Hair Paint Wax Demo & First Impression | I Dyed My Hair Pink!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I'm going to be playing with some hair paint wax and spoiler alert, I'm in love with this color. Alright, so I just got out of the shower and I have freshly washed hair, so I'm just going to scrunch out the excess water before I put a little bit of product in it, because I read that you should put a little bit of moisturizing products in It before you apply the hair paint wax just to help moisturize it. So I don't use a towel to scrunch my hair. I use a cotton t-shirt aka my boyfriend's t-shirt thanks boyfriend, but cotton t-shirt works way better at drying your hair. It eliminates a lot of the frizz and it's a lot more gentle on your hair. This is one of my normal steps. After I shower anyways, I'm really excited to try this product. I'Ve been waiting, and I ordered this last week, but I've been working lately. So I haven't really had a chance to film this video, but you guys, I'm so excited to have pink hair. I mean if you watched some of my blogs during quarantine. I did a little tick-tock trend where I dyed my hair pink with pink eyeshadow. So it was just my front bangs, but still it's just so nice to finally have a day off of work. My boyfriend and I went to our pool our pool finally opened. It was closed the whole summer up until yesterday, because I guess they had something that they needed to fix. So we made some mojitos and went and laid out at the pool was really nice. Alright, as you can tell, I got some color, I don't have any jewelry on, because I want to wait until after to apply my jewelry, my go-to products selling. My hair is this Paul Mitchell super skinny serum this stuff smells delicious and then I go in with this Shea Moisture, coconut hibiscus curl, enhancing smoothie these two together smell, so good. I'M just gon na pump a few pumps into my hand and then I just distribute it evenly smells like watermelon. I applied this one first because it says it's supposed to help your hair dry faster, because my hair takes forever and a day to dry. Then I'm gon na go in with my shea moisture. It'S gon na. Take all that much my goodness! I'M just looking this so at end and then scrunch that through my ends, then I'm just gon na take whatever is left and put it through my roots. Now, for the fun part? Okay, so I first heard about hair paint wax on snapchat super random, but it was like hair miel. I think I follow their stories on snap because I love watching hair transformations and this hair paint wax showed up and I guess it's catered toward girls with curly hair. So I was like ooh. Let me try this and I was thinking like maybe it's expensive, but let me just check it out right only $ 9.99. It sounds like let me buy this and see what's really good, so it came pretty fast. I think shipping was only $ 5 and you know I think it's pretty awesome, not it's nondamaging, semi, permanent hair dye and after looking at the ingredients, there's actually beeswax, licorice and castor oil in here. So my cool, it seems, like the ingredients, are pretty good as well open it up. So I got the pink color here. That was a no-brainer for me. Well, free getting dirty good. What are you making a mess? Yeah? Okay? Well, whatever is on this little plastic thing, I'm just gon na put into my hands, and I saw some people like running it through their hair, I'm just gon na scrunch it in my hair, I'm gon na start off, scrunching it and see how that looks cuz. I don't like to brush my hair out after I wash it. I feel like that. Just makes it a lot more frizzy and it defeats the purpose of scrunching it. So I have some in my hand, you might have to run it through my hair ooh. What is that smell? I can't put my finger on it. I mean I don't really enjoy this smell too much. To be honest, it's not my favorite, but uh-oh. I got some of my shirt great. I should have just spread the directions. First of the direction say: a temporary water-based hair coloring solution use a small to moderate amount of hair color wax and applied to damp hair, starting from the bottom up once you have applied to set the hair and allow it to dry okay, so I'm going to Apply a little bit more there's a lot in here. I'M gon na go in with a little bit more kind of focus it on my blonde areas. You like it so far. I think it's really pretty so the texture is a little sticky, but I know it's great for my hair. It'S gon na give my curls some nice hold. I'M gon na add a little bit more definitely gon na get several uses out of this. This is a lot of fun, it's messy, but it's fun. So I'm here for it! So I'm back. I did a light feet and I'm loving the way it's looking. It looks very pretty and it's like a nice pink ombre. So it's not completely dry and I feel like there are some areas where I could've maybe added a little bit more pink, where my blonde is I'm kind of tempted to go back in with some more pink. Don'T get me wrong like I love the way it looks right now, but I'm just like. I wonder if I should add a little bit more, I'm going to add a little bit more because why not? I love how the pink has like a light shimmer to it and see what happens. I love the definition it's giving my hair so pretty. Okay, let's add a little bit more on to the other side. So now my hair is pretty much all the way dry and my final thoughts are. I love this stuff. I think $ 9.99 is a great price point, especially since you get several uses out of it. I haven't even used half of my container here, so I love this pink ombre effect and the scrunching technique worked pretty well, in my opinion, the next time I use this, I'm definitely gon na try to comb it through my hair and see how much more saturated The color gets, I think, it's very pretty and it's a little messy, but the cleanup is very easy.
