay. So anyway, if you see um uh like hair, that's super long, you'll notice that the ends are kind of like thinner and they're. Very they look like kind of like they're, either like they've been tangled, or they just don't look as as nice as the top of the hair. It'S hard to explain but, like obviously, it's gon na be thinner at the bottom, but also some things that i don't like. I end up sitting on this wig a lot um, which is very annoying um. I'Ve shut this wig in the car door, um, which is very annoying as well um and what else? What else happens with this wig? That i just i mean everything else i love, but i should have got a 30 inch um, i'm saying that now, but you know um. I wanted a 40 inch really bad. I'M glad that i got to experience it, but now i kind of need a 30 inch, i'm thinking of getting uh kendra's boutique her um 613, with the dark roots um a 30 inch that'll, probably be my next uh unit that i purchased um. Maybe in a few months i'm gon na keep wearing this one. I really love it um, it's very, very beautiful. I want to show you the back i have on my waist trainer because i'm losing weight and that was my meet my knees popping, but i want you to see this wig. Can you see it look back at it? Hey, okay, so this is my wig. It'S very long. Let me stand up straight. I hope you can see. It falls all the way past my butt and i am 5 10.. So if you're short, it is going to be a very long um wig on you, it might hit your hit your knees. Um so anyway, let me just show you this side. Maybe you can see um and i have a lot of hair under this wig and it still fits good. So i would think this would be maybe a medium size um. Something else that i forgot to mention that i really don't like um, but this is with all my wigs really, but i notice a lot with when i have wigs that um. Maybe it's like a different type of lace. They use like swiss versus another type, but i end up poking like holes in my wig, like on this side of the wig. Let me see see this is my grip thing on this side of the wig i have like holes and that's from me like trying to pull it on um and i poke through, because my nails are always long um, so i poked through this wig um, so That sucks, i have other units from her and well from her company and i believe, all of them i've poked holes in um. I think, maybe because it's like transparent lace, like the lace, is really like thin to match um, and that may be the reason why i'm not sure, but it won't stop me from spending my money with kendra's boutique, because i love her wigs um hands down they're. The best quality, wigs um that i like, like i like the hair quality, the hair quality, is very good um. Before i started wearing the actual units, i was wearing um the bundles and i would get a sew in a full sew in um no leave out and even i would also use her closures. I'Ve never used one of her frontals, but i've heard great things about the frontals um yeah. I i love the hair. I mean, i just think it's too long for me and i'm gon na try 30 inch next time. I have two 30 inch wigs from her company as well um that i've purchased um, but i dyed them like purple one of those purple uh. One of them is blue, so yeah i'm definitely going to invest in another wig from her company like i always do. Um and this wig, like i mentioned in the first video um, it totaled a little over nine hundred dollars for a 40 inch um black straight wig from kendricks boutique.com um. I also purchased and a flat iron um, no, not a flat iron um, a hot comb and i haven't even got to use the hot comb. Yet it gets up to 500 degrees. It'S really cute, i don't think i've. Oh yes, i think i opened it on the last video yeah i did and but i haven't used it. I haven't even plugged it in yet, and it's been five months i haven't used it um. I haven't really seen a need for me to use it yet. Um, because i i'm able to get this hair really straight with my flat iron, just laying it flat and kind of rubbing it down. I can get that the top straight and then i'll actually go through and straighten the hair. But since it's already straight hair it it actually does really well um without having to straighten it all the time but yeah 40 inch. Wigs to me, i just had a coughing spill. Sorry, you guys okay, 40 inch. Wigs to me are really high maintenance. Would i recommend someone to get a 40 inch, wig uh if you're just doing a photo shoot or you have like a trip you're going on and you just want to be over dramatic, get a 40 inch wig um, i'm going to hey baby, i'm going to Um las vegas in a few months, and when i go, i am going to wear this wig so yeah. I mean it's okay for vacationing um, but i wouldn't i wouldn't wear it on a daily basis like i do um because it gets caught on everything. It'S it's just it's it's a lot and um yeah, so i hope you guys enjoy this video make sure to check out my next video.
