Affordable Synthetic Curly Lace Front Wig! | Bobbi Boss Kiana | Virgin Hair Dupe

Hey and welcome to my channel, it is midterm season and you know what that means easy styling. Today, I'm going to be doing a wig review on this lovely curly wig here for those of you who don't know me, my name is Darren and I am crown into wealth. So without further ado, let's go ahead and jump into the video, so I just had to share with you how I looked when I was slaying. This way, eyebrows done lips done, not a big makeup person, so that was all I did, but I love the way I styled it. I loved the outfit I rocked it with. This is just a great fall wig and I definitely recommend it. Yes, that was a finger in the upper left corner. That is what happens when you get someone else to help you record, but nevertheless I lift a bomb rockin this wig and showing it off called Keanu. When I was searching for a curly wave kind of way. I didn't come across a lot that I liked you tube. So what I do first is that I was trying to look for YouTube reviews and then purchase the weight that I'm searching for, and I didn't find a lot of affordable ones that I like the curl pattern, and there was one video on this week that I Stumbled across on - and I actually liked the way it looked on that youtuber - I forgot her name. If I find her, I will definitely put her in the description box, so you guys can check out her review, but I look really good on her. So I was like okay, there's gon na be a gamble I'll buy. This wig see how I like it, yada yada yada. So this week is actually a human hair synthetic blend, and I actually really like it before I get into the actual hair itself. I just want to talk about where I purchase it and how much it purchased it for so the wig was around $ 40 and I know that there are some websites that sell it as cheapest. Like $ 30. For me, I personally bought it on Amazon. I have Amazon Prime, I needed the wig in a time crunch, so I needed it quickly, so I spent a few more dollars to make sure that I could get it by the time that I needed it if you're not in a time crunch. Like me, I know there are other websites that sell the wake for cheaper, but the shipping just takes longer. For me. I normally go to Sam's Beauty calm when I'm ordering my synthetic wigs. I know there's also elevate style system X, some other wig companies - I'm probably not familiar with, and that's actually something. I want you guys to do so in the comment drop down. What your favorite site or retailer is for buying affordable wigs because I'm sure there's many of them that have good deals that we don't all know about so share it with the fellow sisters. So yeah this week was very affordable was around $ 40 and so far I've been having a good time. I'Ve had this week wag on for about. I would say two to three weeks now and I actually just washed it today so I'll talk about that experience. The wig is very soft and there's like a lot of hair, so in terms of shutting, there was some shedding, but it really didn't affect the overall look of the wig because it just looked a lot in the beginning. So it thing down is actually better. For me, because I look - I like this look better than like the big puffy girl - look that it was so I wash it today. I soaked the wig with water first and then I applied some of my conditioner and saturated at it through worked it through and then I started finger detangling to work out any knots and then after I did that I used a wide tooth comb and the reason That I started with conditioner first is because I wanted to detangle before I put in my stripping conditioner sorry, my stripping shampoo and I fingered de-tangled, because I didn't want to forcibly rip out more hair than what was necessary. So since my fingers are able to you know, Bend and adjust to different knots, I did that first to get out the big big knots, and then I went in with my wide tooth comb to smooth everything out and I can actually show you guys how much Shedding I have I'm washing the hair. I had this much shedding. I hope you guys can see that so it's quite a bit, but it's not excessive. I'Ve definitely had wigs that shed a lot more than this. So I would say I was this was the first time that I washed the wig, so there were probably quite a few hairs still left from when I was plucking. When I was him apart, real quick, I wanted to show you guys a close-up of what the part looked like when I was done, plugging it and styling it to my liking. I know in the video where I'm talking, I'm not very close to the camera. So you guys can't see the part well and the dim lighting doesn't help that much so back to the video and then I also know there was like one or two dots that I was a little bit too forceful with. So that's probably in here too. Don'T see they like ball spots in the wig, it's very bouncy, very Airy. It has a lot of body and movement. It smells good now. It'S oh good yeah! So when I first took it out of the package, as you can see, it's a lot shorter now. It was wait, wait wait longer, I would say, was like to my bellybutton and you know that was cool for the beginning. You know rocking it like a batty with hair all the way down to my backside, but in real life and practicality. That'S not at least Herbie. I can't keep that for long. I did cut it. I cut it to you around like a little bit longer than armpit length, and I like this length a lot better because it's more manageable for me with the way it was originally. I just found that, like anytime, I put on my jacket or my backpack, or if I was trying to move it around, it would just always get caught in something, and I would just always have to like adjust it. So I and I felt like there's so much hair on me, like I'm, not the kind of person that likes a ton of hair so that it had to go. You definitely don't have to cut it and the way that it comes in the package is pretty slap on beginner-friendly, so the hair was layered, so I didn't have to go in and cut any layers of my hair. It was very well layer. There was a short hair in the front and then longer head towards back. You know like tapers off very well. The other thing I will say is that you don't have to do a lot with the part for me personally, I went through and just cleaned it up to my liking. I haven't applied concealer yet, and I haven't done like any of the other ways to touch-up. Apart, all I did was pluck through the hairs that I didn't want and you can see how turned out I actually like the way it looked. I think it's more seeding. The lace is actually a pretty good match for my skin type, and I was actually surprised because I don't even know if I'll need any concealer, because it just matches so well, and also not that big on makeup. So finding my right shade of concealer might be a difficult task for me that I might not want to go through at the moment in terms of the hairline. There are no baby hairs, it's just a straight. Basically the base you. I know some people get creative, like section off of them layer of hair on the front and then they make their own baby hairs. I'M don't trust myself to do that and I don't think I'm going to be wearing the wig up so much or I'm gon na be in an environment where it's really windy that I'm gon na feel self-conscious about my hairline, the perimeters showing. So that's not a concern for me. It is small head friendly. I know there's a lot of big head people, but I have a small head and I cannot tell you how difficult is. It is for me to find a wig that tightens enough and doesn't like start to concave and on itself and then give it like this weird shape. So the best way actually just fits me perfectly like I could tighten it even more if I wanted to, and it doesn't loosen up quite a bit, so I think this is very suitable for a lot of different hand, shapes and sizes. I actually put my wig on my boyfriend so that I could pluck the part better and he has a big head and it fit on him. So I'm sure if you are worried about that, I'm sure that it will also fit on your head as what does have a little bit of shine to it. So it does look a bit unrealistic and some lights, but it's not overly done, especially after I washed it. I think I got a lot of like the residue and like the plastic feely stuff that comes in a lot of sense to carry off. So it's definitely looks more like human hair. Now it doesn't have the like weird synthetic extra extra stuff like this wake for fall, and it really goes with the weather, and it goes with my outfits. A lot I haven't tried it in like a side part. Yet I normally do side parts when I have weaves or wigs, but I kind of like the way it looks what the middle part. Normally, I don't like the way. I look with the middle part, but this actually looks nice. What else can I say for $ 40? I definitely think it was worth being money not experiencing a lot of shedding not experiencing a lot of nodding, but I'm also the kind of person that likes to take care of my wig. So whenever I take it off at the end of the night, I make sure to finger detangle, I'm with my hands, not to roughly shake it up a bit and then I place it where it needs to go and then just lay upon it in the morning. Really, this is kind of one of the wings that I just like pop on and go. I don't do much styling to it. I know some other people like to conceal it like to lay that baby hair so that they have their baby hair showing and then the wig is like right behind that. For me, this one is easy enough, very beginner friendly, something that I would recommend. So definitely try it out.
