Installing Curly Pixie Cut Wig! Affordable Short Wig Ft. Joedir Lux *On Amazon* | Shanice J.

Uh, hey guys welcome back to my channel if you're new here my name is shanice. Welcome. I'Ve got this wig sent to me from jody air luxe here on amazon. They were kind enough to send this wig over to me for me to install and show you guys how i styled it so yeah if you're interested in seeing how i installed this hair and styled it then just continue watching. So once again, i got sent this wig from joe dear lux here on amazon. I'M gon na have all the information linked down below, so you guys can check it out if you're interested in purchasing it. So this wig is a pixie cut short curly wig. It doesn't come with like a 13x6 or 13x4 lace, just a little lace in the front, which i just showed you guys. So that was one thing: that kind of bothered me about the wig, but at the same time this isn't something that i would install for. A long time so it still worked out because you don't need that much lace for a pixie cut like it's cool. It was enough lace for me to just do the baby hairs and do all of that, so it all worked out in the end. So i already have my ball cap on and everything i'm applying the glue to the hairline. I didn't go into too much detail because i'm going to film a more detailed video on how i do my ball cap method and how i install my lace wigs also. I forgot to mention: i tried bleaching, the knots on the wig and it didn't really take to the bleach too well, but i just plucked the hairline a little bit and then i put my foundation on the lace and i think it looked pretty good once i Did that i was kind of nervous that the knots were going to show more than they are. They are showing a little bit, but it's not too bad. So once i do that, i'm spraying the lace with this black ebbin bonding spray, and this is just going to help the wig hold down a little bit better. Although the glue is good. I still go over with a layer of this just to make sure that the lace is really secure. So i don't have an overhead dryer. So when i tie on my lace, i'm going to use my blow dryer and just blow dry it on hot for like a good, 10 15 minutes, and then that should be good is um. So on camera it makes the lace look a little lighter than it actually looks in person, but that's probably because of the lighting and stuff like that, but i promise y'all. I don't look this like in person. You guys will see once the baby hairs and everything are finished. It doesn't look that light. So after i cut off the lace and started parting out the hair for my baby hairs, i realized that the wig does not look bad at all. I thought that it was going to look bad honestly, because the knots didn't bleach and all of that, but with the foundation on it and everything it looks pretty good to me. Yes, so i'm curling the baby hairs upwards before i lay them down and sculpt them and y'all know this just helps baby hairs to have like that little curl and they just mold better when you curl them before than just trying to do it on straight hair Or hair, that's like pressed out now, i'm going to use this black ebbin bond spray again and i'm going to be using it to lay down my baby hairs and sculpt them to get them. How i want them to look before i used to struggle you guys to lay my baby hairs down and make them look how i wanted, but i feel like i'm getting better, and i think that the curling iron, that i i don't think is the color. I think is a flat iron, the mini flat iron that i use now. I think that helps a lot in the way my baby hairs look is is so once i'm done, laying the baby hairs on i'm just going to tie them back down with the elastic band and then i'm going to spray the hair with water. I'M also going to apply mousse and some oil to it and then i'll get back on camera once my makeup and everything is done to talk to you guys in the end tell me so before we get to the outro. I just want to let you guys know that i did really like the wig at first. I was kind of iffy about it. I felt like it made me, look a little older, but overall it's a really nice wig, very affordable and, if you're into like shortcuts pixie cuts, i definitely recommend that you give it a try.
