Honest Aliexpress Lemoda Hair Review | Water Wave Hd Lace Wig | Not Sponsored

I'M feeling this hair, i'm not gon na lie, i'm not gon na lie. I look cute. I look cute period, hi guys it's ali welcome and welcome back to my channel in today's video. I have a hair review and the company that i will be looking at today is lamoda hair on aliexpress. I haven't bought a wig from aliexpress in a hot minute, so i am a little bit intrigued to see what the tea is on aliexpress and what the quality of the hair is like. So if you guys want to see what i think and my attempted installation process then go ahead and keep on watching, so we're not only going through a pandemic at the moment, we're also going through a lace unit shortage, which means that the prices for lace units Is literally going to skyrocket and one of the most affordable places to buy wigs is aliexpress and i'm hoping that's going to stay the same throughout this sort of weird period that we're in because i just don't have that kind of money lying around? I don't have it. I am not going to lie so we're going to see what this company is about. I wasn't looking for a water wave unit and after doing a little bit of research, this company didn't look so bad honestly when it comes to aliexpress. Looking for reviews is essential, which is why i'm happy that you're here, if you're, watching this video. Thank you for doing your research. I appreciate you doing that. Save your coin, sis we're going to find out if this hair is trash or not so the specifications of the wig that i got. I got a 13x6 hd lace unit, it is a lace front and it is 20 inches water wave and the price i paid for mine was 96 pounds, which is actually a bargain. I don't think i've paid less than 100 pounds for a wig in years like unless it was a shorter unit, but even now bob's can easily cost you 100. 150. 180 easy. So this is. This is a good price. So i placed my order on the 21st of june and i received it on the 30th, so it took about nine days to get to me, which is literally just over a week super quick. So i can't complain about that. It did come from china and granted that there were delays with everything because of the pandemic. That is still really really fast, because without the pandemic, that is still a far shipping time, but you know so that is the shipping time. I'Ve said too much, i feel, like i'm waffling a little bit about this wig. There is so much that i can say without showing you guys at the unit. Let me just see if there's anything else that i have missed out before i go ahead and show you guys, so i have found a little bit of extra information, so the base material is swiss lace. It is brazilian hair with an average cap size and 150 density. You can get this between 10 and 30 inches. It says that it is pre-plucked with baby hair, so we are going to go ahead and have a look at the box content and the unit itself. So this is the box that the wig comes in. It'S just this black box that says lamoda on it and then on the back. We have some qr codes that link to their social media pages so that aliexpress youtube and instagram. So once you open up the box, the wig is pretty much sitting right there. On the inside of the lid, there is a little bit of like a manual on there. It has different hair textures links, etc that the company offers i haven't really taken. A closer look at this, but it literally just looks like a bit of advertising. So there is the wig and we're gon na move that out of the way, and then we have a wig cap and a pair of lashes. So that is what the lashes look like: they honestly look like a decent pair and not gon na lie, and then on the inside of the bottom of the box. We have an after-sale service, so things like how you can return it, etc. All of that stuff. So that's what that is, so this is the unit i'll, be honest with you guys. This isn't how it came. Originally, i did kind of spray some water on it just so i could see the curl pattern, but this is how it looks. I'Ve also put a parting in it, so imagine it without one. It doesn't come with a parting pre-inserted. So here are the ends of the hair, and here is the lace. Okay, the lace 100 isn't hd lace, let's be real, it is an aliexpress unit, but i do think it is something that i cannot work with. In fact, i actually think it's pretty decent lace. If i'm going to be really honest, i do really like the look of that and i think it's going to be easy to tint, i'm going to go ahead and turn the wig inside out, so we can have a look at the cap construction. So this is the wig turn inside out and, as you guys can see, we have that six inch parting space for the cap construction. We do have four combs, so we have one on either side, one on the front and one on the back, as well as an adjustable strap here at the back. Okay, like i said before, i did put the parting myself, so it doesn't come with this parting included. You do kind of have to manipulate it yourself and it was looking a lot more frizzy to begin with, but this is where we are with the unit. I'M gon na go ahead and come closer, so you guys can see the knots aren't bleached or anything they are pretty prominent, but i will pull the hair back, so you guys can see how they have plucked it. It'S actually not badly plugged. To be honest, especially for someone who's a beginner and doesn't really pluck units, i think that's pretty decent and it is workable. When i am styling it later, it will be wet. So just so you guys know. This is how the hair looks like with a foaming. Mousse in it, because i did use a mousse to sort of see how the curls pop and everything so if you are wondering how it looks after it's dried and it has product in it. This is pretty much where we're at it's still very soft and you can move your fingers through it. I know sometimes when you do put product in some wigs, the hair turns a bit hard and crispy, but this is still really soft or i actually can't wait to install this. I haven't had this texture of hair ever so. Oh, i am excited so i went away and tried to bleach the knots some of the knots took to the bleach and others didn't honestly. I left the bleach on there for about 40 50 minutes and not all of the knots bleached. It might need another run through, but i hate doing that. I hate bleaching knots twice, but the knots seem a little thick because they literally sat in bleach for about an hour and a lot of the knots are still not bleached, but you know what we move, as you guys can hopefully see from my hairline. I did tint the lace to close and match my skin tone, and i really like the lace tint that i used. I will leave a link in the description box down below for all of the products that i used. I didn't pluck the lace any further, just because i kind of wanted to see how it would lay with the way that they've plucked it. So this is how they've plucked the hairline, i'm gon na go ahead and try and sort of lay the wig down. I'M not gon na be saying anything you guys are literally just gon na be watching me. Try to style this wig, because i'm not at a level where i feel comfortable enough like talking through. But if you guys see me using this spray, it's not an actual tresemme spray. This is just a bottle of water that i use to style the hair, because this hairstyle is a lot better. When it's curly, that's how i feel so i'll just be constantly spraying. It with water when i feel like it's dried out a little bit. This is just to keep the curls curly. Do hmm? Hmm, hmm, okay, so this is what i've managed, as you guys saw. I pretty much gave up on the baby hairs. I'Ve never done baby hairs before and i just feel like it's not my calling. It'S not my portion, i'm just not gon na. Try it anymore. If my makeup does look patchy, it's because, as i was doing, my hair, the spray and the glues, and all of that was just peeling away. All of the makeup that i had on my face. You can kind of see it over here and stuff like that, but this is how the hair is looking now i think it's cute or whatever, like i feel like curly hair suits me. I don't know what do you guys think the hair does shed quite a bit, though it is something that i noticed when i first got it as well, and even styling it having washed it and bleached it, and everything like that it does it shed a fair Amount, but right now it's not too problematic. The hair is really really soft and the lace - i don't know about you guys, but i feel, like the lace blends quite well. The tint i use is a bit red for me, so i will maybe just stick to one layer next time, but as far as the lace goes, this one is pretty decent, especially considering how much i paid for it, and this is what the curls look like, Where i'm with the mousse in it, but it's going to dry down like this, if you guys remember how i showed you the hair at the beginning of the video it pretty much dried down with this same curl pattern, it just looked a little bit fuller because I was manipulating it quite a bit. I think my hair is lovely, the lace is nice. The company as well are really easy to contact. I did have a couple of issues. It was mainly just a shedding that i contacted them about and they pretty much took responsibility for that and contacted me back and we sorted something out, but i do want to emphasize, though, that this hair is something that i paid for with my own money. It wasn't sent to me not that that would change my opinion anyway. You guys know that i love to be honest with you about everything that i'm sent for free doesn't change my opinion. Everything i've said is exactly how i feel i'm feeling this hair, i'm not gon na lie, i'm not gon na lie. I look cute. I look cute period period.
