I REALLY wanted to LOVE this wig and I did TONS of research b4 purchasing it. This is the most money I ever spent on a wig in my life and I am not happy with the product I received or how long it took to come. I am not being mean or malicious to this company and I informed them that I was disappointed with their product. These are my personal views.

Hey guys so, like i said, i'm back to do a review on the u-part, wig and virgin hair company. I purchased a u-part wig from them um on well before i get into that. This is the hair. This is 18 inches and i got it in brazilian wavy and it has four clips two in the inside by the you. Let me take it off the hanger and then it has two clips as well on the side part, and then it has a comb in the back and then it has the little elastic straps. So this is the size, i'm not sure. If you guys can see the size of the u um, i requested a brazilian wavy 18 inch. Small! U - and i also requested for the wig - to have a little extra tracks at the bottom, so i can wear it up in a ponytail and um. I think that's it. I got a small now i got a medium sized cap, so this wig cost me 325 dollars. The original price was 335, but i got 10 dollars off because i got free shipping. I um was speaking to the company via facebook and um. I asked them: do they have any coupon codes, because i did have one from a youtube um. I guess guru or youtube girl who did a video. She had a code and her code had expired, so i spoke with them. They sent me a coat to get free shipping, so i got ten dollars off. I purchased this wig specifically, like i said in my last video, i was stretching my perms. I was like 15 weeks postponed and my roots were like so thick. My hair was so like unmanageable and i said well, this would be a great alternative. I could just straighten out the front of my hair and plop this on. So i wanted to wear this wig for my sister's um baby shower party - that, of course i was hosting along with my other sister, my mother, so i wanted my hair to look nice, so i wrote i purchased this with february 21st. I have some notes over here that was a thursday and um. You know a couple days passed and i got the confirmation and everything, and so i guess for about two weeks, i you know sent them a message like how long does it usually take? She said it should take like 10 business days, so i'm like okay, so they have a couple more weeks. So 10 business days came and went at 11 business days. You know i said well. I really need this week by the 15th mind you, my sister's baby shower was on the 16th, so i told them. I need this by the 15th. I have an event. I really want to wear the wig, for so they wrote back. This was all via facebook and said: you'll definitely get the wig before the 15th, we'll ship it. On a monday. The 15th was thursday. The baby shower was now the 15th was friday. The baby show was going to be on the 16th on that saturday. They said. You'Ll get it before. You know that friday, we'll ship it out monday, so monday came and went, and i'm you know sending them facebook messages at this point. They they were not responding and in the beginning, before i purchased my wig, you know i said i'm really interested in your wigs. I do youtube videos, you know i want to purchase one and um, they look so beautiful and you know she wrote right back. I'M sure you love the wigs and everything, so i was a little surprised that after i had made the purchase, i wasn't really getting responses like i did prior to me, making the purchase so anyway, thursday um. She sent me a message saying your wig was mine. She told me it was gon na be monday. It was shipped on thursday and, like i said, i thought i needed it by friday. So friday the wig did come and um it had to be signed for, and it came at one o'clock. Of course, i was at work, my fiance was at work, so i had to put a letter on the door. Let letting the postal worker know. Please leave my package even though i'm not there to sign for it, so that was also a hassle. I left my phone number, so they called me and said: i'm signing for you, i'm gon na put. You know your package here. So that's what happened so i was ahead. So just think. If i wasn't home, then that friday, my wig would have went back to the post office so um, i got the wig friday night and the hair, in my opinion, had looked nothing like the hair that i saw on the website. It really didn't look like a lot of the hair that i saw on some of the girls who have reviewed it. I had like you know it's a lot of little fly aways around the you and the you seem extremely large to be a small you. It seemed pretty big. I had to leave out a lot of my hair when i wore the wig and also the cap was large and i chose a medium cap. They said you know it's usually a medium is the average size of wig caps and i purchased a lot of wigs. You know online and everything like that, so i usually get you know they usually fit me. So i was surprised that this medium cap was a little large for me. So once i got the wig spending 325 dollars, i wasn't really happy. I was a little disappointed because you guys know i just bought a new townhouse. I have a wedding coming up and 325 is not cheap, and you know this is virgin hair. It'S brazilian wavy hair. She had posted a video specifically of the brazilian wavy hair and i just felt like i did not receive that hair. That she's, you know, showed on the video, so i sent them a message again on facebook. After i received i let them know, i did receive it prior to the events, even though it was literally right. You know right at the event i received it and um, but i told them. I was disappointed because the hair didn't look like you know the hair that i've seen on other reviews, and i just wanted to know if i was sent used hair because that's what i was under the impression of - and she said absolutely not. We don't use any hair, you we don't brush the hair, the hair had looked like it had been brushed out with a paddle brush, they said we don't brush the hair or anything you just should co-wash the hair. So my whole thing is: i purchased hair before and yes, you know you do have to co-wash. You have to wash your hair sometimes, but i would think that with 300 dollar hair that it would have an actual weight, this hair didn't have a natural wave pattern to it and also in the girls video. I think her name is the mac, 10 or lipstick, or something i'll. I try to put her link down below, but she had a cute package and everything my wig came in this ziploc bag with this rubber band wrapped around it and um with the net, and it came in a ups envelope and it had this letter just telling Me what products to use and makita you know try to personalize. Thank you for me, but it wasn't anything like how she had described how her wig was sent so um. That'S my! I guess my initial review uh. I also asked reached out to other girls on facebook who i had saw, who i purchased from the you part wig prior to me, receiving my wig and one girl told me. It took her three weeks to get her wig and another girl reached out to me on face on youtube. She had saw that i had commented on one of the you parkwig videos and she wanted to know if i had received my wig because it had been weeks and she hadn't received her wig and i told her my story and she shared her story. She had this a similar experience where it took an extremely long time and when she did get the wig it didn't look like the hair that was picture or the hair that was in prior videos. So i'm not knocking this company, i'm just giving my honest opinion. I paid my own money for this hair and i let them know on facebook once i received the hair, i wasn't really happy with this, so um you're spending this much money like you want to be super impressed and i'm not impressed with this hair and some See what other notes, i think, that's it, but it took a total of four weeks and one day for my week to come and i asked them how long it would take - and i was told ten business days so ten business days versus four weeks in one Day is a huge difference. Um i will the picture that i'm posting on the cover. Uh, that's gon na, be me in the wig at the baby shower i'll post that picture as the screenshot for this youtube video. So you guys can see that. But that is my initial review for the u-part wigs inversion, hair company um. So i'm not really going to recommend them um, because just from my experience with them and then other people, if you do want to get it and you do know how to work with hair like the hair looked good when i did it on the baby shower. But i had to work, i mean i was. I got home at midnight from you, know, running to the mall and preparing for the baby shower and it i was up to like three in the morning: curling the hair and flat ironing my hair and doing all this stuff and positioning the wig and getting up Enough hair out to blend - and you know, fixing the braid pattern, so it was just a lot and guys look. I have hair. This is all my hair like i have hair so for me to paint 300 for this hair and not to be satisfied with it. Is a huge disappointment, so i just wanted to put that out there, i'm not knocking this company or trashing this company by any means um any you know young entrepreneurs doing anything. I want to support you, but please like send out good products like if you're going to put an advertisement out there like your product, should come as is advertised, and this was not. Sarah Hutchinson: I received my hair *late*, and upon washing it for the first time, noticed it was DYED. Color came out into the sink and left stains on my pillowcase. I was initially satisfied with the hair itself, but it is obviously not virgin. I emailed them about the situation, including pictures of my stained pillowcase, so I'll keep you all posted with the result of my request.

Jessica Sinclair - Pena: I had a similar experience. I got immediate responses via email prior to purchasing. It took a month to receive my wig. The hair was great and I was able to use it for a year. Problem is I paid extra for it to be made so that I can wear a pony tail and they did not do that. I reached out to the numerous times with no response back from them.

graduation25: Thank you for doing this video. You won't trash or knock the company, but I will. I ordered from the company based on the video that I saw from another YouTuber, and I took a look at the website several times. Honestly the unit is garbage, the cap size is a medium but it is huge, the hair is a mess, the U-part is ridiculously wide, and it took over a month for me to receive the unit. It continues to sit in the zip lock bag in the stupid pink packaging. Buyer beware.

drnicol1922: Similar experience of no responses when I asked for status updates. The Malaysian Wavy Hair that I ordered absolutely cannot be straightened no matter what I do and my side part is so weird that I have to do some of the most odd braids around my leave-out. I paid an extra $40 for a side part and I probably would have been better off getting a regular u-part wig from a different company. I got no special packaging or goodies either.

QueenJas: I totally agree with you. I purchased a wig from them and it was not what I ordered. I ordered a small cap and the cap they sent was rather large. I also ordered a small opening and the opening was larger than expected. I sent them several messages and left voicemails and they never got back with me. They are truly scamming people! After two months, I finally took the wefts from the cap and maybe I'll just use the hair one day. The quality of the hair is not impressive either!

I really hope u get your wig on time and I'm sorry to hear that happened 2 u I know how it feels to want to treat yourself and then be disappointed. I wish I saw a BAD or honest review on them prior to buying my wig 2 because there was nothing negative out there. Now all of a sudden I post this and people are coming out of the wood work saying how horrible their units are and how bad the service was!

Bre0320: wow.... I have not purchased a wig at that price and after this, not really convinced that I need to! Sorry that it had to happen to you. Some people just don't care about customer service. I would think that after all of that, they would have at least gave you a refund.... smh. I guess if you want a good u-part wig these days, you have to learn to make it yourself.

At least I can trust the quality that way. The hair is trash. Color is still rinsing out. It looks light brown now.
