Curly Human Hair Headband Wig! | Sara | + How Does She Compare To Mfw Destiny? | Ft. Ywigs

Um, this hey guys welcome back to my channel. It is britney. So in today's video i have another human hair, headband wig now i have reviewed a lot of them, but this is the more affordable version here that i have for you guys today, um when i first dropped. My first headband human hair, headband, half half wig video at the beginning of july. It was like a lot of people not feeling the price, but of course, every time you do something popular in the wig community, with wig makers and stuff, there's always going to be. Like a more budget, one that comes out eventually and that's what we have today, so today's video is brought to you by y wigs and i'm gon na be reviewing their headband half wig in the style. Sarah um here are the specs, it's 20 to 22 inches 150 density. The hair texture is curly um, the hair color is a natural color and the cap size is averaged so um and if you use the coupon code, brittany um at checkout you'll get a percentage off yeah. So, with all of my specs, this week is 230, which is still on the more expensive side um. So if that's still out of your budget by now, i do have a. I do. Have a synthetic headband with half wigs video that you can watch if you're looking for something even more budget friendly but they're going to be synthetic. So just watch that video, if this is still out of your price range. So, in comparison to my first week's destiny, which is also curly uh, this week is probably forty to fifty dollars cheaper, so they are going. These wigs are going to be less expensive and i'm trying to see what is the diff, the difference between the ones that i got from my first wig and everything. So when i'm looking at the specs and on their website, they only have one cap size, which is average. If that's not a big deal and you have like a regular average size head, then that's fine, but if your head is petite or bigger, you only have this average cap to choose from and yeah other than that it seems like it's pretty similar. So these curls are super defined. I have not washed this yet, but you can wash them before you wear it. So i have my she is bomb edge control here and i'm gon na go ahead and put this on my edges and i do this in every video, but that's the um. Lately, that's the edge control i've been using and i think it works really well um for my hair for my hair texture, all right, so i'm gon na put it on i'm going to put my combs in here. I just put the combs in on the sides. I don't put them in the middle. I have like some breakage or thinning areas at the crown of my head and i don't like a lot of tension up there. Okay, so after you get that you have the velcro side and you just snap it in the back okay. So what am i noticing about this hair here? Um, i feel like the curls are super shiny. I am going to take some of the aunt jackie's quench moisture, intensive, leave-in conditioner, and i'm going to put that in the hair and use my demon style brush to to distribute the rest of it through it. So this is the first time i've experienced this with the headband wigs. This one has short little. I don't even think y'all can see it, but it has short little like flyaways up here. That might not be a big issue to some people, but i'm just showing you guys that, just in case you wanted to know that okay, so this is what it's looking like from the back i mean even with the short hairs. This is still cute um. It does look, i don't know if it's my hair today, my hair is pretty flat up top, but it looks like super flat up here. This one needs some volume i'm going to try. It won't try it on with some headbands that they sent and see how it looks so. Here'S the first one this is a beautiful headband olive green with some florals on there, virtually straight until you get like lower on the hair. So that means the root part. Is more it's like super flat up here and you do want some flatness, because you don't want a bulky wig, but just seems like it needs some more volume, so, okay, something that i want to call attention to that. I don't like about this particular wig. Although the volume is down here and not so much up here again, i do like my wigs to be flat, but not there's a difference between bulk and volume. This needs more volume up here, and this is virtually dry. This is like 90 percent dry, so i will say i like that more about um destiny, but this is still cute. It'S just a little bit too flat at the top. Let'S just do a low pony. I usually don't do, though, let's change the vibe all right guys. So i have the wig in a low pony and i changed out my earrings to the statement earrings that i got from rainbow and i think this looks very sophisticated and posh and lively with all the colors. I don't think i usually wear my wigs in a low pony. I usually go a top bun and i think this is cute. So, let's get into the pros and the cons of this wig um the pros with this wig. I i like it for the reasons i like all headband, half wigs. They are very convenient. You don't have any lace to cut. You don't have to fool with got to be glued or glue in general um. You don't have to worry about going outside in your lace, looking bad in the sunlight, because you're either ha you either have it covered with the headband completely or you have your own hairline out, and i was talking to um makeup by dr mara in my dms And stuff - and we were like it's hard - you can't clock your own hairline, because you can clock somebody's lace, but you can't clock your own hairline um. So for those reasons i do like this wig and the longer parts of it like the end parts. The curl pattern is very beautiful, so convenience and all of that and it's human, so it's going to last longer than a synthetic half wig, depending on how you take care of it. But if you watch my synthetic half week video, i talked all about that in that video definitely watch that yeah, but for as far as the cons um, i do feel like at the root. It is different from my first week's destiny. I feel like this is not all the way curled from the root um. I feel like it's straight for about three inches, three or four inches, and then it gets into the curl. So i'm not really feeling that it does have some flyaways up here with the construction of it. I didn't have that with uh destiny. I do feel like just because it looks the same like the wig is a curly human hair, wig um, yeah they're not created equal, like all of them, are not created equal and i'm starting to see that. But this is a cute look and it is about 40 to 50, cheaper than if you went with destiny for my first wig, i'm not knocking either way whatever is best for your budget or whatever. You choose it's up to you, um, because this gives a very cute look. It just has some some cons to it that i have noticed in comparison to destiny, of which i've already tried and worn out a lot, but this is cute with this little pony y'all. I love headband weeks in general, nowadays, the human heroines and i'm more adventurous with the styles, because i know my natural hairline is is gon na be out, so it already automatically looks pretty natural but um yeah. I would prefer something with a a bit more of a kinkier texture, because this is a silky curl and destiny was a silky curl, but it wasn't this silky. So keep those things in mind before you decide to purchase this wig so weigh those pros and cons in comparison to the other headband.
