Actually welcome back to my channel so for today's video, I'm gon na be showing y'all how I achieve my half up: half down arrow styles, with kinky curly, hair, simple and quick with just a? Here, I'm adding some boiling water to it. I'M gon na do the water, water, carlo method to dye my bundles jet-black. This is the easiest way for me. I just let it rock in the water and let it do what it does and then my hair comes out the exact color that needs to be I'm gon na, be taking my adored jet black and also I use a door off black and I'm just going To mix the water and the dye together so that it is completely even to where every part of the hair gets covered, then I'm gon na grab my bundles and just toss it into the water, making sure that I submerge each and every single one that they Are fully saturated and then I just let it sit in the water for an hour to make sure that it was fully absorbed of all the dye. Now, I'm just showing y'all how I set up how I'm going to construct my u-part wig. So I put the weight cap on my head and then I measured where right behind my ear and I went all the way to the other side behind my ear and I drew a line to know where I'm gon na stop sewing my bundles down in here. I'M just giving you a quick glimpse into how I sewed the bundles. I just did the simple fold-over method, all the way up it to the top and here's a close-up of what I did as you can see that the fold-over method was done to sew down the wig, and I just added a single track on the top to Make sure that everything was flat? Okay, so I have my wig here. I haven't cut it yet, but what I'm just going to show y'all what I did so I put the wig cap on my head and this is the exact measurement of my head in size. 24 kings, okay, but I put the wig cap on my head and then I measured I outlined with my NYX jumbo eye pencil like right, where my ear is like. I don't know if you don't go see that oh wait where my turn like right here. All the way over to the other side, and then I made a line of that on the wake up, and then I sewed up a till there. So my sewing pattern. I just did the fold-over method until I reached like the top top to where actually my double width. I sewed it double wefted up until about like this part here to like the upper third of the weight, and then I still did the fold-over method. And then I had like these little you here at the top, because that's like high so anyways and then all I did was do the fold-over method within the you and then the last piece is just to make sure that everything stays flat. So yeah, I don't have the combs on it yet and I don't feel like cutting yet cuz. I still got braids on this down y'all. If y'all don't know, I am relaxed tech slack whatever you want to call it, so my roots are starting to grow in and I don't put heat on my hair when it's relaxed, but I have to put it on today. I'Ve watched I wash my hair about how many days ago, I want to say like four days ago, but I didn't put no heat in there. I just put all the products that I usually do and they're just what about my business, because I'm gon na leave the house, so my my hair was out and all that stuff so, but I realized, when I tried to I was gon na. I was about to bring it down yesterday. I realized girl, your roots are going in, so we got to stretch them out, so I had to put heat, but it wasn't that bad hair, still soft and all that so I'm just gon na do very, very, very, very thick, very big flats cause. It really matter how much you can get. You just want the hair down. You know, I mean you, don't want it. It doesn't have to be super flat, like you're laying a frontal, so I'm just going to braid my hair down and then we will get this installed and you put this under way. I don't know oh you're, bringing kind of tighter good, so I just want to add the way and down and then it'll sting put an elastic band cool, so I'm just gon na for the rest of my hair. Honestly, I think I'm gon na do is just like how many braids like 7 or 8 - maybe even six, if I can get away with it, okay, so everything is braided down she's flat enough. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to cut the remaining piece of the wig cap off and then I'm gon na sew combs down, so I'm gon na so calm down here and on the sides so that it's secure and then one in the back Of course, I don't know if I'm gon na add an elastic band I feel like I will have to do but I'll let you know if I do, engage you okay, so I'm just going to show you that without putting the actual combs end, it fits perfectly Because I've noticed like when you order, like a you, perfect, sometimes it'll be working like that they don't be. That is exactly the same measurements as my bag. At hand it fits perfectly so I'll have to do it just put the hook, the combs in and I'll be on my way. So, let's get started, I'm going to put the comb on this side, put the comb on this side and then go here and the one at the bottom there. She is secure. Okay, alright! So now I'm going to we're gon na have to blend this into the wig okay. So since I took up a section where my ears are, are not the worry about the wig? My sides are still short, so I want to make sure that it's still sleep. Let me brush the side there we go Wow and then next to really get my hair to like look like it's leapt down without pulling it ridiculously tight. I'M going to take this rap band, I'm gon na take this rap band and then just pull my hair down around it. So she's secure, yeah, so that's wrap down and then I'm going to take my yellow scarf fold it in half because wide and then sometimes it no and then put that on top. Oh okay, I mean that on top making sure I'm grabbing all the hair out of the ponytail so doesn't get sucked in and then oh, madam, the rush, your pieces coming out there you go. It'S gon na tie this scarf down, bring my ears. Oh oh, this! Okay, there we go and then just keep it secure for a second okay cool. Now I feel like this ponytail isn't as full that I want it to be. So I have leftover tracks. There'S like three and a half bundles in here. I have four bundles. In total all 20 inches and then so, I'm just going to kind of like to cover my hair here, I'm going to take this Barbie. I mean this on a track that I have leftover and wrap it around, so that the ponytail is a bit more full. As well so I'm going to fold it in half like so then I'm going to take my bobby pin, pull it through the track. So it's like looped, then I'm going to move my scarf put it through the base of my ponytail and then just wrap. Okay and then I'm gon na take the last bit of my track and just wrap it around the base so that it's secure little barrel, okay, Oh bobby, pin and then just come on, mmm come on my hands are so tired? Okay, that's why I'm just fluffing! It out, let's make a little more natural and then I'm going to take my spray bottle just to wet the hair a bit and then just run my fingers through it. So just make it a bit bigger. Okay, so I'm just gon na rock out for a bit and then let this section of my hair just sit before that you know, and then I will show you all the final product when the final look minutes know: okay, hello.
