Hey guys! So I've had the desire to want to try and make a u-part after the last install I had. I dyed the virgin hair which came in a natural 1b to a blue black and started sewing. Since it's my first one, I had some troubles with the fit, but practice makes perfect.

Honestly, the hair was so pretty that I could afford to make some errors on the construction. Also had some blending issues, but that'll get better with time. Ya'll already know im no guru, lol. Bare with me, I'm still learning!!

Thanks for watching, guys! Take care and stay blessed!

Hola ballpark, listen! That'S a google translator! Yeah! Like a billion years ago, the company av hair had um sent me some hair and I was going to review it, but I never got around to it, because life happened in art, so usually a blab for a good. Two three minutes before you talk about what the crap videos about. Sorry. Sorry, sorry, I talk a lot, I'm a talker, but no we're not doing that today we're going to go ahead and get right into this hair. So this air is Brazilian body wave in 20. Inches and I got it from ap hair, like I said, I've had it for over a year. I had never installed it. I never died. I didn't do anything to it. I kind of just washed it deep conditioned it sitting on some hangers and I'll. Really they put it in my closet in there, except so the last um protective style that I had was a someone, and I did it myself and I was very proud that I did it and it looked really nice and it held up very well. But I am still used to wigs because you can pull them off with end of the day if you feel like your hair needs to be D conditioned or you feel like. You want to wash your hair because you've been working out because I've been working out. Um, it's just easier to just go ahead and take it off. So the? U part wig intrigued me, but they scared me because I don't know how to do so. I would watch the videos and I went out and I got a wig cap and I got um what else. Oh, I got a horrible machine. Okay, so I wanted to do u part wig, so I went to Sally's. I got me one of these heads and I got this little wig stand head stand mannequins anyway, there's a hole. If you can see that right there and this slides through the hole - and I don't think it's supposed to be this loose um, but it's been used or maybe it can be - Oh okay, okay, I was wondering I was swapping the whole time I was summoning on, But anyway, they can be adjusted apparently and this little gadget um. I just hooked this pond to the edge of the table, so I have a firm base. I put my way cap over it um and then I kind of used a white eyeliner to make a? U part and where I wanted to stop sewing and then I just start from the base and I sewed up. I wish I don't wake up up here to show you what I mean, but just look up any YouTube video on how to make a? U part wig, and you will see, is a very, very simple thing to do. The only hard part I had was measuring, because I didn't know how you how right so I didn't really measure. I used a wig cap with the adjustable base and I started at the very bottom and I folded the hair over double. Let me show you I'm sorry. I don't know where anything is anyway, so the wig will be extra full. I folded the webs over and I sewed them, so it was like double the thickness and I did that all the way up to the top. And then when I got closer to the crown I used single web. So it wouldn't be so bulky not that it matters anyway, because this big is completely bulky. If you want to take it off, imma show you the inside of it. For some reason, I had a really hard time with blending my own hair and there's nothing to do with the texture of the hair and everything to do with how you do it is damn. I don't know how to lay my edges down anymore. I attached combs um from old wigs. You can get those wig clips um that they saw the beauty supply store. But for me the teeth are too small, too short, and I just don't like them. I, like the combs that come in a lot of glues, Bluest lace, wigs, so I always have a Glen wigs lying around. I don't wear them because they're probably dead. I just keep them just in case somebody needs it. Always somebody dressing up for some reason and they want to borrow a wig, and I have an extra weight form. Trust me, my wigs. I would have giveaways, but they don't last. I kill them all um. So anyway, these wigs have two combs. So I take the combs out and I attached them now - there's probably like combs from three different wigs in this uh. U part wig, and I didn't want to sew it on, because I found that after I took it off the mannequin, it was kind of heavy and I didn't want to cause any thinning or breakage or damage by sewing a very heavy. U part wig onto my own braids and I don't use um Kanekalon hair in my braids for my base to strengthen the face so whatever after I finished, sewing everything down on the cap. I just went and put some light curls in it, and I put these light curls in like two days ago. Um. This is how the hair looks, and it's so one thing is: I'm having a really tough time trying to blend my own here in because my stuff stuff working anybody happening really good edge control. Let me know because I've tried them all and I thought that the curls control paste was working, but clearly I put some on and my hair kinked up and I'm like that's the opposite of what you're supposed to do anyway. This is the hair. Oh and another thing um, the wig cap that I used was mighty big. So this week is not really fitting to my head, but it doesn't matter because the hair is so pretty right doesn't matter if the wig fits you make it fit. Okay. So here's a little bit a better idea about the leave out and you can close it up or make it wider, however, to suit your needs. This is how she looks on my mannequin. Her name is Madonna and so um if I eat wave hands out so as you can see, it is a big old hodgepodge of combs and whatnot um. This is the wig cap I used. I use the adjustable one. I wound up cutting the bottom of this wig cap off, just because it was just too much like. I said this wig is way too big. I'M gon na have to adjust it, but I just want to show you the combs. Oh look, there's a bad poppy. Um, I just want to show you the combs that I use and I got all these combs from various wigs. But then these are the size combs that I feel a lot more comfortable with putting in my hair, as opposed to a little small little snap-on wig caps. But up this is there's another box pen, but this is how it looks. Okay and it's pretty heavy I'd, say it probably weighs up probably weighs a pound. I used all three bundles of the brazillian body wave it curled so beautifully. This hair is amazing. So that's why I really want to get my wig right, because I have a feeling that I'm going to be wearing the mess out of this hair. But anyway, I just want to show you guys that, like rudimentary my first time doing it, if I can do it, then you guys can do it for realsies cuz uh. I am no seamstress and you got to know when you come up to here to make things flat and the beers are all sticking out, and you know the more I make them the better. I think I'll get at them, but I just want to show you how this turned out doing actual. You part way, probably took me a little bit over an hour because got getting distracted, kept one to get up and didn't know that the thing was adjustable. So I was having trouble fighting with that, but I think I really do prefer you part wigs over some ones, because you can remove them. If you want to, you can take the whole thing off and dye it and put that on so there you go. I just want to make a video real, quick before I destroyed this thing cuz. I have to adjust it because it's too big, so I have to go in or go to remove some layers and I got to add some more combs and before I do all that, I want to make a video. While it looks nice and pretty just in case, things go south, but uh. Thank you for watching my video and I will talk to guys later. My you

I know, gross, right? Moichepit: I find it that the CURLS passion fruit has more hold than the blueberry, however I am also hoping that they are not messing with the original formula. Another thing that I noticed is that though it plays well with other products, I get the best hold from the above product when my edges has no water based product (or non at all) because my hair produces a fair amount of natural oil and the product has moisture enough. :) I plan to try others and if I find one that is upto part with curls and cheap... I'll holla! :D

jaellison90ify: Why are you so flawless to me!!! I just love you!

Pierre Roberge: Olive oil Edge control followed with Gorilla Snot (Moco de Gorila) works for me :)

Rae: how long does the hair stay looking nice? before you have to make a new wig?

Olivia: Your so beautiful :) I have a few questions. Does a u-part wig perseve bundles of hair longer? I did my own sew in with the most gorgeous wavy curly hair, however sadly it's shedding a shrinking because of the tangling! I don't know if it's my sew in or the hair but, I want to try a u-part wig to perseve the hair and make it last longer without tangling or shedding. Please let me know :)
