Step By Step Lace Front Wig Install Feat. Wiggins Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, Karrill DaDiva. Today, i'm gon na be installing a lace wig, and this wig is from this company called weekends. I believe this is my first time working with them, but hopefully not my last, because i like their wig in the box, they sent me a few things, including this edge brush. They also sent me this elastic band, and this is something i like to tie on. The lace part of my wig when i'm leaving it to dry - and this is like one of the best things to use - they also sent me this edge scarf, and i sometimes ties it right on top of the elastic band. I also got this Christmas card from them. How sweet i got these lashes. Also, the pack has five pairs in it, and i got this stocking cap, another elastic band for my edges, and they sent me a little soap bag that i could store my wig in. Finally, the hair that i will be reviewing today: it is their 13x4 lace wig, it is 24 inches, 180 percent density and the texture is loose deep wave. It is very soft, no shedding so far. So i love that about it. The hair is pre-plucked, so i won't have to be plucking anything, but it's not pre-bleached, so i'm gon na be using foundation to fix it. It has two clips in the side and i also have another one in the back. The foundation i'm using today is very light for my skin, so i started using it on my lace wig, because why not i'm using it on the stocking cap to tone the color down and i'm also gon na, be using it on the lace to you know. Give it the illusion of me bleaching the knot. This is the lace after i added the foundation onto it. Now i'm going to go ahead and put it on and see what it looks like so far, it's looking perfect. It has some baby hair out and, like i said, it's pre-plugged, so hopefully i won't have to do too much to it to tame this hair in the front i'm going to use my wax stick from edge effect. This baby works wonders with same in these little flyaways and, if you're new, to installing your wig, you should probably get yourself. One of these. This will definitely help you to control the hair when you're gluing it on now, i'm using my comb to comb through it and have the hair lay in the direction i want it. I'M flipping the hair back out the way, because i'm about to go ahead and add my got to be glued freeze spray on it, and this is what i'm gon na be using to hold my lace on today. I'Ve explained to you guys before that, if you do sweat a lot, this is not the best thing to use. You should probably use something else like a lace glue, but for me i'm not gon na keep my lace wig on for a long time. So it's perfect: now i'm pulling the lace back on it and i'm gon na use my blow dryer and dry it completely when i'm drying it. I like to hold it in place, so it will dry exactly where i want it, because sometimes you find that the lace might slide back a little bit depending on how tight it is or how loose it is now. Moving on to the side, and i'm using this clip to hold the hair back and out my way while i work on it, as you can see this time, i'm spraying the got to be good freeze spray on top of the lace and now under it. Like. I did before, and this is very much optional, because um, you know sometimes i spray it under there. Sometimes i spray it on top. It really doesn't matter. It just depends on how you work with it. What i'm doing here is cutting the extra piece of lace. That'S hanging over my ear most time when you buy a lace wig, they come like that. There they got. You know like a little extra hanging over the ears, so i'm usually cutting these off in my videos. This allows you to lay your wig perfectly around your ear, so it's totally normal if you buy a wig - and you know it's hanging over your hair, don't go crazy thinking, it's too big, it's totally normal and it's definitely better for you. Now i'm going to go ahead and spray, some more got to be glued pre-spray around this sideburn area and hold this part down. Then i'ma hold it in place until it's completely dry. Now that that's done with i'm gon na go ahead and work on the other side. Okay, so before i cut the lace off, i'm gon na tie it down and allow it to dry some more on its own. For about five to ten minutes. Okay, i feel like it's completely dry now, so what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na go ahead and cut the lace off? I know to lay my edges as usual: i'm going to use my foam wrap lotion from btl. Usually i don't cut these, but today i thought i'll try something new and guess what i didn't like it. So i guess i won't be cutting them normal. I still end up making it work, but i don't know i think i like it better when i don't cut them, so i guess that's the reason why i never cut them now. I'M gon na add some more mousse around the edges and you know brush it down and then i'll tie everything down in the front. While the front is drying, i'm gon na go ahead and work on the back and you know the rest of the hairstyle it. How i want it today, i'm gon na give myself a center part and yeah center parts are nice, but i kind of wish i went ahead with a side part, maybe next time not that it didn't come out looking good, but you know i just thought i Should just switch it up a little bit, try something different since i'm always doing you know center part with my wigs, i'm also going to be using the wax stick on the middle just to get the part in looking really nice and have the hair around the Part and lay down just the way i want it now, i'm using my hot comb to flatten down the hair. Some more now, i'm going to add some foundation onto the parting, and this is the same foundation that i used on the stacking cap earlier on. In the video, this is the final touch with installing my wig. So now i'm gon na go do my makeup and i will be back with the finished look. This is the finished, look guys it is looking so bomb i didn't come to play. I came to slay and i am so in love with it. I didn't add anything onto it because i didn't feel like it was needed so yeah. This is the wig just like it came out the box beside what i did to you know secure it onto my head. I still can't believe it's only 24 inches because it definitely looks longer to me and, like i said before, the density is 180 percent and i feel like it has so much body. It feels really nice and soft and no shredding, like that's unbelievable. It'S just amazing.
