Thank you so before we get into the video I'm gon na be doing a quick. U part, wig install, so this hair is from Dy hair 777. This is the packaging. I also got this card and then I got a little clip, so let me get into shooting there's a hair now. So this is the hair. It'S very soft, very nice, very fluffy, it's 150 density. I did go in with my scissors and cut the middle out. So you're having clips that you're gon na use and secure the wig onto your head, so you can either Corner your hair to the back or whatever I'm gon na do a center brush. I'M gon na leave out the front of my hair and a little bit at the side. I'M just gon na catch up the remaining of my hair into like a loose bun because I'm gon na be taking this off. But if you do want to sew this onto your hair, you can definitely do that, but if you want just a quick fix and you want to take it off and do what I'm gon na do tell me something different. So I said I was gon na. Add some curls with my flat iron, but I actually like the natural curl pattern and I don't want to ruin that right away. But definitely when I do wash this hair and the curls you know fall and everything then I will start using my flat iron to curl it. But right now, as you can see, it's really just an easy blend. You know so I'm just combing my relaxed hair into it and then I'm gon na do the same on this side, and it's so easy like. I did this install in five minutes, and this is why I love you part. Wigs like it has me feeling cute in literally five minutes, I don't got ta, do a lot so so easy. So now, I'm gon na do my edges and just finish off this look and show you guys how it looks in the end foreign absolutely gorgeous. How I do that, because honestly y'all are in my inbox: well someone on the road first of all summer. Oh no, you know the assumptions will man this man that I don't like it so, but yeah I'm not here to clear that up. I'M here to help out people that want to live alone and want to know how to go about living on their own. You know the whole apartment, hunting, blah blah blah. All of that so we're gon na get into the video. I did not post asking any questions, because I do have a few questions that I would say you guys will ask me, so I do have them on my computer here in front of me, so I'm gon na be looking off of that to go through and Stuff, so let's get into the video, oh by the way, do you guys are on makeup? So first thing I want to say is: I am not encouraging anybody to move over to their appearance house, anger, parents because listen, it's not easy! My normal look like my outings under control and but no a girl is struggling. I'Ve said it in multiple videos. If I had the opportunity to live with a parent and don't have to pay a rent a long time when I asked I would have a car pay in rent in Kingston, Jamaica is not easy, and when you live alone, you not only have a period of Rent to have a peer light bill water bill, internet bill, my Apple buy food, I'm on time, something I did for hungry and other little things. You know sometime. A girl want to wear Nails, ignore the makeup on my hand, I'm so awesome, I'm so sorry, yeah. Sometimes I want to do my nails um. I don't pay to get my lashes done, but you know, like my other people, do my nails get y'all like a pedicure go out forgot eat a little food in my friend. You know like them. Look at something there. So how do I do that at 22.? For all who don't know? I am 22 years old and I'm doing this, you know it's not perfect. I'M not gon na say that I'm financially stable, I'm not there yet, but I am doing my best at managing and I'm gon na share how I do that. So the first thing I would say how I offer to do all of this is having multiple streams of income because living in Jamaica, unless you're in, like a big job like a good paying job, you're, not gon na, be able to parent pay bills and all Them something they're on a little 150, 000 paycheck or I know a lot of people get less than that. Some people get a little bit more, but you have to be making a good amounts of money honestly for live in Jamaica. Let'S be real, getting paid in Jamaica and working for people, it's very it's! No! So I don't do that. You know um. I always told myself that I don't want to work for anybody, but I do know that being an entrepreneur is not for everybody. A lot of people are okay, with just having a regular nine to five going to work, getting them little money, and you know like that's, okay, but me one thing about me: I'ma start the business. That'S just me, like I'm very busy minded I like trying new stuff if wanting no work but on to the next. That'S just me: business minded business business, I'm All About The Money Baby. So as it stands right now, I am making money from YouTube. You guys will know that I post hair videos, please watch them, you know, let me not just post them, for course I'm like this is also a job for me, so I get paid from that. You know liquor Pro my here and there um. I have a shipping company packet, no on Instagram right now, it's still new in the starting out stage, so it doesn't have like a location where you can go and pick up your stuff. But everything does come to me and I have a bearer that does my delivery for me and I feel like that's kind of convenient, because a lot of time people get packages like even me a lot of times. I don't want to go there to pick up because it's just out of my way so having somebody delivering the package for me, I'm kind of fine with that you know so yeah, that's what we're doing at the moment and I also have Breeze oven on Instagram. Multiple streams of income right there, you know, so what I do is dryer yes. So what I do is I basically just like see how much money like estimate I'm guessing from each stuff monthly and what it can go towards. So, like one thing, I can be like. Okay, the second pay my light bill, all right that money. Here I go, pay my rent. You get me like stuff like that that money here I go, buy my groceries so with having multiple streams is like. I have different things to pick from to pay different things, but when it's just one something when I get paid from one thing, I need Apple use it and peer for everything. Baby. It doesn't work. Oh, you know unless you're in a big job, that's paying you big money that can fund all them something there. You get me me and I know nobody were in on a big job right now. That'S making big money for pay everything, but if that's you that's lovely, but I just have to have my multiple businesses and that's what works for me next thing, I'm gon na touch on is budgeting so with making money from, like you know, having your multiple businesses, Blah blah blah you have to budget, you cannot just be spending spending spending so right now, as you can see, my nails are not done and I'm a hot girl me like. I have my nails done, but sometimes I have to be like you know hold on. You have other things to care for so when you have a little spare money, you can go. Do your nails, you can go, do what you want, but right now the morning I stay so and that's just life is not all the time yeah money for the everything where you want. Sometimes you have to miss out. You can't go away every time, knock! You can't I go out every weekend, I'm inside a lot of times like I'm always inside. Whenever I got out last weekend whenever I go out this weekend the weekend before that, whenever I go all you get me like I'll, be inside I'll, be cooking. My little girls through them and not everything you can get in a supermarket people. I cannot stress that enough Supermarket there stop take up on the money and go buy everything in a supermarket, go to a wholesale and go to the market minosa Market kind of hard. For some people like me, I hate going to the market, so I met my mommy. Did that for me, but go to a wholesale I'll be going to the wholesale to get my meat. You would never catch me in a supermarket buying any meat you're not going to see me in a supermarket buying any vegetables any fruits. None of that are you crazy? Oh, they know how much things only can get in the market for five thousand dollars things that can last you far more than a month, if you're living alone like stop buying everything in the supermarket. It'S ridiculous. It is ridiculous and some things you can get for like cheaper in price smart, but you cannot buy groceries in PriceSmart because as a quint 50k, you get me so no, no, no! But yeah back to what I was saying you have to miss out on stuff. Like and every time my friend be like, hey girl or hey dude, you wan na you're, my dude, but you know like hey, you want to go out sometime, you have to tell them. No, you know you have to be responsible and let them know that hey. You know when I stay it's all right, no time around when the money is running, but you just don't stay so right now and I feel like a lot of young people. Don'T know how to miss out and then that's all them end up, not that money and they're broke like if it's one thing I tell myself, I am never gon na run myself down to the point where I can say I'm broke. I will say you know when I really have a lot of free money like that right now, but I am never broke. I am never gon na put myself in a position where I can't do that. You get me. I always make sure that I have extra money in my account. So after I pay my rent and my bills, I always have money you get me like whenever you run down myself to the point where, like I can't live like that, you get me and with me budgeting and not eating out, that's how I'm able to have That extra money, because if I was eating out going out, all the time, would have no extra money and I feel like that's how people end up broke in their early 20s because they don't know how to just stay home, stay at home cook at home. You know hours after your other food if you're not no offer cook go learn for Coke. You get me like it's not that hard. Well, it I'm not gon na say it's easy, but if you want to save money, learn how to cook at home learn how to stay home be by yourself and all the time we offer their own people be by yourself. Learn to love your own company, be by yourself. I also want to say a lot of things that I used to spend money on back then I can know do them myself. So, like cooking, big meals, like you know, sometime, maybe for something nice. You want some nice pasta, you want some auxili, you want some curry good and you got all that from Summer and you know them something in a Jamaica. Oxtail right now is like three thousand dollars. We have Boxer oxtail. I got two ponds of oxtail in the wholesale for like two gram liquid and that lasted me for three days: life on my understanding, where I'm coming from, because I just learned how to do this stuff, my hair, I can do my hair by myself. No, unless it's a week on the normal good kind of with them, but I don't like wigs anyways. So unless it's like a you part wig, but Milan also do my ear myself, my learner for the moment anyway for doing my makeup and I have like a little special events like birthday stuff like I don't have to pay a makeup artist, because I learned how To do this stuff on my own so that I can save money you get me so learning how to do stuff on your own literally. Will save you a lot of money because doing hair paying for this pain? For that, it's a lot like being a woman and the maintenance process. It'S a lot of money enough money, like I can't imagine if I had to be paying for makeup for the ear for the this. For that I would be broke and a lot of women in their 20s. That'S the life that they're living now you know every time they might go out, then I feel pee I forgot ear go, do up Nails, good lashes and that's like fifty thousand dollars right there. Why are you spending fifty thousand dollars just for that? I mean, if you want to do that with your money. Fine, but not me, though you get me like I'm, not spending money. Well, I will spend money to do my nails and stuff, but no no. So if you follow me on Instagram or you know, you're not new to YouTube, you will know that I do travel a lot, not a lot. Why matter like I travel, sometimes you know like a liquor trip. The last trip I went on was when would it go? Let'S talk about Curacao, wood, Cura soul. Let me just tell y'all a lot of people will see people on the internet, taking these trips and whatever and things say it's just I get up one day and you're gon na kill us all. These things were being planned from a long time in months in advance. Basically, so you know you're on your friend group or no one take a look at trip whatever we have a plan, these things in advance so that you can say, okay, look at money and whatever find the cheapest places. All of that, so in Curacao I was saving, don't think someone could I just check up and um the money right away? No, No! I um not a bit like that, so I had to save all pan. You know budget time yeah so like stuffer that I have to save so like this year. I want to go to Dr. So what I've started doing is you know every week I'm gon na do my little breeze oven. I have my shipping company. I will take out a little out of you know, each of them, nothing that will hurt my pocket and put it away. So it's time for go to Dr my out money put away on my business. It'S not like! Oh take a hundred thousand dollar and go there, because when I have it like that, you know like I have to save for stuff like I can't just get up right now and be like I'm going here. Eventually, I want to get to that place where I can just check out my card and be like. Oh, I want to book a flight. I want to go here, but for right now, baby, I'm not there, so I just have to do what I have to do and that is that so, let's get into apartment hunting. Now you guys know that I do, you know, have an apartment. I don't own. It I am paying rent so with the whole renting process in Jamaica. A lot of people always ask me: how do you go about finding apartments whatever, so what I did was I got a realtor and a lot of people in Jamaica are under the impression that you have to pay a realtor money. No Realtors are free, you're, not the one paying the real, so the the um property owner is the one that's paying the realtor. So you're not have to worry about that. So you get a realtor and it's always best to go through that, like going through a realtor, because that way you end up not getting scammed. A lot of people will post things in, like the we call it the Observer, the Gleaner whatever, and they will scan you. They will take care money and run off. They give the people in my money and when you ready to go view the players the place, is it never existed? You know, like don't be one of those people get yourself a realtor okay. So I can understand that Realtors have like the more expensive, um listings and stuff. Well, not all of them find a realtor and let them know your budget. You have to tell them what you're looking for and if you want to live in, like Upton Kingston. You know said the money high up there, so I would not say that I live in Upton Kingston. I don't. I live in Kingston, but it's not Upton Kingston. So my rent is not over a thousand USD like I'm not paying those money. I know people that pay that, but I'm not paying that you get me so you have to let them know hey. This is what I'm looking for. Let them know if you want like a furnished or unfurnished apartment. Let them know your price range. You know like stuff, like that, the area that you want to be in and also the area that you're going for, as I said before, if it's like Upton, you know yeah pay more money, so it depends so it depends on your budget. Then they will tell you: okay, we have this available and then you get me like stuff like that: yeah Mega, drink some water and come up because I feel like I'm cracking up. Let my voice sound shaky. Don'T you, I'm thirsty after drink look again foreign. That was needed. Oh my God. You know we should have drink that because Normal got blue next snow. When you get your real tall and you know you're going to be your apartment. This is something where you like, and then you only real to meet up and they give you like a tour of the place. That does not mean that the landlord is gon na accept you. You have to provide a few things, so you're gon na get like some documents to fill out. You know nothing hard. Now. The market acts like your name, the last place you live while you're leaving your last apartment because they want to know if you're a problematic tenant or not. So if it is that you're moving from like an old apartment, they're gon na ask you like. Why are you leaving number stuff like that? So they can't talk to the landlord and know why you're leaving? Because you know, if you're a person that don't like pain, rinse they're, not going in a damn place, to get me like yeah. If it is that you are moving out for the first time, alter your parents house or whatever they're gon na, ask you for well, then ask everybody this, but you need to provide bank statements and stuff like that to prove that you can pay your rent. They want to know your salary that you're making monthly, so they cannot say: okay, this person will have no problem paying their rent so yeah. I could provide all that you can just find a place and be like okay, I'm gon na get accepted, and this is my time to shine no like they have to do a little small investigation, which I can understand. I know like if I was a property owner when I just want any and anybody in our place like I have to know that you can pay the rent so now time for you pay me a month time there. There are no problems, you know. So, that's something that you have to keep in mind. Make sure say you have a bank statement and you can show people and say yeah make money. We can pay them rent, and next thing that I would suggest is, if you don't have to live alone like if it is that you're in a toxic environment - or you know, you're, just ready to move out and you're willing to live with a friend have a Roommate, you can definitely do that. So if you have like a best friend or a close friend or something you guys can get like a two-bedroom apartment and split the rent, because getting that it's way cheaper than just having a one bedroom for yourself. If I had somebody that I could do that with, I definitely would I feel like the only person I would really want to share an apartment with is either Drew or my boyfriend I'm not really or pencil. You know sharing my space with anyone. Anybody because yeah you have a lot of people where you can call friend, but I know everybody can live with, see me and live with me, two different song. That'S how one thing my mother and my grandmother always tell me you don't ever know what you're gon na encounter when you're living with somebody, and I learned that from I was living on campus at UA and it was horrible. You know like. I would never do that again because a lot of times you will feel that a person is your friend and the person is not your friend. That girl was not my friend that girl did not like me, but you know, like life happens, it is what it is. I'M not gon na talk about that, but yeah make sure Sonia. I live with somebody. It'S somebody that yeah be very careful and my grandmother. I think okay, it's like the other day. I was planning to move like you guys, don't know that, but I want to move from this apartment this year I was gon na move in January, because Dustin Mali should be renewed but may end up, steer and get me we'll get into that. Another time when I move, I will tell you guys everything that's been going on, but for right now we're not gon na talk about that. But yeah. I was gon na move in January, and one of my friends wanted to you know, come to Kingston and live in Kingston because she does live in Mobile and I would move in with her because she was like my old roommate at yui, not the one that I had a horror story with, but she was my roommate after you know like she come and spend enough time with me like every time she come to Kingston. She stays with me. So I would have no problem living with her at all, like I'm perfectly fine, but my grandmother have an issue with me. Living with people, like my grandmother, was so livid. When I told her that I was planning to move in with a friend my grandmother, don't want me living with anybody. My grandmother doesn't trust anybody um with me me and them sleeping in the same house. Basically, and don't get me wrong and my grandma does not know this girl or anything. So it's nothing against my friend. Nothing like that, but you know old people hold them stay yeah. My grandmother don't want me living with anybody. My mommy was okay with it, but my grandmother she said no, not happening. No, no, no, no, don't leave nobody whatever. So I was like fine when I got stressed it out your blood pressure, whatever. That'S, not the reason why I never do it. It end up. Never work out anyways but yeah, but if you're, okay, with doing that, fine, I personally feel like the only person I would live with right. Now is my boyfriend. You know like I have no issues being around him for a long period of time. So as long as you're, okay with that fine, so one last tip that I'm gon na do is basically a business tip. So when you're starting a business, make sure it's something that you enjoy doing and something that is profitable, don't just take a particle. Something I'd. Be like Oh, I'm, gon na sell this or whatever okay. So everybody starts small because when I've always been a hustler, so from my leaf pan campus before that my hours is to sell Like Liquor things from my high school Mia sell things I used to buy them a little bag of sweetie and I must spark - and I know the sweetie Colombia in a bus Park downstairs means about my little sweetie them and sell at Andrews. I'Ve always been a hustler, that's why I'm telling you guys, like I've, always just been a business girl. It'S in my blood, you know and my used to just yeah. That'S me so you have a start small. So if you're a younger person, then start small, you know build up yourself, but for right. No, I am past that stage where I am stepping into businesses that are more profitable. So, if you're at the stage or I'm at no, I would not say to me it makes sense so, for example, going like cheating and buy some liquor top and come sell. Yeah people will buy them, but a lot of people are into buying stuff online now so, if you're selling a top for five grand and for Five Dollar on she in you know, nobody's gon na really buy, you will have a one and two person that will Want our mini top and end up buy it, but your business is not gon na really be profitable, like that, you know, like you want something: that's always bringing it in money if you're gon na plan to live off of that business, if it's just like a Like a side side, something for you, then you know fine. You have a little extra money coming in here, but if you're planning to live off of this business, you have to sit down and think and make sure I say everything right out. Have a business plan write all your expenses, how much money you're gon na make everything, so I can probably do a separate video on that like how to properly plan a business and coming up with like good business ideas. Let me know if you guys would want a video that I can also do that, but yeah and yeah one last thing: I don't think this is related to the video, but for all the people out there that, like to see young woman, you know out there Doing their thing have them look a car. Have them look at apartments and laptop, but or I'm gon na? Do this or a Mana fund them live, stop like cut it out. It'S tired! I promise you. It'S tired, just cut it out like a lot of people. They see people on the internet, social media influencers whatever and things say all them of life easy and whatever and I'm gon na. Let you know that everybody have life hard. Some people just know how to mask it. Better. Everybody that have life hard. Every single person have life hard when I see a girl by aquiao man bite unless cut it out. Please stop with that mentality. It'S not gon na get you anywhere, I'm gon na feel like because people have them negative thoughts here and they're, not just negative. This is why negativity doesn't get you anywhere. I feel like the reason why I continue to stay blessed and stay afloat is because I am a positive person. I would never see somebody and be like Oh and have the words to say about them. That'S not me! When you're a positive person, you attract great things in life, so I'm gon na, let y'all know be able, is a person and you're gon na attract better. I trust me if that was the case where I had people. You know giving me money like people like to ask you about every woman that has stuff I would own designers. I would be fine out all the time I would be doing. I would have a car. Only thing said when I just sit on yourself. I struggle be real the day when y'all see me pop out with a designer just know that I have made it in life and yeah for right. Now I don't own one, but I do want to own a lot in the future, but right now, but not on one and that's okay. You know like I don't like those stuff bother me when it comes it come when I have one just as soon as I can buy multiple, that's how I view life if I cannot buy more than one I'm not buying it. So, even though, right now I could buy one, but we cannot buy multiple, so I'm not gon na buy it and that's how I view life a lot of people, love designers and they choose to save up and buy it. That'S okay! I don't believe in saving up and buying a designer if nearby designer is because I can afford it and that's that, but people do what they want to do with their money. I'M just not gon na do that. I don't believe in doing that. You know saving up for buy, you know what I'm saying: okay, don't see, people on the internet and feel discourage and feel like. Oh, you have to be here because they're doing this at this age, whatever everybody have a different timeline, it might be 22 for me and it might be 28 for you if everybody have a different timeline. Don'T run down this social media thing trying to look flashy and this and that on the media, it's not worth it. These people are not worth it. These people are not paying their bills, stop trying to impress people. It'S not gon na get you anywhere and I'm sorry if I saw in harsh right now, but it's I feel like sometimes people need to hear them submit you.
