Welcome back to another video, if you're new here my name is nicole. If you are returning, hey girl, hey so it's early in the morning, probably like eight o'clock. I am the only one, well no berkeley, and i we're the only ones that are awake right now. Of course she wakes up before seven o'clock every morning. So that's been kind of like rough um, especially because i was like oh last night. Well, i got woken up out of my sleep last night, so it was just, but it is what it is. So i'm putting on my watch um because i've been tracking my steps um, because charles and me and my brother-in-law were all doing this: weight loss, competition, okay, okay, anyway, we're doing this weight loss competition, i'm just trying to make sure i get in as many steps As i can, i think i've hit 10k one day, huh, that's too little mama that one too little go get the other gray. One go get the other gray one. The white one is too little that one anywho. So i'm about to make me some coffee and then i'm going to get on my treadmill for probably about 30 minutes to kick off my steps for today yeah. I totally forgot to bring my camera when dallas and i were out today. We kind of just had some mom and son time um just so. I give him a little bit of time without berkeley, so berkeley's gone with charles me and dallas went to well. We went to walmart, we went to walmart in target so y'all. We got these ranch wings from the walmart deli. They are so so good turn it down. What do you think? What do you think he loves it. In my opinion, these are like better than wingstop um, because they're like in the um batter or fry mix or whatever it's actually ranch in there and it's so good so flavorful we don't even use wrench or anything with them um, but i'm gon na show you Guys what i got not a lot of stuff, because i actually went to target. I actually went to walmart to look for some graphic tees or whatever um, because i actually wear graphic tees to work like under blazers and stuff. And then i went to target because there are these jeans that i found on tick tock that i wanted. I didn't realize they had rips in them, so i didn't even get them because i have so many jeans with rips. I need some without like so i can wear the work and stuff, but i end up getting this like crop top, it's kind of like ripped, pretty navy blue. This was 20 dollars um. I got mama these little sandals super cute. They look like yeezys, but they're, cat and jack, of course, so they had green, they had yellow and they had like a pretty blue color kind of like a matte, but it wasn't royal blue or like navy or anything was kind of like a kind of like A pastel blue, but more like matte, so i got that and then i also got these jeans. These are not the jeans that i went in there to get, but these are wild fable. They were on sale for 20 dollars, originally 25, so they're high rise, dad jeans. This is them and the wash is a color that i do not have it kind of has like that. Dingy look or whatever and they're like this is how the legs look. No rips or anything so i will be wearing these to work um, and then i got this wine that i saw tik tok as well. This is the wine that i've seen on tick, tock, sweet collection, don't say sweet red blend, so i actually just ran across this. I remember seeing it on somebody six hot. I didn't go into target looking for this, but it was like right when you walk in, and i was like. Oh that's that one that i've seen on tick tock. So i'm going to be trying this and that's actually going to be so perfect because i'm cooking a pasta tonight, so you know how they be drinking like wine with pasta and stuff, i'm not a pasta, fan yeah. I know how i am about wine, but i'm gon na put the two and two together and see what it's giving. So i got pasta from hello. Fresh everyone in my house loves pasta, except for me, baby, dallas, clean them bones show them how you ate that chicken boy! This is how you eat a wing. This is if y'all, don't eat. Y'All wings like this. What are y'all doing if y'all do not eat y'all wings like this, what are y'all doing baby? It was good, okay and then from one one. I got these. I love this style of shoe uh, but i just never really bought any, but these were on clearance at walmart for 15 dollars, so they had black and they had like a nude color, but they didn't have my size in a new color. These are so cute, though i got black um, because at target they actually had gold, a new color and yeah, but they were like. I forgot how much they were. I tried on the gold ones, but i didn't get them because i don't like the way they look like against my skin tone, but these black this is going to be classic and they were only 15 colors. And then i got mama some pajamas because they had like pajamas on and since she didn't get to go with us like, i had to buy my baby something, but i got baby shark. This is a set with shorts and it was on sale for six dollars and then i got her this other four piece set. So it's two sets it's just like butterfly. Is this patronus, i think yeah? This is pajamas um, so it's like butterflies and it has shorts, and then this one has the butterflies with the pants so cute, and then i also got her these little shirts. These were on sale for 350.. This one like has seashells and stuff super cute, and it just has like the straps with a little scrunch, and then i got her this color as well the stripes it has like light purple, turquoise orange super cute y'all. I got her these tights, but they're like belle bottoms. My baby is going to look so cute at these, and these were only 4.98 yeah. Let me tell y'all, i might actually go back to walmart, we'll go to another one because they have some really cute stuff. In little girl section like the toddler side so, like i think, maybe 24 month and up, i know it goes up to a 5t and they didn't have her size and so many other things, but they have like the layered skirts like these pretty colors. They got like the plaid skirts like for the fall time. They have so much cute stuff, y'all um, but they just didn't have her size. So i couldn't get her anything. Oh and then i also got a rotation chicken from walmart um for the week. So my kids can have that and also i got mama a giant coloring book. This is from target. Actually it's 18 pages. So it's not even a coloring book. It'S just coloring pages she's at this phase, where she loves to write y'all. She loves to write. So i let her write on the dry erase board and then i'll. Let her like right on the big construction paper like this size, but i think it'll be really cool for her to actually have coloring sheets because she loves dinosaurs. So i'll put her in her high chair, if i don't like can't like just watch her um, so she doesn't ride all over the house and then like, if i'm not doing anything i'll, actually sit her at the table in the game, room and she'll. Just you know spread out all her stuff and color there so but yeah. I just wanted to show you guys that stuff um. What i wanted to tell you guys too, is those of you that have like littles. It'S amazing like if they're anywhere like in berkeley's age range or whatever. If you have been following for a while. You know that we had some concerns like with berkeley's speech, so she like actually had an evaluation and everything and they determined that she was uh fine for her age or whatever, and that what these doctors actually saying what i guess. Research actually shows when they said that she would be saying 50 words by the time she turned 2. I was just like, oh because i think she was only saying maybe 10 words at the time we had her evaluation um and i think she may have been like 20 months, either 19 or 20 months, and i was just like from 10 to 50, but the Things that they suggested to me um. They were like so on point because by the time berkeley turned to, she was actually seeing sentences y'all. So she went from saying about 10 words to saying way over 50 and putting sentences together. So she actually is she's. 26. Eight months right now so she's, 28 months and y'all, her vocabulary is just. I just can't even believe it like it's amazing. It is amazing. So for those of you that have littles, i would just say you know, and a lot of people like are so against. Like screen time like youtube and tablet whatever, but if those kids are watching the right shows they can learn so much. It is amazing, because um i don't know if you guys have heard about like all of the negative things that they're saying about like cocoa, melon and stuff or whatever a lot of parents, were saying that their kids actually had like some type of regression watching cocoa Melon or whatever um they had actually stopped seeing their abc's, they wouldn't talk, they would be angry. Apparently it's just over stimulating for a child watching cocoa, melon or whatever so berkeley used to be a huge fan of cocoa melon. But we actually stopped that and we found other things for her to watch that she actually enjoys um. What is it called? Is it circle time with miss sarah or i don't know, but that show right there. She learned sign language. She learned so many words. Just her concept was just oh, my gosh, it improved so much when we started watching her. Of course she watches gracie's corner. If you don't know about gracie's corner baby, gracie got so okay, but she makes learning so fun, she's, always dancing and singing uh. And then there are a few more other shows that i just recently found that she started watching um, so yeah, i'm i'm just saying i'm just saying. I just want to share that with you guys to give you guys an update, because i know a lot of you. Guys are always commenting on like how good berkeley's talking now and all this, but it is amazing. It'S it's amazing like how much progress i've just been able to see, and i'm glad that i was able to like share with you guys and document because, like i said, if you have littles just you know just you know work with them. It'Ll be fine, even if they do have to have some type of intervention with a speech pathologist or therapist or whatever they know what they are doing: okay y'all, so i finally got a perm y'all. After probably close to two years, i finally got a perm, so actually got me a new week. I just feel like everything will be so much more manageable, um, even as far as like my weeds since getting a perm, but i wanted to share something with you guys that i bought and i'm about to test out for the first time. So, oh i got this. This is not what i'm talking about, but i've been using this um. I just like put it in my hair and just gone about my day. So it's leave-in conditioner. It smells so so good. So, let's pomegranate in honey and what i wanted to do it is like a leave-in conditioner, but i never like put heat on my hair like to deep condition it or whatever. So i ran across this little thing, um and i think i've seen um my actually using this one one of these things similar to her daughter, but i think it actually hooked up to something else. Not a a blow jar like mine does so i'm just putting this like all throughout my hair and make sure i concentrate on these ends. Oh it smells so good and yeah look. My hair is like still, you know once it gets wet or whatever it still. Curls up it's basically just like text legs, so i got this. This is a quick dry soft bonnet, so you basically just like put this on your head and then maybe i should like put this in twos or whatever. I got this weird brush too. It'S like expandable um. Maybe i do like two plaits or something because i don't think i just want it like out. Where can i get tangled? So let me just so. This is the thing this is what i'm trying for the first time, y'all never use. So it's like this material that feels like a sweatsuit. So soon i just put my little hair under there and then it has these snaps. It has a drop string too. So, first, probably let me draw string it like real tight. How did she do it? Oh, she yeah that's tight, and then you snap this under your chin and then it has this long piece that you put your quick dry must be used with hair dryer on low heat setting. Only so you just it has this elastic part we're going to just put it over the hair dryer like this plug it in. I got a new blow dryer to y'all. Only because i needed this attachment. They want to turn it on. I'M scared like blow dry. The hair and then i'll give you guys an update okay, so i just took the thing off it's kind of like a still a little damp up here. I did it literally for like five minutes, but that is so cool like, oh, so cool. It'S not all the white chocolate i'm about to do a wig and stuff for another video and then i'll catch up with you guys later: okay, berkeley's already coloring, so pretty so pretty now mama's about to color too. I actually love cool. It'S really one of my favorite things to do, but i never have the time to do it. So this is great. I get to just sit here and color with burglary, oh mama's, about to color, too, make it really pretty: okay, okay, uh, okay y'all! So i just finished: recording this wig install. This is perfect because i don't have to worry about what i'm going to be doing in my hair for work tomorrow or whatever. I usually have like a clip because i can just clip this up and i can still be going about my day. I can actually put this in a ponytail, maybe not, but yeah super cute. I actually love this. I cut it down. Y'All see um. The video should already be posted by the time. I see this one. If not, i will be sure to post the video because of course it is a sponsored video um. So you know when i be doing these in style. Let me put makeup and stuff on. Ah, i don't know the last time i have worn makeup yeah. I absolutely cannot stand wearing it actually, but oh my gosh. Yes, i love these bands. This is like a good thick one. So oh my gosh. Okay, they did that thing with these bands. Y'All, okay, but let me take this makeup off. That'S exactly! Let me be on that day. You know. I told you that i had about that wine that i saw for tick-tock y'all. That was the wrong wine. I came back and i looked i'm like dallas. I'Ve got the wrong wine. That was not even the wine from tick tock. The wine is good though, but it is not strong at all. I'Ve literally had probably like probably like five of these, and i don't feel anything it's like. Oh, i'm so mad because i keep drinking it trying to feel something a little relaxed or anything, but i feel like i'm just taking in calories for nothing. So it's like anywho, i'm about to clean up the kitchen a little bit, so i can start cooking. We are making hello fresh today. Oh i got ta see if my groceries was delivered because i just been in there recording that dang video. Today we are making. So let me tell y'all what hell i first did. They did not send me a card for the meal that i need to be. Oh, i lied for one of the meals. I didn't send me a card, though so um that's kind of frustrating, but the good thing is when you um, if you have the hello, fresh app, it has the recipe in there. So that's that but okay, so as i've told you guys, i'm not a pasta fan, but hello fresh, never seems to disappoint y'all. This tastes so good, like every meal. They seem to like amaze me. Oh, this is so freaking. So this is pasta, um, sausage and zucchini with like tomato sauce, cream cheese is about to taste it and we'll give you guys his opinion, all right, alrighty and i'm going to taste just a little bit, because this is pretty light. Yeah, that's good! This is really good. It'S a little spicy because i do have like it has um chili flakes red, pepper, red, pepper flakes. This is so good. I want to get some more soup, i'm definitely about to pack me some for lunch tomorrow, hello fresh. Did it alrighty y'all so today my rug finally came in so please send some good vibes we're about to um package it, because this has been a long time coming. I have been trying to decide on the rug for literally two years, and i just couldn't figure out exactly what direction this space is going to be going in um, i'm still kind of unsure about some things, because you know i'm having this whole dilemma with my Chairs, so as of right now i have these white chairs in it, so i showed you guys in a previous vlog um like i said these could be staying here or the ones that i'm still waiting on from cb2. Those could be the ones that's going in here, so i tried to find a rug that would complement both chairs, but i really can't say until i actually get the chairs from cb2, because y'all know colors do vary from actually seeing them in person versus seeing them. Um online, they did not have any of these on display at the seabees to store here, so i just had to roll with this. So, even if this rug looks really good with these chairs here, i still have to like cross my fingers that it's going to look good with the other rugs because they are a different color. So so what i was saying is i got nine by 12, because i'm planning on keeping my living room configured like this with the couch, the middle piece of the sectional over there and then two chairs over here. That was also part of the reason why it took me so so long to find a rug is because i was leaving my couch with the full length, and i only needed, like a 12 by 15 size rug for that, and that size does not come with A whole bunch of different styles, the ones that i did like they were thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars - and i just couldn't do it so we got nine by twelve. We wan na. Do it like this. I can't help it. Oh, the color, pretty wouldn't be like too light, because my couch is like grayish get off of the rug. Okay, i love it. It gives just enough and then the shelf gon na have some black in it. Uh matches you
