Trying This New Curly Edges Lace Wig| Ft. Wowafrican Hair

Hey guys, it's Kate, of course, welcome back to my channel in this video. I'M gon na be sharing with you. This wig I was sent from a wild African hair just in case any of you guys are interested in this wig. Of course, all the links and details will be in my description box, so this is what the wig came in. I had to come on here before. I showed you guys how I applied this wig because y'all this this wig, this wig, I got a lot to talk about. So, first of all, I'm gon na give you all the details on this wig before I really go in. So this is uh the box and it came in this little set in bag and it just has their logo and name on it and the specs of well the details. It says it right here on this plastic bag that the wig did come in so um. It says the hair color is natural, the length is 20 inches and the hair density is 180 percent. I do believe this is a 13 a 13, oh a 13 by 6 lace, front and HD lace. Now the hairline already came with pre-plucked and the knots already came with bleached, which I can appreciate, while African hair does have um good quality, wigs and already put together. So if you don't want to go through a fixing up the wig as far as like plucking and bleaching, and all of that you can look into their wigs because they have some already. You know bone wigs now the thing about this one. This is one of those wigs where it's like a whole thing, um and I'm pretty sure you have seen like pictures circulating, but I feel like they tried to imitate that picture. Did they succeed? Well, you're about to see so I'm going to try to find uh the actual picture that they have like for this wig and basically it's like the hairline is supposed to be so good and pre-plugged with like this baby heads that you could just work with foreign. So I'm just warning you guys it is work that you have to put into this wig, although, if you don't like the hairline, you can cut off the hairline, but it's just like why by the wig, if you're going to cut off the hairline, you might as Well, just buy a 13 by 6 Yaki texture wig, if that makes any sense, but I digress: let's hop into this video. If you want to see how I went from this to this, then keep on watching all right guys, it's not as bad as it look, although it might be, but this is what the hairline looks like straight out of the packaging. This is the wig straight on my head and might I just add, years and years of wig elevation and I get somebody's pubic hair as a hairline like this is sick right here. It'S not for me. You guys, like it totally looks bad we're trying to get away from our edges. Looking like this, so I did go in and I used my flat on to straighten it because I'm like I don't really want to cut off the headline. Let me see if I can work with it, so I can put this video out there and let you know if you do purchase this wig it is possible. So this is what it's looking like. I haven't plucked it or anything. I just straightened it and I combed it back, so you guys can see the hairline better and I am going to go in and pluck the hairline because it just I don't know I didn't like it. You guys. I did not like it at all. Overall, not a bad wig. I love the wig, just don't like the hairline it you yeah it yo. You got a lot of tweaking to do or, like I said you can just cut off the hairline, but I wanted to see if I could really work with it and sure enough. It turned out really great you guys, but I wouldn't suggest this wig. If you're not willing to put in the work now after I went in and plucked, the hairline here are my end results and I think that the hairline looks a thousand percent better than how it originally looked. So I added some Flyway Tamer and I also put some heat onto them edges now: okay, let's get into the actual like edges like the texture of the hair. Is it's you it's coarse, I'm not sure if it's like human hair, oh what it does straighten, but I don't think it's really going to give a curl. If you would, if you wanted to like curl it. I don't know I feel like they just need to start over, add some better hair to the edges, so it would be more manageable um to work with, because um that it was it was, it was difficult. It was really. It was very coarse but, like I said again, it is possible. Now y'all don't be mad. I actually did film me putting this wig into a top knot, but I didn't have any storage left on my phone so the whole time, I'm thinking my phone is recording. It'S actually not and now we're here foreign fit. It fits my head really well to the point where you can actually get away with wearing this wig glueless. If you wanted to okay, let's start applying this wig, so I went ahead and I cut off the lace and I also went ahead and adjusted those the elastic band that they have um inside of the wig, and I did put it on the last Notch, which Is the tightest um I do have a smaller size head, so sometimes it can be very difficult finding wigs that actually fit my head and that I can actually wear glueless. This one is so perfect. You guys um. It fits very well. I can't remember the size, but I do believe it's a small and if it's not, then it's a regular cap size. But if you do have a smaller size head think about looking into this wig because it fits great and especially if you like your wigs glueless, look at that y'all look, how the lace is just laying down - and I have absolutely nothing adhered to the lace to Make it lay down, and yes, although I can wear this with glueless, if I wanted to, I am going to go in with my got - to be glue free spray to a hair, my lace. So this is what it looks like, like I'm shocked from where we started. We have really came a long way, but I noticed that the sides are a bit too long, so I am going to go in and cut off the sides just so it can fit better, and I don't think that I'm gon na be doing too much talking Because that's basically it y'all.
