Let'S talk about lace, front seat in particular how to make them look a little more natural by adding some baby hairs at the front. Coming up, there's a lot we can do to make a lace front, look more natural! I have plucked and tweezed some very dense hairlines to make them look a little more natural. I'Ve used some Foundation powders, even eye shadow to help blend and soften a lace front. But today I want to talk about how adding a few baby hairs up against your lace front can help it look a little more natural and if you think, into the natural world, where a natural biological hair kind of starts out as little vellus hairs. Those hairs that don't really grow and they're kind of translucent in color, and then it moves back into more baby hairs which are fine in thin density and then it kind of gets gradually a little more thicker. As you move back into the main body of the hair, and so we want to mimic nature, that looks most natural. So what I like to do is just take a few very simple appliances and techniques to make this happen. My favorite tool for at for brushing out the lace front, making it look more natural waking it up and possibly even adding some baby hairs, is a spoolie brush. This is um the opposite end of my eyebrow pencil, but there's your spoolie brush. Okay. This is meant to kind of separate and shape your eyebrows. A lot of us have these, so this is perfect, the perfect tool to add some baby hairs, so I am wearing the aesthetic as Ren and rh1488 rt8 um now Ram features some very fine, silky fiber. The hairline against the lace front is pretty dense and um. It does not extend so you are liable to be able to spot a seam, so we want to cover that up as well. So the first thing that I like to do is just take and Loosely clip back the hair away from the area that I'm going to be working in which again, is that lace front? Okay, so the exposes the entirety of that lace front s Temple to Temple. It stops here now, my it's not exactly straight. There we go so that is straight. There are your seams right there, okay, so you can see where that is uh the lace. The lace front looks really good on this one actually um, but I can enhance that with the baby hair look. So what I like to do is just take that slowly and pull down just the very, very beginnings of hair, not too much okay. The trick is to make them look like baby hairs, and those are baby hairs that spoolie can grab just a few. It won't take too much and you want to do that all along this lace front you're, not even going to be able to see them. So there's a couple of things now that we can do. I can leave them just like this and work with the baby hair. Just like it is there or um. I may also opt to trim them, so I would always do that by using these texturizing or blending shears, and I would just Trim in this little baby to the desired length and then tack them down now by tacking them down. You can use a variety of products, there's styling, creams out there um, you know even hairspray would work, and I think I would prefer to use the silicone product that I love this light, a simply styling light, silicone and or perhaps even some wig wax. This is a very light holding product, but it helps you shape and form it. So in this case, I am just going to leave them at their original length without trimming them in, and that's perfectly okay, because I'm just going to follow The Parting space here. Okay and I'm gon na pull them flat to the head, and then I'm going to apply some product, and in this case I think I just want to do a little bit of this. The simply styling, and what I would do is just put a little bit of it in the palm of my hand like this. This is excellent for wigs and then I would start at the root press down we're redirectioning the root foreign silicone there for the fiber. Okay, you could also go in and use steam to permanently flatten them, and in this case, I'm just going to press them down along the hairline. I'M going to take press keep pressing all the way down and allowing the main hair to overcome it. There again a terrible mirror. This is for concept only and then, when I release there is an appearance of little baby hairs at the hairline, and I feel like that really makes a nice natural look again. You don't have to cut your wigs. You don't have to alter them permanently. You can just do these few steps here and the next time you style it and you don't want the baby hairs or you're covering them up. You can always repeat this process as often as you like, but there are some little baby hairs there that make a lace front, look a little more natural. I hope some of these tips do help you, if not help you at least inspire you to think about solutions that will help. You create the look that you like enjoy your day. We'Ll see you soon on taz's wig closet at wig studio, one foreign

DeNora Kuschel: Taz, you are a wig magician! A great idea. I have had wispy bangs cut into all my lace fronts because I didn't feel the hairline looked natural. Or with some I have left out a few of my bio hair and blended it to make it appear more realistic. Love these tutorials, thank you

Mysta Chambers: Good morning Taz, thanks for sharing with us. I haven’t thought of doing this and absolutely love the idea!!! It really takes a wig and makes it more realistic . I definitely going to use this technique on some of my wigs. Have a fabulous Sunday. XXOO

Maria Hernly brown: Thank you Taz, I found this REALLY helpful. Quickly tried it without the spray as I was running out the door. Super easy, good results. Thanks again!

Stephanie Micus Adams: Love this. Can you make a video showing how you would cut the wispy hairs at the front to make them blend in? Thanks! Love you Taz! You are my fave for everything to do with wigs!

Save the Bees: Very cleaver, Ms. Taz! Always such useful tips for your peeps out here! TY Bunches

loves lazy lap cats: Thank you so much, Taz! I've seen too many photos of ladies wearing lace front wigs where the lace front is quite visible to me. That, of course, makes me worry that my lace front wigs are conspicuous. I never ever would have thought of this idea, but I love it!!! I really appreciate how much help you give us.

Nancy Taylor: Great tip Taz! I like that they don’t have to be cut. I would caution to not get too much silicone on the lace itself as it could potentially loosen the knots causing unnecessary shedding. I’ve never experienced this but I’ve seen warnings about using products that provide “slip” on hand tied wigs time & again Thanks

Charlene Stoudt: I do this with my lacefronts that have shorter bangs (4"-5"). I use a little rat tail comb, just across the very front, and bring some forward. I never throught to do it with longer bangs. I'll have to do some experimenting! Thanks for the idea

Sensationally Yours: FABULOUS inspiration, Taz! Maybe now I can fix those nasty seams from showing.

Tamra Boyd: Great idea. Looks so natural.

Miriam M: Taz, thanks for another great tip! I have several wigs that need this!!

Patty Carosi: This is so helpful Taz. Now I will have to try this.

Gerri Ripka: GENIUS!!! Thank you for sharing this great tip❤❤❤

Sherry Davis: Thank you, thankfor doing this video. That looks so natural! I'm definitely trying this.

Margaret Tassey: Thanks for this helpful tutorial, On my wigs, flyaways often volunteer for trimming.

Maria Daquila: Great job. I’m going to try this, Taz. Thank you for sharing

Mint: Hi Taz, that makes a real difference! ❤ Sharon xo

Susan Hojdik: This was very helpful. Thank you

Clara: I like this looks good Taz thanks

Cathy Olague: Wowie!! Great tip!! I have more trouble keeping the little fly aways out of my eyes! Some wigs, there are none and some I battle for the entire life of the wig. I wish I had your touch.

PJ Mundy: Man, I needed this video. THANKS!

MomoPlaysGames: Was thinking about this yesterday and you post a video....I'm dead. Thank you Taz!

Holly Gage: O my goodness. I had no idea wearing a wig could be so hard. I thought lace fronts were already supposed to be natural looking. I am still shopping. My natural hair is getting thin and these wigs look so thick and unnatural. I am confused.

Jackie Marsh: Wonderful Tip!! Thank You So Much!! Happy Sunday, Have a Delightful Day!......Love and Blessings Always Sweet Friend!!

Carol Serafin: Great tip!

Kimberlin Sprague: Thank you Taz

Michelle Diekman: Great tip

Holly House: Taz if you use a piece of elastic, like a wig melting piece, or a scarf really tight with some product just strap em down for awhile and its easy. you can do it on your wig head thingy. lol do you like my technical words?

Barbara: What channel do you sell your wigs on

Amy Rutherford-Close: ❤
