I Bought 2 Synthetic Wigs | Wig Install | Tutorial | Cheap Slay

Okay, y'all welcome back to my channel, so today we're gon na be doing um a vegan style. This is a 30 inch synthetic wig from amazon um. I never had a synthetic wig, but we're gon na see how these go honey. Okay, so y'all probably wondering why i'm doing my natural edges - and that is because i have the world's smallest forehead. So i like to use some of my own edges and then towards the part. I'Mma use the actual wig um baby hairs to make like to add more edges but yeah. I have to use my own edges because frontals do not. They don't look right on me because i don't have a forehead so yeah, okay, i'm using these um. I can't remember what they called scenic strips. I believe it's like what barbers use and a lot of people use these like after they're done with feeding braids anyway, i'm using it because this got to be glued, i kind of put it too much, so it's very wet - and i don't like my scarves - being Nasty and sticky and stuff, even though i know i can wash it - i just i don't know y'all it's something wrong with me, i'm very particular about stuff, so yeah, i'm just putting these down to help hold down the edges and then i'm gon na wrap. My actual scarf around around it, okay. So, for some reason i did not add in the clips like the end of this tutorial, don't ask me how don't ask me why i just know that they missing so the next clip is going to be a boomerang of me later on this day after the Wig is installed, and i just wanted to show y'all this wig up close with no filter and then the following clip is me showing y'all the wig off of my head, because i did forget to show you how to wig before i installed it. So here you can see that the lace is slightly tinted. It'S not extremely dark or light. It'S very it's like a mid, a medium brown. I guess you would say um. I really wish i could have bleached the knots, but i was just too scared to do so, starting with the pros. My first pro is going to be the price forty dollars - i am not mad this week - is real cute for forty dollars. Um number two: it's going to be the softness of the wig. This wig is like butter, honey. It'S real soft um number three is the lace. It has like a real thin, a really thin leg like a little strip from ear to ear, which is cool because i'll be getting solid, extra, baby hairs and stuff um, and then, of course, this right here and the lace came slightly tinted. It was pretty dark like not dark but like it wasn't too light, and it wasn't too dark. I didn't, i didn't put no makeup on it and i feel like it looked pretty good. Um number four is the thickness. This wig is real thick to beat forty dollars. I just spent some money on some hair and it was nowhere near these sticks. So y'all folks got some explaining to do, but that's neither here nor there we'll talk about that at another time. Um number five number. Five is going to be the length. This is a 30 inch wig um, i'm pretty tall, though so 30 inches on me might be 40 inches on somebody else. I don't know, but on me. Oh me, he stops like right in here almost at the bottom of my blade. Okay, so this is another wig i ended up buying at the hair store. It was 47.99. I believe so. I believe the company is sister wig. The style is slay lace h. I think it's time like a mata, but it might be tay, i'm not sure anyway. This is a 22 inch straight wig um. It is very soft and silky. It is also a middle part wig, but it does have lace from ear to ear. Like a frontal, the lace on this wig is tinted or brown as well, and it actually doesn't look too bad. However, i really do wish. I would have had my makeup because they would have really set it off um, so yeah, i'm just making sure my part is very straight. I'M gon na comb it out and the wig is kind of sitting up like right in here. It'S kind of sitting up too high for me. I, like my weeks to be flat, so i am going to add some heat to it. I'M taking my keema, i believe it's chemo on wax. Stick i'll link it down below but yeah. This is my favorite wax. Stick on any kind of hair, um yeah - i just rub it on here and then you just follow up with some heat. You can use a wand curl a flat iron or in this case i'm using my hot comb. So it just helps tame the flyaways, gives it a silky base or root, and then it also helps it to lay black. So the hairline on this wig isn't extremely bad um. I just really hate dark knots, so i'm plucking at the hairline just a little bit to kind of get rid of those or make it less noticeable and kind of give you more of a natural hairline effect, especially from when i get ready to add my baby Hairs in so i'm going to do the exact same thing to the other side and then i'll be moving on to the baby hairs, foreign okay. So, halfway through installing this wig, i decided i did not want to keep this wig on simply because i freaking love wearing locks and i had locks in my head in a couple of months. So yeah, i'm just going to finish this um install for youtube purposes, but after this this week is coming off. So if you see the sides lifting up my business um, i ain't glue them down on purpose because, like i just said this bad boyfriend comes straight off, so so um into the wig. I got this one from the hair store and it says um. I think the company is called cysterwig and this particular wig is called sleigh, and this is in the color one. So this is legit like wig, um, yeah, so pretty much. This wig is my favorite of the two um. It is very soft. It looks like a silk. Crisp has been done, um yeah yeah. I just realized like i'll, tell y'all when i was in her store. I was like i got it. I got flat ironing, but i don't know where my flat irons are right now so is gon na have to do for now, um, but yeah. This wig took really well to the um heat. I used a wax stick and a hot coal to lay down because it was kind of big in the beginning and then the lace. I didn't really glue this down because i'm going to take this week off and i'm going to put some locks on my head. So this is really just for youtube. I will come back and start backward like i will revisit this week and start wearing it actually, but i miss having locks. So this is not gon na, be it's not gon na last long, it'll probably be off tomorrow, um but yeah. So i don't really have enough confidence about this wig right now. It'S only been 40 minutes, but i just wanted to show y'all like honey. This week is just so bad really. This wig was 47.99 um. I get a hairstylist discount at the hair store, so without the discount it'll probably be it'll, probably be like 55. No, it won't be 60 dollars. I continued it, but um yeah. So this one was i'd, say about 50 for y'all um and the other one was 43.99 on amazon. So i'ma try to find a link to this one, so y'all can buy online if y'all want to um.
