Welcome back, ladies, we have another unit from hair given hair. This is the embrace my coily life wig. This hair will fool your mother, i'm serious. Okay: let's go ahead and unbox her as you can see, hair given hair comes in very beautiful packaging, very professional, very nice, very luxurious packaging. So we have a sturdy box here, very matte black box with the gold lettering, and you can see they have the social media websites on the back. There'S a beautiful ribbon that comes off. It'S all in the details. Just look at that. Even the logo is on the ribbon. The box opens easily and voila. We have our black paper tissue. So first thing you will see. Is the hair, of course, and we're gon na put her to the side for a minute included? Is this paper scroll that was neatly tied in a bow? It has the list of all the natural hair, queens and all the products from the previous year. So a lot of these, ladies are people. You'Ve seen here on youtube included, is also a satin like black bag drawstring bag, where you can keep the wig and some of your hair styling tools. They also include a wig instruction book. It'S a very informative, very detailed, wig instruction book, which i'm sure you will find helpful. Hair given hair is definitely a quality investment. It would make a great gift for yourself or for someone special okay. So the wig comes in a long plastic bag and they include extra wig combs and a description of the hair 3c4a 18 inches. They also include two wig caps, which you can use if you want, but you don't have to. Let'S pull her out and show you the wig construction, it's beautiful right out the bag. It'S in this protective netting. You can see the texture, and the first thing you notice, of course, is the lace, the swiss lace very beautiful. Look at that texture. They also include an adjustable elastic band, which is not always found on all the wigs. Sometimes you have to attach it yourself. Just look at that texture in the ombre. Okay, look at this hairline. It is pre-plucked. It is very natural. Look at the parting. You can wear this parting either as a center part or as a side part. The lace extends 13 inches all the way down to your ears, and it's one inch wide in the back. You won't see any lace. So, let's take a closer look at that swiss lace. Just look at the parting, how natural it looks when i pull it against my skin. If you want to, you can bleach it, but you don't have to. I honestly think you can wear it without bleaching. Now this is uh the wig flipped inside out. You can see it's a teapart area where the laces a very sort of narrow, one-inch area to part, which is what makes this wig a little bit more affordable. So if you want a larger area of lace, it usually would cost more now look at the quality construction you can see. There are combs in the back and on the side. By the way, this is a medium sized cap so make sure you get the right size when ordering and if in doubt i suggest size up okay, so, as you can see, there are built-in straps. These look like bra straps almost, but they allow you to wear the wig snug if you really want to, and if you don't want to wear, you know the combs okay, this is she basic. This is how i like to start my videos, so you can see what i look like before makeup and hair. Alright, i'm using a wig cap and let's try on this wig. I am super excited. This is literally my first time putting it on i'm going to be using the adjustable elastic band and popping it right on so no styling, yet no washing. Yet this is what she looks like. So i'm just going to use the little comb in the back and kind of secure that into my braids or literally right, underneath the wig cap alright. So this is what we're working with now. As you can see, i have not done anything. This is exactly what it looks like right out the box and i'm really liking that lace. It really looks invisible like look at that. Okay! Look at that parting, so i know you can see the wig cap, but we're gon na fix that and because my hairline is pretty low, i'm planning to wear this glueless alright. So we have washed and conditioned the hair look at those curls. They are popping. They are juicy. This is giving me janet jackson, vibes back in the 90s, so here's the hair, it's almost dry a little damp, but it looks good alright. So i'm taking my scarf off after setting my edges, which you really don't have to do if you're wearing natural textured hair, i'm also cutting off the lace, as you can see, because i'm not planning to wear this with any glue now, if you're wearing glue, i Suggest you don't cut the lace until after it's on your head, i'm also adding powder which is optional. Okay, let's pop her on now. This is what it looks like when the hair is below my hairline. It didn't look good not to me, so that's why i'm pushing it behind my hairline, so this is a hack for all the low forehead people like myself or little forehead people. So let's work on that parting. So this is what i do to make it look more natural make sure my parting, my natural parting, aligns with the parting on the wig, i'm also preferring when the parting is a little bit more jagged, and it gives me a more natural look. That'S just my preference, so i don't like a perfect line and then over on the sides where the wig might lift i'm going to pull out a few strands of hair. And i like to do this because it also helps to camouflage the lace a little bit. You'Ll see, of course, you have a comb to help secure the side of the wig, but you can also use bobby pins, and i also use that to help give me that kind of tuck and roll on the side. You might get these sort of straggly ends. Don'T be afraid to go ahead and just trim them, and this wig is really in a nice shape. So i don't really need to do too much. Cutting i'm just really cutting a few strands in the front. What i call little wispies so they're a little longer than what you call baby hair. Because again my hairline is showing i just like these sort of short pieces and then i kind of tuck them behind my ear and that just helps to mask the lace again. So it just makes it super natural, but again this wig is already in a nice shape. You really don't have to do too much see and there you go. That'S the first kind of basic look. Now you want to elevate this a little bit more. So it looks more natural, get you a hot comb. They literally cost what less than twenty dollars at my beauty shop and i just apply it to the corner of the parting. So i don't go too far, just kind of in a triangular area near the parting and it just sort of flattens it down and blends a little better with my edges. It just you know, adds to that realness now for the parting. Also, i go in with a little concealer and i extend the parting and then i go in with some black eyeshadow flanking the wig and my hairline, so that it creates a more natural density, and that's it that's it. So this is a look pull to the side for the next look, i'm doing a flat twist and then going into a two strand twist so make sure you check out hair given hair on the web. I will leave everything in the description box. All the links. Look how natural this hair looks just look, how beautiful this hair looks in a twist. This would make a really beautiful twist out or braid out if you wanted, so i'm just pulling both sides both side twists to the back and that's a look make sure. I pull out my little wispies as i call them to camouflage the lace and then yeah voila just pin it to the back and it really looks cute see. I literally could step out just like this, and you know what feel confident. Okay, so i'm just undoing the twist - and i just want you to see the texture once i undo the twist - it kind of loosens the curl pattern, and i actually like this because it also gives me a very natural. You know very, very natural look. But if you prefer, you know a more defined curls, then all you'll have to do is wet the hair and i'll show you later so here i'm just going to do a ponytail, simple, ponytail, low ponytail and i think it looks super natural. I, like the idea of side bangs, so, instead of just leaving it loose, i decided to twist it and pull it to the back voila there. She goes, and i think like that is a really natural. Looking ponytail - and i wanted you to see what the hair looks like in black just so you can appreciate the color, because i haven't talked much about the color of this hair. It'S really gorgeous. I absolutely love it for fall for winter for summer for spring. It is just so rich and luxurious so here i'm trying to define the curls wetting it so excuse the water on my sweater, but yeah. Look how the curls come right back now, if you like, really big hair, because this is a lot of hair already right. But if you like big big hair, then you can go ahead and comb. It out just use a wide tooth comb and start at the ends, and you can see how big this hair will get. Now i wanted to see what would happen if i applied heat to this hair and to see how long this hair would look as you can see, and i didn't want it bone straight - i just wanted you know for it to look like a blowout. Just look at the difference, i don't suggest you apply heat too often to this hair, because you don't want to change the texture too much, but i just wanted you to see that you have options. Look at that. It looks like my natural hair with some color in a blowout, okay, let's curl it, let's curl it, let's see what we're working with. But again i would avoid adding too much heat to this hair, because you really don't want to change the texture too much, but i just want you to see that you again have options and this hair is versatile. Look at that! Look at that. So if you have natural hair, this is a great option or if you just want to see what natural hair would look like on you. This is a great option, so this is the next day and she is feeling beautiful in my big fluffy curls that look like, i have blown out hair growing straight from my scalp.
