French skewers: do you want Little Greek Kim? Are we streaming yeah where's the chat, but I don't know where's that chat. You see the wig there from yesterday There It Is We're streaming and we're still trying to figure out lunch I'll, take whatever y'all. I can't order a little greek anymore. Why? Because all I want are the fried pitas. I don't the last time I got them. I didn't like them fried. I didn't eat them, so you should feel better on that hello. Everybody, hello, hi, Holly, hi, Holly, Holly's, coming to see us next week. It is just week or the week after. I can't remember. I just made her appointment yesterday. I'Ve already forgotten, but you've got a wig at your desk for her yeah we've got three hi Allie hi Sarah hi Victoria. Can I just say something really quick yeah, not that I get a lot of emails. But if anybody's emailed me to Misty mimi'swigboutique.com, there was a big changeover and I wasn't able to get it until this morning since last, like I don't know Tuesday, Wednesday yeah. So if you emailed me, then I'm sorry I'll get to you. Oh Lori's here live hi. Laura hi Beth Sally, oh, cancel the North Carolina coaster, but it's beautiful. Oh yes, yes, hi, Deb, juicy Deb's post about that tent. What'S under it, I wonder what it is I didn't know. No, I didn't see it yeah, hi Lynn, long time no see. I know hi we had seen Dev Latrell for a long time either. No she's, I saw the post about the race car thing yeah. She posted something she's here she can tell us, but it was like a big plastic tent covering something and she said something about seeing what's inside or you know, ooh yeah. This is exciting, it's real exciting did we have anything happen this week. Um, I want to say yeah, but I don't know: oh it's their haunted house what happened. Something happened and I kept thinking I'm gon na say this on wig talk, hi Melissa, you didn't see Melissa in her storm. I didn't and I'm okay with that, because she looked cute and I knew she would and after posting her picture and that anima and looking so stinking cute, she came in and said this doesn't look right. Yeah I mean she looked beautiful, the fat lady Channel. I love baking speaking of Anima. We both have our Animas on today. We certainly do and you can see how different they look by color and by the way of style. We'Ve now expanded our viewership to cats, yes, Amazon, Richard Mimi and Amazon are all watching. I bet Amazon is fascinated, but she is my nap when I just did that. I speak cat. No, I don't really speak cat. That was, that was a joke. I speak kind of English, I'm having to learn dog. I speak dog better than I do cat. I miss my little doggy, you got Kim, got a new dog and it just made me and two days ago was my little Gracie's. I had to have her put down and just like, oh I just want. I was sitting in my quiet house and I just missed her little tippy toes. Thank you, I'm sorry and then that lady yesterday her Yorkie was 16 years old, Romeo Romeo, yes, Deb you're right, I'm gon na rename this wig, you know good office. Does it? Let'S? Just rename it, why do we can name it? I don't know, okay, someone's in Colorado, Colorado. Looking for President Biden wow, I don't watch the news, I don't. I don't even turn the TV on yes, someone said that is like I don't know. I think I said the most amazing Style on you. It is isn't it I love it. I love that style on her, but I've cut bangs in mind, so you can see the difference in how they can look, because all you you just redirected mine over I don't this is my conspiracy theory talking. I think we talked about this last week. I got mine from the first batch and that whole first batch was harder. I think, to deal with. I still have issues with this piece on mine wanting to separate that batch. That was easy. I mean it was beautiful and we did complain and we sent pictures and I think they changed something yeah but they're not going to admit it. No, it goes back to the whole mini lace thing and I don't want to be a dead horse because I talked about last week anyway. So what is today is how did they word it? National National frustration day yeah, so we started thinking, there's some stuff that frustrates us about the wigs. The first internet I thought is that there's only one day, I feel frustration on a daily basis. Well, I think everybody does but not that week, so not About Wigs. Once you learn how to kind of deal with them and fix whatever is ailing you then 99 of the time, they're fixable problems, um, you know. Okay, I just before we go on they're talking about our colors Kim, is wearing the Pearl blonde rooted, which is the closest color to shaded biscuit I'm wearing the nougat tipped, which is just kind of a warm kind of medium brown. So there, if the Pearl blonde, I feel like always goes on back order in all of their wigs, because it's really they don't have a lot of cool blondes yeah. But I found three in the stock room today. Well, one of them was for somebody. So we've got two on hand, but I'll say this: if it goes on back quarter, the sandy blonde is the next closest color. Wasn'T that right yeah, but we bought what they had and now that is on back order. Well, that's true, but we've got. We'Ve got blondes, I'm just saying everybody's gon na find that, because it looks so good on you so yeah we finally have blondes. So all right, hi, Christine D says today is the best day. Oh because that's a great idea call it Enigma instead of enema. Well, let's just call it my new favorite Misty's 10th new favorite wig, all right. What are we gon na do today? Okay. Well, like we talked about right National first day, okay, I just want to say that if anybody wants to comment about how awful these pictures are of me, it's okay you're not going to hurt my feelings. I already know they're ridiculously bad, but we're only showing the weeks on me. So it's okay. If you kind of look a little frustrated because you know oh Kelly, says she needs a flight from Florida. Yes, she does. She had a sweet, lady and her mommy from California last week. Oh, she sent the nicest. Thank you. Thank you. They were so fun. I just wanted to go. She had this sense of humor that she was so early about 30 minutes to really catch on right and then all of a sudden you realize she is hilarious. Yeah she's just got her own own brand, humor love it and then her daughter kept saying: oh Victoria you're, the okay, someone emailed me this morning or yesterday and said they wanted to know what our measurement was from our forehead to our chin, so that they could Compare how long the and I I said we'll do it today. We didn't do it well that that's because you had me putting on we'll do that later, we'll talk about face shape again, because we only touched on that briefly on one video and it's been like two years ago, yeah! So we'll do that. Okay, so you may have these frustrations, you may not. You may have different ones and that's okay, we're going to talk about four today, so um you want to talk about the first one. I can't read what that says: okay, oh first of all, about managing expectations. So you know this happens for me not only with wigs, but if I see a picture of a model and a dress. I wish I look like her and then, when I get it, it doesn't look that way, but a lot of the pictures that you see either in the VIP group or on the the stock photos on at the manufacturer level. When you get your wig, it doesn't look like that and there's reasons why, and so I think that makes it really hard as a first time wig wearer, because your expectation is oh, here's a picture of it. That'S what it's going to look like and a lot of times they've got product in them, they've teased them. They may have trimmed them, there's different things that they've done to them, and so, if you don't know how to do those things, when you get your wig, if you're new, it's frustrating because it doesn't look like you thought it was well, I mean we're all guilty Of that I mean I had a couple of blunders with uh Sheen Shane. You know that website s-h-e-i-n, it's like, oh, my goodness, these clothes are so cheap shine, oh yeah! I did that on the what's the one that starts with the w wish yeah and you like, pull out these things. I'M like oh and I read all the comments. I do the measurements and I mean I literally spend 120 bucks and got like 20 items. It was crazy, I mean about a quarter of a word. You know because I just like you said I wanted to look like they did and on the model, I'm like. That'S the cutest, most flattering style of shirt, I've ever seen well and for those of us that are on the larger side, the measurements don't really measure out. I don't know if they're measuring in centimeters or what I never ever have met the measurements all three. No! You know you just kind of got to guess this whole world is a guess: okay, that okay, we've digressed, okay, expectation, expectation versus reality. I mean the one company that stands out the most and we've talked to them about this. Our rep knows this is Raquel Welch, because you know they put Raquel up in there and you know: she's got a perfectly done makeup and lots of airbrushing and these wigs. They have a stylist right there. You have to always remember whenever you're looking at a catalog. If you're looking at a website, they have a stylist right behind the set, putting every hair in place, putting some product in making sure everything's perfect so, and she just has to smile yeah that in itself right there makes you realize, okay! Well, unless you're rich, you don't have a stylist standing beside you all the time making sure you're perfect okay. So that's why we come on here and do what we do, because we're just real and you know we let you know what they look like, but Rock Hill, the fur, the first one again, don't don't pay attention to Kim's face? That'S the worst lighting, so whisper. This is whisper, okay, catalog shot versus straight from the box right and then we did nothing yeah that is like, but we got the closest color. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a whisper look like that. I'Ve never seen a whisper look like that, and I have one client in particular that I do whisper for her. In fact, I've got one back there to do and I try to get it all PC and put everything in place. It just doesn't turn out like that, so I mean people that order whisper off of this catalog picture. You know, they're, like mine, doesn't look like that right. Well, of course it doesn't. I mean she had a stylist. Do it for now the next style that I think this happens? A lot on is one of my favorites jet. Okay. This is one of their catalog pictures. Look at that jet! It'S perfect. I mean that is just so cool and edgy looking and look how flat it is yeah and that's from the box, and so it just doesn't look like that at all, and you know it's like. Oh, I want mine to look like that now. There are three pictures of me after I've styled my jet with product and amazingly, that lighting is different. It'S all the same color, so that's jet, so I decided, or we decided I'm going to show you I'm gon na get a new jet right now, because I need one because I haven't had one in like two years and I'm going to take it straight from The box - this is the box that has never been opened, still has the net around everything and I'm going to put it on and show you what it looks like from the box. Then we're going to show you how to fix it, because jet is so stinking cute. It is so cute, but you know, unless you want to wear it flat, you're going to need to put some product in it and I don't care what wig it is. You got to get your fingers in it. You got ta, you know. However, you would move your own hair around the way you like it. You got ta. Do that to your wig. You can't don't if you expect to just plop a wig on your head and go it's not going to look good, they're she's using her teeth. I got to get my tag off okay, so this is the color 812, which is almost my exact color. So I decided to go something this time, that's more like my color, okay, so straight from the box right now there we go okay, even if I were to brush it. Let'S just say I get it out and I brush it. It doesn't look like that picture. Okay, it doesn't have that big swoop. I mean it's not doing anything, so you got to do something with it, so I usually use one of two products: either the Jon Reno peace out cream, which is a little heavier. So if you want heavy Health, if I were going to do that style where she had going up like that, I would probably use peace out cream, but I'm just going to show you some wig wax today and I'm gon na crack this door. So we don't I've, seen you like both on a wig. I have I'm just saying so um, but what I do is I just kind of take my hands parted out spray it at the root next section, just right at the root next section: spray, the root spray. The root always Focus this at the root. You don't ever want to put peace, eye cream or wig wax on the ends of the hair. Only at the root, then, when you do that watch how easy this is come on, I'm just rubbing it in, like I'm massaging my head. Okay, let's get in there as a on a side note. Sometimes I just spray leg wax in my hair or my wig. Just because it smells so good now I decided, I think, I'm going to pull this one off the face kind of like she did. But look I mean what has it been 15 seconds and I've already made this look like. I want it to look instead of just a box. Look so I've had people buy this specific wig and get it in the mail and call back and say this doesn't look anything like what jet looks like well, you got to do something to it. You know. I mean oh, I like this color yeah, it's good, it's your color, so there I mean. So if you someone was asking if you could style it like the picture. So if you wanted that straight up, look, then you would use the peace out cream yeah. I would and I'll do a little bit of that. Let me take my rings off, because this is a product that always needs a demonstration. It can kind of be misused, shut the door back now, so they can talk out there. Sherry uses wig wax just for the scent. So, as you can tell, this is almost empty love the the peace out cream. The way you want to do this is, I use my fingernail and I just get about you know a big Purl size put it in the palm of your hand, then get let the heat of your body emulsify that and then kind of run it through your Fingers you don't want to put it on your fingertips, never put it on fingertips because again you're wanting to put this product down in to get some lift. If you put it on the ends, you're going to get too much see we're getting there you're going to get too much product at the end and it's going to get heavy okay. So she literally, I don't know how she had hers done. Let'S go back Jill! Yes, the wigwack is wig wax is made by uh Tressler okay, so she had this one side. Basically up and this side down hearted see I mean I mean I would never wear it like that, but it's getting there yeah just with the wig wax. I might wear it here that lace is nice too. The lace is really nice, but anyway you get the you get the idea I mean get your product out. The thing of it is, if you put your product in it and you don't like it all you got to do, is wash it out. Yeah I mean it does wash out easy. I use a little Windex, but there you go, look how cute that is so cute. I believe I'll just leave this on for the rest of the time. Well, you look pretty cute. Oh, I just love. This style I know, did y'all know I love this style. I would bring the front down just a little bit. Okay. Moving on, oh Beth is asking about Windex. Oh yes! So if you Overcoat your wigs in Hairspray product, anything like that, the wig shampoos that they make are for synthetic wigs are great but they're, not quite strong enough if you've got a build up. So before I'm from the 80s, I love hairspray, and so I Overcoat my wigs all the time. You'Re not going to hurt it, but you've got to spray it down with Windex and let it hang out for about 30 minutes that Windex will penetrate the products and then wash it as you normally would. If you don't do that and you've overcoated your wig, then when you wash it it's going to come out, it's going to be gummy, sometimes especially on the darker ones, you'll get like white flecks in the wig. So it's a real important thing step to take. If you do use a lot of product, I can't stop messing with my wig. I love this wig. That'S not how easy it was. Yeah um Deborah's from YouTube is asking um who makes the wig wax. This is a product from tressallure um. It'S wonderful! It'S not! Quite it doesn't have the hold that the John Renault does, but it's super easy if you're kind of easing your way into using products um the wick wax um is just spray hand, but always again at the root all right all right. What'S next, I'm happy good. It'S always fun to get new hair, okay, a cold set. We see this all the time and this is 100, why we inspect every wig that is bought from us. If you've ever got a wig and you've ordered it and you get it in the mail and you take it out of the box and it's like jacked up and you're like what in the world it's a cold set issue. It'S very common problem with wigs. So sometimes you have to you know kind of do something so Kim's putting on one of my other favorite wigs, look at the bangs that the alpha, so you can. Let me put my hand there. Okay, go ahead, see how those bangs are sticking straight out straight out. So so that's a cold set problem, so she's going to show you how to fix it. Yeah, that's it so you're going to take this is the John Renault restore hair. You wear hair, you wearing the hair, you wear restore it's also. It'S leave-in, it's thermal protectant, just spray. A little bit of that. This is the Hot Tools blow brush. This is the small one I'm using. This is why you need a hot airbrush, a plastic one made from Hot Tools, not one with metal, but it just it takes care of those culture, issues lickety-split and just you can just hold it. You will never burn the wig with this and even says you look like an angel in Alvin huh Ava says you look like an angel in Alba. It'S cute, that's your natural color! This is my natural color. So now did you want to touch something well. I was just going to show them from because it's hard CC just what she did with my hand behind you, because it's hard to see with that. They'Re now have a nice curve and they're not sticking out, and how long did that take yeah? It doesn't take that long 30 seconds the blood brush and we've gone over this before we'll. Also, if you notice that your wig starts to wear here or at the neck, you can take little sections again with the thermal Heat spray and just smooth out some of those uh frizzy ends yes and there's also a YouTube video on our page. That shows how to use a hot airbrush, so it's a little bit more in depth, but this is someone's asking about the color. This is coffee, latte, best tool ever yes best tool ever and that comes in this size, which is the one inch as well as the one and a half inch so calls that issue. So if you ever get a wig in the mail kind of looks like that Cory did. If it looks like that, Corey did you're not ever going to get it from us, but a lot of times. You know we do customizations people ask me to trim their bangs, then, when I do that, and it looks perfect, even though I try to be really careful repacking it, you might pop it out of the box and see that so hot airbrush best investment ever the Other thing you can do is if you're wanting to redress that back, just literally put it at the root and that way, if you want that off of your face, this part here and kind of lighten up the bang. So you can do that and that works really well. Yes, now um, someone on YouTube just said that belletress coldest issues, cold set issues, don't respond to low brush or blow torch, I'm assuming that's a hair dryer um yeah, because those are heat, defiant, fibers and they will respond but not as easily and we're going to Show you that here in just a minute um, but I like, I said you if you think I can't style, I can't style you can with this and you're, not gon na you'll never hurt the wig. This was like our secret weapon, okay and then we finally decided to start selling them, because I'm telling you everybody that works here has two at their station uh, the large one had a small one, yeah and economically. It makes a lot of sense because you can do it at home and you don't have to pay someone to wash your wig and read now granted. If you don't, you can do that on your head. But if you want a styling head and we do have a little kit that we sell - that's got a canvas, wig block, um, a little clamp and some pins and a few other little goodies in there to help you do that, but yeah super super cute. Okay, what's next dark knots, oh yeah, this is a new uh Envy wig that I got and the knots were just too dark for me and you can see on the left side. No, it's gon na be the right for them. No! Okay! On the left side, you can see how dark that is well. What I did is, I took the style edit blonde medium blonde powder and powdered that all along my hairline and through it the part, and it just lightens that up so it's not so dark uh, and I I mean I think it really helped. It really helped, and you can't see it as well right at the root where the you could kind of see the lace in the first picture. It just Blends all that in yeah, so I mean I know it may be hard to see, especially if you're watching on a mobile device but um. I encourage you to just like, like screenshot, that and really you know zoom in on it, because if you, you can really see a difference. It'S like it's like taking that like blurring stuff for your face, and it just blurs things out that powder which looks like this I mean we can show you the inside too. I'M super easy to use. This is also good to use with just a little brush. It comes with a little pouncer which isn't nice right here, but the Little Brush, even you, can use right along here and not powder your whole face, but some people do use makeup powder. Did we talk about that? Not yet makeup powder has oils in it, and so sometimes I find it's just too oily and I don't think it's quite as pigmented. No, I don't think it's quite as pigmented at the end there, so this is made to actually, if you were a blonde and you're wanting to cover the gray in between your colors. That'S what that's made for so it's it's a lot more pigmented to really get in there and do that um and someone was asking if we sell the powder we do. The best blow brush to use is the Hot Tools blow brush with the plastic bristles? That will never burn your wig. If you get anything, Hot Tools makes other styling products that have ceramic or metal, and that will burn your wig in a hot minute. So you've you've got to yeah and don't think, oh well, I've got I'll just use a hair. Dryer, with a cold shot, I'm telling you I have tried everything. I have tried. My mother used to point her finger at me. I'Ve tried everything and there's no need in having the stress of saying, because I guarantee you, if you're going, to try to do a round brush and a hair dryer. Even if you do the hair dryer on cold or you're, going to use a metal brush. Because that's what they're made for they're made to heat up to smooth things out in human hair? Not for wigs, so just drop the 50 bucks and get your hot tools? Yeah? Okay, um, the powder, I've? Okay, the powder does not stain the skin, but I have not wore my wig and my powder and sweat in it to know if it runs it shouldn't. But I don't know that for a fact. I wouldn't think with just the amount that you're putting on there. You shouldn't be that bad, and you know it's blonde, so I mean yeah. It'S not like the brown stuff that people use to cover up gray, although style edit does make products that are dark and we use those whenever something doesn't come with a root. If, if the client wants us to put a root in then we use that to do that and Melissa says she she's scared to use product. Remember guys it all washes out. So try it experiment. You know if you don't want to experiment on your new good stuff, then experiment on your old wigs see what the product will do and see how you can apply it yeah I mean I love this. So look. I can just make it stand straight up. If I wanted Kathy says her, wig is slipping because of uh, her lack of hair. She has alopecia, we recommend the Milano wig grip, it's what we both have on. I can literally pull on my wig. It'S not going to go anywhere, it's a band that looks like this mine is very old. This tag is supposed to be white, but that tells you how long they last this is one of my original ones. Um it is. I was looking at the tag. It sure is yeah, it's not white anymore. As long as you don't stretch it, I'm telling you it'll. Last you and again it's a 20 investment. I mean if you're gon na get a wig and you're gon na put it on your head. Have the confidence in knowing it's not going to blow off or you're not going to hug somebody in your wig shift and you don't near a mirror and all of a sudden you go. You know to the mirror and your wig's all crooked, it's 20 bucks Milano would grip the other thing. Is it anchors it down in the back so a lot of times if people put wigs on and they don't have their wig grip on and it starts riding up in the back? It gives you this cone head effect, so you can tell it kind of goes up like that. Well, by having it all the way down past your occipital bone, it'll lay down that crown yes and you're, asking who's asking what kind of wing Windex? What is it in the Windex? I have no idea, we just have no regular, don't go spraying it on your bio hair. No, this is just for your wigs um, your synthetic wigs, so um Kathy. Yes, we demonstrated the wig wax Trestle or wig wax. So all all of this stuff is on our website and you know we'll go over it. Okay, well Cindy just pulled her jet out and she styled it. She was going to get rid of it and she says it's a keeper. Now, I'm telling you see, that's wonderful! You just got ta make it your own, make it your own. Okay. Now we got one more we're going to talk about, and this is a big one. Hd fiber, I just have a love-hate relationship with these fibers. I love the way they feel I love the way they look, but they just tear up so fast yeah. They do um, and this is you know if you notice Kim's. This is a picture of her unfiltered and it's at the jaw, and so sometimes they wear in places that aren't where you would expect them. You know if, if you have like this, if it's on here and you're, touching it a lot, you know it's going to start wearing at the cheek. You know it's not always at the back so Kim talks on the phone a lot up here. The phone rings a lot, so I mean talks a lot that could be from the phone. I don't know, but this is it. This is the one that we took the picture of, and I don't know if you can see it's just it's more or less a feel, so it's just real kind of lost its lost its stuff. Here I mean the rest of the wig. I think would look good was just a little conditioner in it, but I'm going to show you how to pull that out and to do that, you can do it several ways. Um, if I were doing it for a client here and I was going to redo the whole thing, I would probably use a flat iron flat iron that out use a curling iron. But since we're talking about you know doing something, if you're not used to doing it, that's kind of scary, so I'm going to show you how to do it with the blow brush. So I'm just going to take a section here underneath and show you Joan from Ohio's new welcome Joan um welcome June okay. So you can't really see this, but it's super frizzy under here and it just is the so. What I'm gon na do is we're gon na spray it. This is you're another one of your best friends. You got ta have it. I mean this was on back order for two years and I thought I was gon na die. We tried everything, but this stuff is the best, if you're watching from another company, okay, so to do that, we're going to use a hot air brush on high you're gon na have to have a little patience with this. You know because this is HD fiber and someone said it doesn't work on HD fiber, but it does you just have to give it time, and what I do is I start just kind of running through it: warming up that fiber as much as I can. I'M warming it up so now you see it before I'm going to show you how much curl you can get with just this. The spray is the hairy, wear, restore it's a leave-in conditioner and thermal protectant, so it works great, and this is what providing it looks like and it's on our website. Everything any of these styling tools are all on our website shopmoviesallis.com, and so you can go check it out and you know purchase if you want. You can really feel when this starts to work, because these ends start to feel a little bit. Silky again I mean it's never going to be like brand new, but it's going to make it a lot better and plus. You'Ll also know it's starting to work when it starts to get straighter and straighter, so we're losing the curl that we got so you can loosen curl with this, but definitely we're going to show you how to add it back in. It is super simple. Once the hair is pretty hot and it's hot on your fingers and you think oh it's kind of getting - you know it's kind of getting warm for me to touch. That'S how you know this is about to be a peak now. This is for HD fiber. So you don't need this much heat on a regular fiber and when it gets to that point, I just start doing a wrap, leaving the end out hold it up. There hold my hand on it, then I just turn it off and have a little bitty fan that one of our viewers, all right, Leyland, if you're ever watching anymore. I S we all still use that, but it's a little fan and it cools that down because you have to cold set. You have to cold set. If you just do it, it's not going to hold it. So if you've ever bought a heat, defiant wig and put a curling iron on it and curled it like you, would your hair and released it and it just went blue, that's because of the fiber. It has to cult it when I'm in a hurry, sometimes I'll. Even blow on this, but we're going to let it sit here just a few more minutes for seconds, someone was asking about the restore label. It used to come in a gray bottle with a green label and when they came out from back order, they changed the labels. So it's the same thing. It'S just in a white bottle. Instead of a gray Dee asked if the sea salt spray would do the same as the wig wax no totally different products. Okay, Lois low says her wig grip is slipping and she thinks it's because she got her hair cut short. You know the wig grip is designed to work with your hair going up this direction. So if it's, if you've got it cut short, sometimes it's too short to really get up and going upward, and so sometimes, if you're having to lay it. On top of your hair, it's not going to work as well. Sometimes some of our customers will go ahead and take some hairspray spray it on the back of their neck. While it's still wet put that wig grip on and that'll kind of help Anchor It Down. Okay, so we're ready to release done when you're curling with this. There is a curl release, little button here on the side, so I'm just going to release it and then take the curl out and then it's you can see how much curl we got just just out of that hot airbrush and so that put that curl back In there smoothed out those ends - and I would do that to this whole wig and a lot of people think why do you charge? We have a huge styling department and we charge quite a bit to do what I just did on a whole wig, because it's very time consuming. So that's why we want you to save your money and if you buy this, you can do your own, but yeah. So I know you can't see like I can see but see. That'S the difference see how stiff that is, and now look how bouncy this little curl is and she's just so pretty yep and by leaving that end out. That gives it a more modern curl, where the ends kind of straight. So that's a little a little styling trick. Uh someone was asking for open to the public for uh coming in to try wixon we are, you do need an appointment. We operated on an appointment basis. We want to give everybody the best client experience we can, and we can only do that when we can work on you, one on work with you one-on-one. So if you want to make an appointment, call the store, if you're coming from out of town, let us know if there's certain uh Styles or colors, you want to see, let us know, and when you get here, we will get you all hooked up. This side's really straight, I feel like I just need to do it while we're starting to wrap up all right Colleen said. Sometimes it takes her two months to get the well, I mean everybody's busy and it is, it is tedious, and so it takes time it takes patience, but you can save yourself a lot of money by doing what this is doing, instead of just buying a new One by all means, if you're don't care about the cost. I mean you probably. I would think if you're wearing HD fiber wigs and you still want it to look really good you're gon na buy it every like three four months, maybe six if you're not wearing it full time, but oh Jake's, so sweet. He says we're like wig magicians. Oh well, I'm not but miss you. We do a lot of experience. Uh Christy, the wig that she's working on is my uh personal wig, it's unfiltered by Raquel, Welch and ss1923 or shaded biscuit again. When you go to wrap, follow the shape of the curl. Leave that end out hold it, I usually hold it until I feel like oh, my goodness, my hand's getting really hot and then I turn it off. Okay, someone made the comment that uh they they're in England and, of course, the electrical systems they have. There are different than what we have but Wendy is in Amsterdam and she says that she's purchased one made by Remington. So you may want to try to check that out and see if you can find something locally made by Remington again make sure it's plastic bristles! No ceramic and no metal all right. Can you use the hot brush to get the face Flopper to stay out of your face, see it's a curl and then, when you get them all done, you just run your fingers through and kind of separate them out, and you got perfect perfect beach waves, uh Misty'S wearing jet, can you use wig wax on your own bio, hair yeah? My mom does yeah again just at the root. Do it at the root. If you put wax or um the genre Pizza cream out here, it's going to make it heavy, and it's just going to be okay. Lisa is asking, if you know which wig you want and just want to see the colors. Do you still have to make an appointment, I'm going to say yes on that, because that takes time and we, our appointment, schedule, stays booked, and so you know in order to give you all the time you deserve and showing you, the colors, that you want to See and letting you try it on. Yes, we do require an appointment for that. Maybe just one or two more questions. Um Tony I'm from YouTube's asking. Can you put hot rollers in an HD wig you can. I mean it depends on what look you're going for the hot roller look is a little bit more um big curls a little bit more. You know, you've, never give you the beachy wave. Look! So! Yes, you can put hot rollers in it um. If that's the the curl pattern, you're going for Tina wants to know if she can do this on her Julian light, but it's not an HD fiber yeah yeah, you just probably don't need to hold it as long I mean you well, you definitely don't need to Hold it as long on this and we're gon na carry - and I just talked about this earlier - we're going to do a whole in-depth video on HD, wigs that'll, be something that we don't do live though, because there's a lot of nonsense, we'll be able to cut Out, um and kind of speed things up for you, because it's it's very time consuming, but we'll be able to show you how to use a flat iron, a curling iron, probably the the Hot Tools again um, maybe even the Renea Paris flat iron they're, calling it So yeah stay tuned for that it's just getting a chance to do it all right. We'Ve had a couple of questions about the face. Flopper, you know, like you know, like um Haley, where it doesn't have any layers and it's hanging in their face and trying to get that kind of lifted and off of their face. The best thing I can say is take your brush. You don't really want to tease it, but maybe you just kind of interlock your fibers and put some hairspray on it when you've got a lot of weight down here and you've got that Bob shape, maybe not the best shape if you're going to be looking down At the computer all day, if you are going to be doing that, maybe consider putting a headband or some little Clips on the sides because there's you don't want to just plaster it to high heaven, because you know you want to move like hair. So best thing. I would do is maybe tuck it behind your ears or put a little clip in it, and eventually it will try again, but just use some hairspray. Can you use this like the base like here yeah, to get it to kind of go back? Just put a warm amount of heat to get it to go back yeah, especially if it has lace front if it doesn't have lace front. Okay, Sarah wants to know what makes you laugh and where are you ticklish only not ticklish? I don't guess. I only try to tickle, I never think until I go and get a picture and then right on the inside of my Arch they'll hit it it'll, be I'll jump yeah. That'S true, I think that's the only place and I laugh a lot because we laugh a whole lot. Some people come in and they just like to sit and listen yeah, because when storage and clients aren't sorry, we've been out here, 43 minutes. Oh, we got ta go, we got, we got clients in 17 minutes. We sure do all right thanks guys thanks for joining us. Oh no, we're not done we're. Not done! Oh we're not done. I need to be fired. Yes, you're fired, okay, Marche come. Judith Hartwig: What a great video. I've discovered this concept a while ago but there was a time when I didn't know how to make my wigs suited for my face

Lynda Ryan: I’m having watch on replay! I hate it when I miss the lives! I think you both are so gorgeous ❤❤

Sherry Davis: OMG! I've never laughed so much in my life! I couldn't help myself when you did side by side of the model's hair and then you guy's right out of the box. All laughing aside, I loved this video. So many wonderful tips! You ladies are absolutely fabulous. I so wish I could come into your shop but I live in Virginia.

Joyce Snary: Your wig frustration video Ladies, was outstanding ! I learned a lot! Thank you both for sharing your expertise!

Cheryl J: You two are a wealth of useful information! Thank you for such helpful details!

julie moses: Really useful information! Thanks for the demos!

Sharon Roach: I am loving your tutorials. I am so glad you were talking about Windex because I was experimenting with my sky wig and I have the spray wax I did exactly what you were not supposed to do I sprayed the whole hair and I am so glad I seen this video because now I know to use some Windex on it before I wash it to get it out I thought I had ruined my wig I just want to say thank you thank you thank you so much for this tutorial...

Cindy Dez: I like to have a small fan handy while curling. No need to wait so long.. Totally works great.

A. RosesRBleu: Great to see you both and Marcia again!

Cheryl J: The Hot Tools brush definitely fixes face flippers.

swineinny1: Never heard Windex mentioned before — must try it!

Christine Kirsch: I hate to say this but when I first got to wearing wigs I thought they would look like the pictures also, it's taken me years to realize that isn't the case. BTW, That's a very good idea to have that as a subject

KTK: This was a very helpful video. Thanks

Miryana Curcic: I like Mistys flat version of Jett better than the model pics. Very rarely do l see a good photo by these so called stylists.

Lynn McKenzie: Thank you for this <3!

Denise Romitz: I also have alopecia universalis and I haven't had any luck with wig grips. They always end up at the top of my wig.I do secure my wigs with Got to be Glued and it does stay put but I can only secure at the forehead.

Michelle Richards: When is the Tony of Beverly Rooted Pink Pearl coming out in other wigs such as Fiona?

Joyce Snary: And I hope you do continue to do transcripts with all your videos

Christine Kirsch: That wig Kim really does look good on you! Plus "Enigma" actually is a good replacement name for "Enima" ,(sp)?????

Sherry Batson: I call it false advertisement. What other thing would any of us buy that isn't as advertised? Why should this be acceptable? But we're supposed to accept it because not all wigs come from the same factory? The stock photos are styled by professionals which is unfair. Few of us consumers have access to stylists that have knowledge of what to do with a wig. That's a first I've heard about using Windex. Isopropyl alcohol is the largest ingredient in it next to water. Everything I've learned about wigs is to not use products that have alcohol in them. I have a wig where the bangs stick straight out just like the one in this video. I've used my Hot Tool Brush on it numerous times with zero results. The only thing I didn't do is use the spray. I'd love to start wearing wigs but giving my money away for products that aren't as advertised stops me from clicking that add to cart button.

Sandra Gless: Misty, I heard you say that Godiva changes the name of their wigs. Are you actually saying that they buy wigs from different manufacturers and then change the name of the wig and resell it as their own? I did hear someone else say something like that a while back and I didn't believe it.

Brenda Ay: I believe the correct pronunciation is more like Onima, not enima! LOL

Shirley Copeland: Best ever video!

Marian Brisbin: ❤

J Cool: Rename it: a nee ma.
