Hey guys Stephanie here welcome back to my channel so for today's video guys is going to be all about this. Ah um! U part wig! So if you want to see how I got it to look so natural hi, prep style, the hair and all that jazz and just keep on watching so the hair that I'll be working with today, it's by her given hair and aside from the wig, it also Came with a wig instruction book very, very informative: it had everything that you need to know on how to color the wig, how to maintain the wig, how to maintain your real hair under the wig. So everything that you need to know it's gon na be in this booklet and the packaging also came with extra clips if you need and and elastic band, if you wish to further secure the wig down in the back, so the wig that I picked up today, It is in the curly texture and I got an 18-inch and, like I mentioned before this, a u-part wig guys now a fight from the other wigs. I did not get that weird factory box mail. You know what I'm talking about when you first pull the wig off the box and just have a weird stance to it. It have that none whatsoever, but just to loosen up the curls a little bit, I'm still gon na go ahead and wash the hair and I'm just using some cheap Dollar Tree shampoo and conditioner. This is by vo5, like I said, just to loosen up the curls. A little bit and make sure that the hair is thoroughly cleaned before I apply any product on it while styling now, I must admit guys, I did experience a little bit of shedding while washing his hair, although it was a minimal amount that is still to be Expected, if you choose to get this way all right so now that the hair is clean and ready to go, it's now time to cut the lace that mesh part off of the u-part wig. So I personally like to put it on a canvas ed. It just makes my life so much easier and I'm just gon na cut that middle part, where you see that mesh texture, the lace yeah, I'm just gon na take a pair of scissors and just cut around it. So how's you guys can see this step was very simple for my wig beginners and your youth part. Wigs should come out looking something like this after you're done, alright y'all. So moving on to me, hey so how'd you guys can see. I prepped my hair off-camera and I wanted to do a middle part style with this wig. So obviously I parted my hair in the middle, where I wanted to leave out to be, and just did it in a u-shaped form and I also parted out the side. Leave outs and flat twisted them down out of the way and the rest of the hair are just going back in braids just so. I could give the clips on the wig something to hold on to and I'll definitely recommend that you braid your hair, don't just throw them back in a ponytail because, like I said you want the clips in the wig to have something to hold on to. So I believe this wig has five clips one two, these yeah five, so two up top two clips on the sides and one in the back of the way. So what I'm? Installing this? The way I like to do it I like to secure the back clip. First and then I do the two clips on the front to secure them down to my braids and then, after that I secure the sides and just the further secure the wig so that the hair stays in place throughout the whole day. I just like to take some bobby pins and just place them on the front so that the hair doesn't go anywhere cuz. That'S the last thing that you want this for your wigs to be shifting left to right. Okay, all right! So now that the wig is install, it's now time to style it now, I'm gon na start off by styling the wig first before I even touch my hair and I'm just taking this water spray bottle just to wet it a little bit so that it's a Bit damp and for my gel, I'm gon na be using my eco styler gel. I like the crystal one - that is my favorite one and I'm just going to apply just a little bit like a core defy the mouth just to get the curls to pop and to get that extra code definition and follow up with my debit brush yo. I just love the hair texture on this way. It was so easy to work with. If so, if I wet the hair and put that gel on the curls just popped out on this way, it was so easy for me to work with. It did not take much of an effort how y'all can see. I just ran that denver's a couple of times and the hair was shiny. The curls would just pop in like look at that. Oh I love working with her giving hair. They have like the best hair ever. This is my second time with them, and every experience has just been phenomenal. Just bon bon bon bottom! Ah so yeah guys, that's pretty much! All I did go out the rest of the wig. I just wet it. Throw some gel on it and the curls would just hop in alright. So now that I'm done styling the wig, it's not time for me to move on to my hair, so I'm just going to unravel the twists real quick. I like to start off on the sides, so I'm basically gon na implement the same routine and technique that I did on the wig just now, but first I'm gon na use my main choice gel. I personally like to put the gel on my real hair cuz. It just really helps to define my curls and give me that curl definition that I need so that my texture can match the wig, so this gel definitely does the trick, and once I ran that part of thoroughly throughout my hair, I'm gon na follow up with My eco styler gel just so that I could get more of a hold and to lay down my edges more so just to make sure that my real hair blended with the wig seamlessly. I also did the shingling method on my hair, just to bring up my curls a little bit more, bring out that curl definition cuz. I'M trying to get my bow hair to match the texture of the wig as close as possible, and don't be alarmed by that white residue that you guys see on my hair. Trust me when my hair drives is going to dry clear, so yeah don't be alarmed by that all right, Charles fulfill, those of you who are watching and you're a beginner like me, I'm gon na need you to watch these last couple minutes in this video closely. Okay, so I was trying to think of a way to really blend in my real hair, with the wig seamlessly, and one of the first options that came to mind was to take a piece of my hair, a piece of the wig and twist them together. So I just did little twists. That'S what you guys see me doing right now, just twist in little parts of the hair, where I want them to blend and just to make a long story short. It didn't end up so well, okay, what I envisioned in my head! It just did not turn out like that, but I don't know if it's cuz of my poor technique, I'm not gon na blame it on the way my hair was just giving me a hard time at first to blend. In with the wig like, you could vividly see the leave out and the way so yeah. I don't know if it supports technique like I said, but it was just not working out with your girl and I was lowkey getting kind of nervous because it just wasn't. Looking right, but I'm gon na stop rambling, now you're gon na end up seeing what I did and a technique that I used that thankfully worked out and made the hair blend in with the wig seamlessly. So just continue watching all right. So now that that part is finally done and over with I just added a little bit of baby hairs to the front - and I also filed up with one of my headscarf just to tie down the front section of the hair so that when I remove it, The hairs looking nice and flat so after I was done styling and such this is what the hair ended up. Looking like and both my hair in the way they were still pretty wet, so I decided to go to bed and let the hair dry overnight. So moving on to the next morning, I'm just taking out the bonnet and the headscarf, and we gon na see what reveals up under this now. It might not be apparent on camera that much, but after I unravel the twist, you could really see and detect. My leave out and the wig it just was not looking right at all. My hair was just giving me a very hard time to blend together. So what I basically did was take a small piece of my hair, along with a piece of hair from the wig and basically, what I did was press them two together. So I just wet the hair a little bit just to reactivate the gel bottled-up, with my damaged and still holding in two textures, I'm like brushing both of them down together and has you guys can see? I pressed both of the hairs in together and it really helped blended them out. I hope what I said makes sense, but yeah I just press both of the hairs down together all right in this clip. You see, you see how I pressed the hairs together. It'S very very simple, but just that little technique helped out tremendously, so I just took the two pieces and I'm just pressing them, smoothing them out together and it worked like look how natural that looks. Now that made a huge difference, huge difference, yeah, I don't understand how relieved I was, and I finally got my hair to behave with this wig, but the end result was beautiful. Like look, how natural that looks and just to bump up the ends a little bit, I just went in with my pick just to give the hair some added volume, and this is the finished look guys. I still can't get over the fact of how natural this thing looks. Like look at that look at that how you guys can see. I was doing my little dance. I was high, like I think this is going to be my everyday hairstyle. Super cute Stephanie approved, get yourself one cyst love it love it love it. So I really hope that you guys really enjoyed my tutorial and if you did please don't forget to comment, share and subscribe to my account before you leave, give me a big thumbs up and, as always I'll see you in the next one bye guys.

saffylew: Too much leave out I literally leave less than a finger on my edges and about a finger either side of my part and it allows me to wear the hair not tucked behind my ears etc because the hair blends so much and black people everywhere come up to me and ask how I grew my hair

Cassybfit: I think if you had gotten the coily texture you wouldn't have had to do so much to blend it, your hair looks more of the coily texture to me but beautiful results nonetheless.
