Welcome to my YouTube channel, please please excuse my luck, but you know this ain't about me. It'S about y'all and what I can give to y'all. Okay um in today's tutorial. We gon na be talking about how to wash a headband wig. You heard me um, I'm gon na jump right into it. We ain't even gon na waste. No time I got it from Amazon. You heard me, Amazon be having some Palm wigs, so go check it out. It'S from this company x s y. They came with well, the headband came with headband wig came with a headband um, it came with lashes and that's it this unit right here. I don't remember the length of it, but she's beautiful. I will also link it in the description below this is not a sponsored video, but I will link it in the description below so that, if you guys want to purchase, you can purchase, but she is gorgeous. It comes with Clips on the inside so that you can make sure it's really secure on your head and that it also comes with the velcro on the back to make sure that the headband fits your head. Um headband. Wigs are a very great protective style, um everyday wig, because it's not every day that I want to get up slick, my hair up into a puff do the curls and all that extraness. I just stole it on. Do the edges, if you want and go okay, so um, I will be showing you guys today how to wash this. You know human hair. When it comes like this, they go through a certain type of process. I mean processing that um may contain chemicals, and you know you just want to rinse it out and make sure that you're putting a fresh, clean, wig on your head. Okay, for this tutorial, you will be needing a shampoo and a conditioner. I am using my mael pomegranate and honey shampoo and also the pomegranate and honey conditioner. I swear by these two products and I was like you know it's human here, so you got ta, treat it like it right. Why not use them shampoo and conditioner, and you will also need boom a Deadman brush. Okay, the diamond brush is what we have in my curls right and this hair got curled, so we got to make sure the curls get nice. Okay, let's get into the video. All right, you guys, so we are starting with just submerging the hair and water. I have it in a stainless steel, bowl um, it's definitely just a preference, but I also want to show you all the amount of dirtiness that comes off um from this hair because I did say it was processed. You can literally see the water is like light brown, and you got ta. Ask yourself. Is that something you would want to put on your head? No so wash your wigs, y'all, okay, so we're just starting submerging it in water, from the top to the middle to the bottom, making sure that it's good. So now I'm going in with my myel shampoo and I'm just squeezing it out. You know I was running a little low, but we made it work. Okay, so you're just gon na get your shampoo rub it through. I can't stress this enough. You want to make sure that you're getting the product in that hair. I started from the top, which is where your head would be in the cap and I'm just rubbing it in making my way through the middle, getting to the bottom and making sure that everything is in there it. The hair seemed a little dry as if I didn't have enough products in it, but I did so. All I needed to do was run a little water on it just to make the product a little bit more fluid through the hair. So I'm just rub it in making sure that it gets through. You want to work your fingers through the product, and then you just want to rinse it out. Look at the amount of dirt in there. Oh my gosh, so this is me going through my second time again with the shampoo rubbing it in making sure that the product it gets through it and you want to be sure to wash all of the product out of it. You don't want excess product. Just left in it so now we come to a point where I am using my Denman brush and I am working the brush through those curls. It'S very important that you start from the bottom and then you work your way to the top. You don't want to start you at the top, because you're going to start pulling on the hair, and that decreases the density that the hair has and we want to keep as much of the curls that we can. Okay, now we are going in with the myel conditioner and you know once again it was a little bit of a struggle, but we don't waste products around here, it's okay, so you know I just had to tap it out a little bit and believe me, you Look at that there was more in there all right. So once again you want to rub that up work it through the product and make sure that each part of the hair is receiving that conditioner all right, so you just want to keep working through it and I'm going to keep using my brush once again, I'm Starting from the bottom and going towards the top, we don't want to lose any hair in this process. All right, you can see already how the curls, just they look so good, already y'all, alright. So now I'm just rinsing the hair once again look at the water and, as you see through the video you'll, begin to see that the water is becoming lighter. It'S only cloudy now because of the product. That'S coming off of the hair, so just continuously working the water through that hair. We do not want any product left in that hair. Look at that water! Much more clear! I feel safe for putting this unit on my head. Okay, look at these curls y'all they're! They just look so good when it's wet and even when it's dry, it's going to look even better, so you just want to really get the water out of that. This will ease up the drying process that it goes through. So I just took two clothespins and I hung it up on the line at my house. You can use a hanger anything that you have, that will hang it up, and now I'm just working my fingers through the curls and I put a bowl underneath so that when the water drips, the water has something to land into okay, um, just let it dry And the next day, it's gon na be ready to go y'all, okay, make sure you're really separating those curls, and that is the end of this video. Thank you for watching. Please comment like subscribe: love, y'all peace,
