Hi loves welcome back to my channel, so jumping straight into this video. Like always today, i have another v part, but this v part is color y'all. So a lot of you guys have been asking for colored v parts. This is the first one that i've seen so far so yeah. This one is from beauty forever again, like always just showing you what the construction looks like. It'S basically, a! U part for those of you that don't know, but there's less leave out, so you literally have to leave out the tiniest amount. So that's what i'm doing right now, just parting out a really thin section of hair um and then i'm going to begin to apply the unit. So if you watch one of my videos before then i'm sure you see me do this so right now. What i'm doing is i'm just taking a little bit of section on each side of my parting area. That'S going to be my leave out and i'm doing two individuals. So if my hair is not braided or anything, i have to do this because i need something for the wig to actually hook onto like. If i just pull my straight hair back or even if my hair was wet, if i put it straight back, then my clippings would slide around because they do that like when i have regular clip-ins. So i just do this so that i have something to actually hook the unit onto so it's not sliding around and it doesn't slide down. If i just pull my hair back like this, and then i just do a really tiny bun and i leave the rest of the hair flowing because i want it to be as flat as possible so now applying the unit i like to apply the clips that Are on the side first and i'm doing a side part this time, so i've never done a side part with a v part. This is my first time trying it so yeah, i'm just going to go ahead and snap. The clips in place um. So now that the unit is secure, i'm going to go ahead and cut some layers in the unit, because i want to do like bombshell curls in order for it to be like a little bit, fuller and more big, i guess i need to cut some layers In it, so that's what i'm doing right here and now for the curls i'm using this two inch barrel, curler from hot tools. I think i got this from sally's and then i'm just using some holding spray. This is called it freezes. I believe i'll leave it down below, but yeah. I like this holding spray, so i'm just gon na go ahead and do a bunch of curls all over and then i'll comb them out and continue. Styling them, i can see, is so. This is my most important curl. Basically, so i'm letting this one cool in place, so i'm just going to go ahead and clip it up and then i'll use a wide tooth comb in my hands to separate everything once it sets - and this is the final look. So i was in a bit of a rush when i was doing this um, so it came out good actually, but i didn't really like my parting area like if you guys can tell my parting area, looks a little lumpy. So my natural hair is on the finer side, so i felt like i left too little level out if that makes sense like i know this is a v part and you're supposed to leave the tiniest amount, but because my hair is so fine that it wouldn't Really cover the wig. If that makes sense, like i don't know, my part just doesn't look completely flat so the next day i took it off and i redid it. So i don't have any makeup on and it was super early this day so ignore my bags but yeah. I left out a little bit more parting space and i'm literally just going to do the same thing i did earlier and yeah it's going to come out. So much better with this much more parting space out literally the tiniest amount, more made a huge difference for me. Another thing that i did is i wet my edges a little bit so i know my natural hair is straight right now, but i had so much product in it, because this is like an old straight that i did um, that my edges just would not cooperate Right, like they just had too much freaking product, so i wet them a little bit and then i blow dry them so that they wouldn't curl up and then i'll apply my edge control at the end y'all, and this makes such a world of difference. When i do this like, if i'm not going to wash my hair - and i need my edges to act right - i just wet them a little bit, let them dry and then i add my edge control. So that's what i did right here and it just made for a much smoother like front area um of my staff. That makes sense. I can see me and because i wanted this unit to be super flat in the front, especially in like the swoop area. I just went in with my flat irons, like section by section and pressed it down to make sure it was like really laying flat and it wasn't all lumpy like before, and then i'm gon na add a little bit of a wax stick to really smooth it Down y'all was not playing. I wanted this flat in the front. Okay, i'm gon na add a wax stick and really smooth it down and then i'll brush it through. I also cut the front just a little bit more, so i can have like a more. I don't know like the bang could be closer to my eye if that makes sense, um, and then i just crowd it again, like i did before me so right here i was just letting the curls in the front sit a bit because i did them last And i like to let them sit before i comb them out, so they don't completely fall right away. So that's what i was doing right there, but after i comb it out y'all. I add a little bit of my lovely beads edge control, which made a world of a difference on the wet edges. Y'All like that really just helps so much um and yeah. This is the final look, so i definitely definitely liked it more. The second day, i know a lot of you guys, probably like it look the exact same, but the parting space just looks so much better to me right now, but yeah i'll have everything down below in the description box. For you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I love you guys and i'll see you on my next one. Is you
