Start To Finish Water Wave 4X4 Closure Wig Install | Beginner Friendly

All right so we're about to get into this install like i'm about to show y'all how i install my wigs like y'all know i do my own hair. I don't let nobody else touch my head, i'm used to installing my own wigs, but i mean i'm not a pro at it, and this is my first time showing y'all. You know the process, so please sit tight, watch the video and, let's get into it. Alright. So this is like my first time ever, showing y'all how i install my wigs like yes, i look a mess um. No, i am not a professional. You know you always got ta. Let people know you're, not a professional um, but i do my own hair. I don't let nobody touch my head, but me and i'm just showing y'all how i basically do my own stuff. You feel me but yeah, let's get into this, i'm gon na show y'all all the things that i use, while installing my wig um. First starters: we have the wig the wig itself. That'S the insta. It'S water wave a 18 inch water wave, 4x4 closure wig. Then we have our. I don't know if y'all can see that, but this is my lace glue uh. I got this from a small business. Called jazzy. Lace comes in handy. This is my: what's this called a hair wax thick. I also got this from another small business called bougie fantasies love it um, i'm gon na be using my lace tint. Yes, it's dark because i'm dark skinned might not look like it in this light, but i'm a little dark skinned. So here's my lace, tint, i use spritz a lot of people use got to be a spray when they're installing their wig and stuff. Like that. I use spritz because it dries quicker and actually holds longer. Surprisingly, yes, i use the regular old decolor spritz and then i have a wide tooth comb, hair clipped air clip a little rag to tie down my lace and my hot comb. This is the andes, hot comb y'all you just plug this in and it's really the best, the ultimate best. Oh, i am missing something my makeup and my little makeup to brush my cap and my hair with for my lace with not my hair, but the lace. Alright, so to get this started, let me get some of this makeup out all right, so boom yeah. I look a mess, but i already have my cap on. I usually don't wear a cap, but i am today um we're just gon na start by spraying. The cap down, i forgot to grab my blow dryer because i really don't need it for nothing else, but to blow dry the cap so yeah. Let me go get that and in the meantime, i'm not really going to talk that much through the video like y'all. Just about to watch me install my wig, yes, i look like a mess again, but we got the cap on there um now we're just about to get our makeup and put it across the cap. I usually just do the front where the lace is going to be. In my part, y'all probably can't see like my lighting, is so freaking bad, like it's so bright in my bathroom, but i don't even know how to like fix this to be honest with y'all, but i hope y'all. I hope y'all can see that i got my makeup on my cap and now i'm about to put it on my lace. If i could get some on here, i'm running out, that's why i can't use the little squirter part, but we're just gon na put. Oh, i think that was like too much can always be fixed, all right, so boom makeup on cap makeup on frontal, which really is my closure, but you know you know how they go. One leg, y'all y'all know that tastes like i'm referencing. You know exactly which tick tock. That is all right. Let me put the rest of this makeup on boom: hey y'all, i'm so glad. I know how to do my own hair, like no joke, so so freaking glad because honey y'all charge too much, and then i work 24. 7.. I work a regular eight to five, so it's like. I never really have time to schedule people anyway in order to get my hair done, so i basically have to do it myself either way. Go all right. Let me move some stuff out the way y'all got to put that in there all right, we're going to go ahead and turn the hot comb on start, getting that heated up and boom. Ah, what was i about to say? I sold elastic band into my wig cap because the wig caps are usually like a little bit too big for my head. I have a small head, might not look like it, but i have a small head, so i sew the elastic band in and we're just going to pull this sucker on this already blends, like into my skin, so effortlessly, look at me trying to use big words And stuff, but this looks this looks amazing and it's not even it's not even styled yet. Oh all right, i know i told y'all. I wasn't gon na talk to the rest of this video but uh, i'm literally steady talking. Why i don't know, i guess some people like to listen to this tutorial, instead of just watching the tutorial, because listening like people explaining what they're doing can sometimes help other people other than just just watching. Like me, i'm a i could watch and learn, but some people they want to hear and see at the same time so like they can know what i'm doing. What stuff is next stuff like that, but, as you can see, we have our cap down um. I already pre-plucked again, i don't know if y'all can see this because of my lighting, but i already pre-plucked this wig and i'm gon na. Do it in the middle part like look at that it's already blending like you can't even like it looks like my real hair already already like again, i am not a pro at this, like i learned something new every time i install my wigs - and this looks Like it's about to be like one of my best installs, so first thing we're gon na do before we glue down the lace i'm debating. If i want baby hairs or not so i don't know, i don't know, should i do baby hairs, i might do just the little ones on the side. Not everybody is a baby hair. Pro me myself and i i know for a fact that i am not a baby hair pro. That'S why i try to steer clear of them. Every chance i get. I might just do just to you know like the little ones on the side. Like most people, do i don't know, i'm really trying to see how this is gon na work? Okay, i think i got what i want. I think i got what i want it's not much, but it's something. Okay. You know this is a little difficult, you're not even allowed see it's very difficult, especially with curly hair like this hair be everywhere. That'S why i got my little clip comes in handy now to get these baby hairs together. Let'S see, i think this is good from here. Don'T know if y'all could see that very well, but i don't want a lot of baby hairs. I just want a little something just to be there now. This is where i go in with my look. I got hair stuck all on it, but this is where i go in with my wax stick to move the hair back from the baby hairs again before we glue it down and go in with the hot comb. Oh and be careful, you will burn yourself if you're, not careful, i do it all the time my forehead already burnt up and i'm still burning myself and i'm just gon na push this back with my hot comb. So i got ta push back enough to where i can lay my scarf down and you know melt this lace, baby melt it to the gods like hold on look at that. I can't really see in my camera. I hope y'all can, but i'm loving it already. I really need to stop smacking my lips too. Don'T i it's a habit. Let me go ahead and get this back kind of flatten out, because curly hair is sometimes tough to work with, like for real for real okay, so got our baby hairs uh. I have a little clip somewheres somewhere, don't know where i put it, but i'ma just you know twist the baby hairs then we're gon na you know i do need that clip y'all. Give me one. Second, okay! I got it okay. So let me shake up this glue. I already know where to lay it hold on some people. They put the dots on their forehead me just to make it easier. I go ahead and just boom slide it where it needs to be slid. So i know where to lay my lace. Yes, i have a big forehead, so i'm only gon na do like two layers or so two or three, because i'm the type of person that likes to take my wig off after, like a day or two. Maybe two three days and like redo it just so it will stay fresh ish, freshish, fresh, fresh ish, fresh y'all y'all get i'm trying to say, but i had my blow dryer in here, but it was all in the way. So we just gone. I look so bald, like i like this cap real well too, but i look so bold, i'm just going to let that dry. Oh, this hot comb is smoking all right, like okay, so about to do the second layer already as long as your first layer is clear, you are basically good to go. You know you don't have to wait until it fully dries at all and, to be honest, i think i'm just gon na do two layers, because i don't feel like waiting for all this to dry. It'S all still gon na stick. It'S all still gon na be laid because this glue is the truth. Again i got it uh from jazzy lace. I guess i think y'all can find her on instagram.
