Drag Queen Wig Bump Tutorial

Drag Queen Wig bump using a wig base and a half wig.

Hi guys, alright, this video is going to be about hair bump, I'm not sure what it is called exactly, but you will see what I mean you can use. You can do this hairstyle for any any stage pageant clubbing or just everyday performances. Things like that. So here is the style. This is the hair bump, it's this big bump in the top and it falls down and so on, and you can definitely use this or do this hair bump on your real hair. You will see how I did it and but of course I have very short hair, so I use a wig base. You all understand what a great base throughout the video is, and I just added this cute flowery just for fun and stay tuned. Alright, so we will start with base wig. I have secured it on the wig block here with pins one two, three four five at the front and then to what the nape here there's two one, let's two because we'll be pulling it back alright. So this is a curly wavy way that I have, but I don't I don't like how it is like by itself, so I use it a us a a base basically and showing you this. You will understand what a wig base is, so just make sure that it is tangle, free script, title brush, you just neatly, put it in a ponytail, it's a little annoying that it just turning alright just neatly put it on any ponytail doesn't really matter how high It is but cuz it's going to be cover it anyway and just tie it back with any regular pony's. Ponytail Plastics doesn't matter and just make a little gather or a little button at the back like that, so the hair will be in place. Basically, okay, just like that neatly tied back and then these are the most important part of this harris. This style. Are these clamps, I believe they're called C clamps. They are not really shaped, like C, but they're they're made of aluminum, I believe in our metal and we're going to place the first one right, F middle right here right at the top doesn't matter where you place it. It depends on how you want on where you want the bomb to start. I'M going to place it right here, just exactly in the middle and gather as much hair as you can. So you will stay on place and I suggest using two for the first top, because it will help keep it in place because they will slide back eventually, but having two will keep it in place. You know if I pull on that it and then just keep going around like that, I'm giving her crap basically making sure that the the button is in them inside or ending at all that, so she has a crown okay, and this is where the magic starts. We will be regularly hi use regular plastic bags. You can use any anything to stuff, it use paper old, wigs, anything that is lightweight because you will have a big something on your head and you want it to be lightweight. So I use this black bag. I played a couple of other plastic bags inside you can use a black garbage bags. I say black because of course the hairstyle or the wig is black. If you have blond hair other colors just make sure that the stuffing is similar to that, and also I'm using a black wig cap stocking wig, cap and stuff it inside now. We'Re gon na cover we're gon na place this on top like that and to keep it in place. We'Re gon na hook the wig cap all around that clamp and make sure to also stuff this body inside and that bun actually is gon na keep it in place because the final won't move and they will push or keep that you bought that place. So just make sure it to go around making sure that the stocking cap or the wig cap have covered everything all of the clamps there you go and there you go. You see there is a mini beehive. On top of that, this is going to be our base. What we're gon na use - and it's pretty sturdy it's because of these clamps and the wig cap. It keeps them in place. Now. I will use this black half wig. It has combs on top and combs at the bottom. At the nape area, you can definitely use any type of wig on top of the wig, even on the other. Color suggestion is: if you're gon na have different colors, and if you don't have them, you don't have the same. Color wig just make sure your base is darker or the base is black. It looks better. That'S just my suggestion. You don't have to listen to it. Okay, so you just hope that just flip the corner right and the Front's go around the cap of the wig to make sure that you're, covering those clamp like you - did the wig cap, the very bottom at the nape area, you're gon na use the comb and Just feel it go wrap on the base wig and there you go. That is your bunk hairstyle. I would say it's inspired by Alexis Mateo of RuPaul's Drag Race. Thank you.
