You want a supermodel pose like my real friend, winnie, hey love, this money, jean welcome to my channel, if you're new here and if you're returning, then hey girl, how you doing today, i'm going to be installing this wig by rpg show. So i wanted to go ahead and start off by sticking my baby hairs back. I already have my hair braided down into eight braids. Today'S video is sponsored by rpg show all the details to this wig will be down below in the description bar. It has 13 by 6 parting space, so it's so much room for you to go ahead and switch up your style and i decided to use the bald cap method this time. So i'm just cutting out my ear. So i can get my bald cap to lay down super flat and i'm going in with my got to be glue spray in order to hold that down. Do you guys use the ball cap method, or do you just put your wig caps on? I feel like at this point. I know how to finesse it without doing the bald cap method, but it never looks the exact same, and i really wanted to get that like natural. This is my hair. Look just because this wig looks so natural to me and it actually comes with swiss lace. So when i tell you it was melted, it was melted. So once i have my ball cap on and all the excess cap cut off it's time to go ahead and pop the wig on just to see what we're working with just to see. You know where we are in the world. The only comb i really use on my wigs is the one in the back, so i'm just placing that one in the middle of my head and it really helps to anchor it and make sure that my wig is on straight. So let's go ahead and flip it over and see what it looks like. I love the way my wig is sitting, so i'm going to go ahead and start to kind of cut really jagged around the hairline. You don't want to cut a super straight line. Of course, i'm sure you guys have heard that before just because it looks really wiggy. So when you cut kind of jagged in between the hairs, it allows for your wig to lay a lot flatter and a lot more seamless, because you can't tell where the lace is. I'M cut off my excess lace before we go ahead and glue it down, just because i am going for a glueless install today and for me it's just easier to do once the lace is already cut off. If i was going to glue the hair down that, i would keep the lace on it as i applied it, but we're switching it up today doing something a little bit different and i'm here for it, and once i know exactly where i want the wig to Sit, i have all of my lace cut off, i'm going to go in with my got to be glued spray and just spray along the hairline, so we can get a nice hold and melt on our wig, and this lasted me all night. Mind you i'm in in new orleans and it's hot and it's humid, but the got to be spray always comes through. So all we need to do is just tie her down, so she can dry and then, after that we can go ahead and get into the styling. I wanted a really layered look for this install, so i'm going and cutting off about an inch or two off the bottom. Just to get a really blunt cut, the wig came and i believe, 18 inches, but all of the details will be down below in the description bar again. If you guys want to get this exact unit, but i am cutting off. You know a couple of inches. Just to get it really blunt at the bottom, i feel like having your wigs cut at the bottom and trim make them look even more realistic, because if you had naturally long hair, you want it to be really even and healthy at the ends you wouldn't want. It to be like straggly, you know, i don't know, i'm just not a fan of that look, so i cut it across the bottom to give a bit more like weight at the bottom and then we're going to go in and add a few layers in a Bit as you can see, the scalp looks so natural and you have so much parting space with this wig. I really love that, because it's so many more styling options and once we take the scarf off, i like to comb out the product a bit in the roots. If i use a gel or a spray to hold my wigs down just so that it doesn't look. Really hard i like to have my hair soft and like natural looking, i don't like hard looking hair. So if you comb it out a bit it'll like get rid of that excess product and that like crunchy, feel to it, then i want to go ahead and start working on the layers. So i'm grabbing a bit of hair from the crown in the front and i'm combing it towards my face and kind of over directing it. So i can get a guide for the rest of my layers i like for them to start around my chin, so i'm cutting my first layer here so once i have my first layer cut as a guide i like to over direct the hair towards my face And then i create an angle from the guide that i created to the bottom of the hair and, as you can see, it just creates this really pretty. Like 90s layered. Look in the front, i really like the way it looks once you curl it too, because it adds a lot of body if you leave all the hair the exact same length and you curl it, it's not going to give you that full really fluffy. Look that i personally like, and i just went ahead and did my baby hairs off camera. If you wanted to see exactly how i did those i'll link a video here where you can see more in depth what i did, but i didn't want to bore you guys too much, but i do it the same every time and now it's time to get Into the styling of this wig, so i didn't do too much with the styling i actually just went in and bumped it. I used my babyliss flat irons, the one-inch ones, and i went in and kind of kept my flat iron straight in the roots and just added a little bin to the ends of the hair, and all that does is like accentuates the layers that we already put In it, you know, when you were a kid and you got your hair like flat ironed and after it was straight, they went in added that curl to it. That'S exactly what we're doing here, girl we're just bumping the ends on the hair. Y'All know the vibes making sure to curl away from my face to create these really beautiful face framing curls. So, as you can see, i'm kind of twisting my flat iron going back behind me and that just adds to that shape that we're trying to create that very, like old school kim k, very layered look now once we get to the top, i'm actually going to Just curl the hair going straight back and what this does is create some body in the roots, and it also again adds that bump at the ends that we're going to use later to get this really pretty like waterfall swoop situation, just bear with me. It'S gon na come together right now. I look like i'm on the grudge, but bear with me and again: can we just get into this parting space? Honestly it to me it looks like i'm curling, my own hair right now. The swiss lace on this unit is absolutely amazing, and once i went in and bleached the knots again and it matched my skin tone perfectly. You literally cannot tell me that this wig does not look natural. It'S giving silk press without the heat damage, and i am totally here for that. So once we have everything curled, i'm going in with my feather comb and i'm combing it going backwards and if you're from chicago and you ever wore a feather wrap, you know exactly what i'm doing. It just creates like this really pretty like waterfall soft. The effect that it creates is just gorgeous to be honest, like get into it, and i decided i wanted to do a side part. So right now, i'm just going in and trimming my side burns a bit. So i can get that cute little swoop over there. If i did a middle part, it really wouldn't have mattered, so i didn't do it earlier, but did i know i had to go ahead and get it right, i'm using the got to be glued gel and it also adds a bit of extra holds. I was wearing this wig in new orleans and it's hot and humid and it lasted all night. I didn't take it off actually until the next day, even though it was a glueless install which was really cool. What adhesives do you guys use for your wigs? I really want to know because i want to start trying some new stuff since i'm getting more back into my wig bag. You know - and here i'm just cleaning up the part and then i'm going in with my hot comb to kind of lay everything down. I don't like to use my hot comb on the entire frontal just around the part to get that more natural laid look. Okay. So this is the final look. It looks super natural, really cute. I love how it came out, i'm about to go finish getting dressed. I hope that you guys really enjoyed this video. It was really chill super quiet. Thank you again to rpg show for working with me and i'll see you guys in my next one bye.
