Aliexpress Wig Review | Moon Magic

This is not sponsored. I just know a lot of people like to buy wigs, especially my black girls period, because we're versatile - and you know - sometimes you don't know what vendor to use. So i got this vendor off of ali express i've gotten wigs on there before that were really nice, and i thought why not do a review. Please ignore him. Why not do a review, so you guys can see how it is and then i'm gon na have later clips when i install it, because i bought on these um y'all see him. I bought lace, front um stickers because i don't really like glue because i sweat a lot, so i feel like it wouldn't work for me. So i'm gon na also be trying out lace, tape, frontal tape, whatever you want to call it yeah and if you're curious about the hair, i'm wearing this little bobby anna okay, i got it from tasteful lace off of instagram. She does have a website which i will include in my description box below give me a second so, like i was saying i'll have her website also in the link description down below, so you can support a black business quality hair. This is my second wig. I got from her this one. I actually bought the first one. I wanted a raffle. She does, though she does awesome back to school sales. She does fun raffles when she can and overall great customer service, okay. But this is not a taste filet's hair review, but that's my girl and i got ta represent her, always okay. So, let's get into it because my package just came this morning, i got hey. We sorry i was like touching it. I got my wig from moon magic, okay, um they are on aliexpress. I will link it down below to the exact unit i got and the seller was very nice. She communicated with me throughout the whole time. Usually aliexpress. Um vendors, don't always communicate unless they're telling you that your um package is being delayed, but they sent me heritage on how to take care of the hair how to prevent shedding um yeah. I asked them questions about um, whether i needed to bleach the lace or not, or does it already come pretty bleached and they were just very all. You know overall, very nice to me and answered all my questions and i ordered this hair. Let me see when i ordered this here, so i could tell you guys how quickly it came boom. As you can see right here, i ordered it on july 29th. She messaged me on july 30th because of time zone differences, and it is now august 4th. So i got my hair in like five days. You guys - and i don't know if this is for everyone like i said this is not sponsored, so i ordered and i bought it with my own money. So this was just regular shipping, i'm not sure if they always do shipping like this, but it just came very quickly. I don't know if i just ordered in a good time period, so yeah. So here it is in the box. I had already opened the box, but then i realized i wanted to do a video, so i put it back in so here it is in the box, it comes in a hair net and the hair in the um aliexpress photo was like wavy um curly. So that's how the hair comes and they also included a wig cap which i'm thankful for because i don't have to buy one now and um lashes period. We love to see it. I haven't walked i've, never worn like lashes, like strips in so long and i'll put it back in the bag, so i don't lose it and then they also gave me a band which i'm very thankful for because even though i'm going to use the lace tape, I still want a band for extra security, so that's all that's in the bag, wig cap, lashes, wigman and the wig. So now, let's open the wig and see what it do. I already opened it, but we're gon na reopen it like it's the first time. Okay and the color i got was a honey blonde color and it has blonde streaks in the front. I'Ve never done a color like this, at least not with wigs. I'Ve done honey, blonde braids but, as i saw in my previous videos, so yes i'm going over here and take off the knot, i'm going to put it in here in case. I want to put it back in put it back on the wig. Okay, i'm going to take out this foam piece that helps to keep the shape, so this is how long it is. I believe i got a. Let me look again, so this is an 18 inch um very bouncy from my initial review is very soft. I'M running my fingers through it and no shedding so far, but when i install it we'll see how it um how it holds up with shedding. So i can see it's a honey blonde color a little lighter than my face and blonde streaks in the front. As you can see right, there see the difference, your skin tones yeah, it's very soft. I like the wavy, look because knowing me, i don't, as you can tell from the bobbiana i don't. I don't straighten my hair like that. So this is a 13 by 14 inch, frontal meaning it goes ear to ear. For my edges, yes, but underneath is simply a? U part, because i like middle parts, as i can tell and like sorry parts are cute but um. I just like simple parts - and this is my first time experiencing with a front tool, so i didn't want to get an entire. I believe it's 13 by 6. I didn't want to get an entire 13 by 6 frontal because um, i don't really have much experience with them so yeah the hair is very soft, there's a little bit of frizz because i'm moving it around so much but other than that. It looks really good when i install it: i'm not a professional wig person. Okay, so if my install is a little ink, do not come for me, do not come for me. We are trying. We are learning so i'm going to show you guys how the lace looks in comparison to my skin tone. So here's my skin we're going to put the lace on top because i may or may not still bleach it just to lighten it because looking at it right now, it's a little ashy and we don't like ashy. What is this um? Okay, yeah? It'S! It looks. Fine, a little ashy, though just a little bit, it doesn't blend as nicely as i'd like it to so i will be. Actually. This is the part. That'S getting cut off, it's actually bleached hold on. It actually looked like it's been bleached already. Yes, okay! So i'm not looking properly um. If you i don't know if you can see the difference, but it looks like it's been bleached a bit which i do appreciate, maybe not enough. I might do one shade lighter or not, because i don't want to ruin it. I'M thinking i'll, let you guys know if i end up bleaching it or not in the next clip when i have it um, i'm gon na try and record myself putting it on. I didn't know: lace, um, lace, tape was a thing. I thought everyone used glue. So my thing was to always try and get a front tool that i could wear glueless, because i can't do glue like i honestly feel, like i sweat too much um. As for the hairline, it looks fine, i think i'm gon na pluck it though watch a couple videos and pluck because it's a little thick and um yeah, i don't have a wig stand, so i think when i go to the hair store to get the bleach Or whatever, i'm gon na get like a big foam head to put it on top of, i had one, but i don't know where it is anymore. I think i gave it away so yeah. This is what the wig looks like so far, just bouncy bouncy bouncy. It'S um, it's dense, not it's not too thick, but it's not thin either. I don't know if you guys can see. Let me gather it up in a ponytail. It'S a good! It'S a good thickness, because i don't want too thick because um, as you guys know. Well, if you don't know, i live in florida and it gets hot here, so i don't want anything too thick and especially with frontals. I like that little push back. Look when you do middle parts, um i'll insert a picture right here. So that's the kind of look i'm going for with it, so i will have to plug the what is it called the frontal just a little bit, i'm gon na go ahead and put it back into the netting, and i will try and install it when my Lace tape gets here. If you want to know where i got my latest tape, i got it from amazon, i'm going to also include it in the description box in case anyone would like to buy and try if it, if i turn out to do it good. So i put it back in the net and i'm going gon na put it back into the plastic just to leave it be nice and neat. So yes, that is the wig and i saved up for it because um i had another wig um. I don't have it anymore, don't know where it went. Couldn'T tell you, so i only have this one wig, that's on my head. No, i have a second wig somewhere around here. I don't know so i saved up for it. As you guys know, i make version stuff, so i saved up some of the money for it so yeah that is it and on the box. It also comes with a how to care for the hair um, how to remove tangles and how you should co-wash it. But i ended up turning into a side part and i plugged it a little bit not too much because i don't want to mess with the lace too much. But yeah it's been a couple days it's been about, i want to say two or three days and i feel like the hair is holding up pretty nice, i'm not caught in the ring today. So it looks a little crazy, but the waves are actually still holding up. It'S very soft. There hasn't been any shedding. Besides when i plucked the hairline, which is normal, um. Here'S a talk of me trying to um install it like a professional and it turned out like it looks fine in the video, but it actually was like freaking horrible, because i didn't know what i was doing like all right here was listen. Excuse me right here was like lifted up on both sides, and this was the only part it's like the wig tape wasn't working for me, so i feel like i should like look more into the wig tape before i decide to do it like that um. So, like i told you guys, it came with a band, so i ended up just sewing the band and wearing it glueless um. It lifts up a little bit right here because i like to took my hair back, but if i'm going out i'll, just put it push it like this and then i'll grab like a piece of hair and leave it out in the front. I think i'm going to cut it, though so i can do like a cute like you know, small little baby or something like that, but i'm at home. So i'm not really stressing how it looks or anything like that. Um - and here are some videos i took of me filling myself with the wig, but overall the wig was really nice. Um. I didn't show you, i told you a lot of 18, i'm i'm talking too fast. I'M sorry. I told you guys. I got a 18 inch, so i'm gon na go ahead and stand up, so you have to see where it falls on me, like y'all heard in my she and haul. I say i'm 5'4 a lot. So keep that in mind when you're basing your hair length. So this is what it looks like on me. I would say i have an average torso and leg size. So that's where it is on me. It'S like right at the top of my butt. This is how full it looks um. This is how it looks in a pony so yeah, that's what that looks like um, so yeah and it's very soft, like i said, even though it got caught in the rain, i can still run my fingers through no hair, just nothing, nothing so yeah, there's not Really much setting and also how it's made it comes with clips. So it's like you don't want to, let's say so in the band there's still clips, underneath the wig and as for i told you guys, i was thinking about bleaching the lace i ended up, not because i just i didn't i'm not a professional. So i didn't want to do it and have anything go wrong. So yeah, that's how the lace looks on me. It'S right there, i'm going to show you. I can see it. Yeah um everyone pretty much loves the color on me, except my mommy. Her go-to color for me, is black and black only and maybe the occasional burgundy that she likes because she feels like it. Compliments my skin nice but yeah. My mom's not a big fan of the blonde flash honey blonde. She would have preferred if i just got black but we're just experimenting with different colors, because i'm not gon na dye, my actual hair. So that's what it looks like i really like it. I feel like it complements my skin tone very well, so yeah um, the video, is not supposed to be up it's saturday. No is it saturday? Yes saturday, my mom didn't go to work, so it's saturday and videos usually go up on wednesday. So i think i'm gon na do one more um take of maybe myself on monday, so you guys can see what it looks like a couple days more so almost an entire week. I believe i can't remember what day this came, but basically almost an entire week of me wearing it and seeing how it is. Do i wear it at night? I wore it the first night when i had um attempted to glue it down because i had wrapped it up to see. If maybe that would make the lace ticks tape stick, but it didn't setting up on doing it and stuff like that and just been wearing it um glueless, which i really appreciate. I feel as though i should have made um. I should have measured out the lace more because if i left more lace, maybe not for the tape but for just in general it could have sat a little prettier. But i don't think it's that big of a deal like i'm pretty sure. Even though this isn't my hair, so if they see a little bit of lace, so what i bought it, so it's mine but yeah, that's how it looks. Yeah, i'm feeling myself. I don't care. This color is so cute and it's a running gag joke that we have now with me and my mom, because my brother, he watches a lot of white youtubers, so he sometimes says he's caucasian. And now so my mom said she has a blonde daughter in a um white sun and in creole it's blonde and blunt so, like i'm blonde he's blue. So it's like the bb, siblings anyways, that's how it looks. Yeah, i'm really feeling myself like period um. I'M thinking maybe i want to curl it - i don't know, but the side part is really giving me life. I think i want to curl it, but then i don't want to and i don't want to straighten it. I kind of like this wavy look it's giving me like. I messy like i care, but i don't care that could soften myself. Look at how much i'm looking at myself in the camera. Man! That'S how it looks. I really like it. Um, i'm gon na. Take the headband i'll see how i can see what it looks like without the headband and usually, if i'm going out, and i don't obviously want the lace to show i'll just put a little bit. This is how i'll style, if i'm going on, i'm, not wearing a headband i'll put a little bit from the corner, tuck that so like it's still. You know not that much jeez and it's maybe like that much and then i'll maybe get this piece from this side and do the same y'all. I don't like laying wigs down it's too much. I swear a lot. I'M going to take this. All i want to sleep with no hair on so then i just pull it like that and that's how i'd wear it if i didn't have a headband to like cover stuff but yeah blondes have more fun. So that's that for right now, um. If i do end up for me, another clip, then you'll see it next. If i don't, then that will be the end of the video but i'll still make an outro anyways. So yeah i feel like the video is getting long. I don't think i'm gon na film another clip so with that being said, i hope you guys enjoyed this hair review. I really enjoyed the hair. I also got my very first mannequin head right there and it came with like a what is it called? The little stands to um make it stick to the table like to hold it up on the table, and it came with the t pins to hold your lace. That'S how i plucked it, and it also came with um thread in a needle, so i'll also link that in the description box for anyone who wants it, it was on amazon, so yeah with that being said, oh, let me put my head back back on my Mom says she doesn't, i don't think she doesn't think i need the headband either. She doesn't like any of my style choices, hey mommy because i know you're watching yeah.
