Headband Wig Install | Glueless Wig | Half Wig | 5 Minute Style

I think it's cute, you can't tell me nothing, no, hey guys! So in today's video i'm going to be showing you how i installed my half wig, so let's jump right into um the video when i purchased the wig i purchased it from uni's. This is what the wig came in. It did not come in the traditional unis box or anything like that. I don't know if it's because of the price that i paid for the wig but yeah it didn't come in the traditional box. I got it in this bag, but we came with two headbands and the package this first cheetah print like headband, which is cute and goes with my outfit as well, so maybe i'll be using this one today, and it also came with this sort of unique one. Color um headband, not my favorite, but also cute, and it can match with - i guess, pink blue. Whatever color you choose to only one cap, though i guess maybe it's two in the package. I don't know this is the hair straight out of the package. This is what it's looking like before i do any sort of washing or anything i wanted to give you a close-up of the hair, so the thickness you can see it in the camera, as well as the curl pattern. That'S there and there's a little bounce to it. I wanted to also show you the construction of the cap, so there's one comb to the top in the front and also two combs to the side more to the front of the wig and there's also a comb. That'S at the bottom of the halfway, so usually for me, i don't use all the combs, but you see that when i get to the insulation and also this is the headband, so it comes with like a sort of a velcro to hook the back of the Here and so i'm just showing you, you know what the vehicle looks like. I don't know what this one is for, because it doesn't do anything but yeah. First, i'm going to wash the wig and then i'll be back once it dries to show you what it looks like this is the wig after i had washed it. If you look closely, you can see the curls are more intact together, um. It gives a little more bounce for me, it's still thin compared to what i wanted or what i was expecting, but let's see what we can do with this wig, let's jump right into, i guess installing the halfway. This is what my hair looks like um before i put the cap on: it's not in any particular style part or anything after washing my hair. I just left it as is so we're gon na put the cap on and add some shine and jam to the front to sort of hold it down, tame it and the cup is going to hide all of these braids or whatever. It is. So i'm not going to use the cap that came with the wig, i'm just going to use one of my hair caps that i have laying around it's not going to show anyhow so and i'm going to add some shine and jam. The shine jam also helps to make my hair texture. Look a little closer to that of the half wigs it tames, my edges, it tames the front of my hair, but it also because of the consistency or the texture or the quality. Whatever you want to call it of the shining jam. It helps to make my hair look almost like the same texture of the wig. The shine and jam just gives it a different texture to the front, and it helps my hair to look more like that of the wing. I don't want to put too much, but the more the better if you can tie your hair to the front like for a little while it's going to help with the setting and everything for the half wing. That really does make a huge difference, but right now i don't really have time to tie my hair and set the front of my hair, so i'm going to go right into adding the halfway. Usually, what i'd like to do is if i'm going to use the headband i like to put the headband on before putting the half wig on but um. Let'S see what it looks like with the regular bun for the halfway, which is the black band, that it comes with: let's try hooking it before, because it does give me some issues when i try to put it on. I usually don't use the hooks now. This is to secure the front of the halfway, but i really don't like using it that much or if i use those to the front, i don't ever use the ones on the side, so let's see how it works with using just this one. At all alone, i still think i could have pulled it back a bit more, but this works. I don't really want to brush the heel, because i don't want to mess up the curls. I don't want it too straight um at the end, so i'm going to leave it, as is the video is not sponsored, but let me know what you think about this half wig. I think the unit looks good. No i've never really been like a full wig fan, but half wigs, i dig half wigs because it's so easy to put on you can just like slap it on boom and you're ready to go. And now, if you don't want to show your edges, i noticed some people usually pull it down to the front, so you can always put your halfway to the front and let the band rest in the front of your hair, but either way it's fine. For me, i prefer it back where it looks a bit natural and you can see my little edges. But let me know: what's your preference, if you um with half wigs or if you ever decide to wear half wigs, which would be your preference so guys um? Another thing i want to do is try out one of the headbands, so this is what it's looking like with the leopard headband. I don't want to try on the other one, but it doesn't really go with what i'm wearing. So this is what it's looking like. Let me know what you think about it in the comment section below. Oh, i think it looks cute. Oh i didn't show you the back. Let me show you what the back is looking like as well now, it's time to brush the hair out to see what it actually does to the cool pattern and the thickness of the hair itself. This is what the hair looks like after brushing it out. The next step is to add just a little bit of foaming mousse to tape the hair and well the curls itself. So i'm using the lotus body foaming mousse to just put a bit in it and tame the hair. You could use as much as you like, but for me i didn't use that much of it with this here i must say that there was not much hair shedding at all, even during the wash process. There wasn't much shedding at all with this here. So that's one thing i love for sure about this here and it's a really really great texture. It'S really soft and nice. So this is what the hair is looking like after it's brushed out. So let me know in the comment section below, if you prefer it, when it's brushed out or when it's not um before i thought i would have liked it without it being brushed out but um. I guess it's still. Okay. So let me know in the comment section below which one you prefer. I think i prefer when it's not, but let me know what you guys think if you prefer it to be brushed out or not um. I think when it's brushed out, there's a nice full look, but the curls are not there. So when i purchased the unit i paid like it was a special two for 189 dollars, but it came up to 205 dollars or something like that after tax was added on. So this particular one was the headband wig in water wave and it was in the length 18 inches, the other one that i'll be doing in the future. It'S the straight wig um that one was like a 16 inch. It was a 16 inch and it was a four by point: seven, five, um cuff, so this is the other one i'll be doing a video on this one pretty soon. So this was the other one that came in the um package with the two for 189 special two for 200, whatever you want to call it for that special. So i'm doing a review on that one next, so stay tuned and i'll be sure to link it. There were four styles that you could have chosen for for the wigs, but for my choice i chose well this one: the 18 inch headband wig and the straight wig. So i'm not sure if you can see it um pretty clear what i chose so i'll be sure to probably leave that in the um i'll, probably put it up at the side of the screen, because it probably is not um clear right now the options. So these were the options um like this one um, this one was the other one, that's the headband that i chose and then between these two wigs and well, you know the one i chose already, which was this headband and the other one. So that was the special um, so i'll be sure to do the next wig in my next review or probably in the coming features. So you'll see more on that one. So that's it guys.
