Wig Install: Highlighted Kinky Straight Wig | Klaiyi Hair

So today I have a new wig. I obviously have gotten plenty of highlighted wigs, but I've. Never gotten one in a kinky straight texture and when I say I'm obsessed, I mean I'm obsessed. It'S like I'm looking at myself in the minor y'all know I'd be like, but it is giving like Beyonce like it's giving natural. I feel like this is a super versatile unit. I was gon na want it, but I just wanted to wear it straight. I'Ve been feeling straight hair new year, new me um, but yeah. I just kind of it's a middle part. Let me see, let me see it is a middle part, but I just kind of uh flipped it over. For you guys. I was feeling that, like tousled look a little bit like I was feeling that I was feeling I was feeling that so, if you want more tea on this hair, make sure you guys are checking the description box. If I haven't said that already but happy new year new year, new wig new hair, new everything, okay, but I'm a new person every day, anyways, but that's neither here nor there. So today I'm going to be working with Clay Ali hair and they sent over this kinky straight blonde highlighted Balayage, whatever you want to call it wig, and I was so excited to put this on because off the bat it gave me Beyonce, like just the texture Alone like and the bigness of it and, of course the color, I know we always be like. Oh it's giving Beyonce but like no. This was really giving Beyonce. So let me give you guys a little bit of um information on this wig before I start rambling. This is a 24 inch wig, it is 150 density, it has a 13x4 frontal area and it is pre-colored and the texture is a kinky straight. If you missed that check the description box, all the information will be listed down below and if I said something wrong ciao it is in the description box and it is correct. Whatever is in the description box is correct, foreign, as you guys just saw. I had to cut the lace because it was covering my eyes and I need to see what I'm doing so. I did wear this wig straight out. The box. I'Ve been doing that a lot lately, because the wigs are just coming better constructed. The hairline could use plucking if you wanted to, but it wasn't really that necessary. The hairline did not look bad to me also with like colored units pre-colored units, I'm learning to avoid bleaching the knots, because all that does is cause a lot of shedding. So if you can avoid that and hide the knots in a different way, whether that be adding powder or whatever other techniques are online, try that instead, because you want your wigs to last and I'm learning the less plucking, the less bleaching the longer my units last Foreign, I had absolutely no idea how I wanted to style this hair, so I was just kind of playing with it hot combing. It kind of training it to lay where I wanted to um. But to be honest with you, I loved how big this hair was. Like if I was taking some fire photos, this would have ate. Okay, like I said it's stage, hair it's it's Beyonce hair it gives, but for the everyday person like me, and you probably watching this, I'm just showing you guys how to install this and style it in a I'm using air quotations wearable way so different ways. I would have styled this, I would have done a crimper or a waiver and combed it out. That would have been Gore just you can do one curls loose wand curls, which you guys are going to see. I attempted to do, but I was like I don't want to wear it like that. But you could do it like that and comb it out or you can do small Wong curls and have that big bushy look and it would have been gorgeous, which I thought about doing. But the wiggle is already on my head and at that point that was a no-go because I like to wand hair on the mannequin head instead of my head. It just looks a lot better in my opinion, so I went ahead and decided to curl it. I mean sorry to straighten it, which was the best best. So this is how the hair looks. It'S a natural state. It is gorgeous beautiful, it's not dry, you guys. There was no shedding all this cutting and brushing and everything I did you guys no shedding. I did go ahead and blow dry, it off camera and that's a side that is blow dryer and the other side is in its natural natural state. But I just blow dried it just so that that flat ironing it could be a lot easier and smoother, and that's what I did so you guys see the curl. I was like ah they've, seen the loose curls they've, seen that let me just go ahead and straighten it and just see what this hair is really talking about. Thank you, foreign foreign, like I say all the time I feel like. We all know how to flat iron our hair, I use heat protectant on each section and was flat ironing it with my Conair flat iron, and that was it. It did take me a while to flat iron it because it was a lot of hair. It took me about 30 minutes which is not like me, but this is textured hair, so it's going to take a little longer. So now, I'm just you know messing with the hairline and, as you can see, it looks really good. I didn't need to plug it. I literally did not pluck anything, but I didn't need to pluck anything bleach anything none of that and I'm just kind of playing with the um baby hairs. You guys know, that's not my specialty, but I do what I can because recently I haven't been doing um baby hairs. I'Ve been doing more natural in style in Styles, in stalls um and more of that pushback look which I like, but I just felt like the baby hairs added a little flavor to the wig today. So that's what I'm doing you know. I'M gon na do a little super super soup and that's pretty much it you guys. I just went ahead and did my makeup off camera. I did a like 15 minute beat something natural to go with the natural hair, and that's it. Let me know what you guys think. Are you guys gon na try this wig because remember about a year year and a half ago highlighted wigs hit the scene and they took over, but I feel like right now. The kinky the textured units are taking over and now that they're, adding colors and um textured edges and all that they're about to be the craze of 2023. I think that the girls are going back to that natural. Look all right protective natural look, so this is definitely it okay. I like this wig.
