Hi, my name is Deandra Giselle and I am an extension specialist. I currently am owner of the bar Hair Studio, which is located in Reseda California. Today, I'm going to be putting in weaves in white girls hair for the first time. I know that their extensions as well as full, wigs it lasts. I think that lasts for a while. Sometimes there's like a bald cap involved, there's something to do with rating and sewing it hurts sometimes yeah yeah Beyonce pub probably has leaves right. Sometimes I think maybe Beyonce has extensions, I'm expecting it to come out of this. Looking like a mermaid, how much could a weave cost it can be up to a thousand dollars? It depends on the hair. Is it gon na hurt? Probably that's not the answer. I was that important, so I'm gon na be doing something slightly different. It'S still weaving, but it's gon na it's caught a copper bond extension or braid Liz sewing. Do you prefer the term weaveologist? No, how does it feel so far good doesn't hurt. You know what I'm doing great whoa, that tender head. It'S good, it's good, it's not too bad. Okay! This is the worst. Am I like super tough? What we just started? Okay, I had a horse story where this client kept it in for six months and she had like mold and like nasty stuff going on. She had the whole salon, like kind of smelling honestly see in that case of like a little bit of a watery left eye. Whatever a texture, your natural hair texture is the extension hair that you're putting in has to match your hair texture, because all your hair is out. I don't think teenagers should get them yeah, because I feel like you have to learn to love what you already have. First, before you start adding yeah yeah this one's a little bit yeah, I felt I saw a bit tense whatever, like special. I think happy thoughts think happy thoughts. This mom got in a fight at her daughter's school and patches of her hair. Her own hair was out so she fought another mom. Yes, and we actually put extensions in her hair to make sure that you know you couldn't see that bald spot. It was bad. This is honestly is the hardest part. You will feel a little bit more tightness, as I'm sewing actual hair on. You were right. I know fine is always more sensitive than others. I'M gon na just go pick fights now. Hence he went up and down a lie to see if the weave handles it and then all I'll write a review on Yelp yeah about your salon. Yep make sure you find the four Hair Studio and just let them know like it didn't come out. Even though I fought today, I feel like I need wind in my face, like a big fan, I feel like I have a mini facelift going on. If I kept these in, how long would they stay in and two months? Okay, oh wow, I feel tight and itchy. Oh sorry, I got it. Okay, all right! That is all done. It feels cool though, but I want to just do this. I'M sorry that, yes, haha, that's great! Oh! My was really different. This is great Deandra. It looks really real, I look so fancy. We talked about lights and love and children. It'S like therapy, it's good, so I love it. I feel like I need to stand like this. I feel a little glamorous. I love my wave. This is great. I doesn't like my head's throbbing, but, like it's worth it Alex was probably the one that has like more areas that were more sensitive than the other. It was just a little bit hurting hurt less than I expected and once you got used to it, numbs the pain I'm stronger than that. If my ass could get fatter because of the weave, that would be great, but I know it's not happening so I feel like I could there's a lot more attention to be had in the future and I'm into attention. So that's good. I don't necessarily think that people need it and I feel like it's kind of a cultural pressure on women to get it, but I feel I feel like pretty confident and great with it. I think you know the the white culture is getting more into it, and just flip that we thanks for watching white girls, get used for the first time, be sure to LIKE subscribe and share with your friends. I'M Deandra Giselle bye, guys

Tziporah Yisra'El: No matter what the race or ethnicity, that weave changes a females whole attitude honey!

Jessica B.: I'm glad she put out there that she does NOT think teenagers should get them... I agree!

Christina G: "You have to learn to love what you have first before you start adding" I really like that quote the stylist said. Positive message to everyone

Sea Unicorn .3.: Customer: "Is it going to hurt...?" Me: "Do you want to have a beautiful weave?" Customer: "Yeah... But is it goi--" Me: "Well, then. Beauty is Pain."

ThunderWitch010: Dang it, this girl's smart! The thing she said about the teenagers got me :) (That you have to first love what you've got, and then add something more) Jeez guys, all I said was that I like this girl!

dragon munk: “Learn to love what you already have first.” YES QUEEN PREACH

V Nime: can we just give a shout out to the gorgeous girl actually doing the weaves

OhhMyy: "like my head is trhrobbing, but it's worth it." lmao pain is beauty indeed

itzMe: The girl that is putting the weave on those girls, is slaying her own hair..

JALO: do "black girls get weave for the first time"

nope: The woman doing the hair is so beautiful. Like wow!

itsKam _: Y’all did that red hair girl wrong..y’all know damn well them extensions did not match her hair color

Deena Brown: "If my ass could get fatter because of the weave, that'll be great" the words that I think every time I get one installed

BlueBirdZW: I like when she said that teenage shouldn't get them because you should learn to love what you have first. that was great

Kailah: "Got a bit of a watery left eye" lmaooo that always happens to me when I get my hair braided

Reagan Redd: Omg the only black celebrity they know is Beyoncé

Laralee Croft: "you have to learn to love what you have first before adding to it" loved that.

Darling Darkowaah: This is so beautiful. I love it when we embrace white people. We are all one human race♥️

Dear Olivia: Omg she's dope , she said the realest thing "I don't think teenagers should get them , they should learn to love themselves " and this is dope and funny to see these white women's reactions

Yongguk Is Ultimate Daddy: Let's just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful Deandra is.

Kelli Sees: She's a really good stylist. She was personable and focused and made sure to tell them when it may get uncomfortable. I wish my past hair stylist were more like her

Iluvrocket: I can’t stand long hair, and my hair is already thick. I thought to myself, “I’d get the opposite of a weave, what would the opposite of a weave be?” And then I realized, “a haircut.”

Cartoon Connect: "Like my head is throbbing, but i love it" lmaoooooo

Ellie Borland: Integration is so beautiful, i love seeing cultures blend and teach eachother. Youre so talented, and these girls look so pretty after. I want to try this with my hair but i dont know if anyone in alaska can even do this with white hair

Sydnee Parker: im dead "it was painful but it was worth it".. every black female after getting their first weave ever

Taylor Henry: 3:11 you know when you just finish getting your hair done and you get chills... see it's a real feeling

Abby Lynn: I think it would be interesting to see the two groups of women treat their hair like the other group for a week.

bish what: "and if my ass could get fatter because of the weave that would be great but i know it's not happening" I felt that lmaooo

El Tao Tao: I got box braids with a weave for the first time two weeks ago aND I FREAKING LOVE THEM THEY'RE SO PRETTY.

theblahblahsheepie: Did she just say “if my ass could get fatter with the weave then that would be great.” Or am I hearing things?

Bunni: Dang. Teenagers shouldn't get them? I see weave all over in school

Such_a_Delight: I like when the stylist said you have to like what you have first before you start making changes and I do love my hair. However, I'm glad my own hair is long, thick, and curly so I never have to experience this in my life. It looked time consuming and expensive.

Crystal Carmichael: She did an amazing job with their hair. The lady doing the hair has amazing hair too. I don't care if it's hers or not, it looks great. I had a weave sewn into my hair once, horseshoe braid and all - was one of THE most painful things I ever had on my head, but it looked great. I will say that I was super uneducated about the care of my own scalp, hair and the weave/extensions when I had them done, this was so long ago. Now after educating myself and talking to other ladies who are fabulous and learning their secrets, when I do tape ins or even clip ins my own natural hair doesn't get damaged. I have fine straight hair but a lot of it, anyway I blabbed, just wanted to say - Ladies, if you like extensions, wigs, or whatever and they make you feel more confident, rock the hell out of it and don't feel the need to explain to anyone.

TheKingkingg: I love to see these beautiful women try something new from our beautiful culture.

Victoria Thompson: I totally agree with her when she said teenagers shouldn't get weave and such. I used to desperately want weave to cover up the texture of my hair but now I love it! I have box braids in at the moment and I can't wait until it's time to take them out because I miss my curly hair. Just know girls that you are perfect! <3

Guilain The Warriors: am i the only guy who is enjoying the conversation between women when they're getting their hair done? the calmness, love, softness of women nature

Shamya Knight: I can hear my grandma now: "A good hair dresser always gives their clients gossip, advice, a life lesson, and great hair."

gage4g: Best thing that ever happened to me. Being at a beauty school and asking about sew in weaves. My stylist introduced me to the stylist who has been doing my weave for 2 years. I love it.

Little Frog 🐸: Learning to love what you have, and yourself first, is such a good message. The hairstylist is dope. Love her chilled demeanor and the results looked great.

elena: Speaking as a girl, a lot of women put a lot of their confidence in their hair to make them feel like they look amazing. It’s our prized possession. I think whether your black, white, whatever; if getting a weave or any type of extensions makes you feel more confident and makes you feel beautiful, I say go for it.

femylafi: This was funny, and great to watch people just experience other things.

Elicia Seward: “teenagers shouldn’t get them” me, teenager: *pats weave*

Audrey Vásquez: can we talk about how gorgeous that girl doing the weaving is? like is her side job supermodel lol

LaTonya Sims Wright: my head is throbbing.... but ita worth it i laughed hard then felt bad for her

Dana Carter: Her reaction to he mold is priceless! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Yes corn rolls are cool, but it can hurt. Now my White Sistas know what we go through! LOL

Indiegirl007: I love how the comments section is so triggered. Half is outraged over the title having 'White' in it, the other half are proclaiming 'Lots of white girls get weaves! ITS A NORMAL THING FOR THEM." Ya'll. Chill. It ain't that serious.

bdgsharris: the most amazing part to me is how she braids so small and close to the head.....Deandra did a great job!

Kenna: 3:09 I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS CHILLS AFTER THEIR HAIR IS DONE

Gabriela Loera: They should've put before and after pictures side by side at the end.

CupcakeLove: If you have a shit ton of hair, you don't NEED a weave. It really only comes in handy to avoid heat damage... and the hassle of styling your hair for the girls with curls

Love Tiffanyjanise: I fell out when she said "my head is throbbing, but it's worth it!"

Shaniqua J. West: I love it! Welcome to the weave cult ladies, you're gonna love it here! Lol ❤

Aziza Kaseruuzi: Lol hairdressers' stories are the best. When ever I go to the salon to get my hair done I'm not like "time for a hair do!" I walk in like "STORY TIIIIIIME!!!"

Rachel Murphy: This is so cool! I love their reactions and comments after getting them!! This was so amazing

J: Legend has it these three girls are now addicted to weave and spend their weeks paycheck at the hair salons

BasqueOblivion: "I think you have to love what you already have first before you start adding" YESS PREACH.

a D: I love this, this is really a cute video

llw53one: I LOVE these types of videos! I loved the reactions. Thanks for sharing. Great job!

Suzanne Merkurr: I love this! Share the culture, help others understand it!

Kirsten Chery: Awesome video, though I was looking forward to seeing someone get box braids, a lot of my friends ( of all races) ask me what it's like, whether or not it hurts, etc. Sometimes if the braids are really tight it hurts, it would have been funny to see their reactions to that pain and whether or not they liked the braids enough to power through the pain lol. Once again though, great video!

High Maintenance Minimalist: Deandra's face is ridiculously pretty.

lynnelcha: Please do a follow up video! It would be great to see them a month later, or when they're getting it out.

Conan H: deandra was so good with those girls, especially when she shared about a client getting into a fight. l

Real Mexican Food Shouldn't Give You Diarrhea: I had super thick and long hair as a little girl. My mom loved braiding my hair and making it look so pretty. But as I’ve grown older, my hair has fallen out in clumps as a result of eating disorders and stress. I took my hair for granted as a kid. A lot of people would come up to my mom and ask if it was real and if they could touch it. My mom being superstitious thought I got the evil eye from someone (mal de ojo) . It’s something so simple (hair) but can make such a difference in your confidence.

Michelle Moore: weave is just a fun way to mess with your hair without actually damaging it. people are putting to much thought in it. it's not black or white it's just hair.

Lyric W.💘💕: This was COMEDY!! I LOVED it!!!!

Xxtoxicmints: You know when she's a real hair dresser when she has tons of gossip

BabaReal: She did a good job. Their hair looks a lot thicker and fuller.

Missy Talks TV: "My head is throbbing but I feel like it's worth it" hahahah ok girl I see you

e N n: "I dont think teenagers should have them because you have to learn to love what you have before adding" that's some real shit I feel that way about any kind of makeup, body mods, plastic surgery. Young people really dont need to be confusing their identity with the things they add to their appearance..

Tessa Wilson: "I feel like my head is throbbing but its worth it" OMGHAHAHA she gets it.

melanie _: That hairdresser looked so annoyed lmao

ChocoCookies: the girl doing the weave is gorgeous.

HannahFaye Crochet 🧶: I love this, I think it's awesome to see different people involved in different cultures ❤️

ParsimoniousTV: Awe. I love when she said you have to learn to love what you have first before you start adding. So true! More people need to realize this.

Kay Gee: "if my ass could get fatter because of the weave that woukd be great" lmao i like her.

AngelusSpkGrrl: I'm SO tenderheaded. no way I'd be able to have a weave put in. thank god my hair grows insanely fast. and when I'm pregnant OMG. I can have shoulder length hair when I get pregnant and it'll be pass my hips when I give birth.

LittleSkin18: That smirk and laugh at 2:32

Nikkia: Well thankfully these ladies weren't narrow minded towards weave because I hear so many people associating weaves with ghetto or "ratchet" when all it is, is just for style and if you're black, a little break from your natural hair. It's painful (the braiding part) but in the end you look cute in the end :) I love both my natural hair and extensions

Kass: That was too funny, I'm glad they were really chill about it

DavidJiinx: this makes me think about all the pulling and tugging girls do in fights and I'm just like pulling on braids has to be so painful for the scalp omg

pheeno barbidoll: My mom was a hairdresser back in the 70s when old ladies still got weekly sets done. Nothing hurts my head now. That woman rolled my hair back in time, it was so tight. And used her nails to scrub my scalp until it throbbed before dousing it with seabreeze.

Elizabeth lizz: the 1st time I got them put in my hair, I ended up having kidney failure and I was on the ER bed ripping them out from the pain I was in. the doctor's thought is was my real hair and was about to knock me out until I told him it was a weave lol. that was one horrible night!

Darcy Neagle: She's so chill I love it ❤❤

All About Arren: "FLIP ... THAT ........ WEEEEAAAVVVEEE " I caaaaaaant

Ventidue XXII: She done a wonderful job. I would definitely get it done.

Zuag Yaj: I love how calm and gentle the hair stylist is :)

j: When she said her eye was watering I felt that

Urszula Okopińska: I have a weave and I love it! I'm actually doing a touch-up tommorow :)

Beautiful Stranger: I need to make an appointment!!!! I would have SO MUCH FUN allowing her to style my hair. I haven't found a beautician I trust in almost 20 years, and this is how I picture my next salon experience..

Mimi_Reckless: All Def Digital is like the black version of Buzzfeed

borrimami22: back when i was in high school a big chunk of a girl weave had fallen out in the hallway and she turned to her friend and said "girl times is hard" lol probably the funniest memory from back then

Chano: The hairstylist's voice is so pretty!

June Jones: She said it hurt. You think. Some times unnecessary beauty hurts. They both look beautiful. Girl power

moka lee: Alex looked the best but Kat kept me laughing when she said its like therapy

Dark Matter: Lmao. This is like watching my older sister getting her hair pressed when we were kids. My mom:” dis ain’t gonna hurt baby, now close ya eyes and hold ya ears down for mommy.”

日光MEGA: omg the hairstylist is so beautiful

Y R: I love this!!! I love the connections you made with the ladies!

Kerri J.: All Def Digital, bringing people together one cultural experience at a time...just beautiful

elizabeth eley: I got a weave once, about 6 years ago and let me tell y'all that I thought my scalp was tough before that day. I absolutely loved the end result and the chick that did it was super cool and did an amazing job, but goddamn that shit hurts lol
