Trying On All My Wigs And Telling You Some Stories

My hair is curled, no one can tell me nothing, no one. Let me zoom out. This is a bit. This is just a bit too. You'Ll are all up in my nostrils this week and I are on the same page, so hey beautiful people. Welcome back to my channel, I hope you're all doing well so today, we're gon na do something a little bit different, which is why I'm witless we are about to go through pretty much. My entire collection now Patricia bright. Did a video like this a couple months ago, and I want to do it too, because I really loved it. The question I'm pretty much getting asked the most by people who know me: people whose hair I've done people who buy wigs from me is how many weeks do you have, and I wanted to come and show you guys, the wigs that are currently in my collection. Now I say currently because I've had a lot of wigs many. I have given many away just shout out to my friends, but also I have sold some. I have just given some away, some have just been old, and so I wanted to show you the ones that are currently in my collection. Now all the wigs aren't gon na be started perfection because we have a lot of weeks to go through, but I want to show you guys a few of the stars I have now all of my wigs are from CTB London. I will leave the information down below on each wig and it may pop up on the screen so without further ado, let's get into it so the first wig I want to show. I can't even get all of it in frame it's a lot of hair. It is a deep curly wig, and I have only worn it once on my channel by worn it quite a bit in person, because I absolutely love it, but it gets a lot because it is a lot of hair. This wig is a lot now. A lot of my wigs have been freshly washed, the lace that I wear is transparent, so the lace is gon na. Look a bit like. Let me sort that out with just a little foundation and that's leftover on my foundation brush, which is a good trick for y'all. If your lace is ever looking kind of light, I'm just gon na go in with a little bit of eco styler gel on this little tough of hair that I've got going on over here. So this wig, a deep curly wig is 24 inches. It is a lot of hair. Now I usually wear this wig, where, if you want to see how I defined my curls and get it a little bit more down, then you can click the I card somewhere and you will see that. But this wig is a lovely curly unit. It'S super nice and soft Coran. Your fingers through it bobby see the more you run, your fingers really the bigger it gets, but so nice and lightweight now. The funny thing is the first week I ever had was curly. It was a 22 inch curly. You now made it our bundles from Aliexpress. The hair was trash actually Tifa trash, but I felt so cute. It was my first closure wig, most of the wigs that I've been wearing before all of the wigs I have been wearing before. Were you part, wigs or like 27 pieces, like the short pixie car, so this this curly hair was my first. You know closure wig and I I have an affinity for it. I really do have a closeness to it, so I got this week after the pandemic and it's really sad because I really want to wear it to like a very tropical place. So Corona sweetie it's been a while. Let us be free, you know, but yeah. This is the wig. Oh, so the last time you guys saw this sister. It was on my birthday and I actually wore this wig on my birthday. I posted it on Instagram and everybody loved it, but the thing is, I never added it to the website, because I was messing around with like the cups a bit, so it's basically a light, yucky or kinky straight wig at sorry. I'M trying to adjust it these in the viewfinder. It'S not really working out for me because I need glasses, but yeah. This is pretty much. It is a 6x6 closure sew. The lace goes either side from here to here, but I really really like this we've just because it's so light, oh my god, like my neck, is living right. Now it's really nice and like the hair is super flowy, and it gives me like a fresh perm kind of vibe. This week was actually longer so you're, probably wondering by in your founder. We know your birthday place. This week is like down to here, so I decided to cut it down, because I made a mistake and I cut way too many layers it. I was being too excited on my birthday and I wanted like a heavy bag, and then I realized that that's just not me like. I wanted it to be like this right. So let me give you some earlier teas. This isn't gon na work for me, so I saw actually let's try it out. Let'S see I've got my straight line is on so, but yet so I cut these layers into it. Like oh yeah, I'm gon na have a heavy bag. Then I decided I didn't want a heavy bang anymore and now I've got these mad layers in it yeah, but I would just like, like a normal Blanca asymmetrical till we like this guy, do I want the fringe in my face. I don't really like covering my face with hair cuz. I just feel like it's not comfortable to me, but this could give a bus. Lady look anyway. Let me know we think. Let me actually know what you think. So you see how I'll say in the last week is light. This is that wigs worst enemy this week is so heavy, so explanation the wig I just showed you is from the well, it's not on the collection yet, but it's basically from the new collection. So it's really nice and lightweight, while still being full in density. Now this wig is a handmade wig and handmade wigs, the more hair you add it gets really heavy, and this wig is like snap, your neck heavy, and I wore this week in Ghana in January, and I don't know what I was thinking because I was sweating Like a pig, it is hot under this wig and that's why I'm so happy for the mesh caps now. But this wig is the Magda wig with a four by four lace closure and it has a beautiful color. If I do say so, myself, which is these warm kind of honey, highlights running through it now, if there's anything, I will say is the so a bit brassy and that's because I need to wash the wig. I need to wash the wig with purple, shampoo or blue shampoo, which I would definitely recommend you do if your hair is a hombre or you've got highlights in it and you're like oh, my hair, getting a bit of brassy man. What do I do? Go in and wash it with a purple or a blue shampoo, and I need to do that with this wig, but I just haven't been doing it, but yet this wig I have had for nearly two years and the reason why I've had it for so long Is here actually and the reason why it's so full as well? It'S! It was actually a 24 inch when I first first first made it so we went down to about like a 20 inch and now we're at like a 16 right. So this is like a 16 inch and I really love the length I really really do, but the hair, because it was so long before and the longer your hair, the more hair, that's in the wig, it's just heavy alright, so I'm gon na have to take Off some tracks, but I really do like this wig. I definitely prefer machine made wigs now, because it's so much lighter and and has a bit more just air going through it, but I've posted pictures of this wig on my Instagram and on the CTB London Instagram. As well, this color is called golden light and if you would like it, so I absolutely love color. I love doing different colors, but there are some colors that are a bit loud like my lilac wig and maybe even the red wings. But these wigs are more like a neutral sort of color, which you can sport like every day and if you want to try color, I would recommend this one. I really like it. I just wish it wasn't so heavy just wish it wasn't so heavy. So this wig, oh now funny enough right this wig and the last week. I just showed you the golden light. One actually the same way just with a different color. So this is the Cherry Bomb, color and yo. Now, typically, what let me flex on y'all a little bit? Okay, when I wear this week, I do my brows red I feel like that is the most fire look done. I really do applaud myself when I do this, because I don't always look cute, but anyway, this wig yes, so this is like an 18 inch. Now, typically, I don't really know the length on my wings because I typically snip snip snip a lot, but this is like an 18 inch. I'M sorry, but y'all go have to call the police. I look too cute and tell you guys. All I need is my red brows. All I need is my red brows this week and I are on the same page, another quick story time for you guys. Then, when I was 16, I got my first job at a hair salon. The Sun on was called V unit and I say it like that because we unit so what's called V unit and basically, when I started there was actually two stylists working there, Lisa and Vicky. Now I have learned so much or I learned so much about what I know about hair styling and all of that from those two amazing Jamaican women who were you know, teaching me pretty much. Everything about everything and nice at in particular, was known for pixie cuts. Now, when she did pixie carts, she would do them with like glue 27 pieces glue it to a wig cap, and you would look Bom and she used to do them on me, because I wanted to learn how to do them. So she'll do them on me and, as I was watching, she would hope that I was learning, but every time I used to do my pixie cut. What did I used to do add a little bit of 99 J? If you guys know old school hair like hair pack, hair products, you would know 99 J that burgundy, that was for the real ones so yeah. This was my like hair color, like at a 1998 which was similar to this, but this one's definitely a lot nicer. 99, J: you could mess around and end up looking like a wild one, so I yeah, I really love having red. I used to love having red in my hair and I just kind of in trying different colors stopped wearing red, but red has always been one of my go. Tease, guys, don't worry, let me just show you my red brows. I can't do it this video because we got other weeks to try on the web browsers just won't work and I try to wash off this makeup. Look but she's. Definitely one you it's one of my faves. I love it hello, so this week right here, don't look too close, because I haven't actually gel down this side, but that's a different story for another day anyways I this is the Nicola wig. It is a body weight wig and it is a 30 by full-frontal. Now I am NOT the biggest wearer of frontals. I do have a few. I do wear them from time to time, but the gluing and all of that I'm tired, but I do bring them out for like special occasions such as birthdays, crossover, crossovers a special occasion. You could pop it, I don't go nowhere but church but yeah. This is just that now I haven't fully gone in and, like Donna for I literally just sprayed, this is what I used. I used the ORS fix it, which is like an alternative to the got to be blast free spray, and this is what I used to get it stuck down, and I only did like this area. Oh these, like this wig, is the wig that I wear when I really want to feel like hello, you know if you want to see how I get these curls. These cars literally take me five minutes to do, and there is a tutorial on the CDP. London side, which will pop up in the iCard somewhere, and you could definitely watch that and get get cute get glam now. This next week is one that I've been wearing of. Well, I've worn most of these kind of recently and people being guessing your girl up. This wig is currently straight by actually where it curled. It is actually a wavy wig, but I straighten it out before I curl it just to like reduce frizz and this wig, you see how it just you just put it on and boom you're ready to go. This week let me curl it real quick to give you the full effects of this wig one second, so I've curled one side. If you want to see how I did it then an eye, but I thought let me actually tell your story when I cut my hair. So why not you know so a lot of people? Well, it's not really tell your story. Is it this kind of answer? A question anyway, a lot of people kind of asked me like: why do you wear wigs? Like I'm 23, I'm a young girl, and even when I was like much younger than this, I've been wearing wigs. Why, for me, I think wigs are just so versatile, like I like to change up my hair, I'm not joking. I really have kind of not that I don't have any attachment to it, but I just see it as like. An accessory hair is important to me because I feel like it expresses my creativity and it's just what I want to do like it's just it's my hair, but at the same time it's something that I don't grow too attached to in the sense of I wouldn't Be scared to cast a cop all my hair off of obviously within reason like if it was a health problem, then I would definitely be emotional but wigs for me, it's just the ability to switch to and throw without having to change up my natural hair too Much because what I did do when I so I used to be relaxed now, I'm natural and when I was relaxed I would do the absolute most like. I would do too much to my hair and my hair started breaking off, and I realized that, because of how much I like to change up my hair, my natural hair, just can't hack that so in order for it to grow and actually stay healthy, I would Have to just hide it away. I actually do want to try and wear my natural hair out a lot more, and I think it's easier for me to do funny enough when it's shorter, but also I just like them. I think they're fun, not it's not for everybody, and I completely agree with that and I think, like the bad rep, that wigs get is usually because they look Wiggy like they used to look like baskets on your head. But now they don't look like that and for me I'm like yo like bring them all. I want all of them, so this wig is just everything to me because when I first started wearing wigs, this was the style I used to have where you parts with my hair left out in the middle. I am a middle part, fiend yeah middle parts. I don't play I like wearing middle part hair, and this was a stylist she's wearing in Kim K curls. That is me, okay, so, and so you guys remember that arrow in the YouTube, if you do comment down below, because that was it, that was a day Peter Kim K, curls or Shirley Temple curls with a straightener, that's my bag, so yeah this is. This. Is me on this one I this is my everyday wig like I absolutely love this, the curls last for a really long time in it, so I can literally just take it off and put it on the next day when I have meetings early in the morning And when I need to like really get on camera early, I will whip on this week and it will just look like yeah. I came ready to slay these times. I haven't even brushed my teeth like it's serious, so I absolutely love it. It'S a cute! Look! It'S a very cute: look. You guys can tell what my hair is called. No one can tell me nothing. No one! Now let me get onto showing you the wig that I have been wearing the absolute most recently, which is my new baby, and it's named after me. It'S called the Kourtney Lake. Let me show you. She looks like this. She needs a like look at the oh. My goodness look at the waves and the reason, why quote the Kourtney wig means a lot to me? Is it's the first week I got in the new collection and once we finalized on it, that has the CVB London logo in it, and I just feel like it's just such a proud moment to see your brand name like on your products. I don't know it. Just like it was just a symbol of like a massive transition, and I absolutely love it and and yeah that's why this wig actually means a lot, but also the natural wave. Look, that's where it is axis I mean. Let me let you know if you don't want to wake up and have to style your wig. This wig has helped me through many many many early mornings and late nights. Now this wig is my most plucked closure, so I ask you: do need to lay it down with like spray or gel or ever, and I have baby hairs on it like a lot of baby hairs on it. So I'm gon na go back in with the eco styler and just style it for you guys and give you a little bit up. Is that's cuz. This is actually the work. The way that we're today - but I am the soft wick where I am - is I I'm quite lazy, like with my hair, if I'm gon na be a hundred percent on it, so I style my wigs once or twice a wig sorry. I start my wigs. What'S all twice a week, the only time I really stop my wigs is when it's like the style is I'm losing the style a bit like on the wig. I just showed you guys the Nicola way that wig you apply it excuse me it's something. I go that way requires like curls in it, but the curls last a really long time, which means I don't need to style it every day and it's made life a lot easier for me and to just be able to pick my wig, I literally hand them On my door and just go, you know now this week has been freshly washed as well, so we're super nice and fluffy, so you can like, I typically will wear it behind my ear but in its natural state, but I do wet it like in the mornings To get it a bit more defined but, like I said I literally just watch this wig, so I don't really need to do too much now I don't mind my side being out and I know a lot of people kind of get a bit you about that. Like oh, but it doesn't match your hair texture. I really don't care if you think this is my hair. What minutes so with this wig, the style that I usually wear in is not with the head scarf. Please not be alarmed it's because I typically wear it with baby heads and with my sides out, so I typically set my edges with gel and a head scarf in order to keep them down, because obviously my hair is curly. So this is the eco styler, the flaxseed version, which is what I've been using throughout this video for, like baby heads and stuff, because it's nice and it's kind of light weight. And so this is the natural texture of the hair, though guys get into it. But yeah and the natural texture of this hair laughs, I don't need to do anything to it. This is it like. This is actually it okay, and this is the corny week. This is literally how I've been wearing it and rocking it. This is a loose wave. Wig that we have - and this week is just I just want to go on holiday - I just want to go on holiday like I just I need to be in the Sun. This isn't cutting it. It'S a pandemic, I'm just see scraps anyway yeah. I really like this wig and I need to put some earring thing, but this is just a lovely. Just look at the texture. Look at this look at the texture. You can't see but again look at the texture. Why not? Why don't we stay like this? For a bit yeah, so my wig collection dies pretty much it.
