Aliexpress Sunny Hair Factory Review

Hey everyone, thanks for tuning in I'm here with a review from some hair that I purchased from Aliexpress. This is my second time ordering from Aliexpress, but my first time ordering from this particular company and with Aliexpress. I feel like it's a hit or miss, because you could find some really great reviews on a particular company, but then you can also find some horrible reviews on the exact same company. So, like I said it's a hit or miss, so I decided to take a chance on this company called sunny hair company. I found it when I was searching for a u-part wig and I seen this picture and it looked really nice and it's the exact look that I was going for. So I went ahead and I purchased the wig and it took about two or three weeks to come in and it came in this box was a little damaged. I don't know if that's the company's fault or got damaged doing during the shipping, but probably should have took that as a sign from this raggedy box that maybe this isn't some good hair but uh we're headed. I tried on my wig and I was not satisfied at all, mainly because it did not look anything like the picture, but most of all, because of this cut, that was on the side. It'S like a blunt cut on this little section of the hair. I don't know if that's supposed to be that side part, but it just didn't look right, so I have to tuck it behind my ear, so I had contacted the company. I opened a dispute, I'm telling them. I wasn't satisfied with the hair because of the cut and also didn't look anything like the picture, so they said I could either send the hair back and they'll give me a full refund and of course I would have to pay to send the hair back or I could keep the hair and they'll give me a 30 % refund, so I decided to keep the hair and they gave me 15 % back and they said they'll give me the other 15 % once I close the dispute and give them five stars. So I close, the dispute gave them five stars and they didn't give me the other 15 %. So I was contacting the company Xing them when they're gon na give me another 15 %, and I didn't hear anything back and I guess for future reference for me and anybody else once you open a dispute, don't close the dispute unless your issue is fully resolved And that's what I learned from this experience. This is my first time actually having an issue with hair and open a dispute on a lien on Aliexpress. So definitely don't close a dispute unless your issue is fully resolved, but um that also questions the company's integrity. You said that you were gon na, give the customer 30 %, and you only gave them 15 %, and I probably would never order from this company again, not because of the hair, but just because of their bad business practices. You say you're gon na give them 30 % me to follow through with what you, which you said that she was gon na do basically. So, since I'm stuck with the hair, I wear it sometimes and um. It does shed a lot. So this was just from today this how much it shed and also gets a bit dry. So I used this one and only argan oil to try and bring it back to life, but yeah, like I said, um just future reference. When you open a dispute, make sure you don't close it, regardless of what the company says unless your issue is fully resolved, don't close the dispute.
