Bomb Balayage Wig Install | Ft. Unice Wigs

Hey youtube: welcome back to my channel, it's ty aka glenn by ty, and i'm back with another video, and today's wig is on this nice chocolate brown highlighted wig. It'S not really necessarily like the thin highlights that i've worn in the past. This is more, of course, like thicker um chunk highlight, but it's so bomb y'all like this wig is so cute. Okay, i did a nice little side part. I did my baby hairs um. I made sure that i left room for my ted yes period. This is so bomb, so i am super excited to bring out this wig, it's 24 inches and it comes down to my weights, i'm five two. So it comes down to my waist um but yeah other than that. I don't have anything bad to say about this. Wig, like so far, it doesn't shed, doesn't tangle. Nothing crazy, oh of y'all, want to know where i got my chain from go on ahead and shop with the lady or whatever. I highly recommend this hair company, like if y'all want an affordable, wig, that's decent for y'all, go to you, nice um. They were kind enough to send me a wig cap. They sent me some nail art but ciao with my son being in the nicu. I can't even have clear nail polish, like they don't play, that they sent me some lashes and a hairband, which i appreciate so much, but it was really this wig that they sent me like. Do y'all see that i feel, like all of my other highlighter wigs, have been like light light, blondes, um kind of like platinum blonde highlights this was more of like a honey blonde, deep, dark chocolate, um kind of highlight. So i really like love that of the wig. Also, if y'all can see, the lace is a little brown, so i feel like it has like a brown transparent kind of like effect to it. Y'All can still see my tattoo through it, so you know it's bomb as hell um. I did go on ahead and bleach the knots and pluck this myself, i will be doing a detailed plucking tutorial um on one of these wigs, but y'all got to bear with me like plugging takes hours so to sit on camera and out for hours and pluck That'S a lot of work says so off camera. I went ahead and cut my ear tabs just to make sure everything was going to line up and, as you all see me here, i'm just measuring my head out of exactly how the wig is going to lay like. I said i plucked the wig myself, so it literally is mimicking scalp child, no joke so really quickly. Y'All know i cut in zigzags like little zigzag motions um. So i'm cutting the lace off this wig, and this is what it looked like once. The lace is cut honestly y'all. You literally could get the zigzag scissors like. However, you decide to cut your lace with a razor comb with scissors. However, just make sure it's not a blunt cut, so here you guys see me taking a pencil i'm using that to completely outline where the wig is going to lay. This is very important for, like beginners um, i'm not a beginner, but i've been using this method. It'S been working for me child, so i'm completely laying out where or mapping out where the wig is gon na go. I lay my wigs on a little bit further up on my forehead as y'all can see um, and then i'm using my bow hold to lay it down now. The reason why i put it so much further up on my forehead is because i'm used to wearing wigs okay um. I have an extremely big forehead. Dear lord, that was my daddy's idea, but i have an extremely big forehead and um. I can lay my wigs a little bit further down if you have a smaller forehead or um. If you have a smaller hairline or thick baby hairs that come like almost to your eyebrows uh. That is a whole different situation. I can't tell you guys, because i have done installs on them, but i'm not the best person to show you. I can show you on somebody else, but to show you on myself it's a little bit harder, but i did apply three layers of this bold hold and i flattened it out with my comb, making sure that it's thin layers and they're even layers at that. So, just like in my arrogante inspired video, i'm applying you know the lace glue only to one side and then lay my wig down um as y'all can see. The lace glue is completely clear. You can't see no white in the lace or anything like that. That'S how you know it's like tacky, um and y'all, i'm crying at my way. Gon na be folding the back on one side on one side, but here you guys just see me taking my free spray and my hot comb just laying everything back, because i don't want no hairs to be like stuck underneath the wig when i'm trying to lay It down um - i should have did this before, but y'all some just be slipping my mind sometimes like i do so many wigs. It'S just like it slips my mind, but this is definitely key. I'M just spraying your wigs, but a little bit of freeze spray not too much to make a crunchy child, but just enough to lay back those baby hairs, because some wigs do come pre-plucked. This wig came pre-plucked, so y'all know what pre-plucked wigs they do. Give you a little baby hair in the front, so just to lay that back so that when you're laying your wig, it doesn't get stuck into your lace. Glue like that's! That'S how you get a clean, insole! Okay! So here i'm taking my scarf! I'M gon na tie that down um with no baby hairs child not yet i'm just gon na tie it down like regular and guys make sure that is tight if your brain isn't bleeding. If that don't feel like it's about to burst through your head, then you ain't got to tie it tight enough. So i went on ahead and straightened the wig really quickly. It wasn't like an oldie straight and it was really quick um and now that i'm taking off the scarf. This is what the wig looks like. So i'm taking a little bit of my micellars cleansing water on a paper towel and i just want to get rid of. If you guys remember the brown pencil that we used to outline our hairline for where the wig would go, i'm using that to just basically rub off. I did go on ahead and cut any like little excess lace that didn't glue down with the glue completely optional. And now i'm taking my hot comb and i'm just smoothing everything through to like define my part and really lay out how i want my parts to go, i'm putting that completely through one side, just making sure everything is flat. You want your wigs to be flat. Sis, okay and i promise you with the hot comb: they will get there. Okay. So what you guys see me doing here is i'm taking um the baby hair like our sections out or what's gon na, be our baby hair and i'm using my hot comb to just flatten them out completely straight this time around. I did not um curl them. You know like it really is up to you um honesty of how you want your baby hairs to lay, but i don't have to do that. Every time like, i'm so used to laying my baby hairs without using that method that, if i really really would have really want to, i can, but you know sometimes i don't have to just using my hot comb and pressing it out, will just do so. I'M taking my scissors and i'm cutting like in a zigzag motion and then i'm going to use my gorilla snot, not gorilla, glue child, my gorilla snot and i am taking my edge tane brush and i'm just swooping literally sweeping my baby hairs into the the hair. Now, using the bow hold, i feel like it is a lot easier and cutting the excess lace, because once you apply, you know like any type of gel or freeze spray, it's not going to lift your um lace up when you are laying your baby hairs. I know a lot of you have a lot of that problem where you go ahead and lay your baby hairs and then your your lace is lifting up as you're pushing the baby hair back like child. No. So to prevent that i would say: cut the excess lace. That'S like not completely stick down, which is what i did and then you know do your baby hairs. Do you swoops and it'll, lay like regular, like honestly take my advice. It'Ll lay like regular once i get my baby hairs to look exactly how i want them. I tied them down with a nice scarf, took the scarf off and boom. This is what we looking like, but i'm not yet finished this okay. I want to define my part, so i am taking my edge stain brush, i'm going to go ahead and take any hairs out, i'm taking my concealer with a flat brush, and i showed you guys how to do this in my eric and tape videos. So if y'all didn't see that check the description, it'll also be in the cards as well, but i'm taking an edge same brush, putting a little bit concealer. That'S just a little bit lighter than my skin complexion type and boom. I'M putting that right into the part. Literally, like look at that, it's going to make our part 10 times more defined 10 times better um and i'm not applying too too much. But this is the finished. Look. I love the highlights.
