Hey guys, i am back today with another video. This one is going to be brought to you by the company genius wigs and today i will be showing you their wet and wavy headband wig. Now this unit does come with two combs on the side: a comb in the middle, a comb in the back and your adjustable strap along with the elastic band. I do like having the adjustable strap in the back also, especially because i have a small head, and it does give me some extra security along with having that velcro, so just making sure to line it up correctly. Now this unit is in the length 18 inches and it is 150 in density. Now. This unit does already come straight in for you and i like the way that it looks straightened now. Mine does have a dent in it in the middle from being bent up in the box, and i'm just going to easily run my kaposi flat iron through it just to kind of knock it out. To give you guys a better idea of what it is. Looking like, but i like the way that this looks just because it comes off very textured and it looks super realistic now some people are very curious on what curly hair will look like if they were to straighten it or if it does straighten and if it Can revert back - and this is definitely a two in one style type of wig, because you can wet it back and the curls are still going to pop. If you want this to look a little bit more sleeker, you could definitely take small sections to get it super straight, but that wasn't my main focus. I just wanted to knock some of those dents out now, i'm just going to showcase some of the headbands that they put in the package. I really like this green and brown one because of course it does go with my sweater and this is definitely fall appropriate. I mean you can wear this in the springtime too just depends on what you are wearing, but i really like the way that this one look and it definitely hit the headband enough. Now you can definitely fold the headband up some more and push it back to show a little bit more edges, but i chose not to do that. My hair is braided underneath, but this is what this looks like. I think it looks really cute. I'M definitely feeling this headband and the length on this is perfect. I think this is great for every day, it's not too long. Now, this blue headband - i like this one also it was definitely a little bit more wider than the previous one. I showed which means that it covered it up all the way the headband underneath i just had to kind of get it together and get it right because i didn't feel like i was crossing it right. Sometimes i struggle with some of these headbands but i'll be trying to make sure my headband underneath is not showing, but this is cute also. I like the way that this one is looking, so i'm also going to do a quick half up half down style with this. Just to show you guys how versatile it is. Of course, you can always put this into a high bun, but i struggle with my high buns when it comes to these headband wigs, especially because my head is so small. I just feel like. I never get it right, so i would either wear it down or just do a quick half of half down, i'm just going to section off the hair and i will be taking my water bottle and then the garnier fructis curl nourish air dry buttercream for curly Hair i've been using this a lot lately on curly hair, just trying to make sure that it's good and i like the product so far, so i'm going to make sure to leave the link down below for that. Just in case you guys are wanting to purchase it, i'm just making sure to saturate the hair enough, especially focusing on the ends and of course, i needed to fill up my water bottle. It wasn't enough water in it, but i did get up and refill it, but i'm taking a brush also and making sure to run the brush through there. And i did not get a lot of shedding during this. So just running my fingers and then going back and forth with the brush, and you can see it's already starting to wave up and then i'm also going to be scrunching up. Also so i'm going to put the cream in scrunch it up real, real good and you can see the curls starting to pop immediately now i did showcase a wig from this company before doing the same method, but it was in the lace, wig version, so i Think it's pretty cool that they brought it to the headband version, especially because i really did like the hair on that unit. But this is what it looks like straightened out, and this is what it looks like curled on one side. Now it takes like a minute or two for the curls to start reverting back now. When i first did this, i was wondering where the curls were and then i realized i wasn't putting enough water on it. So i had to go back and get a little bit more water, the first time that i did it and then i wanted to make sure that i ran my brush through it and i felt like i got better results, so you don't have to completely saturate Your head in water, but you want to make sure it's getting throughout the whole unit, so just adding more buttercream. On that one side, i'm also going to scrunch it up and then go back through the other side. Also and do the same thing and look how pretty that looks. Now you can let yours air dry, but i did not have time to be letting air dry. So i'm going to be taking my blow dryer and i put my diffuser on it, and this is just going to help speed up the process. This is the longest part to me and that's trying to get this to be a hundred percent dry, which i did not do. It was still a little bit wet, but i wanted to dry it down enough, so you guys can see how pretty the curls were going to be. So i got mine, probably like 85 percent dry, which i thought was good enough. And then i put my garnier fruity sleek and shine serum throughout the hair and that's going to help prevent against any type of frizziness or flyaways. But look how nice and thick and pretty that hair looks like i love the way it looks. I like how it looks in a straightened state, but my favorite is the curly stay like i like how the curls just came together. This is what the hair looks. Like all fluffed up like look at those curls y'all, this hair is so dang on pretty. Yes, i am feeling it now. The longest length for this unit is 20 inches, but does start at 10 inches. This 150 to me is perfect. However, they offer 180 and 250 if you want a bunch of hair, but i feel like this one is good for every day. Let me know what you think about this wet and wavy style.
