Quick And Easy Half Up Half Down Hair Tutorial Using A U-Part Wig!

And welcome back to my channel so we're just going to jump right on into the stair tutorial. So what you see me doing here right now, as I'm taking my new part wig and I'm kind of just mapping out where I want my cops not by them to be once I figure out that position, I'm just going to go in with my tail comb And part that section of times perfecting it a bit, you want to make sure you section out enough hair that you're gon na have here to cover over the u-part wig and still enough hair to go up in the ponytail for the bun. Now, with my wide tooth comb, I'm just going to go in and comb out my hair, I did have it previously braided from washing my hair, so my coconut oil was all up in there and all that good stuff. Now I'm just using my charcoal and I'm using the tail end of that part to just part out where I'm going to put my anchor braid. So your anchor braid is where you're going to clip in or sew your. U part wig on to for this look and when I do my anchor braid only braid out a bit and I always twist out the rest of the end, because the braid is so small. I just don't want to have to deal with pull out a breed. That'S is that fine, so the same thing I did on that side, I'm going to do on the opposing side and just create another little anchor braid. Now I only do a Negra braid at the temple at the temples of my forehead of my head. So I don't do one in the middle in the back, even though my wig has three clips in there. I just don't feel the need to do it now, I'm just going to go ahead and start parting out the braid two sections for the braids underneath the way. Now, as you can see my kitchen sink, I already have the back braided going horizontally, because that's where I have my undercut - that's still growing out for the other braids, I'm invert braiding them. So I'm doing like a true French braid so that this way they stay really nice and flat, and I can get away with doing much bigger braids. Also it's not harsh on my edges, so it doesn't pull it to any tension on my edges. My edges are just chilling cooling and my braid is nice and flat. So now I'll be so, my wig goes on like it's not going to be no lumps in front it's just gon na lay real smooth. So, as you can see, I'm only going to do three big braids underneath on u-part wig, and this method works for, like even if you're, just doing your regular youth power or you're, even putting on a wig with a closure or way with a frontal. The inverted braids just doing them big, it just saves you time and it keeps your hair a little bit more tucked and protected. In my opinion, numbers going in and I'm doing these third grade and then I'm going to come together and braid all three of them down. So this way I don't have any loose ends. Sticking out underneath my way. Once that's done now, I'm going to focus on the top section, so I'm just going to go in with my soak my soak elements - heat protectant spray, I'm just going to spritz that over that area and why to comb it out and then I'm going to go In and blow dry it out, I'm just go drying it out. So this way here is smoother. It'S just an easier way for me to flat iron. The leave out part - and I don't know I personally just like a little - how the area that I'm going to slick because it just helps it to lay flatter with minimal amount of product so before part of the leave Ultima over the you part ways. Of course, I'm going to put on my wig so, as you can see, I'm clipping in one clipping in two and then clipping in the middle three and boom the hairstyles. Basically almost done now. For me, I have two mirrors in my values. I can see the front and the back, and that's just what I do, but of course you can eyeball it and then always use a handheld mirror above to perfect out your part. Once I've gone ahead and parted out everything that's going to cover over my wig. Now I'm going to focus on slipping slicking up the part for my topknot button sum, of course, just using my gorillas snot and I can to edge control. You guys know the essentials and, of course, good, auto bristle brush so interesting in doing here is I'm just pulling out my little baby hairs because I do slip them down properly after and you'll see later in the video I tried doing it on camera, for you Guys - and I just could not get it together so eventually, I will do tutorial on how I stuck up my baby hairs, but it'll be pretty self-explanatory. Once you see it, and so I'm going in with a little bit edge control around the parameter of where I'm going to slick up, for my tops, not fun. I'M of course I've already done a tutorial on this top, not fun. I will link it down below. So when I did my cash doll inspired by the exact same method that I used to slick, my hair is the exact same as that I use for right now. If the exact same technique, I'm going to use to wrap the bun, but just based off of popular different and request, I am, of course show you guys how I do it again and with a little dime size of gel, just go in and reinforce that edge Control and I'm using a good old, the scrunchie and my slick is complete and then of course, you're just going to break down your end and tuck it away. So now I'm just going to go in and flat iron. My leaves out after I flat iron. My leave out to go over my wings, I'm going to attempt to show you guys how I do my edges and that's kind of going to be a crushing, perfect and fYI. There'S honestly, like a minimal amount of hair, that's left out for my leave out. So, if not like, I'm here putting heat on a ton of my hair, so in a sense this is a really quick cool fun, little protective style. I mean I wouldn't recommend it for um like a full week of doing it, because you don't want to keep flying in your hair, and here is the like super failed attempt. I'M gon na show you guys how I sleep my baby. Here'S a camera, but once I select my baby hair is down, I will go in with a black strip, lay them flat. While I do my bun yeah, like I was saying this hairstyle is: it's still a really cute quick, protective style um. If you ever like want to go out to a function or you got ta go to like a nice little dinner, you want something really cute. This is a really quick, easy style. The time lapse. This hair stop probably took me about 20 25 minutes from start to finish, and as you see, I'm just here wrap in my topknot bun. So all I do is, I rotate the hair into a twist and tuck under each time I go around, like I said, I will link a video, that's a little bit more detailed and descriptive on how exactly I do this bun and it will be down below In the description box and there you have it folks, that's it wan na add some bobby pins. Just your reinforcements, of course put one at the top for stability, and you are ready to rock and roll with your half up half down hairstyle.
