4 Ways To Wear A 5X5 Closure And Define Curly Hair

Here are 4 ways I like to wear a 5x5 closure and how I define my curly hair textures. I normally use the LOC method when defining curly hair, but for this video I did the hot oil treatment, so I did not need the extra products. Although a 5x5 closure is smaller than a lace frontal you can still wear different styles. I came up with 4 ways to wear a closure with it off the face (you can also just do a middle part), a right side part, left sided part and a top bun, which is similar to the half up half down style

What do grandma gang welcome back. I have big ex to do a video showing the different ways that you can wear a five by five lace. Closure y'all know that's pretty much all I wear nowadays, so I decided to go ahead and do this video, showing you guys all the way you can do a left side, part right side, part slightly in the middle middle. You could do a top bun and the rest down so many different things that you could do so I try to do as many as possible within this video. So this is the bad suit curly texture I just did the hot oil treatment method and then once it was dry, I took my wet brush and I kind of brushed everything out. So I'm going to pretty much moisturizes here, you guys know anytime you're dealing with curly hair. It looks frizzy and wiry see until you actually define the curl. So I'm going to be using my wet brush. Y'All know I said to this wet brush to detangle and then of course, I'm going to go back with my Denman brush. Then then brunch in order to define the curls okay. So I'm going to just take my spray bottle. It'S only water in here no conditioner and if you guys are dealing with like curly hair, sometimes too much product can actually weigh the curls down. I actually did a video. I recorded a video with the same here, but I was on a live chat at the same time, so I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and I ended up putting way too much product on the hair. I'Ll show you guys a clip here and if you want big hair, you still don't have to use a whole bunch of bundles. I would say: cuz, I'm just a person where curly, hair and I'll just do an example just for this video, so you guys cuz. I get so many emails, ciao saying like oh, I love the hair. I just don't like that. Everybody want to touch it so watch. How think this gets the more I play with it. The more I touch it. It'S just gon na get bigger and bigger and bigger. Okay, see how much fuller that is big hair. Don'T care man fluff it up! Do what you will. I wasn't really paying attention to what I was doing and I ended up putting too much products on there. So there's coming revamp with this video, so you want to kind of split it into four sections. Normally, that's how I do my hair and it it turns out better that way when you do it in smaller sections. So this is section number one and two I'm gon na take my wet brush and pretty much detangle. The hair always want to start towards the ends of the hair. Then you can work your way up once it get easier to brush through just keep working. Your way up towards the west and I money's gon na, bore you guys showing me brushing my hair cuz. I swear I'll, probably brush until I count to a hundred cuz. I want to make sure that is super duper defined, for whatever reason I feel like this. Just works for me and this hair dries really really fast. So if you brush it as many times as I do, you probably will end up waiting me over and over again, I'm gon na go back over it with my wet brush before the Bentall curly, because the curls start more towards the EU. I like to brush right, on top of the web´s, to keep it elongated to keep the natural look of this texture. So I go all the way up over my way and brush it out towards the end, see the curls starting to form, and so I did. I just kind of scrunch up the curls at the bottom before they dry. Then I move on to the next section. Some pretty much do on this in all the sections and then I'll come back once I'm done I'll be back once my hair is completely dry or at least a little closer to dry. Well, I guess I could go ahead and do the top. One of those kind of work is off of my face and show off forehead pick up my spray, some more water. So, of course, with a five by five closure, you can wear the sight portion right off of your face, just like you could if it was a lace, pencil - and I do have a video showing you guys, how I make my 5 by 5 closures. Look like frontals, I think that's the name of the video. Actually, it's still away so. Okay, I mean all of this is dry, but like right on the ends is still wet. Just kind of wear off your face, no definite part, just kind of you know brushed away from your face, I'm not even gon na change this, I'm just going to slide this to the side like. So you see, I like my side trying to be a little lower. Just like that, and now I have a side part unique normally like with my five by five. I would kind of like put this behind my ear a little more and I will probably put setting lotion on this part. So I could have like a sideburn like that and wear it as a side part, and you could do this on the left or the right. Let me see if you look right on the right on the opposite side. So, okay, so I'm gon na try to do like a little top night when create my top night or ninja bun. On the 5x5 closure, I would take about half an inch or less than half an inch space from each of the ends of a 5x5 closure, and this just makes it look like you have more space than you really do. Then take a hair ties to create your top ponytail or bun. I'M using that circular, a donut shaped foam blowing piece that you can find at any local beauty supply store. I believe sally has these as well and instead of Korea in that donut shape. I wanted more of the skin the skinny ninja bun, so I'm wrapping the foam around my ponytail creating three layers. I know it looked crazy I'll, just rock with me. You want to take the very top part of your ponytail and make sure you cover that top piece of the foam. Now I'm twisting it around just to show you guys that you do want to bring the hair all the way down to cover the bottom of the unburnt piece, but you actually want to open up the hair almost and make it flat, and this will help you Cover up all of the foam and make it appear as if you have more hair at the top than you actually do, and you can use a bobby pin or you can use some holding spray just to lock the hair in place. This will pretty much be your result. You can define the parts on the side if you wanted to. I don't personally feel like it's necessary that is really up to you and your preferences, but you can see that you can still wear a top knot. Half-Up half-down kind of with the 5 by 5 closure, so you don't necessarily need a front tool and it still looks really natural. So yeah, that's pretty much it you guys pretty much got a two and one video today, yeah, that's pretty much it so everybody's been rocking with me for a minute. What do you do and for everybody? That'S new to my channel. Welcome to the glam family? Yes, you are a part of the glam fam and I'll see you guys in the next video. This is
