I don't know friends, i might lost my mind on this one. Okay, curls queen hit me up. They said you wan na. Do a video i'm like okay cool. They say you wan na. Try these. I tips, i'm like okay cool. I don't even know what i was getting myself into, but girl. Let me tell you i found out all right, so this is the finished look. It looks beautiful, but trust me this is a trust. The process, video, okay, like trust the process. So this is how um the package came in this gold, satin bag and the gold satin bag was a gold satin bonnet and in the gold satin bonnet. I had clips a comb, velcro strips a brush um this tool bag, and then these two utensils these pliers and these beads for the eye tips. I got 300 grams of the water, jerry curly texture in 22 inches. I decided to do 300 grams because i have really thick hair and um. I just needed to really give what i needed to give so yeah the hair came beautifully, um well packaged. I went ahead and just washed it. It definitely could use like a delicate wash cycle like i don't have no smells or nothing. I was in the vigorous okay. I used some tgin shampoo and conditioner, but i was on a vigorous wash cycle. It was heavy duty and i didn't have to do all of this, then i tip started falling out the little bundle and it was messing with my ocd, so just be gentle on these because they don't really require much um, but after i wash them. I went ahead and made myself some conditioner water, because my friend asia recommended it. She was like just sit them in some conditioner water, and so we just soaked them in some conditioner for a little while and um after that, we wrung them out and then we hung them to dry. So my lovely friend asia decided that she wanted to be brave enough to help me. Do this hairstyle and there she is so we took out that crusty dusty bun. I had she washed my hair. Oh i love getting my hair washed. I love getting my hair. I love a sweet. I love a sweet, it's so cozy, so she just washed my hair um. With that same shampoo and conditioner, she pinned my hair up. She did one eye tip, we looked at it and i looked over my stinker pot and she was sleepy. Yes, i said friend: go ahead, go home, take a nap, so friend went home taking that we moved his whole operation to the morning into my house. I started off by parting, my hair in four sections, because i watched a couple youtube videos. You know what i'm saying bamboo and then i took the perimeter. I like parted out the perimeter of my hair and um. I just braid it all around. I realize, like the foundation, is really really important with this hairstyle, because in order to try to keep it clean, you got ta got ta, try to keep it as neat as possible, and then i also did a braid on the is that my crown. So i could do a half up half down if i wanted to so i went ahead and defined each section. Each section before i started um y'all know my hair is the thick okay um. So yeah here are the eye tips. I went ahead and since i had 300 pieces - and i had four sections - i like divided it up, and so i made sure i counted them out and i had like 75 pieces per section just to make sure i wouldn't run out um so girl. I just got to installing all right. I actually went to go pick up my baby from daycare just like this yeah yeah, deep regret, deep, deep regret, but it's okay come this far. Now i can't turn back then my beautiful friend tatiana came to put me on my misery and she did the whole back for me because baby, i could not see that back and i was going to take it was going to it. Took me four hours just to do that one section, so you gon na need some help. Okay, so she came through save the day um i would have went to a stylist, but i couldn't find nobody out here to do eye tips in the time frame that i needed to do them. So i just went ahead and did it myself so now i'm doing a braid down the middle just in case i want to do a middle part, so go ahead and like saving that leave out now. These are the this is a hack, okay right here, you load all of those up and then that's kind of how you can get through it quicker. So now i'm going to actually show you how i did it keep in mind that i am not a professional y'all know. I love to diy something. So what i'm doing right now is parting, my hair, because my hair is so thick that i couldn't i tip every strand of hair. I heard you're not supposed to do that. Anyway. Look, i heard youtube okay, um, but yeah. So i part um a whole entire section in between each tip. If that makes sense - and you just take the bead and you put the bead on the strip of hair and then you take the eye tip and you slip it in there and then you tighten it, you want to tighten it firm, but not tight, and i Don'T put it too close to the root either and then that's it and you just keep going now. The tricky part is some pieces are bigger than the other and then others like sometimes you'll, get like a bigger chunk of your hair and a smaller eye tip and that'll work. But if you have a big chunk of hair and a big eye tip, it's not going to work because these beads they're so small that like it, only allows for like a couple strands of hair to like really like slide through it with it. You get what i'm saying so, if you have thick hair you're going to need more eye tips, so i go through - and this is what i mean by this is a hack tatiana, actually taught me this um. I just will section each off each little strand of hair that i'm doing and then um put a bead on each of them and then i'll go through and i'll slide. The eye tip clamp. It slide that tip clamp, it slide out, tip, clamp it and so on. Y'All get what i'm saying. Sometimes they slip out y'all see i had to take them nails off and get my nails on. Y'All see. I started off the video with um them long nails. I had to take my nails off and go get them done like this in order to do this, video because them long nails, i is not gon na cut it with these little beads and it just wasn't going to do it so overall, this hairstyle probably took Me about 12 hours to do um. I started at 11 and i finished at about 11 o'clock 12 o'clock at night um that was with breaks. You know things like that, but i think that like, if you just had somebody with you, maybe this style could take. You know maybe four or five hours but um. I don't know if i would do this again at home. It'S definitely like a thrifty option. You know if you don't want to like break the bank, but you want this the the effect you know you want the microlinks um, but i don't know y'all doing this at home. I don't know my arms were tired. My neck was hurting my neck. My back everything was on fire girl. Oh my gosh, but i came this far. I couldn't turn back okay, so now that side is done, and i would just use my spray bottle and every time i finish, i just like the satisfaction of just you know it all together, seeing how it blend, which it doesn't really like it blends, like the Texture blends, but i have to get a haircut so there's gon na be a part two to this video, because the way i'm gon na haircut, like i'm gon na layer, this haircut, it's going to look like an afro. So that way, like my hair, is the shortest hair at the top and then um i'm going to get it layered. You guys get what i'm saying so it looks like afro. I got to find somebody to cut my hair first. That'S why i just kind of put it up in a bun but um that was my initial plan, so yeah that'll definitely be a part two, because i don't want to keep wearing this bun up. The button is cute, but you guys see what i'm saying like. If i had it layer and cut that it would just look so much better and i just wore it like an afro like in front of my face, i think that would really give so you could do this half up half down um. You could do a middle part um if your hair is as thick as mine, uh, you're gon na need to need some more eye tips or something because um or a haircut you're gon na need more eye tips. You'Re gon na need a haircut and i need a haircut so i'm gon na cut these um. So i just used some got to be glue and put a hair tie around it. A big one like a big headband hair tie um and then put it in. Like this, the messy loose bun, i think it came out so cute, like everybody thinks this is my hair and it's not. It looks just like my hair, though like it's given 2016 2017 jayla, like that's what it's given to me. I love it bobby pins and pieces. You know what i'm saying got to them. Edges y'all know i love edge. I'M feeling like i should have lashes on with this look like. Should i go get my lashes on y'all because, like i like the natural, i don't know just when i'm gon na get tired of it, but i think that i might i might. I might want some lashes with this look. This might be my go-to for the summertime as soon as i get this haircut when i do this part too y'all just wait: i've seen the girls getting them straight, they would get curly, clip-ins or curly micro links and they would straighten them. I don't want to wear mine straight because i don't want to damage my curls, so i'm like i'm going to just wear mine curly. Why ain't? Nobody wearing them curly like an afro, got into the edges real, quick, and that is the finished result. I showed y'all the back everything it looks, so everybody thought it was my real hair. This whole time i had it, everybody think it's mine, i love it. I think it's so cute kind of stuck with the bun. For now, until i get this hair layer um, maybe you can kind of avoid that. Maybe if you get different lengths, you know 100 grams and like a short length and that's what i should have did like going back. I would have got like a shorter length. So i could just install um them kind of in, like you know, rows and layers and stuff, but yeah that is the finished product. I told y'all trust the process. All right. I will see y'all in my next video thanks for watching love, y'all bye, you
