Pt 2 Crochet Half Wig X Ponytail | Trendy Tresses

What'S going on back at you? Finally, with a new tutorial, I've been gone for a minute, but I promise I'm working on it um, but yes, today is going to be a tutorial that I'm using is trendy tresses and the curl is called goddess curl. So if you want to see how I got so, if you didn't know, this is a part two to the part one, the part one is of me making the actual crochet wait. So if you're interested be sure to click the link right now at the top of this video, so you can see exactly how I made this week. So let's go ahead and get on to the half-up half-down tutorial. So right now, as you can see, all I'm doing is looking down my edges. I don't think I showed the back of my head, but I will say right now: you will see towards the enemies. Looking down my edges, the hair in the back of my hair is just straight back braids that I took a huge bobby pin and I pinned it up. So I'm gon na have a slip ponytail up front. It'S just a little bit of hair. It'S not even the middle of my crown, literally just the top of my head, I'm gon na slick that up and then I'm gon na go ahead and get started with put in my halfway going. Thank you all right. So now I'm ready to put my half wig on. As you can see, I am holding it because if I don't it is, it will slip off. It'S not gon na just sit on there, so you can either add combs to your wig or you can take bobby pins. What I have right here, I have huge bobby pins. I have six of them, I'm just gon na put them throughout my hair and then for extra security. I'Ll, show you and a little bit further in a video. I will crochet a couple pieces into my braids, only two pieces just for extra security, so stay tuned and I'll explain to explain that when I get to that part okay. So now what I'm gon na do after I braided my hair put it up. I am going to start to crochet the hair into my bun. As you can see, the only thing I did was just break my hair down, make it into a tight bun, and I'm literally just gon na. Do what you do on your hair. Do what I did on a cap crochet the hair into my bun? Until I don't see my bun anymore, you couldn't make it really thick. You can make it really thin. It really doesn't matter just as long as you don't see the butt anymore. So I'm going to do that and I'll be okay guys. So now I'm ready to show you what I mean by adding more security. So I literally took a part of my braid. A part of the wig cap took a piece of hair crocheted it in my hair. I only did this twice, but you can literally do this throughout your whole head. If you want to for extra security, so stay tuned, I'm gon na show you the final results and then I'm gon na tell you exactly what I think about this hair, and here is the final results. Okay, guys so like I said this is the final result of the hair, and I hope you guys like it. This is something I wanted to try I've seen. A lot of people do crochet wigs um, but I once I got done with the wig I'm like well, this could just be a half wig. It really reminded me of a half wig. I can't think of the one that I used to wear all the time. I don't know I can't think of the name of it, but I used to wear half words all the time. So when I got to I'm making a wig, it really felt like it was supposed to be a half wig, and so this is just this just worked absolutely perfect and I love it so yeah, like I said, the hair that I'm using is a from a Company called Trinity tresses, this is goddess curls. I am using a 1b 27 and a 1b 30 I got. Maybe I got six packs and really off. When I got done, I had to cut some of the hair out cuz. It was huge so, like I said in the previously, you have to make sure that you space them out a lot cuz. You know when you're doing real crochet braids the gaps in between your braids or spaces and you're not filling up every single part of your hair, so just make sure we use the cap, you space out space it out really well, so you don't have that problem. Like I did but anyway, so I got six packs, I'm left with two packs now really, I probably could have only used three and been cool to maybe two and a half for the cap and then the rest of the Hat. For my bun, which I really could add more to the bun if I wanted to, but I would just leave it like this - I like it both around the hair. It is what you would expect for synthetic hair. It is gon na get frizzy. It is gon na get mappy, it's synthetic hair. That'S what comes with it. This hair is a temporary style. It'S not it's not like a Brazilian, your Remy's. This is not gon na last you Montes boot. It'S probably only gon na last a week or two depending on how well you take care of it and that's why I wanted to go ahead and try to put this on a wig cap so that I could see how long if I can get it to Last a little bit longer because you can already see that it's starting to frizz up a little bit can't try to put some foam martyrs or something I usually don't waste priorites on synthetic hair. Cuz it's pointless. Synthetic hair is not, but this hair is really pretty bomb. This color right here is d-27. I think I only got two packs 27 only used one pack and a little bit of the second pack for the 27. Just for some highlights - and that's really all I wanted to accomplish with the 27 - was just to get some depth into this hair get some highlights into this hair, and I really liked it I'm.
