Hey girl, hey so we're, starting with her ball cap already on and i'm just using alcohol on a rag to clean off the excess makeup from her forehead. I went in with five layers of glue. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's really not. She was going out of the country and i didn't want. I wanted a wig to last her for her trip, so i made the layers of glue as thin as possible. I really made sure that i was spreading them out evenly not bringing them too much on her forehead, because i don't want her forehead to look so small, but i definitely did go in with five layers of glue. I don't think i show all five layers but i'll. Let you guys watch some clips of me, adding the glue and spreading it even so foreign. After the glue had dried clear, we were ready to put the wig on and this wig um, of course, from house of vain, my hair company. We use this wig in the last um hair tutorial that i did the one with the part in the middle, with baby hair part in the middle without baby hair. It'S the same wig i'll link it up here, but i started off by grabbing the lace in the middle and i really stretched that lace out before i laid it down into the glue so that i could prevent the lace from bunching up and rippling and bubbling Like y'all know what that looks like, and i hate that and then to lay the rest of the wig, i'm taking it piece by piece making sure that i'm really stretching that lace out without ripping it, because this is an hd frontal. So it's thin and it's delicate, but i'm still stretching that lace out as much as i can without ruining it um before i actually lay it down in the glue and i use my fingers. I use my rat tail comb to press that lace into the layer of glue so that it could be secure before i moved on and did the same thing to the other side, i made sure that i had her grab a hold onto the ear tab so That this doesn't go flying when i'm tugging and pulling on the other side. So next i tied down the front of the lace and i allowed it to blow dry on a heat setting for like about 10 minutes. When the band came off. I was just combing like the hairs that were like stuck um. I was just combing them out and then you know these ear tabs. They will be the depth of you, so i'm just making sure that the ear tabs will lie comfortably above her ear by cutting off excess pieces that i don't need. I did that on both sides. Then i went in and i added more glue in one of erica j's old videos. I remember her saying like when you go back and you add glue under the pieces of the lace. That'S not laying down. You need to add as much layers as you added all around the forehead, so i did go in. I think, with like three to four layers of glue on this area before i actually laid it down do before i tied it down again and let it blow dry for another 10 minutes. I did spray the entire hairline with some spritz next, i defined her side. Part and i sectioned out the hair that i wanted to use as her baby hair. I sprayed some spritz on this um edges brush and i'm just brushing her hair along her hairline back so that i can have a neater install i'm plucking the baby hair, because i don't want it to be too dense when i actually lay them. And then i cut them at an angle like i always do i curl them so that it could be easier for me to shape and before i add any product to them. I comb it out and i shape them in a direction that i want it to go in the products that i'm using in order to mold the baby hair are the got to be gel and the yellow bottle and the nairobi mousse baby hair can take time. I think the key is to just not get frustrated and just keep scooping it and adding product until you like it. The last time we installed this wig, we did a part in the middle and i didn't want to over plug the middle. So that's why the middle looked kind of dense and i had to pluck it for this style, along with the sideburns for the baby hair and to get rid of that little ashy cast. Hd lace needs minimal makeup, minimal tint, but if you do need a little bit of makeup, that's fine and that's what i did. Um dab on that hairline to make that cast disappear before i shape the sideburn. On this side. I went section by section with my hot comb. I also used my spritz as needed, along with my blow dryer, to really mold the spritz into place. If i really really really wanted to lay something flat, last steps were to flat iron, the hair section by section i cleaned up the part with some makeup and some black spray, and that was it. I hope you guys enjoyed this video shop house of vain. That'S the best hair you'll ever have in your life. I promise you, i'm not even kidding i'll, see you guys in my next one bye, brad gang you
