Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video, I'm gon na show you guys how I wash my wigs and how I maintain my curly units, so I'm gon na show you guys how i refresh the curls and get them looking nice and juicy again By the way, this is from Julia here this is their Malaysian curly. So I like to use a bucket when I wash my wigs and stuff, I just feel like it makes it so much easier and you waste less products on putting the shampoo directly in the bucket and then I'm gon na fill it up with, like hot ash. Warm water kind of making just like a bad for your wig, like just get it all, soapy and stuff, and then you're just gon na throw that way right in there. And I like to just like dip the wig and out of the bucket and bring it out, so we can, you know all like that dirt and build up, and you know you run a few. The waters are like really light brown. It should look so nasty, but I find this way of wash your wigs like really effective, so yeah, just like dip it in and out of the bucket and then I'm gon na go in with the toothbrush to like clean my lease to get all of that. Like dirt and gel and gunk off of it so yup, just you the toothbrush and just like a lightly scrub, the least don't scrub it too hard, because you don't want to rip it now, we're just going in and rinsing the week I'll make sure you get All the shampoo out there now see how a dirty this wig was, and I was only wearing it for like a week and a half so yeah. This wig was really dirty. I mean I just go ahead and sort of shampoo out, because we're about to do conditioner we're gon na. Do it the same way. We did it with the shampoo, but this time we're using cool water, because it's better to like condition your hair and cool water, because I think it like locks in the moisture better or something so. I'M yeah just filling in the bucket up with cold water and then just dunking, the wig in there. But this time I'm gon na, let it sit for about five minutes kind of like a deep conditioning for your week and the longer you leave it on there. The better, so if you can't leave it on it's for like 10-15 minutes, that'd be really good, because it'll bring a lot of moisture to the week. And now I'm going in with some leave-in conditioner to detangle the hair and it's just gon na make the curls a lot more softer and manageable, and to detangle my wigs, I like to use a paddle brush, but you can also use a like a wide toothed Comb just to detangle all the curls in and get it nice and smooth. So now, I'm going in with this 1401 Hawaii silk stuff - and I get this stuff from my local beauty supply stores about like it's like six or seven dollars, and it smells so good. Like this stuff little, the stuff literally smells like like fruit loops, or it has like a really nice fruity smell. So I put this in my hair, it's like a 14 or so, and there's a lot of stuff so up still like wash your eyes up. City tangle, it helps like add shine and all that, so I'm raking this throughout the hair, I'm using a diamond, brooch and diamond brushes are really girl, bring the girl for curly air because it helped to like really define the curls. I really get a nice and juicy so I'm just wanting to Democrat, shame, you're gon na curls pop and if you're in a rush, you can always use like a like a diffuser. So I dry the hair, but I just like to let my hair air dry. So this is like the next day and the curls I'm like fully dried, I'm just going in and like fluffing the crows out a little bit and giving the hair some volume and that's pretty much all I do when I'm crows look so good like they look. So soft and like fluffy, and just like really pretty so um, don't forget to check out julia hair. UtriedIt215: Actually you don't condition your hair in Cool Water you condition your hair and lukewarm water then you rinse it out with cool water to lock the moisture in your hair if you close the cuticles the moisture isn't going to absorb and that's what cold water does that's why you do the rinse out with cold water and not the actual watch
